Room staff swimming pool, access to westport only 5 mins walk

Gute Lage, Frühstück sehr dezent.

The breakfast was amazing, , hotel was stunning and our rooms were so comfortable and they make great Irish coffees!

We were sad we couldn't get appt. at the spa, I recgomend you book spa at timecof booking!

Unser gebuchtes Zimmer war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war lecker, und haben es in einem sehr ruhigen Salon eingenommen, lag sicherlich auch an der später gebuchten Frühstückszeit. Die Aussicht vom Salon war wunderschön. Pool und Sauna sind zu empfehlen.

Hotel is a bit outdated. The spa treatments lovely to way to expensive for the treatment involved. I am a highly qualified therapist, but the prices are way too high.

Das Gebäude ist beeindruckend und großzügig. Auch das Zimmer war groß geschnitten und vor allem das Bett ist komfortabel. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Beim Frühstück war es etwas chaotisch.

The view from the hotel was beautiful and the front of house staff were very friendly.

The room was cold when we arrived. There was a few parts of the room that were poor the bed side locker drawer was broken and the dresser in the room also had broken drawers. Under 18's are only permitted to use the pool at certain times which wasn't stated when i booked the hotel. The breakfast was OK but could be improved.

Layout of hotel was very confusing. Built in 1997 and already very outdated. There were stains on carpet and furniture in our room. Plumbing was substandard..and no vent in bathroom and no A C…This hotel has a four star classification, but more like a three star. Staff were good , but not friendly. Breakfast was good though. Hotel missed the opportunity of having a bar…where guests can hang out and socialize with each other and the bartender. There is a lounge,with a service bar where you have to order and carry your own drinks to table.

Lots of facilities at the hotel and the breakfasts were good. The rooms were a good size and comfortable.

Drinks in the bar were expensive. Having to book a slot for breakfast was inconvenient. We were not told about the system initially and we were forced to wait until 10.00 to have breakfast at which time there was a lot less choice for the fruit, pastries, etc.

We would have liked to use the pool with out 3 yr old when we arrived at 2pm

Schöner Spa mit Pool, Dampfbad, Sauna. Edles Haus, schön eingerichtet und stilvoll dekoriert. Das Restaurant serviert feines Essen mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Bar ist auch gemütlich.

No power point in bathroom for toothbrush / shaver No source of heat in bathroom - or at all - so towels etc remained damp - and it was cold outside Allowed family with 5 young children to run riot in the bar until 11 pm in the evening

We stayed in room 501 it was fabulous...would definitely stay again..the staff were so friendly and helpful always willing to go the extra mile for the customer, very inviting and professional

Hard to find room. Signs were very confusing for the 500no rooms

Good location - just under 1.5km walk into centre of town. Massive room, comfortable bed. Great food in restaurant and lots of drink choices in bar. Sauna and pool area relaxing and quiet.

All very good - perhaps a few more 'cheaper' snack type food options during the day.

Location was a wee bit outside the town, but very walkable. Rooms were HUGE, a little bit dated.

Our Jacuzzi bath tub didn't work - but no biggie

The signal was not great in the room and the WiFi connection was poor but that is just a minor issue. No other complaints. Will definitely be back.

We were only there for one night. The hotel is a little way out of Westport but a lovely location, gardens and views.

It is a huge hotel and conference centre so lacks a little character.

Breakfast was nice if you received the Irish Breakfast. Ordered a waffle one day and it was the smallest Burnt waffle I have ever seen. Location is good Mile walk out of town center.

Fitness center does not have any free weights, All cardio and when you are biking and hiking you normally do not need more cardio. There was more than enough space for free weights.

Sehr gutes Restaurant und Frühstück perfekt, schöner Wintergarten, ausnehmend freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant, ursprünglich gebuchte Suite war sehr weit weg im Hotel gelegen, es wurde sehr zuvorkommend eine bessere Lösung angeboten

Amazing views from the property and beautiful gardens.

Our room was too warm but it was unusually warm weather during our stay and there’s no air conditioning in most places here in Ireland

Nice location out of town but great views from restaurant. Rooms massive - but cold - and heating had been turned off for the summer. We had to request a heater - which did arrive promptly. Good breakfast.

Staff friendly enough but when we were clearly struggling with our luggage on arrival and departure no one volunteered to help. Very large hotel and a bit impersonal.
