Nice hotel conveniently located near our travel route, with resturants and other convenience within walking distance. Plenty of parking and a good breakfast. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Lots of parking in the back of the hotel but you had to walk around the building to get to it. Not exits from the hotel.

Clean location to the hospital and the breakfast was amazing

The only thing I prefer a bathtub to just a shower

We requested gluten free bread because of my husband’s celiac disease and my thyroid condition. There was only yogurt and oatmeal to eat. They either didn’t get the message or something. We plan to stay there again in October and will request gluten free again.

Breakfast was very good and the man who took care of the breakfast did a great job, very friendly. Very good breakfast - actual scrambled eggs and bacon or other meat. The oatmeal was not great, almost like paste, otherwise very good. Liked the fact they refreshed room each day unlike many hotels.

We were there for 8 days due to business. Thought it’d be a better stay due to ratings (I generally don’t stay at Holiday Inns due to past experiences). The facility had no water for one day and low water pressure a second day (so low you could not get shower). Communicated it was out due to maintenance on the elevator door. One day both of our key cards suddenly didn’t work (for both of us at same time). The toilet seat was broken and hanging on by one screw- barely at that. The room had some brown bug (think it was a spider) crawling on our suitcase. I was there for work and the desk chair was not meant for sitting at desk and was so uncomfortable and no ergonomic support. Although did daily refresh of room, some days they ran into the room and barely did anything, at most emptied trash or bring a clean towel. When we checked out they would not provide us with a printed receipt of our stay. Unclear why, mumbled some excuse.

It was convenient to downtown which is where my conference was being held.

Didn’t have hot water for 2.5 days so I had to book elsewhere.

No internet in our room through the hotel's Wifii. Brought the condition to front desk staff and they said "that happens some times, it comes & goes. It never worked during our 3 day stay.

No Internet, TV choice limited - no streaming services - Netflix etc. Had to move room as humming/ buzzing noise which came every few minutes was very annoying - turned out it was from the lift

Despite getting ready for 70+ people for checking in, a beautiful lady working check in took the time to see if our room was ready even though we were early. In the morning, the gentleman that took care of the breakfast was so friendly, welcomed everyone, made sure the food was stocked. There were a lot of hungry baseball & soccer players there!

I checked in and my room didn’t have hot water, the manager told me I could check out and that my stay would be refunded. I contacted the hotel the next day and the person who I talked to told me this was my fault for using booking.com. I contacted booking.com customer and the have informed me that the hotel does not agree with my request for a refund. They credited me $11 for the inconvenience. This is an absolute scam and I would absolutely not recommend booking.com or this hotel.

The TV in our room was on it's way out of service-weird lights showing g on screen.

Gym was dirty and ac wasn’t working which resulted in Ants. Rooms have adjacent rooms for kids which is okay for families with kids but not for couple or professionals. Every night I could hear adjacent rooms TV and shower. If sleep is a priority ask for a private room or go to a different hotel.

Unbelievable, how thin the walls are! Literally the room beside us was having a conversation and we could hear every word. Somewhere someone was talking in their bathroom and it was radiating like they were in ours!

Clean and everyone was friendly. Good breakfast and friendly personnel. Location was also very good for me.

The phone the room didn't work, wifi wss bad and took staff to assist with something as knowing to how to turn on the showers in my room. You had to know because it was different from all the other rooms.

They hotel overbooked and sent us 20 minutes away to stay at another location with no prior warning. They waited until we showed up to check in. We had to spend $85 extra in Ubers to get to the venue that we came for.

I booked this property back in early December because it was close to the concert venue and they ended up selling our room to someone else so im not sure what the room was like.

The breakfast was great. Lots of variety. But the best part of breakfast was Swift, the man who staffs the breakfast area. He is so warm and personable with a great sense of humor. He made breakfast so enjoyable and a great start to our day! A big shout out to Swift from Nancy and Daniel!

The water pressure in the shower was rather low.

The heat was poor. Called front desk for someone to check it. He came in then went for blankets and wrapped them around heater. When I had blood work the next day my bloodwork showed high CO2. Found hairs in shower.

I liked the size of the room and the appearance of the room.

I am from Florida and my AC/Heat broke the second night and I was cold and had to sleep there that night because no rooms were available. Luckily I was able to switch rooms.

Excellent customer service

Breakfast was adequate except pancake maker wasn't working. Everything tasty enough though . Location was perfect since i had surgery and was comfortable in room after returning from surgery. Liked the lighting in the room and the decor. Not dull and boring. Uplifting. Coffee maker was over the top and even beat Starbucks in my opinion.

Asked to be on top floor and they put os on first floor. Only give you one bottle of water each and no other place to get water except in bathroom. Should have a water dispenser somewhere in the lobby. Something about having to get your drinking water out of the bathroom sink is not appealing.

It was very beautiful and it was a good getaway for me and my husband

That fact that the staff worked with me to extend my stay, when the Booking.com rep did NOT even try to reach the hotel to help me. I will never use Booking.com again. It was a medical necessity that we stay an extra day. I contacted you well ahead of time.

Beds could be softer

Beware of bed bugs!! Do not stay at this hotel! This hotel will not refund your money or take accountability! I've had to endure an urgent care visit, be placed in medication and miss a day of work and they have offered me nothing! Hotel desk manager unprofessional and couldn't even remember what room I told him we stayed in, so they "checked 3 rooms". Said he had that room booked "every night since we left and had no complaints" and we had only been gone one night. If he knew anything about these stupid bugs then he would know that it could take 1-14 days for the bites to appear. In my case it was approximately 12-16 hours when I started getting places pop up. I've never encountered anything like this before in my life. These bites or the service. Do not stay here!

Sebastian and Jonathan that worked the desk when I arrived I had an issue with my booking and they went above and beyond to get me a better rate and were very professional.

Location was what we needed close to cancer center where I needed to be at 6:30am.

We were next to elevators and they were very loud. There was no hot water only Luke warm and seemed like we could hear every car go by. We were on the 5th floor and that was surprisingly strange to hear the cars. Ceiling was peeling and outlets didn't work. Beds were just lumpy and old.
