Vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine insuffisants pour des personnes qui cuisinent. Coffre fort trop petit et non fixé Parking compliqué pour se garer. Il faut savoir bien rouler en marche arrière et avoir une petite voiture .

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Nous avons apprécié la situation du logement avec sa proximité avec le centre de Funchal et de la location de voiture.. tout a pied. Logement bien équipé et propre.
Ne pas oublier de booker le petit déjeuner en amont qui est livré à ta porte. Et merde... Les informations concernant le logement (code porte immeuble et chambre) transmises peut etre trop tardivement (pouvant générer angoisse lors du première arrivée dans un pays etranger) mais communication facile avec hote.

Nas duas vezes que chegamos, só tinhamos um lugar vazio e era apertadissimo. Tivemos que fazer imensas manobras para conseguirmos estacionar. Encontramos uma barata dentro do apartamento. O sofá era bastante desconfortável.

Un cahier avec des phrases toute faites pourrait les aider.
Un poil complexe l'accès au parking et le parcage de manière générale Il y a également des voitures qui se parquent devant l'entrée du "garage" ce qui complique les manoeuvres d'entrée et de sortie

Extremely difficult to park in the parking lot, overused kitchen equipment, does not have basic essentials like cooking oil or salt, doors are not soundproof, noisy floor, could hear people and the cleaning ladies coming and going.

Wyjątkowo czysty apartament, duże ukłony wobec Pań które o to dbały :) Balkon miłym dodatkiem. Śniadania zamówione w opcji ogólnie nie miały sensu, niedaleko na mieście dużo lepsze jedzenie, ale jest taka możliwość dla ,,wygodnych,,.
poduszki wymięte, czas na nowe, zestaw herbat symboliczny.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026La posizione perfetta per esplorare l'isola, il parcheggio privato disponibile (circa 6/7 parcheggi disponibili), la camera spaziosa, la doccia del bagno, acqua potabile dai rubinetti, check in h24 con codice fornito su wattsupp, splendida comunicazione con l'host.
Parcheggio un po' strettino , bisogna avere una macchina piccola per fare manovra.

The apartment had everything we needed but was quite basic with a very old sofa.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Die Lage der Unterkunft war optimal und der Parkplatz im Hinterhof war zwar extrem eng, aber immerhin inklusive und das Auto war entsprechend aufgeräumt! Ansonsten war das Platzangebot innerhalb der Zimmer sehr angenehm.
Wir hatten wiedermal ein Zimmer ohne Balkon und haben das Zimmer mit den Fenstern in Richtung Straße, inklusive Verkehrslärm, bekommen. Ein Schlafen mit offenem Fenster war absolut nicht möglich. Die gratis Nutzung der Waschmaschine war ebenfalls sehr angenehm, nur beispielsweise Wäscheklammern zum aufhängen haben gefehlt. Auf Nachfrage ob im Haus weiche verfügbar seien, äußerte die Reinigungsdame mir gegenüber, dass ich doch welche kaufen kann. Danke für die Auskunft, aber dafür buche ich im Urlaub nicht extra eine Unterkunft mit Waschmaschinennutzung. Ich finde solche Kleinigkeiten sollten standardmäßig mit inbegriffen sein. Nach längerer Abwesenheit waren immer mal wieder ein paar Ameisen im Wohnzimmer auf dem Esstisch.

Insonorisation à améliorer dans l' appartement et pour les digicodes Bien vérifier la description au moment du choix de la réservation, il est indiqué une chambre et un salon mais il s'agit d'une seule pièce. Un grille pain serait appréciable.

La colazione dovrebbe essere necessariamente rivista perchè viene fornito veramente lo stretto indispensabile. Poche bustine di caffè solubile e the non sono una scelta sufficiente di bevande calde. Anche la cucina è veramente poco fornita, tavolo piccolissimo per tre persone.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Great location, easy to check in, free parking was a plus. Apartment was clean and had a nice view, a good hairdryer.
There were a few minor drawbacks - a severely chipped kitchen table, slightly squeaky bed, the bathroom would have benefited from a working ventilation. But -we did have an incident which would merit some action from the owners to prevent this from happening to any other visitors. As some have already shared here - the apartment door locks with a code and has no key or lock from the inside. Anyone who knows the code, can get in from the outside at any time. This is precisely what happened to us at 01:30 AM at night, when three strangers came into our apartment. We found out later that this happened due to an administrative error. The three men were given our room and code due to a mixup and were actually supposed to stay in the same building in another apartment. We spent some time trying to reach the hosts and message them in the middle of the night. To the hosts credit - they did resolve it after a few calls and offered an apology the next day. We also got a key to lock the door from the inside, as we were informed that the host can't change our door code. So for the rest of our stay our door code was known to us, the staff and 3 men we were not familiar with. I hope that after this they will either add some new locks on the inside of the apartment or at least start changing the door codes for each new visitor.
