Nous avons passé 3 nuits et avons eu droit à 3 jours de “pool party” Un DJ avec du son comme dans un night club de 12h à 19h et quasi personne pour écouter. C’était presque comique. Bref impossible de se détendre. Si vous n’aimez pas la grosse techno très bruyante passez votre tour!

The staff was great. I appreciated the free margaritas. The decor was cool!

The room was musty smelling when I arrived. The amount of money held on my card for amenities was not spoken aloud but printed on a sheet of paper. There were other fees not well explained. I heard music and conversations in another room until 5am

The location was beautiful and convenient. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the service was amazing.

I do have to mention that one of the bed site lights broke on my first night, but other than that, everything else was literally excellent.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the valets. The front desk clerks were also exemplary. Check-in was quick and painless and I was given lots of good information. Another clerk later helped me print some items. Everyone was kind.

I would prefer coffee in bedrooms - but I honestly enjoyed getting up to get coffee in the lobby. Also, at first I didn’t like the idea of valet - but the valets were so helpful and the convenience (and safety) of it all made it worth while.

L'hotel in generale e' trascurato e per niente pulito..La zona piscina trascuratissima, divanetti tutti sporchi. Non fanno la pulizia giornaliera delle camere, ne cambiano gli asciugamani.. Al bar l'aria condizionata era cosi bassa che era impossibile stare. Parcheggjo a 70 dollari al giorno, un furto! Una grande delusione.

Loved the music downstairs and the friendly music community vibe. Records in yhe room, great snacks and Happy Hour in lobby was great!

When we arrive there was a Karaoke near the hall. The carpet stink amd AC system was old and noisy. The position is good and the other aspects were good

We traveled cross country to stay and couldn’t wait to see this hotel in person and it exceeded our expectations! Everyone was so nice especially the front desk and the staff who brought us a record player to our mom! Highly recommend pool side room. It was amazing!! The sunset, the location, the vibes etc. Amazing!!!

Was my 5th stay here. First 3 times I have no complaints Stayed twice on this trip and have no complaints on the first 2 nights 1st and 2nd July - the receptionist was lovely and the same as my previous stays. My second stay on this trip 16th -19th July the staff were rude, obnoxious, unhelpful and a ‘can’t be bothered attitude. To be fair not all but one person in particular. He should not be working in the industry. I asked if I could change my dates the day before I was due to checkin. As it was through a 3rd party he literally could not be bothered to even look at my booking. They obviously have a problem with people that book through a 3rd party and not direct as I watched him check people in after he had been rude to me who booked directly with the hotel. His attitude could not have been nicer. I said I had stayed only a week before and his reply to me was ‘booking ref’ without even looking at me. I could go on about his rudeness but due to this member of their staff I will NOT be staying here again. He put a complete downer to the end of the holiday. I advise people to stay at the Andaz where it was a much more of a pleasant service.

We were pool adjacent and there was a loud pool party the day we arrived. Tried to request a different room but because of a pet we’re not allowed to be moved. Cost was a bit high too especially the add ons. Pet and parking costs.

The property was very cute.

This is actually a club with a small hotel attached. You will see people in harnesses and thongs. If you are traveling to party, this would be a great hotel for you. If traveling with a family, you need to keep shopping. The main staff is unresponsive, yet the cleaning staff is kind.

The property is conveniently located on Sunset within walking distance or a short cab ride from The Rainbow/The Whisky/The Roxy.

Coffee station in the morning was quickly emptied out and I had difficulty getting staff to replenish the coffee. They clean up at 11am. If you haven’t gotten coffee by 0930…you might not get any.

The property looked very fun, artistic, and hip, while also being very comfortable.

We were unable to order food from our room or the pool. There was a kiosk to order from by the pool but it wasn’t working, The QR code in the room didn’t work either and orders could not be taken over the phone. They would happily deliver poolside or to our room once we went to the restaurant to place the order. Not a big menu, but the ingredients were high quality, the food was delicious and there was something for everyone (I was traveling with two teens).

Such a fun boutique hotel with a musical theme. Very funky cool!

$405 for a swim-up double bed room is a bit high. Very small room. The decor was GREAT but the air conditioner was awful and SO loud, like a jet taking off, barely kept the room livable and the toilet and shower dripping all night.

Loren was hands down the best bartender! Our husbands literally made audible “wow” noises after their first sip, and immediately ordered the exact same drinks again. (Light my fire, botanical rhapsody and a Bloody Mary) Every cocktail was spot on, and you could tell Loren puts a lot of care in her craft. Great drinks, great service and a great time!

Clean hotel with unfailingly friendly staff and in a great location. No issues at all, a cool vibe to enjoy and nice facilities.

my first impression was terrible, the front desk person, his nome is Adam, was very rude. He was, clearly in a bad mood. He ruined my day. But next day the other front desk person was nice, polite. I enjoyed the rest of my stay.

The best, most accommodating hotel in LA. We arrived early after a long drive and were able to check in three hours early. The atmosphere is beyond fun. The pizza is out of this world. We always stay at Hotel Ziggy whenever we are in town.

Location perfect, staff excellent and very helpful, great facilities, entertainment and comfortable rooms. We are a music loving family and it was a perfect stay for our night out on the Sunset Strip. Atmosphere in the hotel was buzzing when we arrived and the complimentary margaritas and coffee the next morning were really appreciated Couldn’t have wished for a better hotel for our stay in West Hollywood really.

10/10 experience! Came for weho pride and it was the perfect location. The rooms are so big and cute (the bed was super comfy too). Also the staff was probably one of the kindest staff at a hotel I’ve experienced. Would absolutely come back and highly recommend this cutie hotel!

This hotel was really nice. Right on the strip close to all and convenient to all places. The room was clean and comfortable. The first night was loud with the place next door playing music until 3 am but it was just that one night. I lobby was cool and chill. I loved the whole place!

Room service never seemed to work for me. My room was on same floor as hotel lobby and I didn’t like that this was just open for anyone to walk through to the rooms. Some noise but nothing earplugs couldn’t fix and the band was done by 11pm.

I expected eclectic, but this was so much more than that. I remained confused about the direction I should take the elevator - down to my room, up for the lobby, restaurant, and exit. While there was nothing lacking in the bathroom, I felt a little claustrophobic while using the toilet stuffed between the end of the vanity and the glass wall of the shower. Everything at Hotel Ziggy was expensive. The nightly price for parking was $70, kind of eye-popping for me. But Hotel Ziggy is on Sunset Blvd.

The hotel is located in a nice lively area in West Hollywood. You can find nice restaurants and bars in short driving distance. The room itself was spacious enough for two people and the price for the accommodation only was fine for the number of days we stayed. The staff was polite and helpful.

We found the additional charge of 70$ per day for valet parking service very expensive. When it comes to cleaning, it's hotel policy to request it upfront in the reception - I would expect the service itself is standard day to day thing. Also with the price we paid it would be nice to have breakfast included, which was not the case.

This hotel is truly a gem on the Sunset Strip. While it's advertised as "loud", it did not impact us at all in our room. We thouroughly enjoyed a few of the bands playing in the lobby space. The pool is amazing, the temperature was perfect and you cannot beat a salt water pool. The staff were incredibly helpful, shout out to Alan, and did everything they could to accommodate our needs. The beds are comfy and the rooms and hotel super clean. If I had to say anything negative it would only be that the bar closed a little earlier than we would have liked on a couple of nights but who can blame them for that when it's quiet. Pizza Girl makes an excellent pizza, a few more options for breakfast and overall would have been nice but the limited menu offers quality food. It is definately my new "go-to" place when staying in Hollywood! Such a great location.

Location is the only good thing about the hotel

I've been staying in a lot of hotels in LA and in the US and this was one of the worst. And I've been staying in this hotel one week after being back from a road trip in Arizona where I slept in motels so this was supposed to be the nicest hotel of my trip. Usually in LA I stay in the London, which is more expensive and this time I wanted to spend less money so I booked this one instead (supposedly 4 stars instead of 5 of the London) because I wanted to be in West Hollywood. First: NO CLEANING THE WHOLE WEEK. You need to request cleaning 24h in advance. Which obviously I couldn't do bc I didn't know when I'd be in the room. I had to take out trash myself. You can't open the window. So it was really not nice. I'm a mom of 2 and I usually enjoy not having mental load of taking care of the cleaning during holidays. Coffee only from 7 to 11. Even in Motel 6 motels they offer it from 5am. I wake up super early and can't function without coffee. The first day at 6 I asked if I could at least buy one at the bar, but the guy was super rude and told me to walk to Starbucks - which I did, in my pyjama. Staff is really rude and not nice, which is unusual for LA where people are the nicest. Lots of things not working. My toilet broke. Half of the lights weren't working. I tried the QR code for room service but wasn't working so couldn't order. Gym was ridiculous for an American hotel. No water at the gym. Again I was in cheap motels in Arizona the week before and they had better gyms. Toilets in common parts are disgusting. The toilets next to the gym were horrible - no paper, poop everywhere, disgusting. This is CLEARLY not a 4 star hotel or a boutique hotel. This is a motel with a good marketing team.

Ziggy is a super vibey hotel. It has the right balance of chilled and fun. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool area was awesome. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bar was really nice and they had some great musicians performing on some of the evenings I was there. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great little hotel in the perfect location. Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Will absolutely stay again. Only stayed one night so didn’t use pool or eat there but the bar and pool were both busy. Locals use the bar area too so it’s a lively place.

I travelled with my almost 69 years old father, and according the staff we were supposed to sleep 1 bed, instead of the 2 beds our travel agency booked for us. I directly contacted the lobby after we had seen our room, and I asked friendly for an alternative. She was rude and just said there was only 1 bed booked, what didn’t make sense since our travel agency always books 2 beds. The woman at the lobby also said it was a king size bed, which it wasn’t. But even then we shouldn’t supposed to be in 1 bed, due to the fact we as father and son don’t sleep in 1 bed, especially regarding the age of my father. Also there was really really loud music hearable in the room we slept in, until around 01:00 AM… The bass drums were so loud that we couldn’t sleep and even felt every thrill of the bass drum in our bodies. The next day we did an early check out, and at the front-desk, were we said we wanted to get away instead of stay 2 more night, like we supposed to, according to our travel plans. The front-desk guy answered the loud music question just by saying: It’s a music hotel…
