Staycity Aparthotels Liverpool Waterfront

We booked it on the basis of parking and the location but there was no mention of parking being an additional charge. It did annoy me a bit when we found out parking was an extra £15 on top and we might not of booked if we had known. Other than that it was all good, we used it as a base and to sleep so we found it perfect for that.

Great location. Staff are always friendly & efficient. Rooms are great and have everything you need . Proper hairdryer. Coffee machine. Great extras Great value for money. I booked on behalf of 6 of us. We all loved our stay and are keen to revisit

Location was great. Value for money. It was a basic apartment with no frills but comfortable & very convenient to the sights, shops & restaurants. All within easy walking. Having a laundry was a bonus.

Bathroom lacking in space to put stuff & no power point… but we worked around that.

Breakfast very good, though not overly hot when I arrived at 9 am so went down earlier the following day.

Everything. Staff, facilities, location in City Centre. All good

Nothing to dislike

Absolutely superb, lived everything about it, the upgrade was the cherry on the cake

Nothing.

Extremely helpful staff. Location . Cleanliness

For some reason the lifts were difficult to operate

Hotellet var perfekt plassert. Fine rom.

The room was spaceous and well equipped. We felt very comfortable and welcomed by the staff. AC was excellent, much appreciated at the end of a hot week! I had a few questions prior to the stay, and received very prompt and helpful responses via messenger

Access to the carpark was a little awkward, as we ended up causing a queue in traffic. Otherwise everything was lovely

Our room was very good

Location was good and cleanliness of apartment itself was good

Reservation included a crib and upon arrival wasn’t in the room. Two lifts that take a long time due to demand. Understaffed hotel, several occasions one lady was having to manage bar and check in alone and at same time. Overpriced at nearly £500

Very comfortable room great location

Nothing

Nice location Very clean Nice staff Good equipment in apartment Although I thought it was expensive for 1 nite it seems it's cheap for liverpool on a weekend) £165

Breakfast was a bit overpriced

Good clean room at a good location.

Spacious, central location

Could do with updates in areas

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Some minor issues with the lift but it's nothing compared to the nice time we spent

A good hotel near by there is restaurants and shops.walking distance to the center

Good location

Very basic decor and furnishing.

Had an excellent stay at Staycity. Location: Perfect—really convenient for getting around. Breakfast: Great quality and plenty of choice. Staff: Welcoming, helpful, and friendly.

Small shower area needed better attention to the grouting.

Good hotel in a good location.easy to walk to the center and every where else

Good breakfast, excellent location

Stained mattress protector

Location, room, cleanliness.

Parking was tight if you have larger vehicle. Room probably needed a little maintenance: bathroom tap and little loose, the loo wasn't secure to the wall, loo roll holder very loose on wall.

Great place to stay very friendly and helpful staff we would stay again good location thankyou

Lovely size, clean and had everything needed. Beds were comfortable

The sofa bed isn't comfortable for an adult.

Staff were brilliant

Nothing

Lovely apartment. Really clean. Good location Helpful staff

Excellent location and the staff were really friendly. Room was large with a small kitchen area, perfect for a morning coffee. Great location for getting into the town but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.

Overall it was very good very central staff were very good

Lage und Ausstattung perfekt

Quiet location. Comfortable beb.

An excellent place to stay.. with onsite parking. Near to the waterfront, liverpool one, Matthew Street etc. The apartment was lovely and well equipt. The staff were lovely and helpful. I only have positive comments about this place

Everything was great

Great beds and clean

The lifts was a bit slow

Very close to everything we wanted, clean and plenty of space in our room.

I don’t like people in the lobby trying to push excursions etc on us, also there is no draining board to set the dishes on when they’ve been washed

Great quiet location just away from the busy mall & dock area, but still an easy walk to anywhere in the city (including Lime St station). Laundry onsite very convenient and easy to use. Sainsbury’s & Tesco Express close by for supplies.

Toiletries were just one soap for everything. The shower was very small and had low water pressure.

Efficiency and welcome of all staff, position, newness, cleanliness, spaciousness, security, bar area and prices

Clean rooms and great service.

Great Communication clean room.

Very clean and location was perfect

.

Everything was great

Very modern, immaculate, and right in the centre, plus secure parking

I could hear the person in the room next to me banging about very late at night

Location was brilliant, right near the waterfront and shopping and nightlife districts but also quiet. Apartment was a decent size and amazing value for money. Loved that it had a proper reception area for an Aparthotel.

The sofa beds weren't very comfortable according to my teenage kids who stayed on them. main bed was large and comfortable.

The apartment we had had

Location

Nothing was perfect For one night ! :)

Amazing value for money with a great room, fully stocked kitchen, and very clean bathroom

Everything, it was such a pleasure to stay.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Location was perfect. Near Liverpool 1. Room was very clean.

Unable to connect to Netflix on tv for the kids. Single sofa bed not made up.

Excellent location, polite and friendly staff. Very well equipped room.

Only minor point was the bed was too close to the window wall so had to climb over to get to bed. Moving it just 25cm would make a difference.

Excellent location, great size rooms and great staff

Perfectly located and a very reasonable price. I was there to see a concert with my 2 sons. They upgraded us to a 2 room apartment. The reception staff were lovely and helpful, all staff very pleasant. The apartments are so spacious and well equipped, I honestly can’t see us staying anywhere else in future. Thank for a lovely stay.

Struttura pulita, colazione eccezionale, staff gentile.

The location was great! Close to many attractions. We had a nice time in Liverpool and I do not have any regrets staying at Staycity Aparthotels.

Nothing really, only downside is the dining area wasn’t properly cleaned

Modern and clean.

Showers were weak. Breakfast could be better but satisfactory.

Leaving

It was welcoming and clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was very nice

We booked a room for 3, but had to make up the 3rd bed ourselves, I expected it to be made when it was booked for 3

The facility’s were perfect

The view wasn’t very good overlooking the car park

Beautiful spacious room very comfortable

Clean & tidy, with friendly staff. Huge comfortable bed and great facilities.

The heavy bathroom door was quite noisy.

Clean great location staff was 10/10

Nothing heard some back reviews But faulty less for us

Very new and clean and the workers are so kind.

Nothing

Secure car park with coded gate, provides piece of mind and is next door to the hotel. Wonderful staff, very helpful, we only stayed 1 night so the room was perfect for us. Great little kitchen and a nice touch with the nespresso machine, we stayed with a 6yr old so it was handy to have the seperate bedroom, the location is superb, 5 min walk and we were on the Riverside, short walk to Albert docks and 5 min walk to Liverpool One. If you're looking for a 1/2 night clean, comfortable base to explore Liverpool this is ideal.

Main sitting room is small and could start to feel a bit closed in if you were thinking of a longer stay but we were only there for 1 night and out exploring so that didn't bother us. If I was doing a longer stay, then I may consider a hotel with a pool if we didn't feel like heading out exploring one evening, but that's just all personal preference. All in all a good budget friendly stay with a spot on location.

Locatie en personeel

The location, near docks, station and Liverpool 1. Helpfull staff, rooms are nice and comfortable. Good b fast and can buy water and snacks at any time from the hotel

Nothing really

Great location, easy walking distance to many things, friendly staff, good facilities in the room like fridge, microwave etc.

Cleaning could be offered maybe every 3 days. I stayed 6 days and no cleaning was offered (it’s an extra fee of £20).
