Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral. Im Zimmer hatte man alles was man brauchte.

Die Klimanlage war leider mit dem Raum überfordert. Die Freundlichkeit bei einigen Mitarbeitern war nicht wirklich vorhanden. Leider nur ein Kaffeeautomat im Restaurant.

جميل جدا الفندق و النظافة رائعة و اذا أردت العودة سوف يكون خياري الأول بالتأكيد.

أرجوا أ أن يتم توجيه بعض موظفي الإستقبال على عدم العنصرية ، واجهتني مشكلة بسيطة في ال wifi .

Удобное месторасположение, внизу вход в метро и пара остановок до центра. Недалеко от жд вокзала, но и не совсем в суете. Удобные кровати, полноценный завтрак и есть небольшое приятное спа)

Kahvaltı çok çok nitelikliydi. Oda kiralarken mutlaka kahvaltıda almanızı öneririm. Çok kapsamlı, kaliteli ve lezzetli seçenekler vardı. Vegan seçenekler dahi vardı. herşey çok boldu. Otelde spa ve havuz vardı, ücretsizdi. banyolar çok temiz ve yeniydi. Otel hemen metronun dibindeydi. Merkezi tren istasyonu yürümü sadece 10-12 dakika arasıydı.

tek kişilik oda biraz küçük gibiydi ama gene de yeterliydi.

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of the train station. The staff members were extremely helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Some rooms had excellent views.

Accoglienza professionale da parte dello staff, camera ampia e molto comoda.

La spa era spesso piena di persone e bambini che giocavano, pertanto difficilmente utilizzabile per il relax.

La ubicación era excelente. En la recepción nos trataron muy bien.

No nos avisaron que para entrar en la habitación teníamos que subir un piso por escaleras angostas. Quisimos ir a cenar y después de sentarnos 4 solo nos trajeron una carta. Le pedimos otras y después de esperar unos diez minutos nos fuimos pues no nos atendieron. El personal de la zona de restaurante no parece estar muy motivado en prestar un buen servicio. Una pena para un hotel de este nivel.

J'adore la piscine, j'ai adoré la salle de sport, j'ai bien aimé l'esthétique de l'hôtel, c'était très joli c'était propre

J'ai pas trop aimé la chambre le style était joli mais c'était pas confortable et les équipements de la chambre t'es pas terrible. La télé était toute petite. Il aurait fallu que les chambres soient un peu plus spacieuses.

We enjoyed the convenience to the subway and to restaurants in the area. We were treated especially well by Antonio in the hotel restaurant who explained wines and food choices to us and took the time to engage in conversation about Milan.

Several of the receptionists at the front desk greeted us but did not smile at all, so it was hard to feel really welcomed.

I've loved going up to the restaurant and we met a gentleman by the name of Antonio.He really help us a lot about the information of Milan. Spoked pretty great english. Great energy, this guy should get a raise

Kamer was heel klassiek en airco was ook wat ouderwets waardoor het niet goed afkoelde in de kamer

Établissement de qualité proche du métro, personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner copieux, accès à l'espace fitness/piscine/Hammam et sauna. Je recommande fortement 😉

It was a great hotel right at a metro station so easy to get around and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Small problem but...there was very few extras in the room. No coffee mugs ( just cardboard cups that folded in when filled with hot coffee) and no glasses for a cool drink. One plastic cup in the bathroom. The reception staff said no problem but you need to ask in the restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant staff were unsure and had to ask many people before finally giving us some glasses. We gave up on the coffee mugs.

The staff were not friendly or welcoming. The staff in the breakfast area were aggressive and disrespectful. The breakfast was not good, and the area was not very clean. My room had problems with Netflix and the safety box. The sauna also did not work when I tried to use it twice. I was very disappointed with the service.

Hotel jest duży, zadbany i położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Ogromnym atutem jest bliskość stacji metra, dzięki czemu w szybki i wygodny sposób można dostać się do centrum miasta, zarówno na zakupy, jak i zwiedzanie najważniejszych atrakcji. To bardzo dobre miejsce dla osób, które cenią sobie wygodny dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej i chcą sprawnie poruszać się po mieście.

Jedynym minusem była dość głośno pracująca klimatyzacja, której hałas niestety utrudniał spokojne zasypianie i komfortowy sen.

The inclusive spa facilities were amazing the location is great to access metro and central station staff were exceptional and the room was spacious - great stay would defo book again.

Il letto

Super locatie, direct aan metrostation Lima (kies voor luchthaven Linate, dan kun je direct met de metro naar het centrum en met 1 overstap naar metrostation Lima). Fijn ontbijt, mooie zaal met uitzicht. Met de metro kun je in 10 minuten zonder overstappen naar het centrum, teruglopen is ook geen probleem (afstand ongeveer 1,5 km). En, heel belangrijk, de kamers hebben airco!! Het was erg warm dus dit was zeer welkom. Bedden prima, douche schoon en prettig.

Voor deze prijs, geen.

J'ai adorée l'emplacement ! Le spa est super et les chambre aussi. Un grand merci aux équipes de ménages et celle du petit déjeuner.

L'accueil est très froid( personnels de la réceptions), quand on demande quelque chose on se fait rembarré ( des serviettes ), très dommage car tout le reste est très bien

Good location being next to Metro line so all of the city accessible. Excellent family room, breakfast good.

Paiement de la taxe de séjour avant d'avoir la clé de la chambre, bizarre

L’emplacement est idéal, mais internet pas du tout illimité, le coin piscine l’eau pas chaude, l’endroit pas du tout paisible, cela m’a fait penser à une piscine municipale. La chambre pas du tout conforme à la réservation. Baignoire au lieu d’une douche. Insalubre. Et côté rue pas du tout au calme. Le parking oui mais très cher ainsi que les taxes ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le personnel ne parle même pas français.

Very convenient to the metro, with plenty of other shops and gelato places nearby. We very much enjoyed spending the sunsets on the roof overlooking the city. Breakfast was good.

Room was a bit tight for 3 people with the extra bed. Pool area was very small and packed.

Le métro et les magasins à proximité, la literie très confortable et les les chambres spacieuses et très propre. La piscine et le spa sont appréciables.

Un peu loin à pied de la gare centrale pour accéder au bus qui va à l'aéroport. Transfert taxi cher.

The location is good near central station. Room comfortable. Lovely pool area.

The restaurants were mostly empty at night. Expensive. Cafes nearby better. Breakfast was good in the roof level restaurant.

Good location next to the metro stop

Room nothing like advertised. It was so old and smelt bad. Wifi very poor. Room was cleaned past 3 pm so had to wait in lobby for them to finish. Coffee machine in the room didn't work.

Great location, right near the Lima metro station and a street full of shops. The room was not that large, but good enough and very clean and comfy. Breakfast was great as well and the staff very nice.

The room was a bit odd shaped with 5 walls and the view was on the inside courtyard which was not great, but okish.

The hotel has superior facilities compared with other hotels in Milan, including a pool, spa and gym, all free to use. The rooftop restaurant is modern and breakfast was lovely. Another brilliant perk is a separate rooftop bar with terrific views of the city at night.

It met all my standards: -excellent location (commercial area with metro in front of the hotel and train station nearby), yet peaceful and quiet. -nice accommodation (large bathroom, small balcony, pool/sauna), tasty breakfast.

Camera molto al di sotto degli standard di categoria, colazione e stanza dedicata alla colazione da due stelle, tavola arredata da mensa scolastica, ho chiesto un cuscino in più perché in stanza ce n’era una solo, e’ arrivato quasi due ore dopo (?!). Boh e’ un quattro stelle …

Hotel Viejísimo, no había albornoz en la habitación, el teléfono funcionaba mal , no se escuchaba , no hay plancha en la habitación, hay un cuarto de planchado con 2 planchadores sucios que manchan la ropa, en el spa no habían toallas , los lockers no funcionaban y el agua estaba fría .

El magnífico trato del personal así como que nos dejaron hacer el check-in casi 1 hora antes.

Chambre : j'avais chambre simple étant seule où je m'attendais a un petit lit mais super c'était je pense un 120cm donc super quand on est habitué a un lit 2 places. Mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Emplacement : parfait à 10mn a pied de la gare centrale pour bouger et ligne 1 du métro au pied de l'hôtel ! Plusieurs magasins aux alentours et un petit hypermarché. Piscine : génial car elle est ouverte jusqu'à 22h donc pour moi qui visite beaucoup la journée j'avais le temps d'en profiter le soir ! Salle de sport et un vrai mini spa très cosy avec vestiaire douche, espace tisanerie, hammam, sauna et piscine dont un espace avec jet. Tout le nécessaire est prêté pour y aller (peignoir, chaussons, serviette)

Chambre : j'étais côté rue et j'entendais pas mal de tramway . L'insonorisation pouvait aussi laissé a désirer quand les personnes ne faisaient pas attention dans les couloirs. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de bouilloire dans la chambre avec du thé a disposition étant donné qu'il y en a dans le spa je pense que ça pourrait mis aussi en chambre en cadeau. Piscine : eau n'est pas glacial mais loin d'être chaude

Everything was perfect and well organized. Our stay at this hotel was exactly to our liking, and we enjoyed their wellness services, which are very good. Definitely get the breakfast, we were extremely pleased with it.

Bon petit déjeuner mais un peu décevant pour un 4 étoiles, les vibrations du métro se font ressentir du premier étage de l’hôtel.

Prix onéreux pour restaurant et bar Il faudrait avoir les peignoirs pour le spa dès que l'on nous remet les clés. Pour le reste, rien à dire.

Hotel excelente, cercano a la estación de metro, con un personal excelente, muy buen desayuno, SPA agradable, habitaciones amplias, con mucha actividad para realizar cerca y muchos sitios donde comer si no te apetece el restaurant del hotel, muy buen hotel.

Obwohl wir die Reception informierten, dass der Fernseher nicht mehr funktioniert, das Problem wurde nicht gelöst.

Se puede llegar caminando de la estación de trenes. Hay una parada de metro (Lima) justo en la puerta del hotel. Nos permitieron hacer check in mas temprano, el personal es muy amable y el desayuno abundante y variado. Volveríamos sin duda

I was in a single room, which was on the top floor right by the access to the roof terrace which was incredibly noisy, also no spare pillows, just one very flat one, I was only staying one night so just put up with it but wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer because of this

- Generellt stressat personal. - Parkeringen krångligt och de hänvisade oss till fel parkerings plats. - Trots att vi hade betalt för parkeringen fick vi varning att vi skulle flytta på vår bil. - Baren i lobbyn skulle vara öppet men det fanns ingen personal som kunna servera - Middagen på terrassen, vi blev serverad inte färdig tillagad kyckling. Vi låt bli att äta med risk för ev salmonella. Vi fick faktisk erbjudande om att få ny mat men då hade aptiten redan stängt av. Barnen fick gratis dessert som ersättning. Helt ok frukost. Vill inte tillbaka dit.

Ce serait pratique de prévoir une étagère pour ranger les trousses de toilettes dans la salle de bain.

Aerul condiționat nu funcționează cum trebuie, era foarte vechi si murdar.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Super Frühstück, wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer. Das einzige war, dass das Fenster nicht dicht schließte und dadurch der Lärm nachts ungemindert ins Zimmer eindrang!!!

Das Fenster des Zimmer war nicht dicht und dadurch sehr laut auf grund der zentralen Lage!!!

We had a fabulous stay here. Staff all lovely, room was clean and serviced daily. Breakfast selection very good and we also had a tasty snack in the evening. The rooftop bar is a wee gem. Thanks for a lovely stay.
