Struttura accogliente, e pulits, personale disponibile, ottima colazione I torno all'albergo, a qualche centinaio di metri molti ristoranti.

Piscina e spa non male ma un po sottotono rispetetto alla struttura. Comunque ok. Spiaggia attrezzata bene ma accessibile con navetta o auto non lontano ma nemmeno sotto il resort .

朝食が良かった、プールが良かった、ロケーションが良かった、スタッフさんもみなさんいい人で神対応でした。

私が朝風呂大好き派だからなのですが、朝は別館合わせて3つのお風呂のうち1つしか空いていないのが残念でした。

接待人員非常親切友善，房間寬敞舒適，海景視野良好。

早餐不是很合口味，品項不多。

プールが２ヶ所とビーチが近くにあり、ロケーションも抜群でした！温泉が3ヶ所あって楽しめた。

通路が4階とコンビニ行くのに少し遠かった！

Le personnel, insupportable que le personnel ne parle pas anglais ou très peu, et qui ne prend pas ce quon leur demande Communication tres difficile. Les demandes ne sont pas satisfaites, Facturation d'environ 15 euros quand vous perdez la carte magnétique de la chambre Lhotel est dit front de mer ce nest pas du tout le cas, surtout quand on est obligé de prendre la navette pour y aller et que la vue donne avant tout sur le parking et des travaux Le petit déjeuner pas assez occidental

とても心のこもったおもてなしをして下さいました。 綺麗なお部屋でした。アメニティも充実しておりました。 朝食とってもおいしかったです。

チェックアウトの際、他にも人がいたので慌ただしかったのもあると思いますが少しだけ雑な感じがしました。

何もかもが贅沢な感じで最高な時間を過ごすことができました。朝食は全て美味しく、静かで優雅な時間を過ごせました。部屋は広く、施設全体も豪華でした。

スタッフさんの声が小さく聞き取りづらい場面がありました。

エントランスに着いた瞬間からおもてなしを受けるという特別待遇 どこを見ても清潔素敵 部屋も広く お気に入りだったのは、マッサージチェア&室内で海を眺められる全面ガラスのソファー席 ゆったり海を眺めてモーニングコーヒーを飲みながら癒されました。 もっともっとありますが、ココへ来て体感して欲しいです。

何もありませんと言いたいですが、あえて言うと鏡が多いなぁです。(笑)

Ideally situated to explore Okinawa. The food was exceptional as were the staff.

Only received 2 coffee pods and these wasn’t renewed when the towels were changed. We had to ask for them. We opted for the eco cleaning service as we don’t need our sheets changed everyday however for the price of the hotel I would have expected the water and coffee replenished. The inside jacuzzi were mouldy around the windows and could do with upgrading.

Of course it’s a perfect hotel. Personal is welcoming you very well. The room size is excellent. It’s big, with smart plan, wardrobe, separated toiled, bathroom with 2 sinks, bath and shower. 2 big beds. There is a place for 2 futon beds as well. And a balcony with sea view. Very silent, maybe we were lucky with neighbors but we almost hear nothing.

The only thing (but it’s not directly related to hotel) it’s the beach. Swimming zone with safety net is really small. And during reflux it looks awful. If you don’t afraid of jellyfish and other creatures from the pictures from entrance to the beach )) you can use public beach and it’s bigger. But still it’s difficult to walk the without shoes because of broken seashells. BTW in 30 mins walk there is another hotel with it’s own beach and it much better. The entrance is free but beach chairs will cost you 5K JPY per person per day.

清掃も行き届いていて過ごしやすかった。 とにかく静かでゆったり落ち着いた旅行が出来てとても満足です。

本当にこれといって不満はありませんし、思いつきません。

とにかく部屋が広くてゆったりとして落ち着きます。 あと朝食も美味しい！

何度も宿泊していますが、以前あった一部アメニティ(シャンプーリンス、化粧水など)がなかったのはショックでした。

プールが二つもあり、深さも160cmもあったので、子供も大人も楽しめました。宿泊者だけの利用のため、空いていたのもよかったです。料理もおいしく、隣のホテルにも通路から行けて、2倍楽しめました。

海水浴場が、干潮だったためか、浅かったこと。

部屋が広くて、ゆったりできた。 朝食も美味しい。

広くて、ラナイからの海の見える景色もとても良かったです。

Outdoor pool was not open in November even though some days the weather was 25°C .

A true 5-star hotel experience. The staff was amazing, the rooms were great with a view to the sea, and the breakfast was delicious. It was an amazing value for what we paid.

You feel the hotel is a bit aged.

Food options were limited so it was good we had a car as it was a bit far out.

Spacious, clean rooms . All the amenities you need, including laundry. Rich breakfast for both Western and Asian tourists.

The staff weren’t very fluent in English which made it difficult to communicate. Also we had several coincidences in which they were quite confused- gave us the wrong car at the valet service, ordered us the wrong set menus at the restaurant etc.. The style is a bit outdated.

Staff were excellent, rooms were huge and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Overall we had a good three night stay. However, it definitely didn’t feel like a five star hotel. The hotel is very dated and the decor needs an update. This part was disappointing. Breakfast was okay, there plenty of options.

한국인직원분이 계시는 날이었는데, 정말 친절하고 설명도 잘해주시고, 좋았어요. 가성비무엇. 해변 나가는게, 셔틀타고 계열사 다른 호텔을 거쳐 가야하지만, 가격 생각하면, 매우 만족. 주변에 뭐가 없다고 하는데, 어차피 수영이랑 쉬러 간거였어서, 근처 수제버거맛집, 세븐, 로손 다 있어요. 리조트쪽으로 넘어가면 간단히 먹을수있는 곳도 있고 나름 괜찮아요. 조용한거 좋아하면 굿.

바닥이 오래된 카펫이라 냄새가 미세하게 나는데, 가격 생각하면 나름 괜찮음. 깊이가 깊은 수영장이 맘에듦.

Amazing pool, beautiful buffet breakfast. Great place for a comfortable family stay. We rented a car which was great for allowing us to explore the island. Female spa was great and included with our spacious suite!

Hotel decor was slightly glitzy for our taste and there were no USB charging points, though the reception staff lent us some converter plugs.

各方面超乎預期，本次選擇的房間同時享有山景與海景，且憑房卡可以免費享有飯店海灘的洋傘、躺椅、毛巾，氛圍相較隔壁的姊妹飯店更寧靜。

備品的木製牙刷不喜歡。

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. It was nice being able to use the sister facilities as well.

The beach was small and no snorkeling was allowed.

清潔ですし朝ごはんもとても美味しいですし接客もとても良いです。 隣接しているかりゆしビーチのプールでの夜のショーも毎回楽しくコスパも良くて、お気に入りのホテルです

Die vorhandene Bar wurde als Abstellraum genutzt, wurden an die Bar des Schwesterhotels verwiesen. Personal versteht kaum englisch.

ホテル全体的に綺麗で　スタッフ対応などもすごく良かったです。 朝食にもう少し万人受けするようなメニューを置いてほしいかなと思った 子供が食べれら物があまりなかったので。

ワインクーラーやクラッシュアイスのリクエストにもすぐに届けて頂き快適に過ごせました。 朝食は、お部屋で長寿食をいただきました。琉球料理のお出汁がきいたお食事で完食しました‼️ ブルガリのシャンプー等も嬉しいですね。 スタッフの笑顔も素敵でした🎵
