Aretusa Vacanze B&B

I loved Artusa Vacanze. The owner, Stefano, and his family were so warm and helpful. They directed us to a swimming beach a few minutes’ walk from their hotel, as well as helped arrange a boat tour and dinner reservations. The hotel could not be better situated to explore Ortigia. The breakfasts on the hotel rooftop were also a lot of fun. I would come back in a heartbeat! Also, I appreciated the elevator!

The room itself was perfectly fine but there was no view. But there was a fridge, so that was good compensation!

Excellent location near fountain of aretusa, great restaurants, walking to sights and along waterfront. The apartment was large but cozy with all amenities for comfort. Great shower with hot water, good AC, quiet even though in town. Beautiful rooftop with views and Sicilian artwork throughout property. Beds were very comfortable and large.

Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. This is a family owned B&B. The proprietors are friendly and work hard to ensure their guests have a good experience. The included breakfast was great, with the owner’s homemade jams as a highlight!

The property was in the centre of Siracusa. It was near the lovely spots and restaurants. The family that runs the B&B was so kind and generous. The breakfast was incredible, and the panoramic view in the rooftop!😍

Posizione perfetta, ospitalità senza eguali, molto bella la terrazza per la colazione. Stefano ha l’ospitalità nel DNA, ci ha dato preziosi consigli su ristoranti e dove acquistare le ceramiche, bravissimi e super accoglienti.

Le camere potrebbero aver bisogno di una rinfrescata, ma l’ospitalità di Stefano e della sua famiglia compensano abbondantemente

La struttura è in un bel palazzo centralissimo nel cuore di Ortigia, ben climatizzato, con un bel terrazzino su cui viene servita l’ottima colazione. A pochi passi puoi fare un bagno nelle piccole calette di ciottoli di Ortigia, a pochi passi puoi fare una bellissima escursione in barca, a pochi passi tanti ottimi ristoranti (ho mangiato una pasta con i ricci spettacolare), tutto consigliato e organizzato grazie al gentilissimo Stefano, che ci ha aiutati anche con il parcheggio! Super consigliatissimo!!!

Accoglienza, disponibilità, sin dall’arrivo ti senti accolto protetto e sicuro. La camera spaziosa, pulita, e luminosa promette un soggiorno piacevole. La colazione in terrazza è curata, trovi prodotti fatti in casa (le marmellate buonissime) , ti parlano di genuinità e freschezza. Il momento clou però sono le chiacchiere con l’host Maurizio e la sua famiglia : informazioni utili sul posto, scambi di ricordi e opinioni ….e qualche simpatica battuta. Insomma una carezza al cuore.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le studio (rez de chaussée) du B&B pour trois personnes. Le logement est plus spacieux qu’il n’y paraît, la clim fonctionne très bien et les lits sont confortables. Nos hôtes sont adorables, soucieux de fournir des bonnes adresses et sont bilingues anglais. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, préparé à la demande pour éviter le gaspillage alimentaire. Le logement est idéalement situé sur l’île d’Ortigia, parfait pour visiter Syracuse. Il est dans une petite ruelle calme. La plage est à 3 minutes.

Il manque simplement un petit espace extérieur où faire sécher les serviettes.

Personnel très gentil, très accueillant et très arrangeant. (On a pu prendre notre dernier petit-déjeuner plus tôt que l'heure de début car nous partions tôt) Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec une superbe vue sur la mer depuis le rooftop et des produits frais. La chambre était climatisée et spacieuse, les lits confortables. L'hôtel est situé dans une rue pas trop passante donc on a pu dormir au calme. La localisation plus qu'idéale pour visiter Ortigia, aller se baigner Super séjour, on recommande +++

Ubicación muy céntrica para visitar Ortigia. El apartamento es muy completo. En la planta de arriba estaba la cama, muy cómoda. Constaba de 2 aseos, punto a favor.

Al estar en la planta baja, no entraba apenas luz natural. Tuvimos que elegir la hora del desayuno y qué desayunar el día anterior. No te da opción a pedir lo que te apetezca o elegir ahí mismo en el momento. Aún así, todo estaba buenísimo.

The apartment was very large and airy and well situated in the heart of Ortigia - excellent air conditioning which is a must in August. Breakfast rooftop was lovely every morning. Family run business who care a lot and respond promptly to any requests. The owner Stefano is particularly caring and a great host.

Our mobiles had no network signal inside the room and there was no place to hang our swimwear to dry it (only inside the room, no working window for it). Room overall could use some updating, and the hot water in the shower didn’t last for long.

Stefano et toute sa famille ont été extraordinaires. Ils nous ont accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et nous ont donné de précieux conseils pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé, en plein cœur d'Ortigia, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans la moindre hésitation !

Wir haben zu viert zwei Nächte in diesem Appartement verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse war ausgezeichnet und jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Der Besitzer und das gesamte Personal waren äußerst freundlich und herzlich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die flauschigen Badetücher haben für zusätzlichen Komfort gesorgt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt.

Everything. The property is very close to almost everything you would want to see around the area. It is just walking distance to many places I was upgraded to a family room, which was very comfortable and spacious. It is amazingly clean. The beds, amenities, bathroom, sheets, towels, all were so comfortable and almost brand new. Most importantly, the owners of the place are a welcoming and friendly family. My return flight was very early in the morning so they prepared a tray of breakfast for me and left in my room the night before my departure which was so sweet of them. They think of every little detail for you.

On était dans une chambre au dernier étage près des escaliers pour accéder au petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, et on entendait les gens montaient dès 7h du matin, impossible de dormir plus longtemps.

The beautiful family that run this perfectly located B&B are a joy, Chinzia, Maurizio and Stefano and Antonio are a total delight, taking exceptional care of us. The breakfast on the scenic rooftop was always delicious and generous with Mauritzio’s impressive array of homemade jams. This is a classic Sicilian hospitality experience at its best.

This was one of the best services experience I had during travels. They are amazing, hotel location is great and the breakfast is simply the best. We were there in a special moment for my wife as it was her birthday. Without any request they proactively observed it and gave to my wife a moment she probably won’t forget during the breakfast. Stefano and his family are doing something special in Sicily that I really hope everyone traveling around go check this special family and hotel! I’ll be back soon, my friends, my family and anyone that I have the opportunity to tell will get this recommendation. Thank you.

Obiekt położony w samym centrum Ortigi i zarządzany przez Stefanów, który jest bardzo pomocnym i serdecznym człowiekiem. Stefano widząc, że jesteśmy zmęczeni po podróży zaoferował nam większy pokój niż zamówiliśmy przez Booking, a następnego dnia na śniadaniu rodzice Stefano zaśpiewali mi „happy birthday”, bo dowiedzieli się z internetu, że mam urodziny. Do życzeń dołożyli pyszny torcik i było naprawdę rodzinnie. Pomijając wszystkie sympatyczne sytuacje i patrząc obiektywnie, wszystko było w najlepszym porządku, od pomocy we wjeździe autem na wyspę, przez komfort pokoju, na pysznym śniadaniu i wspaniałej lokalizacji kończąc. POLECAM!

We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were warm and very accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious and the interactions with the staff made them a wonderful experience. There is a lift available if needed for luggage. The location was perfect. In walking distance from everything. I would return in a heartbeat!

We verbleven hier met ons gezin van vijf personen en werden heel fijn ontvangen. We hadden twee ruime kamers met koelkast en minibar op de kamer (met betaalbare inhoud). Het ontbijt naar keuze moesten we telkens de dag ervoor aanduiden op een blad. Lekker ontbijt met heerlijk vers sinaasappelsap, spek en eitjes, broodjes, allerhande croissants, ... De B&B ligt middenin de historische binnenstad, dus je kan zo naar buiten stappen en dwalen in het doolhof van straatjes.

Het warme water van de douche was snel op (boiler). We merkten dit iets te laat op toen we al allemaal na elkaar aan het douchen waren. Maar de douche zelf was zalig.

Комфортні номери продумані до дрібниць. Неймовірно доброзичливий персонал. Антоніно на рецепції гостинно приймав наче самих дорогих гостей, порадив божественно смачний ресторан і зробив все, щоб ми повернулись з родинами знов.
