리조트 내 시설이 다양하고 좋았습니다. 기념품을 살 수 있는 상점이 다양해서 좋았고 바다 근접하여 바다수영도 즐겼습니다. 프라이빗 비치까지 가는 셔틀버스는 생각보다 빠르게 순환되었어요~ 오락실 공간도 있고 건조까지 되는 세탁기가 많이 있어서 좋았어요!!

생각보다 수영장 수질이 별로였습니다. 그나마 실내수영장은 괜찮았어요~ 라군파티오는 정말 관리가 안되는 것 같았고 그래서 사람이 없었습니다.. 객실도 처음엔 좋았는데 시간이 지날수록 습함이 심해졌어요 ㅠㅠ 캐리어를 넓게 펼 수 있는 공간도 조금 부족했어요. 근처에 저녁 먹으러 가는게 마땅치 않아서 리조트 내 BBQ 뷔페를 이용했는데 그게 제일 별로였습니다.. 꼭 외부에서 식사하세요!!

スタッフの対応 朝食の品揃えの多さ、味も良し 7年前にも宿泊したが、スタッフの対応が格段と上がっていた

スパのお風呂に非常に沢山の小さな蜘蛛が湧いていた。

部屋も整っていてスタッフも親切でした。

La camera e in generale la strttura non so ne nuovi ne tenuti bene,gli spazi troppo piccoli per la mole di persone che ospita l’hotel esempio le piscine troppo piccole,anche a colazione bisognava fare la coda a volta anche per 20/30 minuti per poter andare cosa inconcepibile. Il cibo non mi sembrava fresco e inoltro ne per le cena al ristorante buffet ne per le colazione c’era varieta nell’ offerta di cibo. Si chiama resort and spa ma la spa non c’è bisogna andare in un altra strttura vicino quindi sarebbe meglio precisarlo. Offrono massaggi a pagamento ma non accettano carte di credito e nell’hotel non ci sono ATM per ritirare soldi. La spaiggia non è nemmeno compresa nel costo ed inoltro si puo nuotare solo una porzione limitata di mare e gia dalle 12/13 diventa impossibile per la bassa marea.

部屋からのビューが良かった。5階からのオーシャンビューだったが、十分だった。 ホテル内にプールやショップが複数あり、またビーチへのシャトルバスも便利だった。

メインの駐車場が小さいのか満車で、離れた第2駐車場に行くしか無くなったのが残念。

吹き抜けのロビーや館内のいたるところにソファーがあるから室内が狭くても居心地は良かったです。

沖縄特有なのか部屋がカビ臭かった。 ガーデンプールや室内プールはあるがレンタル品はなく売店で購入のみ。 大浴場は有料で1人600円が入浴毎にかかります。

Excelente localização!

Nice atmosphere, pool opening until 10pm is great. Restaurants serve good food. Shops are good.

Bars and restaurants closing at 9pm. Hallways look a bit tired. Car park was ful so had to park down the hill.

The amenities were many-there were 2 outdoor pools and lots of food options.

The rooms were outdated, smelly and the bathroom was very small. There were a lot of families, so if you have kids this was probably a great place to stay. Otherwise, the value wasn't there for us as a couple.

お土産屋さんもコンビニもついてて便利なところ。 宿泊代がリーズナブルなところ。

トイレ(便器)が汚れていた。 3泊したが気になったので清掃に入ってもらった。 近い駐車場が少なすぎる。 荷物がたくさんあるので、もっと近い駐車場を増やしてほしい。

Very nice room with good floor space. We had two individual beds but were able to push them together to make one big bed. The outdoor pool was nice to use, and a great spot to watch the sunset. The WIFI was extremely fast & reliable compared to other hotels. The included breakfast vouchers were nice, we didn’t need to think about what to have or where to go.

The listing on Booking.com said the property had parking, didn’t realise till we arrived it was a paid extra (¥1500). The buffet dinners are convenient, but for ¥5000 each, I’d expect better than cold eggs and sausages. There was a lot more on offer, but it was all just out and sitting at room temp. The laundry room was decent, however the dryers were more like humidifiers, so we ended up leaving put clothes spread out over the room to dry over a day. I also take issue with their private beach. It was advertised to us when we checked in and there are signs for a free shuttle to get you to and from, but we didn’t see any mention about all the facilities on the beach requiring additional payments. Seems like a blatant cash grab to ask ¥3500 for a couple of chairs and an umbrella on your private beach when we’ve already spent so much for the accomodation itself. We ended up walking back to the pool where those same chairs and umbrellas were free to use. Even the vending machines were expensive. Could walk down the road to Lawsons/7-11 and grab a bottle of water for half the price.

古いホテルというのは知ってましたが スタッフのホスピタリティは素晴らしかった。 外国人のスタッフも教育されていて、道案内もしてくれた。 メインプールがよかった。 ナイトプールと歌の企画、素晴らしかった。 子供は大満足でした。 朝食会場も綺麗で種類も一流ホテル程ではないが適度で美味しかったので高評価。 全体的にみてコスパもよかったと思う。

唯一にして最大のマイナスはお風呂の不整備。 もちろん清掃はされている 着替え部屋も綺麗。 しかし、肝心の浴場設備が1986年オープン当初のままなのかと思うぐらい古い。 例えば鏡が割れていて、黒ずんでいた。 これはそこまで予算をかけずに直せると思う。 入浴料６００円払いましたが直ぐにでました。 夕方でしたが、ガラガラでした。 本当はこの宿をコスパも考えたら8/10点で評価したいぐらいなんですが、お風呂で-４点です。 ちなみに部屋のお風呂は綺麗なので、ここに何度もきている方々は、大きいホテルのお風呂には入らない考えで割り切っているのだと思います。 沖縄旅行ですし、海とプールが良ければそりゃいいんですが…勿体ない。

ロケーションはとても良かった

部屋は広かったけれど少しカビ臭が気になった。 もっと朝食のバリエーションが欲しかった。 (チャンプルーやゆし豆腐など沖縄を感じさせる料理が少なかったように思えた。)

The room has very few electrical socket and no USB/c-type socket. Wifi is good in the room but non-existing in lobby and common areas.

Huge room, great pool, the transfer to the beach is really convenient (every 15 mins), pretty good shops within the main building and we had a great ocean view, hige parking area. And a really superb thing: I travel Japan with a fish and seafood allergy, which is pretty hard. The chef in the hotel prepared meals for me personally for two dinners, even thougj normally they have a buffet dinner. It was a really nice touch.

- Our first room had a strong moldy odour, but they changed it immediatelly when we asked. - The staff barely speaks english (it is not specific only to this hotel, it is pretty general in Japan in our experience so far)

プールやプライベートビーチ等、アクティビティーも沢山で、ホテルでのんびりも出来るし退屈もしなくて良かった 遊び心も沢山で家族連れは退屈しなさそう ショップも沢山あって◎

ロビーに綿ぼこりがフワフワしてて、スタッフの印象や景観が良かっただけに、詰めが甘いなと残念だった 部屋もパッとみは綺麗だったけど、インテリアのホコリが残念だった

とっても広く3人での宿泊でしたがベットが4台もあり、洗面台も2個あって快適でした！

朝食付きで、ブッフェが充実していました。 オーシャンビューの部屋だったので、夕陽がとても綺麗に見えました。プールも広くていいです！

少し古めでしたが、清潔感がありました。部屋からエレベーターが遠く、アクセスが少し悪かったです。 ホテルが坂の上なので、歩くのは大変です。

房間塵蟎、灰塵很重..都有過敏癢的症狀..陽台有蜘蛛網…整潔性太差！ 床鋪不好睡！ 早餐時間只到09:30…那也太早了吧！ 花那麼多錢…來住一個非常不滿的地方..很不值得！ 而且剛到時，拿了手機訂單去問櫃台是不是這裡？竟然跟我說不是…害我轉了一圈..浪費10分鐘… 另外標示沙灘…結果沙灘在別家住宿地的外面…去沙灘還要等車坐過去…這實在是有點被耍的感覺！

海に近く立地が良くリゾート気分満喫できました。

浴室に砂があり清掃状況が良くなかった。 夜間､外国人の方が大声で騒いでおり睡眠に集中できなかった。

The place is ok for the price. There's shuttle bus to the beach. There's a shop onsite.

The pool wasn't deep at all. The breakfast and lunch buffet was cold. Don't know why the lids are not used to keep it warm. At the beach it wasn't possible to go into deep water. Deepest was to my knees and a lot of rocks.

思ってたのと違って、凄いリゾート感いっぱいの素晴らしいホテルでした 部屋を出て見える吹き抜けの高級感が素敵でした 朝食は、テラス、すぐ前にはプールなんて素晴らしい景色でした

ホテルがとても広いので、案内図がわかりずらかったのが、ちょっと残念でした 大きいカートで荷物を運ぶつもりでしたがカートがエレベーターに入らず笑ってしまいました 4人部屋でしたが、もう少し広かったらよかったです

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Das Frühstück war super. Es gab von allem etwas. Zum Strand kam man mit einem Shuttle.

Es gab auf dem Balkon keine Sitzmöglichkeiten und das Fitnessstudio ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Muy buen desayuno. Habitación amplia con balcón. La cama era cómoda. El personal en general muy amable, tuvimos que gestionar varias cosas y nos ayudaron.

Comer y cenar en el restaurante es muy caro comparado con los precios de los establecimientos de alrededor. La playa del hotel no cubre nada. Si vas con niños genial sino no te gustará.

At the hotel: The breakfast was good and there were many different options. Amazing swimming pool and spa area. Lot of shops and restaurants.

There weren't many restaurants outside the hotel where to eat. Could only swim in a certain area on the beach. During the day, at low tide, the water was only 40 cm deep in the designated area. Damp smell in the rooms.

Die Lage war super mit dem Strand in der Nähe (gratis Shuttlebus) Wir fühlten uns trotz Tattoos willkommen, was wie wir feststellen konnten, nicht selbstverständlich ist in den Resorts in Okinawa. Viele Mitarbeiter/innen konnten englisch, was sehr angenehm war. Am Shop in der Lobby hatten wir auch Freude, so konnten wir Snacks und Souveniers kaufen.

Unser Zimmer roch sehr modrig und alles fühlte sich feucht an. Wir haben nicht so gern unsere Zeit im Zimmer verbracht. Die alte Ausstattung müsste vielleicht mal ersetzt werde. Wir fanden es Schade, dass alle Restaurants so früh zu gemacht haben. Blöd fanden wir auch, dass es Öffnungszeiten für Wochentagen und Wochenenden gibt. Sollte an jedem Tag gleich sein. Der Spabereich sollte für beide Geschlechter benutzbar sein, ich verbringe diese Zeit gerne mit meinem Partner und nicht alleine.

宿泊2日目に、11時〜16時まで停電と聞かされ、トイレも使えず困りました。スタッフさんにトイレは使えると言われ安心していましたが、結局部屋のトイレは使えず、館内のトイレは使えた事を後で知り事前に説明して欲しかった。

プール、ジャグジーが何個かあり、ビーチも眺めることができました。 ビーチ近くのため、散歩しながら景色も楽しめます。 売店の数も多いので、お土産も買うことができます。

広すぎて迷いました。チェックインの際に館内マップが欲しかった！そして部屋への最短距離の案内が欲しかったです！ 入室時に部屋の臭いが気になりました。

廊下も含めて部屋の明るさが足りないよぉに思いました。

大きなプールで楽しめたし、食事が美味しかったです。また、ライブは楽しかった。

少しベランダの汚れや大浴場の汚れなどが気になりました。
