Castlecourt Hotel, Spa & Leisure

Really well decorated , fantastic food and the professionalism of staff second to none

Rooms a bit too warm and cold not adjust the AC

Everything!! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Excellent location, couple of minutes walk to all shops, restaurants & bars.

Nothing to complain about!

Amazing

This hotel is perfect for a stay in Westport, situated right in the centre of town. Excellent food and service Breakfast is very good I am a coeliac and there is a dedicated toaster and gluten free bread available

Can’t say anything bad about this hotel

Central location beautiful decor friendly staff

Breakfast was disappointing

Immaculate bedrooms comfy and clean

Mooie kamer, goede ligging, parking aan hotel

vast tapijt in kamer, uitzicht op muur vanuit kamer, te zachte matras

Breakfast & Room very good

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was a highlight with many good selections to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Wasn’t a big fan of breakfast.

Breakfast

Excellent

Loved everything!

The pool and spa was outside of the hotel and no availability for spa booking

Lovely hotel, great service and breakfast

Nothing

Location location location! We love the short stroll into town before and after dinner

Nothing at all!

Fabulous hotel in a central location. Reception, bar and breakfast staff very nice and friendly.

Lovely hotel great location

Clean tidy rooms

No.rrsidents bar

The location was amazing and room was very spacious and comfortable.

Initially we couldn't find a parking space despite booking saying one was included. Upon arrival I asked some information about this and was told despite being a hotel resident and booking having a space included that if there was no spaces to park around the town and come back - not ideal.

It’s great staff

Parking for my car

Location and staff

Beds a bit soft

Though a large hotel, everything was done with efficiency.

Can't think of anything.

The hotel was perfectly placed for a night out in Westport. The room was clean and bathroom facilities were very modern. We didn't book breakfast so cannot comment. 10/10.

Lovely Hotel with plenty of space and places to sit and enjoy relaxing time.

Great wedding with great food

Nothing

Lovely stay

It was a great location for seeing the area.

Nothing

The location. Excellent breakfast. Music in the lounge both nights. Parking facilties. Friendly staff at reception and a breakfast.

There was nothing that we would have any complaints about.

Good food , comfortable and good entertainment.

Central location , great food , help and friendly staff

Great customer service. Particularly the staff in the restaurant and bar. Really good entertainment.

Nothing at all to complain about

Location, friendly staff , clean facilities

Attentive staff Rooms very clean and modern Fabulous food and location

I was at a wedding, the staff we're amazing

It was very costly

We stayed here only for one night as we were in Westport for a funeral. The hotel is absolutely spotless everywhere. Our room was very comfortable, tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed and good quality pillows and bedding. The shower was large and the complimentary toiletries smelt beautiful. The staff were amazing each and everyone was very welcoming and friendly all were pleasant on approah. The food at the hotel was very good we had dinner there and the portions were good and value for money. Breakfast was fantastic good quality bacon and sausages and there was something there to suit everyone. We really enjoyed our stay there and we are planning to return again and stay longer. Thank you Castlecourt Hotel you were brilliant.

Fina rum, bra sängar. Fin frukostmatsal.

Utsikten från rummet, ventilationstrummor…

I enjoyed the stay at this hotel and excellent breakfast experience, staff professional. Paid one visit to the hotel bar and it was great . Left my jacket behind and staff posted it to my home , very grateful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Location

Extremely slow reception process. Clean, well furnished rooms with great service and choice in the dining room for both dinner and breakfast. Great location for Westport town stay with great service and entertainment in Petie Joes bar. Disappointing session in the spa from what I would term an inexperienced masseuse. Yes we would stay again but avoid the spa experience.

Ive been staying in the Castlecourt Hotel on and off for 13 years with work. I can honestly say its one of the best hotels ive stayed in. Its friendly staff from the minute you get into reception to the bar staff and waitors/waitresses. The facilties are top notch. Im already looking forward to my next stay in a few weeks.

Excellent, as usual. Can't fault anything about this amazing little gem. The football celebrations only added to the experience. Entire hotel spotless, great value and no noise. Fab food in Bar and for Breakfast. Not our first visit and won't be our last.

Beautiful hotel, the staff were amazing, food was 10/10

This Hotel was a regular for me and my family when our kids were small. I stayed along with my friend at the end of July and it did not disappoint. It was a wondereful experience. The Hotel is very clean, food excellent and the staff were top notch. I would like to especially mention Ciara Mulvanny who was outstanding and always greeted us with a big smile and a hello and lookeed after us very well. She will go places! Petie was also exceptionally helpful too. We will be back.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel.

Very enjoyable and pleasant Hotel to stay in. I will certainly go back again .

We stayed their for 2 nights . I have to say we had a brilliant time. The staff was realy great. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend it. We will be back

Wedding party guest Absolutely fabulous day, evening and night Food was fantastic, staff very friendly and helpful Room spotless clean, bed very comfortable

We had a two night stay in the Castlecourt Hotel and would definitely return. The location is perfectly located for walking around Westport Town. The hotel itself is spotless, the breakfast very good with plenty of choice and the leisure area is perfect! All staff were very pleasant and friendly. If travelling to Westport again, we would choose to stay here.

What a lovely place and within walking distance of so many things to see. The food was wonderful and rooms were clean and service excellent. Mayo won the cup, so noise was expected! Enjoyed our stay!
