An immaculate Japanese business hotel with compact but well designed rooms and generous bathrooms. Very comfortable bed with pillow top (rare for Japan). Terrific location opposite the new Takanawa Gateway mall, museum and dining. We came for proximity to Shinagawa night before an early train but would come again just to go back to Takanawa Gateway and this great hotel. Couldn’t fault a thing and incredible value by Tokyo standards.

Common area downstairs a bit styleless and soulless but no reason to be there in Tokyo.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was spacious and so comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and had a separate part of shower from tub. Quite different from the regular room sizes you get in Japan from other chain hotels. There's free snacks and drinks in the afternoon.

the location was very convenient because a main train station is 7 minutes walk away. the rooms are a bit on the smaller side but its doable. the staff were also very lovely

Friendly staff, conveniently within walking distance of the train station, clean room, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, nice hot shower!

The rooms are very small and we struggled with two suitcases. If you are a light sleeper, you can sometimes hear the trains at night.

お風呂が洗い場とバスタブが別々になっている。とても静かで熟睡できる。

冷蔵庫の上の棚の奥が横一直線に穴が空いていて、何か置いた場合にふいに冷蔵庫の後ろに落ちてしまいとるのが大変だった。何度か今まで泊まりましたが、部屋が狭くてラゲージを開く場所がなかった。

ロケーションが良かった。施設も新しくて良かった。

部屋は広かったがビジネスに使う(部屋で仕事をする)のにはやや不向きか。

Small rooms

The location is really nice, the rooms were better than another hotel we stayed in Asakusa (5*). Lots of attentions to details like the open goodies bar. We loved it:) and the bathroom is great 😊

お風呂が広くて使いやすくとても綺麗でした。 高輪ゲートウェイ駅前で便がとても良いです。品川駅までも歩けるので、空港へのアクセスも良い。新しいホテルなのか、建物がとても綺麗です。 エントランスに無料のドリンクサービスがあり、休憩できるのがとても快適です。

2名で滞在しましたが、使ったバスタオル/バスマットを干すところが足りませんでした。 洗濯機の台数をもう少し増やして欲しいです。

地點很好，窗外可以看到軌道、列車及跨河橋，很棒！ 房間配置很好，使用上很舒適。店員很棒！

窗戶的隔音沒有想像中的好，夜間多有車輛聲。

Très bon petit déjeuner, le lit était confortable, la surface de la chambre et de la salle de bain plutôt supérieure à la moyenne pour cette gamme de prix. La localisation est bonne par rapport à la station Shinagawa mais le must c'est la vue sur les voies ferrées en contrebas ! du 8e étage c'est un show non-stop !

La moquette dans les couloirs était assez épaisse, peu pratique quand on a une valise à roulettes un peu lourde...

Location requires 10-15 min walk to train stations. It's in the middle of 2 stations

Everything was very clean. The morning buffet had a decent selection. The rooms were a functional size and very quiet. The staff we dealt with spoke enough English for check in but we needed help from our Google translate for conversations.

La ubicación pese a que está muy lejos de los barrios principales, hay 3 estaciones de metro y JR super cerca, sobretodo a través del centro comercial NeWoman. El barrio es muy tranquilo y la única pega es que no hay nada de interés cerca, ni variedad de restaurantes. La cama es enorme, bastante cómoda y la limpieza un 10. Volveríamos a repetir sobretodo por la relación calidad-precio que nos salió por la mitad que otros hoteles más céntricos.

お風呂がドアついていて、湯船もあって、洗い場には椅子や桶もあって入りやすいし、1人で宿泊の際はトイレのドアは空けて入りたい（閉じ込め防止）でもお風呂の湯気で火災報知器が鳴るのはこわいので、お風呂にドアがついているととてもよかった

Clean, modern, had everything we needed. Close to Shinagawa station which is a part of the Yamanote Line which was very convenient. Staff at the hotel were always willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wenn man etwas aufschreiben müsste, wäre es der Ablageplatz im Zimmer für die Koffer. Es hat 2-3 Schränkli oder Fächer, die man weglassen könnte, dafür hätte man etwas mehr Platz für die Koffer.

De locatie was uitstekend! Vlakbij station Shinagawa en van daaruit een supergoede verbinding naar alle bezienswaardigheden binnen en buiten Tokio! De kamers zijn ruim, mooi ingericht, ontzettend schoon en hygiënisch! Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Alles was perfect, alleen helaas geen mogelijkheid voor dineren in het hotel!

掃除がもう少しという印象でした。 お風呂は、椅子があり嬉しかったのですが 裏が汚れが目立ちました。 トイレはウォシュレットが汚れていて 不衛生に感じました。

Malinké pokoje, ale je v něm vše, co potřebujete. Hotel je opravdu kousek od vlakové stanice. Milý personál. V hotelovém lobby si můžete zaplatit snídani formou bufetu.

綺麗で、立地も便利で、今の宿泊費用の相場をカ考えるとリーズナブルで、とても良かったです。 乳児と一緒に宿泊をしましたが、リクエスト通りベビーベッドを用意していただいて、廊下の音や泣き声などにも配慮していただいてなのか隅のお部屋にしてくださいました。 大通りとは反対側の部屋でしたが、静かで過ごしやすかったです。 ありがとうございました。

強いて言うなら程度の話ですが、エレベーターの勢いが強いのか、降りてから1分程ぐらぐら感じて、ちょっとだけ使い心地が悪かったです。

Right across the street from Takanawa Station and the newly opened NewoMan Takanawa, very convenient and lots of shops and restaurants to check out.

舞台を観に行く際に利用したのですが、品川駅と劇場の丁度真ん中くらいにあったので便利でした。受付スタッフの方も感じが良かったです。バス・トイレが別のお部屋だったのでとても快適でした！一緒に泊まった母もとても気に入っていました。

客室清掃(特に水回り)が少し甘かったかなと思いました。

하네다공항에서 바로 올 수 있다는 장점(센가쿠지 역) 다카나와게이트웨이 역 앞이 매우 인상 깊게 바뀌었고, 있을 거 다 있음. 그럼에도 매우 조용한 동네.

Hotel was well located near Shinagawa Station - although if you have not been there before it can be a little intimidating to figure out which way to go. The hotel was very comfortable - lovely staff, very comfortable bed and the room was bigger than I had expected.

住過大阪的很喜歡，所以這次在東京也選擇都。 雖然沒有大阪那間來的好，但一切都在水準之上。 離高輪getway很近，所以不要走品川站。

洗衣機只有兩台太少，且衣服烘乾狀況不理想，要多烘很久。

Fabulous location across the road from Takanawa Gateway. The station itself is exceptional, luxury mall nearby and centrally located but lighter foot traffic than other major stations nearby. We found it a great home base for daily Tokyo adventures and rest in between. Very comfortable bed. Travelled with a 9 month old baby comfortably - spacious bed, great bath tub, in room temp control and location made it easy.

Minimal storage space for luggage. Cot provided was too small for our 9 month old and noting that there wasn’t enough floor space to open up portacot (though this was not an issue for us as bed was so comfy for bed sharing).

The property is well situated with easy access to two major train stations. There are family mart and 7 eleven stores within 5 min walking distance which is convenient. The property is new and very neat.

Rooms are small but we made do. Our biggest challenge was the staff. We found the staff to be rigid and unhelpful. Everything we asked was met with a no we can’t do that or it was done but with lots of effort. We didn’t feel that staff were genuine but that they did things because they had to. Our perceived poor service impacted our stay and experience in Japan.

冷房の音が静かでぐっすり眠れました。前日のホテルの冷房の音量がうるさかったので音が全くない様に感じました。JR駅に近くlocationは最高、部屋の照明の配置がいいいと思いました。

目覚し時計がありましたが起床時刻を合わせられず格闘しました（年寄りのせいですが）。もっとも、最初から電話でmorning callを頼んでおけばどういうこともなかったのですが。

It is in a really centrel location and close to the metro station. It is a luxury looking building with modern interiors and the staff are acting professional.
