Convenient location

Very small room with little space to open suitcase fully. No where to hang clothes (2 hangers). Shower in bath, dangerous stepping in and out.

The location was very near to Shinagawa station and they allow to keep our luggages even 2 days prior to our check in

The rooms were not sound proof. Very noisy even at 2am with people talking at the corridors

Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Lage in der Nähe zum Bahnhof war auch super! Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut!

Für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig waren die Check in und check out Automaten, obwohl Personal anwesend war.

The room was beautiful - very clean and comfortable. The staff were so lovely, greeting us and helping us check in. We arrived late and tired after a day of travel and receiving such a warm welcome was a beautiful way to start our Japan holiday.

The vicinity to Shinagawa Station - Takanawa Exit Gate is very Good. Very walkable 5-6 mins. Also just opposite to the Tobu Hotel in prince hotel lobby 7/11 is there in the hotel public lobby. Which is open till 1am. Makes the grocery and essential shopping very reliable. 1-2 mins walk from Aqua Park Shinagawa (Don't miss the dolphin show over there)

The only downside is that it located on a steep slope, so if you're travelling with heavy bags. Reaching the hotel from shinagawa station can be tricky and tiresome. As the slope is there for quite some time at a good angle. That was the only challenge I faced. Other wise no problem with hotel or rooms. Very good

Czystość no i bardzo kiepskie śniadanie. W porównaniu z innymi hotelami wypadł najgorzej.

Fantastic location close to Shinagawa Station! The staff were super friendly and check in/out was incredibly easy! Beds were nice and firm with 2 pillows for each person.

Room was big enough to open two large suitcases. Breakfast wasn't overcrowded and everything tasted great.

I booked the hotel two months in advance for its 24 hour counter in the hope that I can keep my luggage there for one extra day after check out. Upon arrival, I saw a sign at the elevator lobby stating: since about 6 weeks ago, the hotel changed its luggage storage policy. Luggage storage is now only available on check in and check out dates, and to keep luggage after check out date, you must have a next reservation and pay a fee. Upon seeing the sign, I inquired the staff whether I could store my luggage after checkout tomorrow and pick it up two days later (being very specific). He replied that I could, but needed to pay a fee. At check out the next day, however, I was told that since I did not have a next reservation, my luggage cannot be stored here. If I had known this situation, I would not have booked this hotel in any case.

色々なホテルに宿泊してきましたが、ここのホテルのベットが一番寝心地が良いと感じます。（私見） お陰様で今回も熟睡できました。 シャワーの水圧や温度も申し分ない快適な滞在となりました。 朝食は初めていただきましたが、和食と洋食が満遍なく用意されていて満足感のあるものでした。ホールの年配の男性スタッフの方がとても気が回る方で、ああ日本に帰ってきたな〜と実感できました。次回も朝時間が取れる時は朝食を付けようと思います。

2つあるうちの内鍵が１つ壊れていた。早く寝たかったのであえて連絡しませんでした。

Hotelli sijainniltaan erinomainen Shinagawan aseman lähellä. Huoneemme 5kerroksessa oli hiljainen. Erinomainen aamiainen ja ihastuttava henkilökunta ohjaamassa pöytiin. Pyykinpesu mahdollisuus, kiva oleskelualue sekä juoma automaatti. Huoneessa hyvä tv, josta sai ihmetellä paikallisia kanavia, myös CNN näkyi.

Ilmastointilaitteen lämpötilaa ei voinut säätää, ainoastaan puhallustehoa. Saapuessamme huoneeseen ensimmäisen kerran, kokolattia matolla edellisten asiakkaiden kynnenpalasia. Ei vaatekaappia, tavarat joutui pitämään matkalaukussa, pöytätasolla kasoina. Viihdyimme joka tapauksessa hyvin.

Room was quite small but all we needed for one night.

Location close to trains, staff were pleasant. Rooms were clean. The hotel had free coffee/tea, which made the mornings easier.

古いホテルですが、とても綺麗に清掃してあり、タオルやシーツも臭わずとても快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方も親切でした。

シャワーの水圧が弱いです。ドライヤーが安めなので髪にこだわりのある方はマイドライヤー持参がおすすめです。

靠近品川站，但是要走一段小上坡，行動不方便的人可能有點吃力，除此以外一切都很好，推薦大家。 品川駅から近いですが、少し上り坂を歩く必要があり、足腰に不安のある方や移動が不自由な方には少々大変かもしれません。それ以外はすべて素晴らしく、とてもおすすめです。

館内、客室は綺麗ですが、浴室は古く、水の出も悪く、排水もあまり良くなかったのが気になりました。

新幹線利用なのでロケーションが良く、部屋もスタッフの方々も全く問題なく快適です。リピートしています。

Localisation proche de la gare, personnel agréable et très bon petit déjeuner. Très reposant après une longue journée d'avion et emplacement parfait pour sauter dans le Shinkensen le lendemain.

Léger bruit de la rue mais qui ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir.

古いからか、バスルームのゆかさのタイルの目地に汚れが溜まっているのか黒くシミになっていて、清潔には感じられなかった。

品川駅近くにしては宿泊費が安かったのでお得感があった

品川駅からは石榴坂を歩かないといけませんが、緩い上り坂で夏場はしんどいですね ただし、高輪台駅までは平坦な道を歩けば着くので移動の際は高輪台駅を利用していました

品川駅から徒歩5分ほど。交通の便が良い。ただ、真夏の暑さがぶり返していたので、少しだけ品プリにすれば良かったとも。 しかし！バスタブのゆったりさ、部屋の大きさは↑とはダンチです

今回は一泊で問題無いし、お願いすれば持って来てくれるはずですが、ハンガーはもう2、3本ほしいかな

荷物預けに料金が発生することを申込み時には分からなかった。 場所が坂の上にあるため、辛かった。

清掃がされていない。 お風呂やその周りがカビだらけで不潔。それが一箇所だけではなく、沢山ある。すぐに目につきましたが、滞在中の清掃でも改善されていなく、残念。 エアコンのフィルターがほこりだらけ。 ベットも湿っていて気持ち悪かった。 予約したのを後悔しています。 とても残念。

La ubicación, el hotel grande, nos recibieron maletas enviadas desde Kioto. Solucionaron un ruido de la puerta del baño sin problema, arreglaron la habitación siempre muy bien.

La habitación muy justa para 3 camas independientes que era lo que queríamos pero es lo usual para Japón

古い施設という認識はあったが、改善できることもあると思うので以下になります。 •座る度に沈む便座が不快。 •洗面所のドアや冷蔵庫の扉が右開きのため使い勝手が悪い。 •風呂の温度調節の蛇口が固く適温にできなかった。 •廊下を歩く人の声が昼夜ずっとしていて、心から休まらなかった。 •冷房の温度設定が3段階の切替えだったため適温にならないこと、加えて方向の調節ができないため寒かった。

La ubicación es perfecta. Con esta perfectamente con la línea yamanote. Y si quieres tomar una copa vienes al lado el Prince hotel con unas vistas espectaculares desde la planta 39. Donde puedes disfrutar de una cerveza con unas vistas preciosas un poco caro pero merece la pena.

El hotel está muy bien el desayuno perfecto todo el día cambio de zapatillas, bata y ropa de cama.

設備や備品が リーズナブルなのに ワンランク上で 嬉しかった。 ドリンクもワンランク上で、ゆっくりさせていただきました。

駐車場代が、かからなかった

エアコンの風の吹き出し口に埃が溜まってるのが気になってしまった。

接客が良かったです。特にベテランの方が外国人スタッフさんをうまくフォローしていて素晴らしかったです。朝食ビュッフェは定番メニューですがとても美味しかった。ラウンジのコーヒーがいいヤツで嬉しかったです。部屋も静かで気持ち良く過ごせました。

今回の部屋は洗面の水はけがちょっと悪かったです。少し待てば流れましたが改善されるといいですね。

The air conditioning was not working. ladies gowns were given to all 4 of us as night wear, quite uncomfortable. had only booked the hotel to catch flight in morning but couldnt get a good night sleep

Great location, a short walk to convenient store, railway station and the aquarium . The room is spacious and with a big bathtub & TV. I love the ice cream and drinks vending machines in the hotel.

There are some small flying insects in our room.

清潔で、家族が3人泊まったが、トイレやバス、洗面など、それぞれの動きを邪魔しない作りになっていた。また、スタッフの対応がとても丁寧で気持ちよかった。

宿泊翌日は泉岳寺、高輪ゲートウェイが目的地だったが、徒歩でほどなく行けたので良かった。セミダブルのベッドマットが寝心地がく、11時までのチェックアウトは安心です。

フロアに氷のサービスが欲しかった。

這次入住的是 Moderate Twin A（3 人入住）房型。飯店距離車站相當近，交通十分便利，附近也有水族館。因為這次行程安排前往水族館參觀，因此選擇在這裡連續入住三晚。 飯店鄰近品川站，搭乘山手線或其他鐵路前往東京各區都很方便，不論是安排市區觀光、購物，或前往其他地區，都能節省不少交通時間。對於行程較多、每天需要搭車移動的旅客來說，地點是一大優點。 房間整體的空間與設備符合預期，以住宿地點及價格來看，CP 值算是不錯，三人入住也可以接受。 早餐的種類不算特別豐富，但基本餐點都有，簡單吃飽沒有問題，用餐環境也維持得不錯。不過我們連續入住三天，發現每天提供的餐點內容幾乎相同，若是只住一晚影響不大，但連住多天就會稍微顯得單調。若早餐菜色能適度更換，整體住宿體驗會更加完整。 整體而言，飯店最大的優點是交通便利，距離車站及水族館都很近，房價也算合理，適合重視交通位置、計畫搭乘大眾運輸遊覽東京的旅客入住。

The staff was very nice. The laundromat was working, and the area had a vending machine, which even served beer. Overall great hotel. There are multiple stores in the area and two stations with walking distance.

The hotel is uphill from Shinagawa Station, which is something you don't see on the map. However It is close to the station (both Shinagawa and Takanawadai), so it's not that bad.
