Il parcheggio, segnalato come un plus ma molto piccolo, provato a prenotare due mesi prima, ma non c'era disponibilità, ripiegato su parcheggio pubblico a pagamento nelle vicinanze

I loved the room, the comfortable bed, the bathroom and the view. Loved the coffee machine. This is a very good hotel in Reims. Easy to walk to the city centre.

Breakfast was a bit expensive.

The breakfast was very good! We appreciated the suite style of the room. Nice to have a long sofa for stretching out. Simple but nice decor in the room. Good water pressure/hot water for showering getting in/out of the parking garage was not too bad.

The climate control was not very good. We opened a window at night, then had to contend with city noise, but it was cooler. We saw a technician replacing thermostats, maybe that will fix the issue

Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Egal ob am Empfang oder das Reinigungspersonal, jeder war zu jeder Zeit und immer freundlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Können dieses Hotel ruhigen Gewissens jedem weiterempfehlen.Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Dankeschön viele Grüße aus Deutschland.

Convenient for a 1 night stay. Rooms are a reasonable size. Secure parking available on site but best to book in advance. Centre of Reims is not too far away, a decent flat walk through the station and across a park, handy if you have a dog. Breakfast is also good for choice and freshness but can be a bit crowded if a touring coach group is staying!

We have stayed here a number of times and we always ask for a room near the exit so it’s easier to take our dog out, but we always seem to get the 3rd or 4th floor at the end of the corridor and never a room on the ground or even 1st floor. Not sure why that is. 🤷‍♀️

Good happy hour, good location and close to the train station.

The rooms were lovely and had plenty of space for 4 people. The extra beds were already made up when we arrived.

There parking with EV charging right next to the property. It’s an easy walk to the main parts of the city. The property itself is lovely, clean, and modern.

This hotel is not that far from city centre, if you are looking to avoid the crowds. The breakfast was pretty good and the facilities have everything you need to rest comfortably. Overall not a bad option in Reims.

The hotel feels brand new. Comfy rooms and welcoming staff. Private and convenient parking at ground level.

The area next to the railway feels rather dead, but the hotel is only 20-minute walk from the city centre. The rooms felt brand-new and functional, although the fibreglass walls and floors in the bathroom made it feel a bit like being in a motorhome. Still loved the fresh and clean vibe.

I wouldn’t give 4 stars on this hotel. 3 stars OK, but is not 4 stars!!! Bathroom, toilet are actually in the same room, everything has been put in a huge furniture splitting from each other and main room. Restaurant did not offer anything for dinner and we did not arrived that late around 9PM.

Breakfast was fantastic everything you could want and more . Great dining area . Staff were very good professional and helpful

Brilliant breakfast, the room had everything we needed, lobby was welcoming and stylish. Not too far a walk to the centre. Comfortable beds. Good to have loo and bathroom separate in a suite made for family, good practical room design. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Huge gap between the sofa bed mattresses was worried my child would fall into the mechanism. We plugged it with pillows so was fixable. I hadn't realised I'd need to book the hotel's parking but luckily we found and paid for Street parking.

De ligging in centrum Reims is ideaal. Een heel mooi hotel om uit te slapen op de terugtocht vanuit het Zuiden. Ontbijt was goed.

Er stond op de website dat vooraf reserveren voor de parking niet mogelijk was. Bij aankomst werd ons verteld dat de volledige parking al gereserveerd was (hadden een lijst aangelegd) waardoor parking voor ons niet meer mogelijk was. Jammer dat dit anders vermeld staat op de website.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Bei der Parkplatzsuche wurde uns super geholfen. Die Dame ( Schwarze Haare und Brille) war extrem hilfsbereit und sehr sehr freundlich! Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und durften diese immer im Gepäck Raum abstellen! Tolle Geste! Die Zimmer sind gross und für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche perfekt.

Handy central location just 5-7 minutes walk to the centre of Reims, restaurants, shops and bars. We were a family of three and shared a superior queen suite. We were pleasantly surprised to find partition screens that could be drawn across half of the room. Great design. The room was spacious and the whole layout was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. We’d gladly stay here again.

Booked this hotel as it was close to the Reims station. It was adequate for what we were needing. Nice and handy to the station and easy walk to the town Centre. Hotel had nice staff, a friendly atmosphere, clean and tidy all round. Didn’t eat here as the menu was lacking content but the restaurant opposite was lovely and I would recommend it. For a couple of nights stay, this was perfect. Not top end, but not bottom either, Mid range and adequate.

Quiet location close to the center and a very new fresh design. The room was spacious and the interaction with the personnel very clear and efficient.

I did not pay attention to reserve a parking spot. The funny thing is that there is a parking lot next door (belongs to the railroad) which always has places and actually costs 3 euros less per day.

Die Einschätzung eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels: - schlechter Geruch im Aufzug - Einrichtung des Zimmers anscheinend aus Pressspan und Plastik - viel zu enge Toilette - hoher festgeschraubter ovaler Tisch, aber Sitzfläche des Sofas viel zu tief

Sehr hoher Standard. Einfache Abwicklung von der Buchung bis zum Checkout. Sehr zentral gelegen, mit guter Anbindung an ÖV und IV. Obwohl der Bahnhof gleich gegenüber ist, ist es in den klimatisierten Zimmern sehr ruhig.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

We stayed at this hotel for one night during our trip to France. The hotel was easy to find, and there was parking right beside it. The room was spacious enough for three people, and the breakfast was very good. It's a nice place to stay for a quick stop.

Breakfast was very small although the things that were there were all fresh and tasty. The family room had a divider which gave our teenage son some privacy. The hotel was fine for what we needed, a base that was easy enough to walk into Reims for dinner during our one-night stay driving south.

The room cost a lot of money considering. I don't know whether Reims is an expensive city or not but we booked an even better Novotel in Paris for two nights for the same cost as one here.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, der fußläufig gut zu erreichen ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig! Das Personal: alle waren sehr freundlich und kompetent! Besonders hat uns die Mitarbeiterin an der Bar gefallen, die sehr freundlich war und mit uns 2 Ehepaaren sehr nett gescherzt hat. Ihre Kompetenz als Bartenderin war auch sehr erfreulich. Die Lösung für das Frühstück im Foyer ist unkonventionell, aber recht praktisch gelöst. Qualitativ recht erfreulich.

We were delighted to see the large size of this hotel's room when we checked in for 3 nights aimed at exploring the champagne region. It was also very comfortable, clean and well designed - a true little suite indeed. A small kitchenette allowed for the odd easy meal to be prepared and taken in the room. Service was generally very good and helpful, and the breakfast was varied and enjoyable. The one down side is the hotel's location, being some 20 minutes walk to the edge of the main town where all the sights and restaurants are situated. However, on the flip side, it is a short walk to the station for trips to the wonderful champagne towns of Epernay and Hautvillers. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - recommended.
