Location was great. Full stop.

The balcony was a waste of money. It was dirty and the spa needed a clean plus the water did not look inviting. The apartment was sooo small unless you were a child.

Excellent location with amazing views and a hot tub. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The only real downside is that there isn’t an elevator. That said, upon request that staff did help us with our luggage.

Beautiful apartment, amazing location, views to die for and nicely done with the daily housekeeping and free drinks. One of the best places we have stayed.

Amazing view. Perfect location. Attentive service. Unmatched value. Must try pesto at the restaurant downstairs- the yatch. Sicily has no shortage of amazing pasta but that one beats them all!

The apartment was beautiful and in a fantastic location right on the water. It is also attached to an incredible restaurant that has stunning sunset views. It was very easy to walk around the entire island from the apartment and the staff (especially Chiara) were so helpful and made fantastic suggestions on activities, restaurants etc that were worth visiting. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My only small warning is if you’re an early sleeper or a light sleeper, the restaurant is open until 11pm so the music can feel loud as it is right under the bedroom windows. But everything else was fantastic and this shouldn’t put you off staying here.

Helt fantastiskt läge och en otrolig terass! Mycket tillmötesgående personal. Enda minuset är baren under som spelar hög musik hela kvällarna, men vi hade öronproppar med o då va de inget problem. Kommer absolut åka tillbaka hit!

Chiara, the Hospitality Manager, was very accommodating! She spoke in English for us, let us check in a little early (which was fantastic since it would have been overwhelmingly hot to wait outdoors that day), helped carry our luggage up the stairs, responded quickly in WhatsApp, offered many dining recommendations, let us store our luggage and food after checkout, and recommended economical transportation. The room came with free wine, which was delicious: it was produced by their property in Marche.

Pas de clim! Elle était en panne la première nuit. 31 degrés et seulement un ventilateur. Pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres à cause du bruit des restaurants et passants en dessous. Ils nous ont tout de même fait un geste commercial. Mais la deuxième nuit fut affreuse la clim réparée mais elle se coupée au bout deuxième quelques heures et surtout le beach club en face organisait un mariage avec feux d’artifice et musique jusqu’à 3h du matin en plein air!

Beautiful sized apartment in the heart of town. The towels were soft and luscious, the soaps and shampoos were lux and I didn’t have to use my own. The space was large enough to do cartwheels in. Chiara looked after us at all hours of day and night and her “list” was exceptional… the views out of this world!

The location and views are unbeatable! it is conveniently located by the sea and within walking distance to the centre. Staff was very friendly.

The music from nearby restaurants/ bar can get loud until past midnight especially on a friday or saturday. Also the bathroom floor gets very slippery after each shower, the water from the shower head somehow get out of the cubicle, had to be very careful.

The location of Palazzo Alfeo is great. The terrace view is stunning. Chiara was also kind, responsive, and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. A few things are worth knowing before booking. If you reserve the room with the terrace, it's located on the second floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with heavy luggage. The closest shaded parking is Talete Parking, about a 15–17 minute walk away (€15/day), or you can choose the valet parking service offered by the property for €30/day. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the room maintenance. The air conditioning wasn't working throughout our stay, and although a fan was provided, it wasn't enough during the hot weather, making it difficult to sleep. We were offered to move to another apartment, but only for the last night and it wasn't the same terrace room we had booked. We also experienced a bathroom leak that flooded the floor one morning… It was fixed after we reported it, which we appreciated. My honest opinion is that for apartments marketed as luxury and at this price point, maintenance should be checked regularly, and guests should be informed in advance of any major issues such as a non-functioning air conditioner.

This was the most beautiful stay and the staff are what made it so special. Between the cleaning staff, Chiara and the staff from the restaurant (Yacht) downstairs, everyone was so kind and helpful. If I could give more than 10/10 I would - there is the most stunning view of the ocean to look out to and you’re situated perfectly within town but away enough to enjoy peace away from the crowds. Highly recommend dining at Yacht for a meal downstairs - delicious food and staff are incredible!

The location was perfect! Chiara, the host was exceptional and very welcoming. The communication was outstanding and Chiara was always available to help when needed. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed, and more. The fine detail of everything provided was exceptionally thought through.

קיארה מהמלון היתה מקסימה, עשתה כל שביכולתה לעזור בכל עניין. המיקום מעולה, המיטה נוחה והחדר מרווח ונקי.

הדירה שלנו היתה ממש מעל המסעדה שלהם, בלילה הראשון ממש סבלנו מהרעש… אז קחו בחשבון! בלילה השני היא העבירה אותנו לחדר אחר שהיה שקט יותר. המקלחת מאוד קטנה וצפופה.

Good location - that’s it for what was good

Major construction site behind and adjacent to this property. The noise of jackhammering is so unbearable that we could stay in our room. Woke us up at 8am every morning and didn’t stop.

Great location on the sunset side of Ortigia, lovely views over the sea, very central for the cathedral, restaurants and tours. Very comfortable bed, spacious bedroom, great living area, brilliant shower. Cute kitchen area, decent sized fridge with milk, juice and water made available. My husband was delighted with the Nespresso machine and frother. We were surprised that the room was serviced after our first night as we assumed it was self catering, a real luxury to have fresh towels and the bed made!

The kitchenette is quite basic, tiny cups and saucers, no mugs, only one dessert spoon, and a frying pan that doesn’t sit on the hob unless wedged once heated up. We liked the valet parking service, the hotel organised it brilliantly and I would have hated to try to find parking nearby, but it’s very expensive at €30 per night! Quite noisy on Sunday night despite closing the shutters, but slept easily, totally quiet on Monday night - a huge difference in volume of noise and people weekend to weekday.

Everything was perfect. We were warmly greeted by Chiara and given access codes & a brief explanation of how things worked in the apartment. We booked in for dinner the first evening at the restaurant, Yacht, which operates out of the same building. The food was exceptional and a wonderful experience. Staff at the apartment and restaurant are warm & friendly & very helpful. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Freundlichkeit, Komfort, Sauberkeit super! Schöne Ausstattung. Herrlicher Ausblick, gleich bei Fonte Aretusa. Gratis Wasser, Milch, Kaffe, Früchte bereitgestellt.

Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier leider nicht finden. Zig Lokale mit teils lauter Musik, auch direkt unter den Fenstern der Unterkunft. Laute Tanzmusik auf Booten, die sich zu Parties treffen. Mit Ohrstöpseln geht's.

完璧な景色を見る事が出来ました。部屋はとても清潔で色々なものが常備されていました。スリッパや傘までも！おもてなしの心が感じられました。ベッドはとても広くぐっすり寝過ぎてしまうほどでした。

ジャグジーに入るのを楽しみにしていましたが、夜は意外と寒くて入るチャンスがなく残念でした。下はレストランで夜中まで音楽や笑い声が聞こえてるので苦手な人がいるかもしれませんが、私はその音がたまらなく心地良かったです。

If you're coming to Ortigia, for me, it's all about the sunsets. And this location is front row, gold star location for the buzz and energy of the Ortigia sunsets. Lots of restaurant and bar choices - it's tryly an enviable location. Apartment is a great size and well equipped., Staff are super available and helpful I feel lucky that we nabbed a room here. It was a special couple of days in Ortigia - couldnt recommend enough a stay at one of the apartments here. Book now - you won't be disappointed.

The apartment was second to none. It was everything the photos described. We had the 1bed apartment with terrace and hot tub. Restaurants are all within walking distance. Chiara the host, was the very best,from before we left the UK to our return. Her communication about everything we needed was extremely helpful and she was accommodating to everything we asked for. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and would go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Perfect location in Ortigia.

Wonderful location, fantastic view across the harbour, amazing sunsets. Lovely part of the island, great atmosphere. No traffic in the area of the flat, so quiet at night. Apartment very comfortable, amazing views. Daily cleaning, excellent. Water, milk, coffee etc provided each day. Very comfortable bed. Big bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen with oven. Chiara, the host, was very friendly and helpful, and whose English was very much better than my Italian! All round, great week, weather hot enough in mid-April, lovely sunshine. Lots to do and see in the area. Quick walk to the central piazza and duomo, wonderful place. Lots of places to eat.

No negatives as such - sink and shower water could have been a little bit hotter. Was fine, but like it pretty hot.

We loved everything! The place was beautiful and the private balcony was amazing! The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had everything we could want! The best sunsets on the island. Chiara was there for all our needs. She was so kind and just a lovely person.

いくつかあります。1.ブッキングドットコムのホテル紹介欄に虚偽の記載がありました。私達は元々シラクーザ駅から夜行寝台に乗ってナポリへ向かいたい為にチェックアウト後も荷物預かりサービスを求めていましたが午前10時にチェックアウト後は荷物は預かれないと言われました。2.以前の宿泊者のコメントに同じことが書かれていましたが、浴室のシャワーヘッドが壊れていて、水が360°飛び散りました。また浴室の床もヌルヌルしていてシャワーを使う前に床を我々自身で清掃しないと使えませんでした。3. Whatsappでオーナーから一方的に10分近く怒鳴られました。私達は丁度レストランの予約時間が迫っていたので電話は途中で切りました。この最後の一件で私達の滞在は大変不愉快になりました。あり得ないことです、これは。お客様に対するホスピタリティ一切無しです。

The only small complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was very weak, which makes it hard to properly wash your hair and get the shampoo out.

Die Lage direkt am Meer, Der Blick aus dem Fenster - grandios!!! 🤩 Es war alles da, was man sich nur wünscht. Kaffeemaschine, Wasser und Milch (!!) im Kühlschrank, Begrüßungsobst und Sweets. Wir waren überwältigt. Die Chefin herzlich und bemüht, das Frühstück mit toller Auswahl und pünktlich im Zimmer. Zimmerservice kam täglich und war äußerst freundlich. Parkserive sehr zu empfehlen. Alles PERFEKT!!!

Great location Attentive and helpful staff

I thought the property advertised area was 120sqm. When we arrived, it was clear this area included the outside courtyard. I found this deceptive. One of the upstairs couples muscled into the courtyard area on our second day and wouldn’t budge until my wife asked them to leave. This was uncomfortable. Also, we found it noisy at night from people walking heavily and moving table and chairs. This happened at around 9:30pm each night. Otherwise, the location was excellent. Being so close to the sea, and along from great restaurants was a treat.

Everything was perfect. Tha apartment, location, attention to detail, cleanliness, best spor in Ortigia. We bought a melon and left it in our private terrace facing the boardwalk for a few minutes and someone stole it, it was funny but it could have happened with someting else. I recommend putting a sign Private property somewhere on the lovely terrace.

The local was perfect; on the promenade, overlooking the water and next to excellent restaurants.

Beautiful apartment. Fabulous location. Well equipped apartment even though we had all of our meals out. Staff are very helpful.

Perfectly appointed and staff were super helpful. We took the valet parking option. We enjoyed the prime location , watching sunset from the windows. Highly recommend.

The sea front with a terrace with the ground floor was beautiful. We would get our morning pastures and just watch the world go by.

Well located next to restaurants and directly across from the ocean. Beautiful views from every window and we spent time relaxing on the lovely terrace drinking our coffee in the hot tub in the mornings and drinking wine at night people watching and watching the Sunday boaters pull up and anchor right in front of us!
