Ottima posizione, staff gentile e disponibile, struttura pulita.

Ho bloccato una camera ma non sapevo che il condotti hotel aveva altre camere lontano dalla sede centrale, quindi invece che via Mario de fiori mi sono trovato a Via del Corso.

La ubicacion es excelente. El tamano de la habitacion esta muy bien y es muy linda.

Tiene problemas con el ascensor. Es muy chico y generalmente no funciona. Ademas tuvimos probelmas con el agua caliente. Tu vimos que llamar para que la vengan a arreglar. Despues de un rato volvio pero fue un problema.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Concierge was very helpful with our individual requests.

While the main hotel was in a busy and happening shopping street, the Ripetta Luxury apartments were not so well located. Slightly shady to walk there at night. Unnecessary steps inside the apartment - huge tripping risk.

Its location was perfect for a 3 day visit in Rome.

Our room was not as good as we thought it would be. It was functional and clean but did not have a four star feel.

The room size (standard double) is the smallest I have ever stayed in considering it claims to be a 4*.

Beautiful hotel in a great location with polite and respectful staff awaiting to be of service in any way.

The room was stylish and well presented. The only let down was a very uncomfortable bed with a hard and unforgiving mattress and a noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Ho soggiornato al Condotti Hotel durante il mio viaggio a Roma e sono rimasta davvero molto soddisfatta. Un hotel elegante, accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio, con uno staff gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. La posizione è semplicemente fantastica: l’hotel si trova nel cuore di Roma, a pochi passi da Piazza di Spagna, in una zona bellissima e comodissima per visitare la città. Abbiamo potuto raggiungere facilmente a piedi tantissime delle principali attrazioni, oltre ad avere a disposizione negozi, ristoranti e locali nelle immediate vicinanze. La camera era molto curata, pulita e confortevole, e tutto il soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante.

We stayed at one of the apartments. It was spacious, clean, great location. We were 5 people and we had a perfect stay.

Siempre que voy a Roma elijo el Condotti por su excelente ubicación e instalaciones. Usamos el servicio de ban para ir al aeropuerto y también 10/10. Claramente volveré.

O quarto era MUITO pequeno. Não tem espaço nem para uma mala de MÃO. Não cabe absolutamente NADA. Não condiz com NENHUMA foto que vi. Eu nunca vi algo TÃO enganoso na vida. Eu já ia abandonar o hotel e procurar outro quando fui a recepção e a equipe, inclusive MUITO antipáticos, nos ofereceu outro quarto que era tipo um SÓTÃO. O quarto era BEM maior e cabia nossas malas. Mas o banheiro era dentro do quarto e um casal um pouco mais alto bateria a cabeça no teto do banheiro que era MUITO baixo.

I didn’t like the location and not be able to have any one to look after guests. The place looked very isolated. I had booked the property in via Mario dei Fiori where I stayed last time and it was excellent, and instead you sent me in Via del Corso, not acceptable.

Un lindo hotel boutique con una inigualable ubicación, limpieza de primera y un personal muy atento y preocupado por que los huéspedes tengan la mejor experiencia en Roma.

En realidad todo muy bueno; quizás lo único es que dimensionen mejor la cantidad de toallas y otros vs la cantidad de huéspedes, pero lo resolvieron de manera excelente!

La habitación no estaba completamente limpia En la bañera habían pelos, y después al otro día encontramos una araña Enviamos fotos de todo estos registros a la a la recepción, y después peor aún el aire acondicionado funcionaba mal, ya que emitía un fuerte ruido que no se podía dormir bien

1- مكان السكن رائع واستراتيجي وفي منطقة حيوية حولها مطاعم تسوق قهاوي بقالات صيدليات … كل ماتحتاج. 2- الشقة واسعة ( غرف النوم والصالة ) 3- فيه شطاف

1- السكن كان في شقة منفصلة عن المبنى الأساسي ( قرابة 100 متر عن المبنى الرئيسي) وهي عبارة عن غرفتين نوم وصالة ودورتين مياه والوصول للشقة يحتاج تمر عبر 3 أبواب لكن واحد منهم مفتاح مختلف ( مافيه كرت ) 2- مافيه مصعد لكن اذا كلمتهم يساعدونك بحمل الحقائب 3- لايوجد خدمة تنظيف الا عند الطلب 4- دورات المياه ضيقة

We were not accommodated in the main building. It turned out that the hotel has more than 1 location. To get to our rooms we had to climb up a steep staircase. This was very difficult for my 81 year old husband.

The location was excellent, but it was not mentioned anywhere in the booking that when you open the window you see construction work, with no view towards the Spanish Steps.

Non-stop work, it was not indicated anywhere that there was construction work on the hotel and there was no window that could be opened and not see these horrors, even when we told the hotel they said they could not compensate us with a partial refund, and offered us a lousy discount at a restaurant on the edge of town that we did not want at all

The the hotel is too compact - our rooms where tiny and whilst appreciating this is a city hotel, considering the price and how its advertised this was a real disappointment.

The location was perfect! It’s only a block from the Spanish steps and right in the heart of all the high-end shops. It’s perfectly located and felt very safe.

I loved that our room was separate from our kids bedroom (we had the family room). The only thing I didn’t love was that our bedroom didn’t have any windows.

The hotel located in prime location, in the heart of all the attractions. 1 minuet from the Spanish Steps, Via Condotti and Via del corso, and walking distance from all the interesting places . A lot of restaurants and bars all over the hotel, great place to stay. The room is clean and comfortable, and has all the facilities you need. Very recommend.

The apartment was not near hotel A lot of steps leading to apartment “Complimentary mini bar” were a few biscuits and 3 bottles of water. Not sure it needed to be called out as complimentary. I wasn’t expecting anything to begin with but a few bottles of water would be minimum I think. Musty smell in apartment and did not feel like it was 4 stars. Initially staff were going to meet us to help with bags but then told us to self check in. We went to the wrong building (it was confusing as all three buildings had the same front door code). Our fault we were at the wrong building but would have been helpful to have met the porter when we arrived as we kept hotel up to date with arrival time and were led to believe that was happening. We had to call porter to come and help with bags which he did. Staff seemed good to deal with

This was my second time using this hotel group, which operates a range of hotels and apartments throughout Rome. For this stay, I booked the Ripetta Luxury Apartments on Via Ripetta, near Piazza del Popolo — and the location was excellent. Via Ripetta is a fantastic area to stay in Rome. It is close enough to walk to many of the main attractions, but far enough away from the chaos and crowds of the busiest areas. The location was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The main issue I have experienced with this hotel group, both on this occasion and my previous booking, is that the room you receive does not always seem to match the photos and description of the room category booked. I had booked a Deluxe Suite specifically based on the description and images, including the characteristics of the room, but unfortunately the apartment I received felt quite different and did not have the features I was expecting. When I contacted the hotel, I was advised it was the same room category, but there was still a noticeable difference between what was advertised and what was provided. One of my key requirements was having a washing machine, and thankfully the apartment did include this, which was very useful. Another nice touch with this hotel group is the complimentary minibar and snacks, which is always appreciated. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I struggled to sleep and had to add extra pillows underneath me to make it more comfortable. On arrival, we also had an issue with the air conditioning. Someone was sent to investigate, but it took quite some time to resolve what was ultimately just a delay in the system starting. It would have been much easier if we had simply been advised of this upfront. Overall, there are definitely positives — the location is excellent, the apartment concept is convenient, and the complimentary extras are a lovely touch. However, the uncertainty around which room you will actually receive is a significant drawback. With so many accommodation options available in Rome, I would probably look at other properties next time where the room description and experience are more consistent.

Very good location.

Starting Monday early morning garbage and delivery trucks woke me at 7 pm. Construction nearby. Also noisy. The weekend was more pleasant and quiet. We didn’t stay at main building and had to climb big flight of stairs to get to the rooms. The staff helped with luggage. Breakfast served at nearby hotel. Continental breakfast, just coffee, juice and croissant is €18

First apartment we stayed in was beautiful - had a sauna jaquzzi bath tub and very cool away from the heat and crowds. The staff help with carrying all bags to the apartment and even gave me a little gift bag for my birthday!!

It’s not 5 star - it’s 4 star which is more than ok but it doesn’t have that hotel feel to it as the apartments are spread out.

Did not like that we did not stay in the main hotel took us to the hotel that is being renovated. So not happy about that if I knew we will go to another location that was being renovated would not of booked that hotel considering I paid a lot of money for two nights

Me encantó. Siempre que vengo a Roma lo elijo. Y siempre cubre mis expectativas. Está excelentemente ubicado.

If personal observation is a guide Rome seems to be replete with non-brand name hotels, especially in the so-called “shopping triangle” where Hotel Condotti is located. Word of caution, there’s more than one hotel in the Condotti Group, all within a short distance of each other, so make sure you’re looking at the right one. The Condotti Boutique Hotel where we stayed is tiny (it doesn’t have a bar or restaurant - more on this later*) but very nice nonetheless. Our room was on the top floor and was small but modern and well appointed, but no view and no balcony. The best thing about the hotel is its location - within walking distance of numerous branded & non-branded shops, restaurants, grocery shops and iconic attractions including the Colosseum. *Our package included breakfast which was served in a restaurant around the corner. Would recommend.
