The hotel is just behind a Main road that is full of shops , pharmacies, restaurants, muji shop and many more other very good worldwide brands. The lime cycles and scooters are available in the hotel entrance. Very good size rooms with big toilets. Very good AC. 3 elevators although a bit small in size. Excellent security room. Parking for cars available with extra fees. One of the very helpful staff Mr Ahmed el gamel , really professional in helping people, very humble. He really recommended us to go to excellent places using the best travel mode either taxi , Uber or cycle. The hotel is 12 minutes away from the domo. Really enjoyed the stay. La stanza confortevole, pulita ed il letto comodo. Gentilezza dello staff un mist. La colazione era buona, anche se varierei di piu.

La cena. Purtroppo ho ordinato una costoletta alla milanese e l ho lasciata perche dura peggio di una suola per scarpe. Mi è stata portato lo stesso tipo di piatto; era piu commestibile ma sempre mediocre. Ho lasciato anche quello. È un peccato perche qualche anno fa facevano cucina Top.

We had a suite so space was no problem. We found the staff to be extremely courteous and felt the hotel was adequately updated. All those boxes got a positive check but other issues did not.

I found the bed extremely difficult to sleep in because it was much too firm. We had been traveling for over 2 weeks before going to Starhotels Ritz; fortunately their bed was the only one I had a problem with sleeping. I was also highly put out that they charged extra for an omelette. That is something we have come to expect at no charge in 4-star hotels. Because of the discomfort with the bed and the omelette fee we will not use a Starhotel again.

Our stay got off to a great start when we were greeted by Frank. He was charming and very friendly making both me and my wife feel incredibly welcome. He asked questions about our stay, recognised that this was a birthday gift for my wife and upgraded our room. He gave us a true “five star” service. Took our bags to our room, explained all the timings and facilities, and gave us tips on how to truly have the best time in Milan. Not only did Frank make our stay exception m, he helped make Milan exceptional!

Bed and pillows very comfortable. The hotel had a a fast and reliable taxi provider and it was an easy an cost effective taxi transfer to the Central Rail Station. Air con was effective - we needed it!!

Breakfast was adequate but plates were cold so cooked bacon and scrambled egg were luke warm only. We had requested a room on one of the higher floors but our room on the top floor (8th floor) had a windowsill that was so high, we could not see out!

При желании, в 20 метрах от отеля находится рынок. Рестораны, кафе и все, что вам может понадобиться, находятся в 1-3 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Завтрак стоит 21 евро, если вы заказываете его в ресторане, и 19 евро, если вы оплачиваете его на ресепшене. Дуомо находится примерно в 20 минутах ходьбы от центра города. Мы остались очень довольны; нас было две семьи, всего 8 человек.

פעם שנייה שלי במלון. בפעם הראשונה הכל היה פנטסטי בשהייה השנייה, שהיינו עכשיו ממש התאכזבנו מי שקיבל אותנו היה ממש ממש לא נחמד! התחיל להתווכח ולא ידע אנגלית בכלל לא הבנו מה הוא רוצה.. לא הוסבר לנו שום דבר לגבי הארוחת בוקר היינו צריכות לפענח בעצמנו שהארוחת בוקר כיווכול מוגשת לחדר מה שלא היה נכון.. מסתבר שגם אפשר לאכול בחדר אוכל לקבל ארוחה עשירה ומפנקת בהרבה ומה שעוד לא ידעו והתגלה לנו בסוף זה שיש דמי שירותתת!!!!׳ בגין המשלוח לחדר!!! לא הוסבר לנו שום דבר כשהגענו. התבאסנו מאוד מאוד בעיקר מהבחור שקיבל אותנו בהתחלה שהיה ממש ממש לא נחמד!

The room and its amenities

The spa suite, it was a disappointing experience overall. To the point where we had to cancel the booking due to poor staff service and facilities not working.

Emplacement au top pour accéder au tram et au métro. Boissons offertes en chambre (café, thé,eau) appréciées. Petit déjeuner copieux et café préparé à la minute par le personnel. Service de bagagerie pour profiter de la dernière journée sur place.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and attentive. Check in was smooth and the rooms were lovely, a very comfortable bed! Bottled water is complimentary which was a bonus in the summer. Overall a lovely hotel and would stay again. Breakfast has a great selection of items, hot and cold and continental.

Desayuno para celíacos escaso, el desayuno para el resto súper abundante además tanto el personal de la sala como de cocina pasaban a revisar qué faltaba para reponer, en la pequeña cajita de sin gluten ni reponían ni había casi surtido, tampoco había tostadora sin contaminación.

Kiváló szálloda a központi pályaudvarhoz közel. A választás elsődleges szempontja a parkológarázs volt, ugyanis autóval érkeztünk. A metrómegálló (M1 vonal) 2 perc séta, mellyel minden könnyen elérhető. Szállás melletti utcában boltok széles választéka a bevásárlásokhoz. Remek reggeli, kedves és segítőkész személyzet. A következő milánói kiránduláskor is csak ide megyünk.

This review is from Sara, who stayed at the hotel through this booking. We stayed at Starhotels Ritz on three separate nights during our trip to Italy, and each stay was a wonderful experience. Every time, we were kindly offered a room upgrade, which made our stays even more comfortable and pleasant. The staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful, with a special thank you to Frank and Bernadette for their kindness and hospitality. The location is excellent, especially if you are travelling frequently through Milano Centrale, as we were. We truly enjoyed every stay and always felt happy to come back!

O banheiro estava com a pia e ralo entupindo, então por isso não achei incrivel para um hotel da rede Ritz.

I stayed at Starhotels Ritz in Milan and had a very good experience. The location is convenient, close to shopping and public transport. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was of high quality and I slept well each night. Breakfast offered a wide selection and felt well prepared. The staff were professional and easy to approach. What stood out most was the service. Brigitte P at the reception made a strong impression. She was warm, clear, and solution focused. She answered questions quickly and gave practical recommendations. She took responsibility and made sure everything worked smoothly during the stay. I recommend this hotel if you want a good location, strong comfort, and staff who care about your experience.

Un accueil très chaleureux, une grande amabilité et une attention remarquable de la part du personnel. Brigitte nous a fait sentir comme de véritables VIP ! Le petit-déjeuner était fabuleux et les spécialités du chef au restaurant également! Une expérience excellente et inoubliable !

Le seul petit bémol concerne l’emplacement de l’hôtel, mais cela reste avant tout une question de préférence personnelle.

Verkehrsberuhigte Lage ohne Straßenlärm. Gutes Frühstück (ich liebe Blätterteig), herunterfahrbarer Rollladen verdunkelt den Raum komplett, gemütliches Bett, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, gute Lage, ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Dom oder mit der Metro gleich um die Ecke. "Black Mambo" Fön im Bad (hab ich auch privat). Beim Fön wird in der Regel gespart. Nach der Zimmerreinigung findet eine nachträgliche Kontrolle statt, ob nichts übersehen wurde. WLAN ist ausreichend zum Surfen oder Youtube schauen. Mineralwasser zwei große Flaschen kostenlos (wurden auch 1x ersetzt).

Ich bin sehr geräuschempfindlich. Kleine Kritik gibt es an der Lautstärke der Klimaanlage, die auch von benachbarten Zimmern zu hören ist. Das Abschalten der eigenen Klimaanlage über Nacht bringt also nichts. Mit meinen Air Pods mit Noise Cancelling und Einschlafmusik von Youtube ging es dann aber. Daher muss ich hier 8 Punkte geben, ansonsten wären es 9. TV an der Wand ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Den habe ich so gut wie gar nicht benutzt.

No porridge or pancakes at breakfast. Glutenfree soft bread would be good to serve.

De service was geweldig. Personeel was top. Had vanwege een voetbreuk een rolstoel nodig voor mijn 15 jarig neefje en dat was zo geregeld. En er werd waar nodig hulp geboden door het personeel. Inchecken verliep soepel en kon eerder. Hotel is dichtbij een bekende winkelstraat, metro is op loopafstand. De kamer was prima voor 2 personen en alles was goed verzorgd.

Ik kan dat even niet bedenken.

Le petit-déjeuner m'a émerveillé, je ne pouvais même pas tout manger, il y avait tellement de tout, vraiment très bon. La déco de votre hôtel, l'emplacement autour de beaucoup de magasins, l'accès facile à la ligne M1 rapide pour aller au centre. Sur cette même direction, j'ai visité le Duomo, le Castello Sforzesco, le Quadrilatero della Moda... vraiment génial, je reviendrai sûrement. Les personnels très gentils, et Brigitte à la réception m'a bien renseigné.

Juste une remarque, nous avions décidé un soir de manger à l'hôtel. Malheureusement, le service était très lent, pas assez de personnel. Nous avons attendu trop longtemps pour boire et manger.

L’attention particulièrement venant de la direction à trouver une solution satisfaisante me concernant.

They tend to use the card without pre alignment, this is their system.Although i registered my car for parking, they got the plate number, deducted the money, you have to call them to be admitted to the parking, yet I found a paper saying that whose car is this, we need to know!!!!!!!. This was crazy

The room was very spacious and clean, and even though the location is very central, the room was very quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied.

The wifi was atrocious - very slow and didn't reach our room very well. We also would have loved to see a coffee machine instead of ordering coffee at breakfast.

They were short staffed on cleaning personnel so our room was not clean for 4 days. The sign for cleaning request and Do not disturb are almost the same. So it seems that the staff confuses them

Personal muy amable. Muy buen desayuno. Buenas instalaciones. Metro muy cerca del hotel.

El desayuno es bastante bueno, pero te cobran por hacer una tortilla francesa o unos huevos fritos. El restaurante para cenar podría mejorar. Los ascensores son muy pequeños.

Haben ein Upgrade für einen größeren Raum bekommen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist extrem gut im Hotel. Super freundliches Personal.

Beim Frühstück gibt es besondere Dinge (zb Omelett) nur gegen Aufpreis. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück aber reichhaltig.

Kaunis hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja toivat matkalaukkumme mm huoneeseen. Standard huoneoli iso kokonen ja tilava. Kylppäri nätti.

Npuutarha näkymä ei ole todellakaan kaunis, suosittelen kaupunki näkymää. Meille tosin riitti se kun pidimme verhoja vain kiinni.
