- la chambre est digne d'un motel bas de gamme, vieille et pas du tout insonorisée - l'hôtel se trouve dans une zone sans charme à côté de l'autoroute, mais c'est néanmoins pratique pour les déplacements - tout est payant en supplément, même les petites bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre - la chambre n'a vraiment pas été bien nettoyée durant notre séjour de trois nuits - ils ont bloqué 700 euros sur ma carte Visa et deux semaines après notre départ et le paiement de tout ce qu'on leur devait (pour cela ils sont rapides...) ils n'ont toujours pas libéré cette réservation, ce qui me cause des problèmes financiers. Je les ai contactés trois fois sans aucune réaction de leur part. Je vais porter plainte. C'est scandaleux!!

We called the double tree and we spoke w/ Minette. Informed her my parents will have celebrate their wedding anniversary and my mom birthday. She gave us a comp upgrade and some surprise gift. Thank you Minnette we will not forget this experience. Thank you for making their wedding anniversary so memorable and special. You have a true concern to your guest. We felt like family. We are sure we are going back to see you again and stay here.

They were very helpful, friendly, and provided us with great customer service which made our stay more enjoyable. The property is very clean and really have nice amenities. Minnete is very pleasant and proficient! The room was a bit disappointing with wires exposed on 2 walls and a noisy mini fridge. Cristal at breakfast was amazing!

Pros: The staff members were very nice, welcoming, and provided great service throughout my visit. Cons: The room itself was just okay and nothing memorable. Housekeeping missed a visible stain on the sofa, which was disappointing. The bed was completely average. It is a fine, standard place to sleep, but the room upkeep could be slightly improved.

Minnette H. checked me in to this beautiful hotel. She is so friendly, cheerful, and helpful. This hotel is in a prime spot for my work trip and has all the amenities needed and then some. Highly recommend!

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Sonoma Wine Country is beautiful hotel. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. It has many amenities. Judith at the front desk was especially helpful upgrading us to a balcony room overlooking the courtyard. The washer and dryer is a nice touch for longer stays. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stays in the wine region. Great location as well.

We had a great time at Doubletree by Hilton. It was one night gateway for my birthday celebration. Judith was amazing once she got to know that it was my birthday : right from wishing me, to fresh cookies , to waiving parking fees- she made us feel so special. The DoubleTree in Rohnert Park is truly a hidden gem! ✨ We were warmly greeted by Minnete, who had the most gorgeous smile and welcomed us with such grace. She made check-in effortless and was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. We were also treated to the warm, complimentary cookies we all love, followed by a wonderful wine tasting in the lobby, compliments of St. Francis Winery. 🍷 Everything came together to make the perfect start to our weekend getaway. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches, the experience was exceptional. We’re so glad we found this little gem!

Resort-like property. Minnete H was amazing at check in and made sure we got the most of the hotel's amenities and our HHonors benefits! Room price also seems like a great value for the location.

Let’s start from the beginning with the check-the agent that checked us in was Minnette H. She had a great big smile and was willing and ready to help get the process done as fast as possible. I had some issues with my number and attaching it to my room, but she took it and made it happen. After check-in, I came up to the room. I’m very particular whenI’m walking down the hallway and checking for smiles. It did not smell old, but of course not new. It seems that some things in the hotel are dated and could use an upgrade. Let’s start with the bathroom. The rock tile floors are dated and actually could be removed and replaced with something more modern. The showerhead is big with a couple of settings, but water pressure. It looks as if they may have changed the walk tile on the shower itself, because there wereno grout indications. The towels were very old and scratchy. Felt like they haven’t been rotated out in quite a long time. It really wasn’t a shower, but it was a bathtub with no way to plug the drain. When they replaced the wall one piece units they should’ve just made accommodations to replace the entire shower. The towers that were in the room need to be replaced. I thought the linen company would have done that for them by now. Onto the… Super big with a big king size bed. The best was soft or at least not where I liked because I like them more from bed. The pillows were super super soft, no support at all even with two pillows. The room was clean, so I wasthankful for that. But at the same time the carpet was dated as well what was even more amazing, is they still have popcorn ceilings, which I thought should have been changed a long time ago due to prop 65. I could be wrong on that one. There was abalcony, but it was shared with room door, which didn’t matter to me because I didn’t use it anyway. It looked very dusty, and no view.tiles were scratchy and some were very thin. For this to be a Hilton chain hotel I feel it should’ve been better even if I didn’t pay the bill. I think you get the gist of this hotel.

Minnete checks me in almost every time (have stayed here 50+ times) and she truly is the best! Always nice and inviting. Hotel is always clean and accommodating.

The room was clean and spacious although the view from the one I had was terrible. The breakfast was good.

The rest of the building and facilities were very tired and old - the pool area, gym, hallway etc - felt more like a motel than a hotel.

Rooms were small and basic, pool was way smaller than advertised to say the least. Either way, minette helped us out immensely get the situation resolved. She gets 5 stars!

This location hasn't been updated for at least 20 years and it shows. Photos look amazing but, rooms and outdoor areas are in need of paint/repairs/updates. For 400 plus per night, I wouldn't stay again.

I was charged $22 a night parking and a total if $44 for 2 nights for parking when I did not use their parking lot. I did not bring a car. They assumed I did and put a default parking charge on my final invoice. This doubletree location is notorious for charging some kind of fees no matter what. Different kind of promotion and Tourism fees also on the invoice. I was not here for tourism. Also they put a random chick in and checkout timestamp. I checked in at 6:15 pm and it says 12:01 pm. I checked out of the hotel at 5:30 am and it says 12:17 pm.

Minnete H. has been wonderful! After a day of weary travel - she handled my reservation and experience with such care. I was touched. Super duper excellent customer service for sure!!!

When I arrived—about an hour earlier than expected—Minnete already had my room prepared and ready for me. She has helped me on previous stays as well, and she is always cheerful, professional, and genuinely helpful. Great Hilton property. It is older, 39 years, but was completely renovated in 2016. We’ve stayed here many times since our first visit in 2012. Well maintained property; excellent, very friendly, helpful staff. From maid service to front desk to the restaurant and bar. Great team. The property, rooms and all common area look very fresh and clean. Highly recommended. Well priced too. Enjoy your stay. Go wine tasting, hiking, kayaking, and the Charles Schultz museum; or just enjoy the scenery.

Great location in Sonoma area and very helpful staff. Minnete at check in made sure we were getting all the benefits we were entitled to as Diamond members, which eneded up being $30 per night in dining credit. Comfortable stay in a beautiful area, would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel -- gorgeous landscaping mature trees. Good food, nice rooms. Great weeknight rates for this area. Better rates than STS airport to Park and Fly. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful -- I had vehicle problems while I was here and Minnete H helped me to reserve an extra night at the same rate and I didn't need to change rooms. Thanks Minnete!

At check in Minnete H was SO helpful. I was traveling with my daughter and our dog. Minnete explained the different room options, helped me pick the best room by a door and with access to the yard through our room. She was friendly and extremely helpful. Even gave us cookies and a treat for our dog. Started our stay off awesome!

Minnete H. was so welcoming and lovely. One of the best front desk staff I have encountered at a hotel.

The front desk staff, particularly Minnete, were super helpful. She helped me right away and made sure to follow up thru text to see if I needed anything else. They also acknowledged my gold status and made sure I got all of the benefits. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was staying for business and got great sleep. The fitness center also had some new Peloton bikes.

The location of the hotel was a perfect base for exploring Sonoma. With family in Santa Rosa and numerous good restaurants in Santa Rosa, the hotel was in a great location. It's about an hour from many of the sites and town in Sonoma County (Sonoma, Healdsburg, Bodega Bay, etc.). The staff were very friendly, breakfast was great each morning. Bathrooms very clean - getting a little outdated but room was fine.

Often with superior service I intend to write a review but never end up doing so. This time is different. Minnete H. at the Front Reception of the Doubletree went above and beyond anything required of her. I just want to give a well-deserved shout out for Minnete's service and thank her for her kind generosity.

Nice looking area, clean and well maintained.

Lots of rooms, which is good but confusing to access depot which door from outside to go through. We bought 2 drinks at the bar and the tab was surprised how much it cost, did not see prices posted. Room price was reasonable though.

Was in town for business and it was a great experience at the Hilton Doubletree. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Minnete was especially accommodating and very genuine. Looking forward to coming back.

Doubletree in Sonoma is always a wonderful experience. There is a full bar and restaurant. The fitness room is up to date and clean. Front desk is always amazing, especially Minnete, She is helpful, welcoming and has a pleasant smile.

Minnette was outstanding in the check in process explaining the hotel lay out and property benefits. The room was clean perfect for my stay.

Just down the street the rooms are nicer, we can log into our personal Netflix, there is unlimited free coffee, breakfast and parking. Feels like I've been nickeled and dime'd with upsells here every step of the way. A big lobby, small pool table and a fountain just doesn't cut it anymore.

Really enjoyed our anniversary getaway here in Rohnert Park, close to so many great wineries, breweries and restaurants! I need to recognize Minnete H. a supervisor at this Doubletree location, her attitude and kindness was beyond exceptional! I've been to this hotel many times over the past 20 years for work & pleasure, love the setting & beautiful landscaped grounds. Unfortunately there are several things that need updating. I know I'd want honest feedback if I were the franchise owner or partner. Here's a list: * USB Plugs for cell phone charging * Better shower heads & fixtures * Higher quality toilets for flushing * Softer towels * Microwaves in upgraded rooms Being a lifetime Diamond Member, I've seen a significant improvement over the years at most Hilton properties, this location simply needs to re-invest in this awesome property. This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed at this property. Big pluses are the property and surrounding areas; easy freeway access and access to nearby areas in multiple cities; and the rooms (which are bright, spacious); and an SFO shuttle (more important for an event guest than me). Front desk service was consistently good with some good advice on local areas. Downers were security/privacy (my room slider was not locked....again...which meant if I did not check it someone could have walked into my room...very sloppy and a huge liability risk for the hotel, but they don't seem to care), the HVAC which sort of works, and adjoining room noise. Hotel bar seemed to have odd hours/low staffing. hotel restaurant was a plus in terms of service and food choices. Not as slow as usual, but not many customers so hard to know if there were more improvements or just easier given fewer customers

Hilton Honors App Chat was super helpful the day before check-in, as Minnete responded to my questions. Minnete was patient and knew all the answers. Minnete also happened to check us in the next day. Check-in was seamless. The complimentary Hilton Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies are delicious!!! The lobby is spacious and cozy with fireplace flames so relaxing to the eyes and mood. The room also spacious with lovely furnishings, plenty of wall sockets for our devices and outdoor patio. Lovely.

Room was nice. Had a small table and chairs just outside. The front desk person, Judith, was great. I had a couple of small issues and she helped me with them.

I came in after a long night of work and was warmly greeted by Kat who helped me book a room. She was kind, easy to talk to, and helped me figure out the best situation for my stay.

Steven takes great care of our reservations and is always happy to see us! Restaurant servers go the extra mile - it’s our home away from home. Looking forward to our next visit in April!
