Location could not have been better for arriving via Eurostar.

The bathroom surrounds (i.e. skirting boards and doors) could have been cleaner). The cleaner did not appear to have checked the bathroom soap container, as it was nearly empty. It was a bit off-putting to have to be clear of the room to activate the hallway lighting.

Οι φωτογραφίες, σε κάποιες περιπτώσεις, δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα. Για παράδειγμα δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα για καφέ στο δωμάτιο, Επίσης μας έδωσαν μονο μεγάλες πετσέτες (σώματος) και όχι προσώπου. Έπρεπε να τις ζητήσουμε, αλλά και πάλι, δεν τις αντικατέστησαν.

Breakfast. Excellent for overall price range: excellent view of street from Breakfast area (1st Floor). Food choice excellent. Location: 10 mins walk or so to City centre. City Centre has many beautiful buildings. We had a lovely morning looking around. Staff very polite, responsive & helpful.

Our room was as shown as on hotel photos, but in reality a bit squashed, the bathroom particularly. On a very general note, feedback for Town Council: despite the beauty of the City centre, NOT Hotel Lille's fault of course is the design of the Hilton building near the International Station in copper which looks tatty in any light. Very misguided. Architect should be shot at dawn.

Emplacement idéal entre les deux gares et proche du centre ville, l'accueil était parfait de l'arrivée au départ mais également au petit déjeuner qui est correct.

Hotel Lille is very central to the railway station and a short walk to the incredible square. We loved the entire area. Personnel at the front desk were super friendly with us. Great experience

Arrivés vers 16h un samedi pour 2 nuits, nous avons déposer nos bagages et sommes partis en ville à notre retour tard le soir nous avons vu l'état inadmissible de la chambre urine sur la lunette des wc, dans le wc, draps sale, miettes partout sur le sol,cheveux et poils dans la baignoire sur les murs, poussière pansements usagers traces sur les murs et j'en passe aucun nettoyage nous avons eu l'impression de dormir après les clients précédents et vu l'heure tardive je n'ai pas été demander un nettoyage, j'ai donc nettoyé moi même. Très déçu nous attendions le weekend avec impatiente et grosse déception alors que nous avions vu de bons avis sur le sujet. Dommage car nous souhaitons revenir prochainement nous irons dans un autre établissement.

Extremely convenient for the stations, the old town, and any shops and restaurants you might want. Room was basic but very clean and comfortable.

The fire alarm went off (false alarm) early in the morning. Possibly not the hotel’s fault.

The hotel is in a great location - between the Gare Flanders and the Gare Europe. It is also next to a Westfield Mall, so you do not need to buy breakfast at the hotel. I paid 71 Euros for my room, which I thought was great value for money. The staff were very helpful when I had questions, and I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and had good air conditioning, although there were a couple of shortcommings.

The walls in the room were thin, and I could hear noise from the rooms next door. Also while the hotel is quite modern it is also a bit tatty. It is not too bad, but it could use a lick of paint in a few places. Finally there was a fault with the plumbing where water would backflow into the sink.

A 250 m de la gare, en sortant de l'hôtel, vous traversez la place, vous prenez l'escalator et vous êtes dans la gare Euro Lille ! Great location for the Eurostar as well as for accessing the old part of the city. Safe for lone travellers . Good breakfast and very comfortable beds nice and quiet.

Tricky review, but need to be honest of course. The staff were very nice and helpful, location great for an early Eurostar Europe train departure (and arrival at Lille Flandres), shopping mall extremely close for supplies and Lille is a very agreeable city. The room was pretty well-equipped with mini bar/ fridge and electric kettle.

There was building work being done, next door apparently. The drilling which stopped at around six pm made my room (8th floor) uninhabitable and I was relieved to be only staying one night. I was however on the verge of going elsewhere in case the builders were on overtime...... Outside the hotel's control but if I'd have known I wouldn't have booked - there were no other rooms available which may have been more bearable I understand. I would stay again, as mentioned the staff were very pleasant, but not if building work was still being done.

The location is convenient and near train stations and the big shopping mall, walkable distance to city center, museums and other attractions.

We have arrived at around 11pm. Very tired and wanted to sleep. When we turned on the air condition system it makes a constant loud noise which could be from mechanical part loose, dirty or wearing out. We had to stop it and the noise continued! When reported to front desk person he immediately says there is nothing he can do! And there no room available! Which wasn’t true. No apology for the inconvenience, no report written to pass to morning staff to see possibility of moving to another room in the morning!

The location was perfect for us as it is so close to both railway stations and the shopping centre. The room was small but had everything we needed including an ensuite shower room and tea/coffee making facilities. There was a mini bar too. The breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced.

There was some noise from the street but we didn't mind due to the convenience of the location.

La struttura si trova in un punto molto comodo per visitare la città, il centro può essere raggiunto facilmente a piedi. Nei pressi del hotel ci sono due fermate metro e la stazione ferroviaria. Inoltre proprio lì accanto c’è un centro commerciale con molti negozi e servizi. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa e ben organizzata, giusto il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nel complesso tutto è andato bene ma è importante sottolineare la necessità di una pulizia più attenta e accurata. Al di là della moquette, nel bagno c’erano delle zone non proprio pulite (in alcuni punti c’erano dei capelli). Per quanto riguarda la posizione, per quanto fosse comoda, la sera l’atmosfera non era del tutto tranquilla.

Accéder au parking et s'en servir est un cauchemar, sans personne pour vous aider ; chambre minuscule (ne pas se fier aux photos) ; climatisation ne fonctionnant pas, obligeant à dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec le bruit de la rue ; vidange de la baignoire à moitié bouchée ; une lampe de chevet ne fonctionnant pas ; paiement de la facture avant les prestations ; petit déjeuner très ordinaire ; ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est une boite à dormir. On n'a qu'une envie, c'est d'en partir et de ne pas y revenir.

The location was fantastic! Close to the mall and the train station.

The property was very loud, not just the outside either which I expected since the location is so good. The room had many loud mechanical noises and the doors were loud when they closed. I was also woken up at 10:30pm by the front desk calling me and asking for my name. They did not give a reason for why they were calling and didn’t apologize for the late hour. The room was also not super clean considering the price.
