시설도 좋았고 직원들이 너무 친절했어요~ 일점상 먼저 2박을 힐튼 차탄에서 하고 마지막 날 하루만 묵은게 너무 아쉬웠어요~ㅜ 힐튼은 재방문 의사 절대로 없는데 여기는 무조건 오키나와 오면 다시 오고 싶어요~^^

휴양과 휴식을 위한 리조트라서 그런지 주위에 식당이 시내보다 조금 비쌌던게 약간의 아쉬움입니다.

Le petit-déjeuner est sans aucun doute l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons eu le plaisir de découvrir : produits de grande qualité, choix varié et service irréprochable. Mais ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c'est l'attitude de votre personnel. Un matin, nous avions une envie toute simple : déguster des crèmes brûlées. Elles ne figuraient pourtant pas au buffet ce jour-là. Au lieu de nous répondre qu'elles n'étaient pas disponibles, comme cela se produit malheureusement très souvent, votre collaborateur nous a répondu avec le sourire qu'il allait se renseigner. Quelques minutes plus tard, elle est revenu nous annoncer que la cuisine allait spécialement nous en préparer. À peine un quart d'heure plus tard, trois délicieuses crèmes brûlées nous étaient servies. Ce geste peut paraître anodin, mais il illustre parfaitement ce qui distingue un grand hôtel d'un hôtel véritablement exceptionnel. Nous fréquentons régulièrement de nombreux hôtels cinq étoiles et même des palaces, notamment à Paris. Très souvent, lorsque quelque chose n'est pas prévu au buffet, la réponse est simplement : « Désolé, ce n'est pas disponible. » Chez vous, la première réaction a été de chercher une solution pour satisfaire le client. Cette volonté sincère de faire plaisir, cette capacité à dire « voyons ce que nous pouvons faire » plutôt que « ce n'est pas possible », est la plus belle démonstration d'un service d'excellence. C'est cette attention, cette générosité et cette culture du service qui créent des souvenirs inoubliables et donnent envie de revenir.

Halekulani Okinawa is a wonderful resort if you're looking to relax and disconnect. We chose it after being inspired by Ikigai, and it turned out to be the perfect place to unwind. The resort is beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views, crystal-clear waters, and a peaceful atmosphere. The service is outstanding, and every interaction with the staff felt warm and genuine. As vegetarians, we initially found the dining options limited. However, after speaking to the team, the chefs created a dedicated vegetarian menu for us. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. Notes for fellow travellers: - If you're visiting in late July, be prepared for intense heat and humidity. It can be difficult to comfortably explore Okinawa or spend extended time outdoors during the day, so a cooler season may be a better choice. - Halekulani is a popular destination for Japanese families, so expect to see many children around the pools and common areas. The atmosphere is lively rather than secluded. - The resort is about an hour's drive from the airport, and taxi fares are fairly expensive. Planning your transportation in advance is recommended. - The pools close relatively early, so if you enjoy evening swims, keep the timings in mind while planning your day. Overall, Halekulani Okinawa delivers an exceptional luxury experience with world-class hospitality. If you're looking for a beautiful beach front resort with impeccable service, it's hard to go wrong.

Usually we have never had difficulty when staying at a property At this location, if booking same day, generally only 5pm or 9pm available (and not at all restaurants). 1. Территория. Это действительно сильная сторона. Всё утопает в зелени, очень ухоженно, красиво, за растениями видно тщательный уход. Гулять одно удовольствие. 2. Номера. Большие, светлые, продуманная планировка. Есть где развернуться, много мест для хранения. Уборка быстрая и качественная — претензий нет. 3. Бассейны. Понравилось, что есть тихие зоны, где можно спокойно отдохнуть без детского гама. Персонал у бассейнов приветливый и внимательный.

1. Пляж. Собственный пляж отеля — это разочарование. Очень мелкая, илистая заводь, практически «болотце». Заходить в воду неприятно. Хорошо, что рядом (с обратной стороны от отеля) есть общественный пляж с нормальным заходом, но это уже не та приватность, которую ждешь от такого отеля. 2. Главный кошмар — очереди в ресторан. Это просто провал в сервисе. · Утром на завтрак собирается очередь из 40+ человек, при этом внутри зал полупустой! Сажают катастрофически медленно. · Система бронирования онлайн — фикция. Регистрация открывается в 7:00, и сразу же время ожидания дает от 80 до 120 минут. Это неуважение к гостям, которые пришли отдыхать, а не стоять в очередях. · Зона шведского стола крошечная. Из-за этого давка и толкучка даже за едой. · Сама еда посредственная и скудная. Уже на третий день ребенок наотрез отказался идти на завтрак, потому что надоело одно и то же и стоять в очередях. Такая же ситуация и с обедом. Отель красивый, но впечатление полностью портит организация питания.

因為住宿房間被安排在外棟，所以房間門打開就是面對外面馬路，晚上有飆車族的車聲，很大聲，這點滿不能接受的。

レストランの夕食は予約制でほぼ埋まっているので、早くから予約が必要です。予約できなかった宿泊客は外へ食事に出かけないといけない。周辺には選択肢が少ない。

We had a lovely time at this resort. The location is dazzling. What really stood out though was the staff. They were absolutely amazing. Every person working in the resort was highly trained and focused on providing incredible service. We had a small issue at the beginning of our stay and the team went over and above to not old solve it but went to incredible lengths to make amends. It was truely exceptional. Recommend staying here and thank you to the team for making our stay so lovely.

Beautiful property, rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. The online pictures do not do justice to how nice the rooms are. We had a balcony with ocean views for stunning sunrises and sunsets. The quiet pool was very nice. Staff is very professional and kind.

The incoming typhoon that forced us to leave a day earlier than planned. lol

The staff there are super friendly and always look out for you. My wife and I went there as part of our honeymoon in Japan and had an incredible experience.

Amazing experience overall... I would just like to add that I wish they had more rainy day activities for guests... my husband and I went during typhoon season and were stuck inside for a 1/2 the day, and all they had available was the spa, but it was fully booked. I believe they had activities for kids, but that was all. Also, 1 hour from the airport, but the hotel was able to schedule taxi accommodations for us. The beach wasn't really available when we visited...

Breakfast buffet was generous and very good! The quiet pool was a great place to spend the day, but get there early, bc spots are limited. Rooms are very nice, even better than in the pictures — my daughter said they need to update the photos to better show off the place. The staff is amazing — super accommodating and welcoming!

Der Sunset Wing ist schön ruhig und hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick. In unserem Gebäude befand sich auch die Bar, an der wir Abends zwei Mal sehr gemütlich gesessen haben. Die Tauchbasis im Hotel haben wir genutzt, der Tauchgang war gut organisiert und mit wenig Aufwand für uns verbunden. Ich hatte eine Yogastunde draußen im Garten mit Meerblick, das war phänomenal. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert vom Golf-Kart Shuttle zum Main Gate. Die Unterstützung unserer Urlaubsplanung durch den Concierge war hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren wirklich groß, bei einer Belegung von jeweils einem Erwachsenen und zwei Teenagern ein echter Mehrwert. Das Gym war für unsere Bedürfnisse gut ausgestattet. 3 verschiedene Restaurants für das Frühstück fanden wir hervorragend - Asiatisch, Europäisch und Buffett. Die Pools und das gesamte Resort waren sehr schön angelegt. Am Pool haben wir Handtücher, Wasser und auch gefrorene Mangostücke bekommen. Die Lage des Resorts war schön, die Nordseite der Insel ist sehr schön und nicht so dicht bebaut.

Die Restaurants fanden wir alle extrem überteuert. Wir haben nur am ersten Abend im Hotel gegessen. Danach sind wir direkt außerhalb des Resorts in ein sehr nettes Restaurant gegangen für einen Bruchteil des Preises. Die virtuelle Warteschlange für das Frühstück ist eine grundsätzlich sinnvolle Idee, leider hat diese immer zwischen 60 und 80 Minuten Zeit gebraucht. Die Hälfte der Tische war trotz allem unbesetzt.

Wyjątkowo zadbany hotel (czystość, obsługa, usługi) z profesjponalnym personelem. Restauracje na wysokim poziomie, a śniadania wyjątkowo smaczne i bogate. Słowa uznania dla hotelowego zespołu concierge - bardzo sprawny i uczynny, wszyskie prośby o pomoc w rezerwacji lokali itp. zostały załatwione. Gratuluję załodze i polecam!

Beautiful facilities, great food and service, and ample rooms for Japan. Bedding was excellent too. Perhaps if I had to be picky, it would be that the breakfast wait time/ flow is not very efficient but again, I am being very picky as the rest was so impeccable. It’s about an a hour from Naha.

Luxe hotel, mooie ruime kamers met uitzicht op zee. De zwembaden zijn heel prettig, vooral de 16+, er waren veel kleine gillende kinderen tijdens mijn bezoek in de andere zwembaden. Het was laagseizoen, dus ook voldoende ligbedden en ruimte in het water.

Het strand is ver, vanuit mijn kamer zeker een kwartier lopen. Het ook geen supermooi strand, er zijn betere stranden in Okinawa. Sowieso weinig te zien en te doen in de omgeving. Aan de straatzijde wel meerdere restaurants, maar die zijn relatief duur voor Japanse begrippen. De restaurants in Halekulani zijn geen 5-sterren, extreem lang wachten. Zowel bij ontbijt als bij diner. Je kan vanuit de wachtkamer gewoon zien dat er tafels beschikbaar zijn, maar ze laten je alsnog wachten. Ze denken misschien dat lang wachten hoort bij een luxe hotel, als je aangeeft dat je zelf wel naar de tafel kan lopen dan begrijpen ze dat niet. Er moet altijd eerst iemand van het personeel met je meelopen naar je tafel om te zitten, volledig zinloos... Weinig personeel spreekt Engels, beetje vreemd voor een hotel met internationale pretenties.

今まで29年間生きてきた中で一番最高で素敵なホテルでした。スタッフの接客、対応、サービス、レストランのご飯の美味しさ、部屋や外観内観、景色、部屋に戻った時のささやかなホテルからのプレゼント(贈り物)が楽しみな3日間でした！

土地柄仕方ないとは思うのですが、虫の多さとデカさでした。自然や生物を大切にするという意味ではすごい良いことなのかなとも思えたし何よりも全てが完璧すぎて1ミリも不快な思いや嫌な思いはなかったです！

Everything is good, since check in till check out. Breakfast, facilities, staff , beach is very near by walking distance. room and hotel itself very clean and comfy. Decide to come back again , just a little thing is the room i book is premier ocean deluxe it but the ocean view is like half not full view.

If there is something picky could be the kids club is not available for m infant to crawl and spend time there, they just accept kids with 4 years old above.

Halekulani exceeded our expectations. You knew you were staying at an exceptional resort the moment that you pulled in. The check in process was amazing and set the tone for the whole stay. After a busy time touring Tokyo and Kyoto, this was just the place we needed. On a 1-10 scale, I would give the staff a 99. From the lobby to the pool to the restaurants, the staff were amazing and set a bar for hospitality that will be hard to beat anywhere. The rooms were beautiful and impeccably cleaned and maintained daily. One day I left a bunch of change on the counter and they actually organized and stacked the change! We stayed on the beachfront side and hung out at the quiet pool every day. We were able to get great chairs every day, but getting a chair and umbrella could certainly be an issue if the resort was crowded. The staff at the Sunset bar made you feel were in a 3 star Michelin restaurant. Super impressive. We tried all the restaurants and loved them all. Again, the service was impeccable.

Food and drinks were expensive. This is to be expected at a resort like this, but we racked up quite a bill because you charge everything to your room. Not really a negative because prices were clearly marked, but I did feel for people who had 2 or 3 kids in tow to feed. Chairs and umbrellas could be in short supply if they were crowded.

It’s beautifully cared for. It’s unique combination of Okinawa and Hawaii will have us dreaming of returning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had great variety. We miss it already!

The beach lacked the soft sand for morning walks. We like to sink our toes into the sand but it was very packed down and hard.

Wir waren im Sunset Flügel.Zwar teuerer,aber lohnt sich.Größe undAussicht waren super. Frühstück wird mit Wartezeiten in den 3 Restaurants angeboten. Das japanische können wir nicht beurteilen- das im Luxus Restaurant war eher einfach und nicht besonders vielfältig, auswahlreich. Beim Buffett gibt es Wartezeiten - das Wartesystem per Internet funktioniert aber gut. Nach Buchung hat man dann Zeit für das Bad..... Beim Buffett sollte man dann auf einem Platz auf der Terradse oder im hinteren Raum bestehen- es sei dann man hat nichts gegen das Gebrüll von vielen Kleinkindern, sind stark vertreten. Haben in Japan bis so ca. 5 Jahren alle Freiheiten....

Es gibt 3 Restaurants im Hotel. Zwei völlig überteuert und eins teuer bei durchaus überschaubarer Speisenauswahl. Wir waren an 4 von 6 Tagen ausserhalb essen.

You have to book for breakfast and dinner if you are having meals at the hotel rather turn up. Don’t really expect this from a five star hotel and probably wouldn’t book again

The location was amazing and the staff were wonderful. I was really impressed with all of the staff but the people working on the beach area were exceptional. They were really attentive and safety conscious especially with the young children.

混雑している点もあったと思うが、部屋に案内されるまで時間がかかる。今回はチェックインから25分ほどかかった。部屋のバルコニーに蜘蛛の巣が出来ていて気になった。

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer im Sunset-Wing mit je einem Zustellbett. Im Sunset-Wing ist es etwas ruhiger und das Gebäude liegt direkt am Meer mit bester Aussicht. Die Zimmer waren außergewöhnlich groß, hatten ein sehr großes Badezimmer, einen amerikanischen begehbaren Schrank und eine separate Toilette. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war einmalig!! Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig im Buffetrestaurant, die beiden anderen a la carte Möglichkeiten (westlich und asiatisch) haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Wir haben zwei Abende an der Bar gesessen, die eine sehr gemütliche Terrasse hat. Die Getränkeauswahl war sehr gut. Im Hotel gibt es eine Tauchbase, wir haben einen Tauchgang gebucht, das hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Man fährt ein kurzes Stück mit dem Boot raus. Ich habe an einem Nachmittag an der kostenlosen Yogastunde teilgenommen, die draußen mit Blick auf das Meer angeboten wurde, das war super! Fürs Schwimmen im Pool war es uns zu kalt, aber die Liegen waren sehr gemütlich, man wurde aufmerksam mit Wasser und Handtüchern versorgt, und einmal wurden gefrorene Mangostücke zur Erfrischung verteilt. Das Gym hat uns auch gut gefallen - neue Geräte, gute Ausstattung. Abends haben wir einmal im Hotel gegessen, das fanden wir überteuert und die Portionen waren sehr überschaubar. An den beiden anderen Abenden haben wir in dem Steakhaus direkt ausserhalb des Hotels gegessen, das war sehr gut. Für die Wege zum Supermarkt wird man auf Wunsch mit dem Golfkart dort hingebracht - das Highlight für unsere Kinder. Das Personal war sehr engagiert und freundlich. Mit dem Concierge habe ich im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthaltes die Abholung und den Rücktransfer zum Flughafen geplant, das hat reibungslos funktioniert. Außerdem haben wir einen mehrstündigen Ausflug mit Van und Fahrer gebucht, das hat auch sehr gut funktioniert.

Die digitale Warteschlange für das Frühstück ist grundsätzlich eine gute Idee, allerdings betrug die Wartezeit zwischen 60 und 90 Minuten, das hat extrem genervt - zumal die Hälfte der Tische permanent unbesetzt waren. Alle Restaurants im Hotel waren überteuert.

Perfektes Hotel um nach einer anstrengenden Japanrundreise zu entspannen

Ab und zu muss man beim Frühstück warten, bis man an der Reihe ist; die vorgesehenen Onlinereservierung für einen Frühstücksslot funktioniert nicht richtig; aber wenn man einfach zum Restaurant geht, klappt es auch mit dem Frühstück

Stayed here for our honeymoon and the attention to detail from everything at the hotel was amazing. Staff were so friendly and considerate. Our room was amazing.

Unfortunately all the food on site was very expensive and none of the amenities (ie tennis or snorkeling gear) was included - everything cost extra. We ended up travelling out for our meals as there were lots of local, more affordable options around the island.

朝食がおいしかった。食事込みのプランで申し込んでいたが、インルームダイニングに使えるのではないか、と思っていたが、別口と聞いて少し残念でした。チェックアウト後の空港に向かうバスに見送りのサービスをしていただいてとてもうれしかったです。

お部屋のバスルームの照明が明るすぎて落ち着きませんでした。 チェックインのあと、部屋に案内と設備の説明をしてもらいましたが、日本の方でなかったせいか、細かい説明がお聞きできなかったように思います。

立地、導線、全てがよく考えられていて、スタッフの方も対応が素晴らしかったです。

一つぐらいはあると思うかもしれませんが、全くなかったです。最高でした。

Lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig! Überaus schöne, moderne Zimmer mit allem Komfort. Hilfsbereite, freundliche Mitarbeitende. Tolles japanisches Restaurant (köstliches Kaiseki) mit überaus liebenswerten Mitarbeitenden. Fantastische Bar!

(Man ist etwas auf ein Auto angewiesen. Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts ;-))

This is one of the most overrated hotel I’ve ever been to. How this hotel is one of the highest ranked hotel on IKYU is just beyond me. Check-in was slow and arrival experience was subpar, I was tired from my flight and ride from the airport and still had to wait half an hour… Not real luxury… The airport pickup didn’t hold the hotel sign and I had to look for him. It was extremely crowded with kids, and other assorted horrible clientele from overseas. Gave me an extremely low floored and badly located room at first which I didn’t like because anyone can see into it. I had to pay extra to have a high floored room. The furnishings weren’t great either, the sofa was rock hard and the others were starting to show their age. Can’t believe the public areas of this hotel look so much older than a hotel that only opened in 2019. The room I got with a paid upgrade was just that much better than my first one, with a better view and better furniture. The receptionist at first told me that “no room is available”, apparently it is, just not for free. The food was OK, but just exhorbitantly priced, even more than Tokyo. The staff spoke not great English as they kept pronouncing my very common English name very wrong… and the telephone operators were so rude you won’t believe you’re in Japan. Come here if you like screaming kids or lots of americans:)
