Atlantic Tower Hotel Liverpool By Sunday

Not a lot. It’s tired and long overdue for a big renovation. But the staff are super lovely. Can’t fault their friendliness and professionalism. The shower was quite nice.

It’s tired. The lifts creak. The beds are super uncomfortable. It all just feels a bit grubby.

The Location was Brilliant, and only a 15 - 20 minutes walk, from the City Shopping Centre as in (Liverpool One), & the Albert Dock, the (Liver) Building & the Beatles Museum, we're only a Short Walk away as Well, Plus Several Railway Stations were Close at hand too!. Overall, a Brilliant location to Stay in, to Explore Liverpool.

Well, there were (5) issues really, that came to mind. The Room was a little Disappointing, with Hardly any Body Wash, Shampoo, and / or Conditioner, in the Bathroom. There was just a Solitary Dispenser in the Shower Area.The Labelling on the Dispenser was not, Really that Clear, to be Honest!. There was an Absence of a 2nd Dispenser, which was Noticeable?. Anyway, Suffice to Say, this was a Bit Disappointing. There was a Full Hand Wash Dispenser, by the Wash Basin though, So that was good .The Air Con a bit was too Noisy, So i had to turn it off - to finally get off to Sleep. There was a Clump of Human Hair left in the Plug Hole of the Bath, and a Loose Reading Light on one Side of the Bed.Finally,the Ironing Board was in Several Pieces, So if no use for immediate use, if needed. The View from the Room was Okay, and Understandably you Cannot always have the Best of Views at any Hotels, and that's Understandable.The Reception Staff were Friendly and Helpful, in Providing Extra Tea & Coffee items, and towels, Etc. The 2 Breakfasts I had at the Hotel were Superb though, and the Balcony on the 2nd Floor was Great, Showing all of those Superb Views of the Albert Dock & those other Iconic Landmarks, that I mentioned Earlier!.😊👍

Location was fantastic for us. Great view of the liver building lit up from the bar terrace at night.

Not enough lifts for the size of hotel and the two that were in use we're very slow when stopping on so many floors. A lower floor would have elevated this for us as we were on the 11th we relied on the lift.

Goede ligging vlakbij de docks en limestraat station. Ook de binnenstad ligt op een paar honderd meter. Goede restaurant en cafés in de buurt.

Gedateerd hotel. Wij hadden een airco die om de 20 minuten aansloeg en dan zoveel herrie maakte dat je er onmogelijk bij in slaap kon vallen. Tweede nacht maar uitgezet. Er is geen standaard roomservice voor 2 nachten. Wil je nieuwe handdoeken dan moet je daar zelf om vragen.

Good breakfast, lovely staff. The price was a bit dearer than last time, but there was a big football match that weekend, so it is to be expected. Staff were very accomodating.

Great location, right by the docks, but only 20 min walk from the train station. Staff were polite and helpful, Clean, Room upgraded without asking. Didn't hear the traffic even though it's by a main road.

I was in an interconnected room and could hear the TV from the other room. House keeping only come if you ask for it. I was only there 2 nights so not an issue.

Unfortunately the Bed in my room was,nt very good on the window side as it wasnt very firm on the edge and felt like i was falling out of bed and the neighbours iether side were noisy coming in or going out and loud with there talking whilst in there rooms dont know how to shut a door quitly in the middle of the night

The location was fantastic. The staff members were fine but there was one brand new one so he was training. We couldn’t get the TV on and I had to go down three times. It said to What’s App as there wasn’t a house phone but no one answered. They did fix it eventually. We also had no soap in any of the three shower containers on the wall.

No dining choices, bar was sparsely stocked, one has to pay £5 for storing luggage after check out, look outdated from outside but okayish inside.

Location is spot on. easy to find and navigate around.

Place is starting to look a bit glum, not sure if its the deco in general or just worn out. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Feel its living on its past success and the cost is too much.

Internet. Manglende rengøring trods rettidig anmodning. At receptionen ikke kunne være behjælpelig med lån af en saks. At barpersonalet ikke kendte til happy hour i deres egen bar.

Room was poor and didn’t warrant the expense I paid, small and smelt strongly of cigarette smoke.

Loved the view from our room, didn’t have breakfast, was a last minute booking which went well.

The hotel is in a great location for the cruise terminal. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are budget and are quite drab. The lighting is poor. There are no telephones in the rooms - so you are unable to contact reception or to speak with other guests. The air conditioners need to be serviced as the windows are locked so the rooms can feel quite airless.

Great location, opposite the Liverpool Building. Staying for work so needed good vfm and convenient for a conference.

Rooms seen better days and not cleaned every day. Slight smell of smoke in the room. Facilities limited but comfortable and no problems during stay.

The pillows are worn out; all the bits of the pillow are so worn out that its fibers are clinging to the pillowcase. I know because I wanted to remove the cover, but I didn't when I saw the pillow fibers coming out. I can't get the bed covers, and the pillowcases are old and rough. I requested a clean on the 2nd day of my stay, but it was not done. Cleaning was done on our 3rd day. The breakfast food isn't very good quality; it tastes stale. Could have been better for that price.

Location was good. Close to the docks. Staff were friendly and check out was easy. Amazing views from the 2nd floor terrace.

The bar was extremely expensive and so was the food. They have no phones on the rooms so had to use my mobile to call reception. Unable to cast to the TV so no Netflix etc… only terrestrial TV channels. I was also overcharged for the room so I had to go to reception and argue they tried to tell me it was a country tax. The manager eventually came though, and this was refunded to my card.

The location was very good. Right by the Albert Dock and Liverpool One. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was even a car park we could use at a reasonable price

Good location. Most of the staff were really friendly.

When I first tried checking in I was too early by an hour or so. The guy on the desk kind of sent me off with a flea in my ear. The paintwork is pretty tired and the original window outside the double glazing in my room was hanging off it's hinges and rotten. The iron blasted a rusty mess onto my white shirt when I tried ironing it in the morning.

The room was wonderful, comfy, big, the view austanding, i had an upgrade to the suite in the last floor without understanding, I was speechless when i open the door. The staff was super nice, really convinient spot in the mioddle of the city center night life, and the doc with all the attractions and museum.

El diseño del piso de la regadera es un poco extraño. El agua se desborda fuera de la regadera al piso mientras uno se está bañando.

Handy for Isle of Man ferry

Went to bar for nightcap. Two large vodkas with coke (2 small bottles of pepsi) an eye watering £27. Would go back to this hotel but wouldn't set foot in the bar again. Also the barman had run out of ice so I went down to the restaurant bar and returned with a pint pot full of ice. Barman could have done the same because there were only a few people in his bar.

Fabulous location great view from Vu bar rooms were clean and tidy pillows and mattress was comfortable great value for money would stop again.

Very pleasant welcome from the staff. Very helpful. The room had good facilities. Everything you needed and the bed was huge.

There wasn’t anywhere to get a coffee when we arrived after a long journey and we had to pay £5 to leave our bags whilst the room was being prepared. Think 3 o clock check in too late.

Love this hotel ,so close to everything, beautiful views lovely ,clean comfortable rooms ,I requested a high floor and I was on floor 12 , The check in was effortless, even with about 50 people waiting, and John ,I think his name was ,was exceptional, coming back to stay in 2 weeks time !

The room was lovely and comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was great value for money and very tasty. We had an evening meal which again was good value for money and plenty of choice on the menu. We loved the location near the docks with amazing views and attractions were all in a reasonable walking distance. The streets are clean and people are locely and friendly.

There was nothing we did not like. If I was really picky I would ask that more toilet paper in the room. We only had 1/2 roll and whilst it was no problem getting more from housekeeping it would have been nice not to have had to ask.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, nicht sehr komfortabel, dafür sehr teuer. Es gab einen Feueralarm um 4.45 Uhr, der aber wohl nur eine Übung war. Es passierte aber nichts, es wurde nichts mitgeteilt - unerhört!

Gorgeous views, lovely food. The staff were all amazing and super helpful and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location for exploring. It was very clean and felt very special. A beautiful anniversary trip.

Rooms weren't well sound proofed. We were kept awake by a very loud snorer on night 1. Night 2 we were woken at 545 by a toddler who was happily chatting to her Dad. No ones fault but it felt like a lot of money not to sleep.

Room was not clean - hairs on carpet, only 2 available channels to watch, not all surfaces were clean bedside table still dusty, could clearly hear people in the next room taking till late into the night walls very thin, stains on the furniture, air duct all dirty, food on the floor in the lift, being charged £5 to leave case so we could go out before checkout. £250 seems a very high price to pay for this hotel definitely looked better online and from other reviews!!

The hotel is easy to access by car it has a little layby to pull into so you can get car parking instructions. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a nice cocktail and late dessert in the bar and the breakfast was very nice.

Our room was too hot and it wasn’t possible to open any windows. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the air-conditioning to work in the night…. And there weren’t any fans so I didn’t get a great night sleep….. there was also a fair amount of noise in the corridor in the morning from people talking and slamming doors….. earplugs would have solved this problem though.
