The room and the convenience of the location and plenty of room in the room. Only thing is I was a got a king suite. I really need a Jacuzzi bath.

The coffee maker didn't work well

Well the breakfast was suboptimal. I think there could have been more options. The entire staff were nothing but nice and very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable and quiet. They are family friendly and I really like that. It was non smoking and that is great.

I didn't enjoy the amount of calls to Booking.com to try and cancel my second room reservation under my moms name. The property was very helpful but your emails back and forth were terrible. I had to call Booking.com and have them call the property to make sure the property would receive the email to allow cancellation. The property was quick to answer and told me they sent an email saying they would only charge for my room and not the second one and authorized a refund. Once I was home Booking.com said they never got the email and would change nothing. I tried emailing the hotel for a copy of the email to then contact Booking.com and no response. I gave up. I realized I was not going to be helped. I wont book through Booking.com again. The property though, I would return to, just the booking will be directly with them next time.

Room A/C wasn’t working. Was switched to a different room , the bathroom door didn’t close completely, shower bath tub was creaky. Neighbor had the tv volume very loud at 8 am. In shorts words both rooms were a disappointment.

We left an important bag behind in the room when we checked out and the staff were very honest and sent us the bag via UPS. So grateful.

The property has a nice appearance, lack of cameras in the parking lot makes it not nice.

No cameras in the parking lot, as well as there was unhoused people in the lobby during the continental breakfast making me and other guests feel extremely uncomfortable.

We paid for breakfast. It was fine, not special.

The pool had stuff floating in it sticking to my hair and skin. No free breakfast like Hampton Inn for less money.

The swimming pool was so dirty, we couldn’t enjoy the pool which is why we picked this location.

The staff was fantastic, room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent.

The walls were very thin, and the people next-door were very loud and kept us up for several hours in the middle of the night. We did call to complain and an employee went down and asked them to please quiet down. They did so for about 30 seconds and then were loud again. Not the fault of the hotel, the hotel was excellent. But the walls are thin.

When I checked in with another dude carrying our golf clubs, the clerk said, “I see you have reserved 2 queen beds, but would you guys like 1 Kings bed?” Astonished, I asked her to clarify and explain why she would project her twisted perverted thought onto me. I restrained myself and left a message to have the manager call me. I left another message upon leaving, left messages for manager via text system, called the hotel several times and left messages and sent the GM an email asking for a call back. NO REPLY.

This was convenient for where we needed to be. It was only an hour to the ocean. The room was clean, had plenty of outlets and lots of bathroom counter space. It only had two hooks in the bathroom though. Towel bars would’ve been nice. Lighting was kind of poor in the room and it was kind of noisy. We could hear our neighbors, although it was muffled. The room did have a refrigerator and microwave. The free breakfast had hot and cold items and was well supplied. There’s a Target and restaurants within a couple of blocks.

The location was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was as expected and the facilities were clean. The dining area could have used some cleaning as guests left (tables were dirty)

I had to pay for parking? Never had this at a hotel before. Where did you think I was putting my car? Desk clerk was helpful but, we had a late check in...I called from my phone as instructed, I was standing by the glass door speaking to the desk clerk (she made eye contact) then told me to use the white phone provided by the door and hung up on me! Seriously? The $20 for incidentals? Nice way to nickel and dime your guests.

dirty pair of underwear left on closet floor by previous guest. lamp shade on desk was lined with some type of dried substance. trash left under the head of the bed. blood spot on one of the pillow cases. should have asked for different room but didnt notice most of this until third day of stay.

LIke most Hamptons, this is a good night’s sleep with a decent breakfast in the morning. Not sure why they charge for parkig. We would retun here as overall it met our expectations consistent good quality

I love this hotel they’re always so sweet and helpful most of the time when I arrive Jennifer is on shift she’s super nice and understanding

Deczyre is truly awesome, she make check in and check outs so easy. Need to add another night or 2 or 3 she helps you without a sweat and she’s so quick too :) she accommodates your for whatever it is (within reason lol) and she checks in on you and lets you know she’s there for anything! This was my first time and I promise I’ll be back and will be recommending this hotel to all family and friends when they come into town.:)

We had a wonderful stay. Staff are warm and friendly. The rooms clean and well maintained. The hotel is dog friendly.

The staff was welcoming, really helpful, very friendly, and the best part of my stay. It's clear that they work incredibly hard to take good care of guests and do the best they can to ensure we enjoy our stay.

The room was really cold, and the thermostat didn't seem to work. I was unable to regulate the temperature in the room which made my stay very uncomfortable. The room was clean, but the linens need to be replaced. They can only be washed and reused so many times before they don't appear completely white or clean, and the threads are starting to fray. The hotel is reasonably priced for a quick stay, but management needs to invest a little more time and energy into making sure the facilities and supplies are maintained well.

Just off the freeway. Close to shopping, food and entertainment. But what’s even better your amazing staff!!!

The staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable . Jennifer was able to help me check in to an accommodating room and was very helpful.

Room was comfortable, beds comfy, shower curtain rod was falling off wall, toilet paper holder was falling off wall, bathroom fan didn’t work. AC would kick on and off constantly, maintenance came quickly, made some adjustments but it kept happening. Luckily we didn’t need it after all so just shut it off. If it was summer it would have been an issue. Breakfast was ok, typical continental. Got told at the property they charge for parking, $7 a night. Didn’t see that anywhere in the details or costs. That to me is extortion, what am I gonna do at that point, cancel? Staff was very friendly.

This property is conveniently located off Hwy 101, and is close to a variety of restaurants -- both casual and fast-food. The property is well cared for and staff were friendly. Check-in was simple (our stay was prepaid via Priceline) and speedy. Daily breakfast is very good, with a variety of choices from cold cereals, hot oatmeal, DIY waffles (both regular malted and banana bread flavors), eggs, protein (bacon, sausage), potatoes (roasted, hash brown patties), fresh fruit, yogurt, fresh baked pastries and muffins, bread and bagels, as well as coffee, tea, and cocoa. Rooms are very spacious. The door to our room (204) binds a bit to the door frame making it a little difficult to open, but not a major inconvenience. Wi-Fi connection to the Internet is good. The only disappointment here is a $7 per night charge for parking. It's not like they have a multilevel million dollar parking structure. It's merely the required paved parking lot that comes with operating a hotel. Charges like this should simply be built into the price of the room, not added as an "incidental" fee at check-in.
