品川駅から直ぐで、何をするにも便利。

今回は、メインタワー。安かったから、仕方ないのかもしれないけど。7階の部屋だったけど、隣のビルの駐車場と同じ高さで、窓の外には、車と目の合う距離の人。日中でも、遮光カーテンを開けにくいし、なんだか落ち着かない部屋だった。

Location close to Hineda and right next to Shinagawa station is excellent. Easy check in and check out.

We stayed for just one night as a convenient stop before our flight back to Singapore, and the hotel served that purpose very well. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great view. The location is probably one of the hotel's biggest strengths, being right next to Shinagawa Station, which makes getting around Tokyo and travelling to the airport very convenient. There are also plenty of dining options in and around the hotel. A particular highlight was dinner at Table 9 Tokyo. The food, setting and overall dining experience were excellent and made our final evening in Japan particularly enjoyable. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable and very conveniently located hotel that worked well for our one-night stay before flying home.

The only aspect that could have been better was the service. While the staff were efficient, some interactions felt a little hurried and less patient than what we had experienced during our stays in Nagasaki and Hiroshima. This may simply reflect the much faster pace of a large Tokyo hotel, but the difference was noticeable.

チェックインの時、新横浜プリンスのように時間より早目に来て待っている人への配慮があるといいなと思いました。後からいらした方がフロントで待っているみなさんがいることを知らずに運良く並び始めた列に並ばれたのを拝見しておりましたので。

品川駅からすぐの立地で便利です。特に、帰りの羽田空港に行くときは乗り換えなしで行けました。 夕食の飲食店も近くに探せました。

設備が古いせいか、枕元に電源がありませんでした。

Fantastic hotel, with amazing facilities including an 11 screen IMAX, 80 Lane bowling alley, aquarium, tennis courts and huge selection of restaurants. Not to mention a shopping centre.

The only thing I didnt like was the step up to the bathroom

Location right outside Shinagawa station is convenient.

The pillow was too soft. The room smelt of cigarette despite being a smoke free room. Breakfast was crowded. Best not to have breakfast here.

品川駅からすぐの場所にあり、とても便利でした。チェックイン前の荷物預かりもスムーズにしていただき、何も不便はありませんでした。 朝食がとても良いとの事を聞いたので、次回はぜひ利用したいと思います。

For starters, the hotel is large and has plenty of amenities

I was displeased because some of the staff were unfriendly—especially the female staff member at the reception who was wearing a mask.

The location was nice next to the station.

The room was so dirty. There were dirt marks all over the wall. The water pressure was far too high. Could barely use the shower or sink. The sink didn’t drain and the shower just leaked everywhere. That’s probably where the musty smell in the room came from. We were under the impression that this hotel was an air conditioned room and that also barely worked. Definitely shocked this hotel was rated an 8.9 on booking.com. It should be a 6.

私のミスでチェックアウト忘れでそのまま観光してしまい、気づいたら夕方(汗)すぐに連絡したら対応してくださいました。嫌な顔ひとつせず、対応していただいてホント良かったです。

タワー館の７階でしたが　夜景が綺麗で 品川駅の電車　新幹線　羽田に着陸する 旅客機が　大きく見えて　最高でした

到着時に天候が悪く、寒かったので部屋の温度を上げたかったけど、調整出来なかった。 調整機能があるとうれしいです。

地點非常好，品川車站出來過個馬路就到，早上出發去羽田機場超級便利。看得出是老飯店，但維護得非常良好。

朝の忙しい時間だから無理かしらと思いながら、フロントと客室係に電話をいれました。案の定、それぞれ15回以上の呼び出し音を確認しましたが、お出にならないので切りました。本当に焦っていた場合は、どうなるんだろうと不安が残りました。

洗面台周りの汚れが気になった。 切った短い髪の毛が4から5本程蛇口周りにあった。 隣の音が気になった。

急な変更に対し、快く対応してくださりました。 疲れていたところとても助かりましたし、素敵なスタッフさんたちだと思います。

位置挺好的，交通便利。但是楼下周边买吃的都很贵！楼下东横inn边上有个大型超市挺好的。酒店没有微波炉。酒店楼下药妆店不会，价格合理。就觉得吃饭的地方都贵。

ベビーガードが借りられなかった。 1歳半以上という規制はあっても良いと思うが、年齢だけでなく成長に合わせた対応を検討してほしい。結果ベッドから子供が落ちて縫うレベルの怪我をしました。

It's not fancy, but it's right there at Shinagawa Station. It has so many amenities / shops / food / etc on site. The price is very reasonable. It's perfect for a family.

L'hôtel est très bien placé. Il est confortable et très bien desservi en terme de service. Le combini est bien loti avec beaucoup de choix. Les deux restaurants du matin pour le matin proposent deux formules totalement différentes un buffet plus au moins occidental et un autre purement japonais.

Hôtel un peu vieillot avec énormément de passage. La conciergerie pour la dépose de bagages est débordée, mieux vaut utiliser les consignes automatiques même si elles sont payantes. Le gain de temps n'est pas négligeable.

品川駅からのアクセスはよく、ホテル内にドラッグストアなどのお店があり、近隣にもレストランが多く、便利です。メインタワーは多少古いのはありますが、部屋も清潔で、夜景もきれいでした。

朝のビュッフェレストランが非常に混雑しており、かなり行列ができていました。会場のキャパを増やすなどの対応が必要と感じました。お願いしたらいただけたのかもしれませんが、ひげ剃りや櫛などの備品が無くて、ちょっと困りました。

The hotel is in a great location right next to the Shinagawa station which is a great hub for many places you may want to visit in Tokyo. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The hotel itself is huge. The rooms are like all Japanese hotel rooms, small, but they have everything you need. Extremely comfortable beds and great shower.

Location is perfect. Easy access to all destinations via the JR station next to it.

It is a very good hotel in a great location, well priced, comfortable and clean.

I think the ¥4,000 to use the swimming pool was absolutely ridiculous. A charge similar to what you pay to go to a public pool in Australia such as ¥1,000 would be more acceptable, preferably ¥0 for hotel guests.

アネックスのツインベッドに泊まったが、片方のベッドにベッドバグがいて、足中刺された。 部屋に入った時から湿っているのと、こもった匂いが気になったので、温床になっている可能性あり。 これならもっと安いビジネスホテルの方が良かった。

Very convenient location right across from Shinagawa Station. This station goes directly to Haneda airport and very easy to get to central Tokyo such a Shibuya etc. Room size is fairly decent considering being in Tokyo. There are lots of shops and restaurant right down stairs. There's also a nice common space for you to do work or just relax. Overall It's a very convenient place to stay.

It was a little bit like walking in the maze to find the right elevator. There are Main Tower and Annex Tower and another one which I can't remember the name. I stayed at Annex Tower which is above a bowling place. overall it wasn't bad at all. Shinagawa is a very VERY busy station so if you prefer staying at somewhere less busy then this is not the place for you.

The location is great. Shinagawa station (Narita express train, major JR lines, some subway lines) is near within walking distance. Services are also full around the hotel: restaurants, convenience store.

The location was amazing. The views are fabulous. So much to do right in the hotel and around the hotel if you're like us and we're trying to beat the heat, you can do everything in air-conditioning.

The room felt a bit out

This hotel is part of a complex that has everything I could possibly want. Very convenient and plenty to do.

The complex is so big I wish there was a map at the front.

We booked this hotel as it had a pool and travelling with 3 children 1and 3,go to swim .. 1 year old not allowed , apparently for safety reasons which is ridiculous , 3 year old can’t stand in the pool either but he was allowed , nowhere when we booked did it mmention swimming age , travelled the world and have never seen this , staff were so unhelpful and could t explain , only to keep nodding and saying safety, safety , manager wouldn’t even come out to speak to us , also had to pay to use the hotel pool that staying in, never seen this , hotel ended up sending us to their sister hotel 5 minutes away where aparantly it was “safe “ for 1 year old , this hotel cost $50 per person to swim , even if you were staying there …ridiculous system and no reason for it . Staff generally unhelpful . Booked a driver for early departure , took 40 minutes to do , then driver never came , rooms were really old and basic , the room where my grandsons stayed , the sofa bed was left with just the mattress protector , no sheets ,

Die Lage war sehr gut und das Zimmer hatte einen tollen Blick auf den Tokyo Tower. Für die Kinder gab es extra Kinder Hausschuhe und Kinder Zahnbürsten. Das essen war sehr lecker und das Buffet hatte eine wirklich tolle Auswahl.

Das man alle Informationen nicht gleich als Übersicht hat, wie zum Beispiel wie viel der Pool extra kostet. In welche Frühstücksrestaurant man gehen kann. Zum Glück hatten wir gelesen das ein frühes erscheinen beim Frühstück gut ist, da es sonst zu Wartezeiten kommt.

位置不錯，車站一出來就能直接進共構百貨，推行李算方便。有一個專門櫃台人員負責存放行李，非常優秀。自助check in 流程也算簡單易懂且快速。旁邊就有一間超市，不大但算東西齊全，水果也很多。

房型非常老舊，地毯多污漬。
