The staff was friendly and the rooms were a decent size.

The breakfast was not worth $10. Add more food/toppings for waffles or leave it as is and make it complimentary. It was pretty skimpy

I was very surprised and impressed with the condition of the property. It appears to have been renovated in recent years/months and it was well maintained. My room was clean, very well appointed and accommodating. It is conveniently located near Wake Forrest Baptist Hospital which was the purpose for my visit. The king bed was very comfortable. The staff all were very friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend this facility.

Well I loved the location, I loved the price and it was fairly clean for the most part. Everyone was nice and the pool went to 9 ft

Well first of all the attendant throughout the day was offensively slow..I stood in line to ask about the pool for 30 mins and all the lady wanted was a reciept, came back and stood in line another 30 mins and all these guys wanted to do was pay for breakfast. Then there were strands of hair all over the bathroom and shower which almost made me leave. I hate other peoples hair anywhere near me. Then there was a different kind of hair that looked like a pube on the bed under the pillow. The microwave still had some crumbs in it and there was urine on the underside of the toilet seat before we had ever used the restroom. The biggest issue here was the breakfast. Luckily we asked to look at it before purchasing and so glad we did. It was literally a waffle maker, eggs, some fruit and cereal... And you had to pay for it extra outside of the room and it was $10 or $12.... Total rip off as we have been trying out all kinds of hotels to see who has the best pool and breakfast . Even with all of this said the stay was still good and the pool enough is enough to go back again

The room has a horrible smell, it gave me a headache.

The beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless. Everything worked. Mexican and Italian restaurants a short walking distance from rear parking lot. It was close to the event we attended.

Did not like the rear parking lot which is where u have to park unless u have handicap sticker. People were hanging out drinking both nights.

It was fine, now problem with the property

Breakfast wasn’t included in the payment for the room, and the coffee pot didn’t work right. And the prices of the water and soda were to high.

The placement was phenomenal. We walked downtown, after about 15 minutes we discovered a lot of great sight seeing places. Right near Winston tower and park. Walk about five more minutes and the cafes and bars etc are very unique and eccentric. Clean, there was a slight smell in the elevators but it wasn’t bad. Gorgeous view of the sky and birds.

In my room, half of the power didn’t work on one side. The outlets were unusable. It was a little annoying when charging phones and whatnot.

Clean room and facilities

We upgraded to a jacuzzi suite and paid extra only to find out that the jetted tub didn’t work. Also the cable was not working the next morning. Magement was notified but as expected nothing was done. No call no apology or credit for cable and jetted tub not working.

The shower was not as clean as I would have liked for it to be. You can see the dark build up in the shower and on the walls.

There should be a discount if I cannot take a shower and if the desk surface isn’t clean. On the morning I checked out, I called the front desk because there was no shower gel in the shower. It was empty when I arrived. It took a second call and at least 40 minutes total for someone to come to bring the shower gel. Unfortunately, I was dressed and ready to leave because I did not have time to wait 40 minutes for shower gel, which is something that should have already been in the bathroom when I arrived. The desk in the room had not been cleaned. There was some sort of berry-scented greasy substance on the table in several spots. I had to clean the surface myself.

No entertainment hotel should do a better job at attracting musical bands for weekend and week day guests. Banquet rooms outdated and overpriced.

Bed was comfortable & there was a fridge/microwave/coffee maker in the room. Pool was great. Hotel was located near the Stadium so we got to see the fireworks show.

We rented 4 rooms for a family event & all but 1 of them was properly clean. The worst was uninhabitable due to very strong odor reeking like hamster urine so we had to ask for a different room. The others had debris & hair left in various places, smudges/prints on the windows. Most of the corridors smelled of Marijuana to some degree or another. Parking in one area & hauling your bags is a nightmare maze as the "luggage trolleys" were only available on one side of the building on ground floor. We were required to return to said location afterwards so you'll get one helluva work out getting one, rolling through the the hallways down to your car, loading it up & going back & forth in the cramped elevator, down the halls again, unloading & riding the cramped elevator down again to return it. There only seem to be 3 of these things available for the entire hotel so good luck. They won't let you temporarily park in the breezeway near check-in to unload & take your things up like most places I've been to do but I understand they don't want a bottleneck situation if they're busy, etc. It's just the layout/system doesn't seem convenient or set up efficiently. There are no staff available to assist either so bring your muscles.

In my first room my tub wouldn’t drained so they moved me to another and in that one, the sink didn’t have any hot water and it wouldn’t drain as well.
