Hotel moderno vicino al centro e con ottima accessibilità per chi arriva in auto. Camere estremamente pulite, con arredi funzionali, bella zona accanto alla reception con divanetti per quattro chiacchiere serali.

Sehr gute Lage am Rande der Stadt. Sehr einfache Anfahrt mit einer Tiefgarage zum parken. Das Hotel ist komplett neu und sehr komfortabel. Sehr nettes Personal

De ligging van het hotel ten opzichte van de stad, de mogelijkheid om de auto elektrisch te laden. Daarnaast waren de kamers erg comfortabel en het zwembad met ligbedden erg lekker in de zomer.

Het personeel was niet altijd even vriendelijk en wist ook niet altijd wat de ander met de gasten had afgesproken. Er was geen duidelijke overdracht waardoor je niet altijd geholpen kon worden of het weer opnieuw moest uitleggen.

Zimmer waren schön neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie sind nicht sehr groß - für eine Übernachtung aber langt es allemal. Zu Fuß kommt man ohne Probleme in 8 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war sehr umfassend. Es wurde immer alles gleich wieder aufgefüllt. Das Auto kann man am Wochenende ab Samstagabend 19 Uhr ohne Probleme umsonst am Straßenrand in der Umgebung parken.

La salle pour le petit-déjeûner manque de charme. On a un peu l'impression d'être dans un couloir. Mais cela n'enlève pas les qualités de cet hôtel.

Terrific location in center of Reims. Walk to cathedral & shopping & cafes. Friendly staff and excellent service. Very welcoming. Running trail right across the canal which goes as far as you want. Not far from champagne houses, easy walk or quick Uber. Highly recommended.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Especially Rina, Hasna(?) and Tina.

Lovely property, located a nice 10 minute stroll away from the main cathedral on the corner of the street. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

One nigh stay (2 adults + 2 kids). The hotel was nice enough to accomodate for two rooms next to one another (no connecting rooms in the hotel). Nice breakfast, nice location close to the Cathedral.

Hotel w dobrej, spokojnej lokalizacji, niedaleko centrum. Z zewnątrz wygląda dość niepozornie, ale wnętrza są bardzo ładne, przytulne i zadbane. Basen jest niewielki, ale w zupełności wystarczający, żeby odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania. Dużym plusem jest własny parking, choć liczba miejsc jest ograniczona (jest trochę ciasny wjazd - ale da się nawet średniej wielkości SUVEm). Bardzo dobre śniadania i pomocna, sympatyczna obsługa recepcji.

Zimmer extrem klein. Kein Platz für Koffer oder Ablage, kein Schrank, kein Kühlschrank.

Alles en vooral het vriendelijke, professionele en vrolijke personeel. Perfecte ligging ten opzichte van het centrum, de kathedraal en voor een leuke wandeling in de omgeving. Fijne plek langs het kanaal en de ontwikkeling van de boulevard langs het kanaal te zien. Fijn dat er een zwembad is.

Het personeel was ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Elke vraag werd met zorg beantwoord. De kamer was zeer netjes en een fles gratis water bij aankomst wordt geapprecieerd! Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, veel broodkeuze / beleg / kazen / confituren / cornflakes / ...! De locatie om het centrum van Reims te voet te bezoeken was perfect!

Niets eigenlijk! :-) Wij hadden het idee om in het zwembad te gaan maar dat was wat klein maar daar kunnen ze uiteindelijk niets aan doen omdat ze in het centrum van de stad zitten!

Parking is a huge challenge at this hotel. I also think it's a bit far from the Cathedral to use it in it's name. The property was clean and comfortable, although as usual booking through Booking guarantees one a tiny poorly located room.

I should have booked through Marriott where I would have qualified for an upgrade. I got a miniscule room.

Comfortabele kamer, niks op aan te merken. Hotel ligt centraal om de streek te verkennen, maar niet in het centrum van Reims. Aangenaam zwembad en buitenruimte, fitness eerder beperkt Ontbijt hebben wij 1x genomen, was oké. Maar tevreden dat we dit niet elke ochtend hebben genomen Parking aan het hotel. Ofwel buiten ofwel ondergronds, wel extra bij te betalen

De ligging van het hotel is perfect! Je loopt zo met 10 minuten de stad in. Ontbijt was ook goed. En heel aardige medewerkers! Privé parkeren mogelijk met een reservering.

Niks op aan te merken

De kamer was aan de kleine kant maar nieuw en heel verzorgd, met gratis flesje water dat werd aangevuld alsook koffie en thee mogelijkheden. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was voldoende uitgebreid en verzorgd, met een kleine selectie koffiekoeken, Franse broden (wit, muesli,...), cake, roerei met spek, worstjes, champignons, charcuterie, kaas, gerookte zalm, fruit en yoghurt. Het werd ook voldoende bijgevuld. Het was handig dat er een aantal (betalende) ondergrondse parkeerplaatsen aanwezig waren (vooraf te reserveren!). Het zwembad en de fitness waren een plus, net als het terrasje met enkele ligzetels (vanuit het zwembad) en lounge zetels en tafeltjes (vanuit receptie, ontbijtruimte). De locatie is aan de rand van het centrum, je moet 10' wandelen tot aan de kathedraal of verder (25') richting overdekte markthal. Zeer goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan champagnehuizen in Reims of daarbuiten.

Dit is geen groot punt maar er was geen variatie bij het ontbijt (elke dag exact hetzelfde). Het had ook handig geweest mochten er badjassen en slippers in de kamer geweest zijn.

Een paar kleine dingetjes maar zijn opgelost met een excuus. Jammer dat de bar niet altijd bemand is terwijl dat wel zou moeten. Let op, de ingang van de garage is erg smal.

L’hôtel est très accueillant, personnel sympa, belles decos . La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Nous avons pris un verre au bar et c’était très bien également.

Il est juste légèrement décentré mais rien de bien loin. Nous avons marché 15 min pour le centre .

Bien situé tout en restant au calme ; ce sera encore mieux à la fin de l'aménagement du canal.

They did not clean the room in my two nights stay. Even though they offered free breakfast as compensation it was a very basic fault

We were at the four points with a tour group. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room were well appointed and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Amelie Billet went above and beyond by handling our shipment of souvenirs and trinkets back to the states through the local MBE. Thank you! I would definitely stay here again.

La piscine est petite et partiellement couverte, si vous choisissez cet hôtel uniquement pour la piscine et que vous prévoyez d’y passer beaucoup de temps, ayez en tête qu’elle est vite prise d’assaut que ce soit pour les transats ou la baignade, et que ce n’est pas un havre de paix puisqu’elle est située à côté d’un grand axe routier. Mon mari et moi étions dans une chambre lits jumeaux faute de disponibilité pour une chambre double. Je crois que c’est un mal pour un bien car j’ai vu les chambres doubles ouvertes pendant les heures de ménages et celles ci sont toutes petites

It’s recently renovated in the rooms are well designed. The common space is very attractive, open and has an easy-going Air.

It’s a little bit of a walk outside of the city center, and I was there during the heat wave. Otherwise, it’s great!

A group of 8 in Reims for a golf weekend. The hotel had been booked a year earlier when it was a Campanille. The renovations are absolutely spot on. The hotel met and exceeded our expectations. All in the group were happy and every interaction with staff was friendly and helpful. No hesitation in recommending this hotel

Underground parking was a bit tight but we were very pleased it was available and secure as each car had thousands of pons of golf equipment in it overnight.

We stayed here for 2 nights near the end of May during some high temperatures and we have no bad words to say about the hotel! The rooms were clean, cool thanks to the air-con and recently refurbished with smart TVs in the rooms. Bed was super comfy and large, didn’t want to get up in the morning it was so comfortable! The blackout was very good as well and they have great tea/coffee facilities in the room. The area the hotel is located in was super quiet as it’s in a more residential area just outside the main part of Reims but is only a short walk to the cathedral and the main part. The breakfast buffet was not large but had a decent selection of both continental and hot options. We didn’t use the swimming pool so unable to comment on that, but we did stop by the bar and also enjoyed playing table football that they have next to the bar area. We used their underground carpark which was super helpful to keep the car cool in the 30+ degree heat we experienced. We would happily stay here again and recommend others to do as well!

Rooms looked bright and new. The common areas were inviting and comfortable. The beds were comfortable .

The hotel is poorly designed. Hotel doors that run into bathroom doors if they are left open. Very difficult to navigate around the pool sides, certainly less than safe. Blood stains on the bed linen, a lack of appropriate cleaning, limited staff, no corkscrews or bottle openers in the room or ones that you can even borrow. Front desk that is unresponsive when told of the blood stained linens. Poor front entry where staff must help with luggage as there is no ramp or working lift.

Het hotel was recentelijk gerenoveerd, dus alles zag er spik en span uit. Bij incheck gratis een upgrade gekregen naar een hele comfortabele kamer met minibar. Het ontbijt vonden we eeg uitgebreid en lekker, vrijwel alles was aanwezig: verse broodjes, croissants, ei, fruit, yoghurt etc. Verder is het heel fijn dat je een private parking hebt (wel smal, maar zeker te doen), er is een gym en een zwembad met luxe ligbedden.
