We spent 6 nights at Anadia Atrium in Funchal and had an absolutely wonderful experience! It was a stay that exceeded all our expectations. The apartment is very spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and extremely well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher, and having a washing machine was a great bonus. The bathroom is huge and very comfortable. We also really appreciated having parking available, which is a big advantage in Funchal. A special mention goes to the owner. He was incredibly kind and attentive, while also being very discreet — we never felt disturbed or bothered in any way during our stay. At the same time, he made us feel from the very beginning that he was available whenever we needed anything and that we could always rely on him. Exactly the kind of host you could wish for: there when you need him, while fully respecting your privacy. Everything was perfect, and we genuinely felt at home. We would definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend Anadia Atrium. If we return to Madeira, without a doubt, this will be one of our first choices!

Perfect location. Though next to the Main Street it was not to loud. High class interiors. Well equipped kitchen and space for children thanks to the bunk beds. Outstanding service and issue management.

Beautiful clean apartment with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Facilities were excellent and within a short walk to shops, restaurants and bus terminals. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Cristina for your prompt communication 😀

La ubicaciones es perfecta, al lado del centro y con supermercados y servicio muy próximos. La anfitriona muy amable nos dio las indicaciones para llegar sin problema y la comunicación con ella era fluida.

Bardzo miły, przestronny i jasny apartament z jedną sypialnia. Czysty. Pełen potrzebnych rzeczy do pobytu. Łazienka i kuchnia w pełni wyposażone. Winda sprawna. Widok z balkonu wtstarczajacy Było to mieszkanie przy głównej ulicy ale bardzo dobrze wygłuszone. Pralka, zmywarka, żelazko. Wszystko było. Dziękuję za tak wspaniały apartament.

Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko suoermarket, restauracje oraz stacja kolejki linowej. Garaż podziemny jest bardzo pomocny. Mieszkanie bardzo komfortowe, czyste. Łóżka wygodne. Było super.

Apartamento amplio en una buena ubicación. Cerca de los principales lugares a visitar de Funchal y con un montón de servicios alrededor (supermercado, bares, farmacias...). La anfitriona estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante toda la estancia. Nos preguntó si habíamos podido entrar bien a la casa y al parking con sus instrucciones, fue comprensiva con nuestros horarios... Fue todo amabilidad

Alojamiento fantástico donde cabe destacar las instalaciones del alojamiento, la ubicación y destacar la estupenda atención recibida por Cristina. Recomendaría este alojamiento sin lugar a dudas. Si tuviera que volver repetiría este alojamiento sin lugar a dudas.

Location, close to mercado and zona velha Apartment was clean, spacious for 2 and had everything we needed Ceiling fans were helpful Cristina provided clear indications for the check-in Car park in the building (extra cost)

Pillows a bit too soft for us. No soap/shampoo provided. The noise coming from the traffic on the main street. We knew at the time of booking from other comments and brought ear plugs which helped. Due to the noise, you cannot really enjoy spending time on the balcony or a quiet moment after a long day visiting the island.

The apartment is perfectly located in the very centre of Funchal, close to Mercado dos Lavradores, Zona Velha, restaurants, shopping venues and Aerobus stop. It's easy for tour operators to pick up travellers from there. Inside you can find everything you need: a very well equipped kitchen, a comfy bed and sofa, as well as a huge wardrobe with a mirror. The charming balcony offers a spectacular view of Monte (especially at night😃). A bottle of wine upon arrival was a pleasant surprise.🥂 Cristina was very attentive. She helped us with a few tourist issues and kindly accommodated our request for a later check-out to suit our flight time.👍

A side table near the sofa would be useful, if only to put a cup of coffee, although that's a matter of personal preference.😉

Perfect location and although we don't drink red wine the welcome bottle left for us on arrival was a lovely touch. Our contact, Cristina was very helpful regarding the smooth check in and checked everything was going well during our stay. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Great location close to old town and large supermarket

During the summer it will no doubt be less comfortable as it doesn’t have air conditioning and only a ceiling fan in the bedroom, whilst you might be able to access portable fans there should be a ceiling version in the living room and kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very centrally located and had everything we needed for cooking. There was also a washing machine available. They were very flexible, allowing us to arrive two days earlier after consultation. Cristina was very kind and responsive on WhatsApp, which was very convenient. The apartment also had a lovely balcony with morning sun.

One small downside was that it could be a bit noisy at times, as you could hear the street and traffic quite clearly. However, we got used to it quickly, and with earplugs it was absolutely fine.

Cristina je bila super domaćin. Uvijek spremna dati dobar savjet i potrebne informacije. Lokacija apartmana je odlična.

La amplitud del piso, la luminosidad, el ascensor, el detalle de bienvenida, que dejaran cosas básicas como papel higienico, bolsa de basura, sal, estropajo y jabón de lavar...La atención por parte de la dueña y sus explicaciones. La plaza de garaje. Que nos facilitaran entrar antes para dejar el equipaje.

Que no hubiera persianas y la mala insonorización de las ventanas, se escuchaba mucho ruido del tráfico, y de las paredes. Que cobraran el parking aparte, por el precio, debería estar incluido.

Zentrale Lage, direkt neben der Altstadt und den Einkaufszentren und Markthalle. Tiefgaragenplatz. Kleiner Balkon zur Alleinnutzung. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Fernseher viele Annehmlichkeiten und sehr sauber.

Tiefgarage gegen zusätzlichen Aufpreis von Euro/ Tag. Kein scharfes Messer oder Schäler. Wir waren im April auf der Insel. Die Abgase der Autos roch man ab und zu bis in die Wohnung. Im Sommer stelle ich mir das noch etwas schlimmer vor.

La disponibilité de Cristina à chaque sollicitation, la flexibilité pour faciliter notre séjour. L'appartement et sa localisation avec tous les services à proximité.

Nous avons été étonné qu'il n'y ait pas de service de nettoyage pendant les 7 jours du séjour comme nous avons pû en avoir sur d'autres séjours du même type même si Cristina nous a remplacé les serviettes lorsque nous l'avons sollicité. Sinon rien à dire sur la qualité et le confort de l'appartement.

Ein wenig laut….aber halt im Zentrum von Funchal gelegen

Świetna lokalizacja, parking, przestronny apartament, wygodne łóżka, wyposażenie.

Zimno w pokojach w marcu pomimo dostarczenia małego podgrzewacza elektryczneg. Przemoczone ubrania nie chciały schnąć, ale chyba taki urok podróży w tym czasie.

Great location, clean accommodations

The place is extremely convenient for anything you might need. From shopping to Gym. The apartment was pricey but really worth it for. Beside the overall great score, what really made the difference was the staff. Cristina was incredible to accommodate all our requests and needs since before arriving. We really felt very welcomed and taken care of. I could say she really went over her duty to make me and my family feel good. The Cleaning ladies were also super friendly and the apartment was spotless every time after their visit. Really recommended especially to those visiting with little ones

Были в новогодние дни и было очень сложно спать из за музыки рядом с баром . Очень шумно .Были бессонные ночи . Так же было холодно . Нужно было всё время включать кондиционер на обогрев . Сторона не солнечная . Поменять щетку для унитаза . На кухню купить деревянные или силиконовые лопатки чтобы не портить тефлоновые сковороды -это боль всех квартир .

Vybavení kuchyně, nebyla vývrtka, levné skleničky na víno, malá pánev, chyběla konev na čaj, mravenci v pečivu. Rušná ulice pod okny, hluk zejména od motorek.

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, en medio justo tanto de la parte más antigua del centro como de la más moderna y cerca de la marina, con fácil acceso a salida a autopista para las diversas direcciones. Rodeado de restaurantes, centro comercial y a dos pasos del Mercado y del teleférico. Muy limpio y con detalle de bienvenida (botellas de agua y vino). El anfitrión envió varios enlaces con sugerencias de sitios y estuvo disponible en todo momento. Hasta nos dejó el último día dejar equipaje más tarde de nuestra hora de check out para salir al aeropuerto.

El sofá no muy cómodo y el teléfono de ducha no podía sujetarse bien en la pared

אני ממש ממש ממש ממליצה על המקום,מקום מרכזי מאוד נוח לא צריך כלי תחבורה אבל למי שבא עם רכב יש חניון בתשלום ממש מתחת לבית תמיד יש שם חניה.2 סופרים קרובים. המקום נקי,הדירה גדולה ונוחה. כשהגענו לשם היה 12 בצהריים ביקשנו אם אפשר להיכנס לפני כי יש לנו מלא ציוד עם תינוקת והוא הסכים. היינו צריכים לעשות צ'אק אאוט ב 11:00 בבוקר אבל הטיסה שלנו הייתה ב 21:30 בערב ביקשנו אם יש חדר להישאר עד הטיסה עם המזוודות כי אנחנו עם תינוקת וכל השבוע היה גשם , בעל המקום ישר אמר שינסה לעזור במה שאפשר ובסוף במקום לצאת מהחדר ב 11 בבוקר יצאנו ב 18 בערב והוא לא ביקש שום תשלום נוסף.

Když jsme do bytu přišli, trochu jsme se podivili jeho vysokému hodnocení - je vidět, že už má něco odžito. Po pár dnech jsme se sem ale vraceli jako domů - to co nám zpočátku přišlo ošuntělé, perfektně fungovalo a přivítalo nás s otevřenou náručí. Byt je velký a prostorný s kompletním vybavením (lednice s mrazákem, pračka, kavovar, mikrovlka, myčka, prostě na co si vzpomenete). K bytu patří moc pěkný balkon, kde jsme se opoledne vyhřìvali, odpoledne už je zde chladněji. Perfektně se nám zde spalo - jakmile se zatáhnou závěsy nikdo mě neprobudí. Vyzdvihnout je třeba také paní Christinu, kterou jsme sice neviděli (psali jsme si s ní přes whatsapp), ale byla k nàm velmi laskavá - mohli jsme se ubytovat dřív a odhlásit z bytu později, což nám velmi zpříjemnilo pobyt. Navic nám také nabídla v polovině pobytu úklid a paní uklizečka je opravdu zázrak. Ubytování je přimo u zastávky autobusů, pár kroků odtud je velký obchoďák se skvělým Pingo doce, do centra i staré čtvrti je to pár kroků.

Byt má okna do rušné ulice- bývá zde hluk a někdy nepřijemný smrad výfuků, ale nebylo to tak hrozné, že by to převážilo pozitiva místa.

Liels dzīvoklis brīnišķīgā vietā, 5min no vecpilsētas un restorānu ieliņas. 7min līdz okeānam. Liels balkons. Apartamentam sava pazemes stāvvieta par 5e diennaktī. Izvēlētos šo vietu vēlreiz.

We enjoyed everything. Nice, big and clean appartment. Easy to get in touch with the landlord if we wondered about something. Quiet street. Comfortable bed. Kitchen, Washing Machine. Everything one need really. Good wifi.

Really spacious, comfortable large sofa, dining table, large bathroom etc. Washing machine and dryer. Shower good and constant hot water. Really easy remote check in with lots of info and prompt response from Cristina.

Nothing we didn’t like, it is a lovely apartment with parking if required, but could be little improvements like more cutlery and cooking implements, large tumblers as only small glasses, an umbrella and replace shower head.

Strávil jsem zde 8 nocí a musím říct, že ubytování bylo velmi krásné. Prostorný byt s terasou a krásným výhledem do hor. Výborně vybavený vším, na co si jen vzpomenete. K dispozici je všechno - nádobí, žehlička s žehlicím prknem, pračka, myčka, fén i sušák. Poloha přímo v historickém centru a pokud máte půjčené auto, tak skvělé a velmi pohodlné parkování v podzemní garáži přímo v ubytování. Hlavně bych chtěl poděkovat a vyzdvihnout starostlivou a velice ochotnou majitelku Cristinu, která byla nápomocná v každé situaci, která byla třeba vyřešit a to od příjezdu až po odjezd. Když si nebudete vědět s čímkoliv rady, tak je na telefonu a odpoví a pomůže Vám během chvíle s čímkoliv. Tohle ubytování mohu jen doporučit a pokud se na Madeiru někdy vrátím, určitě ho zvolím znovu. :)

Great location. Cristina who we dealt with was super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Lots of space in the apartment and was well kitted out.

Although lots of fans in the apartment it was consistently very warm and this was last week of October. Also a number of rough sleepers outside the doors to the building.

- Location in the very center of Funchal (very close to everything you need, including a big Pingo Doce supermarket, Mercado dos Lavradores, Rus de Santa Maria with a lot of restaurants etc) - Excellent contact with the owner, who really cares about the comfort of the stay - Spacious and clean apartment - Capsule coffee machine (capsules to be purchased on your own) - Well-equipped kitchen - Parking space (very steep driveway, so not suitable for long or low cars) - Elevator

- Windows in the bedroom and living room facing the main busy street, where vehicles constantly drove over a manhole cover – it was waking me up at night and was quite annoying - No air conditioning (the owner compensates this with two fans in the living room and bedroom) - this may be a problem during the heat - Mold in the shower

Excellent prompt and detailed clear communication with host Maurício via WhatsApp and the booking.com platform. He provided lots of local information. He arranged a transfer from the airport, again Excellent communication with the taxi driver via WhatsApp and a smooth pleasant journey to the apartment. I used the same taxi company for my return journey. The apartment is in a building with secure entrance, elevator to the 5th floor "penthouse " feel. No noisy neighbours! Extremely spacious apartment. Good lighting. All mod cons and good brand facilities. Comfortable cosy bed. Comfortable sofa. Smart TV with Netflix Prime etc. Great kitchen. Really good Washing machine that I used. Large dining table. Fabulous spacious balcony with amazing views where i enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening. Maurício very kindly gave me complimentary bottle of red wine and water. Plenty towels. Apartment is 3-4 minutes walk to Anadia shopping centre which has a huge grocery supermarket Pingo. In the other direction left from the entrance is another excellent supermarket Continente about 5 mins walk which i preferred and is very popular. Location is very close to the sea and old town. Easy access to walk everywhere from here. I really enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommend.

No overhead rainfall shower The handheld shower could be attached to a holder in the wall but it kept falling which made it challenging to shower. The wall fixing needs to be better to hold the shower Or better to install a rainfall shower which is my normal experience in all other apartments around Europe now.

Przemiła obsługa, świetna lokalizacja.

Location was excellent and convenient for walking around Funchal center and along the sea front. Close to many nice restaurants and the old town. Very good location for supermarkets and other types of shopping. Our Host Mauricio was excellent and very helpful and contactable if necessary. Cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable as were other facilities. Home away from home.

Traffic Noise was very loud from approx 7:30 am to 21;00 approx each weekday. it was not as intense at weekend. Apartment was bathed in sunshine from early morning until approx 16:00 each day unless there was cloud cover. There was air conditioning but unless it was left on the temperature climbed in the Apt and made it uncomfortably hot. If outer windows or balcony doors were open the traffic noise was annoying. However this would not put us off staying here again as we did get used to it and were out and about during the day.
