Chambre spacieuse, le restaurant en roof top .Vue magnique sur Reims et la cathédrale.Le balcon. L'accueil souriant. L'accès au parking facile de la rue. Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard et nous avons du emprunter l'ascenseur à voiture. Une expérience !!!! Particulier mais efficace Très très bon petit déjeuner. Beaucoup de choix en salé comme en sucré

geen water op de kamer, ook geen mogelijkheid om aan te kopen in het hotel hadden een kamer aan de voorkant dus toch wat last van het straatlawaai, al heeft dat ons niet uit onze slaap gehouden want bedden waren top ontbijtruimte misschien wat aan de kleine kant bij een volboekt hotel

I was permitted to use the car park.

I booked our room on 18th November 2025, and yet when we arrived on 3rd Sep 2026 at 14:45 (check-in time 15:00), we were told we did not have a room! Apparently there "was a problem". I found it hard to believe that all of the rooms except ours were occupied given that your could not check-in until 15:00. The receptionist was very helpful and rang around to find an alternative hotel; Le Continental, about 10 minutes walk away. I know its a very critical review, but how can I rate the hotel when they were unable to honor my booking?

Sowohl Service als auch Lage waren sehr gut. Auch hat uns das Frühstücksbuffet sehr zugesagt. Besonders schön war es auf der Terrasse im 7. Stock mit schönem Blick über die Stadt

In einem unserer Zimmer war leider der Fön defekt. Das kan passieren, sollte aber vor Einzug der Gäste geprüft werden.

Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht Treppenhaus sehr ungepflegt

Ruime suite

We waren over geboekt van Holiday inn centre naar dit hotel. Duurde lang voordat deze transfer bij hen bekend was. Geen minibar aanwezig, daarna een andere kamer gekregen met minibar. Origineel twee aparte bedden geboekt, hier niet mogelijk, daarom om 2 aparte dekbedden gevraagd, pas na 1 nacht gekregen….. Ontbijt was karig, weinig keus in beleg, de rest minimaal. Niet 4* waardig.

Locatie is super

De hygiëne van de kamer en badkamer is ok maar de schuifdeur ramen waren vuil alsook het balkon . Maar alles werd goed gemaakt door het rooftopterras met het schitterend uitzicht voor het ontbijt

De locatie en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Goede TV en WiFi voorziening. Ontbijt is prima en gevarieerd. Tevens geen probleen voor allergie intoleranties. Parkeer mogelijkheid onder en naast hotel.

Eigenlijk niet veel. Het is geen super lux hotel maar denk wel een juiste prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Misschien toch best wel lawaai van mensen op straat in de late avonden en nacht omdat je in het centrum zit en je een kamer aan de staat kan treffen.

Organisation leicht chaotisch, unser Zimmer war bereits belegt als wir es betraten!! Bekamen ein sehr schlechtes Zimmer, eng und nur mit Notfenster zum Fahrstuhlschacht, offensichtlich Ausweichen bei Fehler

Ausgezeichnete Lage des Hotels, nur 2-3 Minuten ins Zentrum. Parkgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Frühstück gut. Hervorzuheben ist die Rooftop-Bar bzw. das Restaurant, dies ist gleichzeitig auch der Frühstücksraum. Von dort hat man eine sensationelle Sicht auf Reims, unbedingt dort ein Glas Champagner trinken!!!

Die Lage.

Location, close to centre of town. Cost per night was fair, but note rooms are small. Bathroom flooded as the shower drainage was not good.

Staff were mixed in the politeness and helpfulness. Daily room service was not great. We were constantly asking for additional toilet paper or hand wash as the staff didnt look at what we needed each day. Restaurant on roof, staff we quite rude and pushing us to order constantly, when we only booked for drinks kn the rooftop. We ended up leaving after half hour. Be sure to look at restaurant availability. Small town and most places arr closed after 2pm and sunday and mondays.

Tolle Lage direkt beim Zentrum mit Zimmer in ein ruhiges Wohnquartier hinein. Sehr saubere Unterkunft.

Prima hotel op loopafstand van het centrum van Reims. Restaurant/Bar op de bovenste verdieping met het roof top-terras was echt gaaf. Mooi uitzicht over de stad tijdens de borrel of het ontbijt.

Ontbijt is (ma-vr) van 07.00 tot 10.00 uur. We kwamen om 09.00uur en er was al veel 'op' wat niet meer aangevuld werd. Personeel was al bezig met opruimen en klaarmaken voor de rest van de dag.

Les personnels sont très sympathiques. Le déjeuner est très bien 👍. L’ascenseur de voiture est impressionnant pour la première fois de l’utiliser, une fois le connaître, c’est bien pratique !

Les places du parking sont un peu serrées.

L’emplacement et la vie du roof top

1/ Des places de parking insuffisantes et difficiles d’accès avec une impossibilité de recharger sur les. Bornes un véhicule électrique sans nouvel abonnement. 2/ malgré une réservation de longue date, nous étions dans une chambre PMR malgré un prix très élevé. 3/ les équipement de la salle de bain sont insuffisants et non adaptés et des personnes valides, je me suis brûlé 2 fois dans la douche car pas de mitigeur thermostatique mais un mitigeur mécanique placé trop bas, etc…. 4/ la salle du petit déjeuner et beaucoup trop petite, l’on peut pas circuler avec le monde et il faut bien 5mn d’attente pour avoir un ascenseur. 5/ le prix payé est bien trop important par rapport aux prestations et qualités de la chambre.

Bra hotell, god service.

Meget central beliggenhed. Fik nyt værelse, fordi der var for meget støj fra ventilationspumpe i det første. Det nye værelse havde en god størrelse. Rengøringsdamen på 1. sal (hende med hårnet) var sød og god.

Meget generende støj fra ventilationspumpe. Kunne gøre det på værelser på både 1. og 2. sal. Intet motionsrum. De varme ting ved morgenbuffetten var skuffende. Pulverrøræg, dårlige pølser, slatten bacon. Pande så man selv kunne lave spejlæg! Ingen gæster brugte det. Alt for besværligt. Drop det, eller hav en medarbejder til at lave det til gæsterne. Meget få parkeringspladser til almindelige ‘store’ danske biler. Kun plads i kælder med bilelevator til små biler.

En choisissant un hôtel classé 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à un niveau de prestation et d'équipement en adéquation avec les standards de cette catégorie. Malheureusement, nous avons constaté plusieurs manquements importants durant notre séjour : Le réfrigérateur / minibar était hors service tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui nous a empêchés de garder nos boissons ou produits au frais. Équipements et produits d'accueil en salle de bain insuffisants : Nous avons simplement trouvé deux gobelets en carton pliés dans la salle de bain pour nous brosser les dents. Dans un établissement 4 étoiles, nous nous attendions à trouver un minimum d'articles de toilette et de soin (tels que des cotons-tiges, bonnets de douche, kits d'hygiène, etc.), ou à minima des verres de qualité. Ces désagréments ont altéré notre confort et ne correspondent pas au niveau d'exigence que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un hôtel de votre standing.

Le petit déjeuner

Pas de mini bar et pas de bouteille d’eau de bienvenue. Eau du robinet pour faire son café !!! C’est un 4 étoiles Il faut remplir une fiche de police alors que je suis français, dans un hôtel en France !!!

Four us of stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights. Helpful to use the car park for our stay. Air conditioned rooms at the back which were quiet. Friendly helpful staff both on Reception and at breakfast. Lovely rooftop breakfast area with outdoor seating and overlooking the cathedral. 5 minute walk to centre/shops/restaurants etc. Really enjoyable stay.

Car parking spaces in underground car park were quite narrow!

Concernant le petit déjeuner, il y avait beaucoup de choix. Petit point négatif : les produits salés proposés pourraient être de meilleure qualité.

Great location, great welcome from reception staff, Room (509), quiet, clean and comfortable, great breakfast both mornings- a much better experience at breakfast than at a previous stay in December 24.

Tout etait parfait, le personnel attentionné, gentil, souriant, réactif a toutes demandes, des filles charmantes à l’accueil au service d’étage et petit déjeuner. Les chambres étaient toujours d’une extrême propreté, le petit déjeuner parfait. L’emplacement proche du centre de tous les lieux à visiter. Un seul regret ne pas y être resté plus longtemps. Un grand merci à tous vous êtes super.

We enjoyed the location in the middle if the center. Also beautiful roof terrace for breakfast. Comfortable room and great bed.

The parking was extremely small for larger cars. We were lucky we had no damage when we had to turn because the place available was too small. In the end we could also park the car outside in the street without any problems (however note there was a maximum duration). The possibilty of extra beds. With several kids, it would have been better to have a twin room available with an extra bed instead of a sofa that they have to share. A bit more flexibilty on this point would be great. The hotel is relatively expensive

Clean & Air conditioned & the large bed & pillows were really comfy, great location & the staff were excellent. No issues, all great & would recommend.

Le parking propose des places hyper étroites! Les voitures aujourd'hui sont souvent très hautes et larges. et ce n'est pas adapté. Le matériel de la salle de bain (joints, porte de douche, pommeau) est un peu bancal, et nécessite quelques petites rénovations.

Tout etait très propre, le personnel très accueillant et très poli !

The hotel is great. Holiday Inn has its standard. The hotel is in the city centre. They have their own parking for a fair price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. It is on the top floor with the terrace and a great view of the city, which was a highlight point.

Great location for city centre,. Rooftop terrace was a nice bonus.

Bathroom had a few faults. Shower head broken and plug in basin not working.

Really supportive with our last minute booking. Good location. Useful to have a car park.

We were assigned a junior suite. We were told that there was something wrong with it as we set off for the lift to find the room. We were then assigned 2 conjoining rooms on the top floor. One room had a big problem with a smell of faeces. We opened the windows to let the smell out and went out for dinner. When we came back the smell was much worse. So at 11pm we went back to reception to ask for a new room which was assigned to us two floors below leaving our 18 year old and 15 year old on their own on the top floor. This was unfortunate because we had already and a property booked through booking.com that had failed us that day which is why we had to book the Holiday Inn at the last minute. This experience of The Holiday Inn was far below our usual experience. We hope this doesn’t happen again.
