Sun Ray Luxury Apartments

Location is good, the staff was extremely friendly, relaxing pool area, clean room. Our second time here.

Sehr sauber, alles neu. Schöne Außenanlage. Klein aber fein.

Die Küche war sehr dunkel. Kein Tageslicht wenn wir drinnen essen wollten.

Good location Comfortable beds Decent AC

No elevator to bring up luggage No drawers or wardrobes to unpack some clothes Uncomfortable sofa and chairs! They are there just for decoration! Very rude hosts ( or maybe they were the cleaning staff??) The bathroom was not cleaned in two weeks

Location, jakuzzi, shaded parking just 50m away

Very clean and nice apartments Close to beach and minimarkets / restaurants Good service from staff whenever we needed something.

Very clean, comfortable beds, nice pool.

Fantastic location, nice modern apartment, nice and welcoming staff

We were given 1 bathroom towel per person and asked to pay 5 euros per additional towel when asked for additional towels for the ladies that need at least 2. The 1 towel was not replaced except every 3 days per their policy and ours were changed on the fourth day after many uses. 2 towels per person is customary and additional fees shouldn't be acquired for using a towel in a "luxury apartment stay"

Rauhallinen ja hyvä sijainti.Uima-altaalla oli aina tilaa.

Kaappitila vaatteille puuttuu.Siivouksen ajankohdat olisi ollut hyvä tietää etukäteen.

Great value for money. The apartment felt very luxury and the bathrooms were very spacious and clean. Rooms were lovely and had air con. The pool area was small but felt as if we had it to ourselves as there is only a few rooms within the place.

Can be very noisy when someone in the above rooms moves chairs or beds as it causes a lot of noise Can only get fresh towels every 3 days which I didn’t like

Everything, great staff and room. I had ever I needed in my room. Right next to the pool. Had an minor issue with the key card but it was resolved promptly and professionally. Great communication from the hotel. Can't fault anything

Nothing.

Our apartment was perfect for four people. Nice and clean, with a spacious terrace. We had also our own jacuzzi on the terrace. The pool area was cozy and quiet. There were days that we were the only ones at the pool. The location in Agia Maria was great. Everything is near- beach, restaurants, and shops. A grocery stores are right around the corner. Sun Ray team were available all the time, if we needed anything. Thank you for the help!

If I have to pick something, the sound proofing is not the best. So if you are a light sleeper, pack some earplugs.

Is very clean modern apartment. Beds very comfortable. Everything is spotless. Host Eva was amazing. She was always happy to help us. Good location. Beach just across the beach. Everything you need is around the corner.

Wszystko na wysokim poziomie: czystość, wyposażenie apartamentu, obsługa, właściciele, lokalizacja, widok na morze, basen, klimatycznie, kameralnie. Cudne. Polecam

Sijainti minuutin päässä rannalta, pääkadun varrella kaupat ja ravintolat. Siisti ja moderni asunto isolla parvekkeella. Ilmastointi molemmissa makuuhuoneissa. Yleiset tilat todella puhtaat ja hyvin pidetyt.

Clean apartment, well equipped

Absolutely fabulous! The apartment exceeded all our expectations. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect location with easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach. The host was welcoming and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Agia Marina. We would happily stay here again!

Nothing to say

We gaan haar missen.

niets

Camera ampia, bagno moderno, doccia grande, salotto con divano e tv

Let's be honest. I did not expect the apartment to be as good as it was. I did not dare to trust the photos and reviews of others because it was so affordable. But let me tell you: It was even better! The apartment was super clean, the beds were one of the best I have ever slept on, the shower had enough warm water and good water pressure, the jacuzzi worked like a dream, the road noise did not bother, you could not hear anything from other rooms and the pool area was so peaceful! If you are searching for an adults only luxury stay with a budget, book this one ASAP and thank your luck and start planning on sipping mimosas at the jacuzzi, because it will be worth it. Oh and as an extra bonus there was a super cute dog who visited us at the pool area.

This is only nitpicking, again our stay was FANTASTIC, but to take it to full 10 points, there were few issues: We had only one key card. With an apartment suitable extremely well for example two pairs of people, it is unfortunate. Especially since the key card had to be on the room for the electricity to work (yes, key card, no other card did the trick). So if one person wanted to rest while others did not, the one resting must get up to let everyone in. Even at 2.30 on Saturday night... The kitchen area was small and current chairs took too much space and were hard to manoeuvre. In reality no-one could eat breakfast or other meals in the kitchen and obviously the balcony was much much better place for eating so I'd suggest changing to only 2 chairs or much smaller chairs there.

Hieno moderni asunto loistavalla paikalla

Aavistuksen ahdas keittiö

Check-in flexibil, apartament curat, bine dotat, are jacuzzi pe terasa, paturi si perne conforabile, aer conditionat.

Location was great and near the town with beach and restaurants. Great communication between staff and very helpful as we arrived late and they had our room ready for a late check in.

The pool was fresh which is nice for hot days.

Uroczy obiekt. Zadbany z zewnątrz i jeszcze piękniejszy wewnątrz.

Nic

Beautiful modern and extremely clean apartment. Owners were lovely and even gave us a parting gift which was a lovely touch. Pool area is small but perfect for the number of apartments and is a lovely area to chill out and relax

Everything was spot on! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Agia Marina. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first minute. The apartments are modern, sparkling clean, and well-maintained. Having the pool just a few steps from the door was a huge plus. It’s a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. Definitely worth every cent!

Hello Property is very clean and equipped well. Good location. Very clean swimming pool and pool area. Invitation with the cold drinks and bottle of water in the fridge was amazing after very late arrival time and thank you for that. For someone who likes to taste raki it was also provided in the room with some nice greek snacks. Absolutely amazing staff around, housekeeping staff smiled and very professional👌 Amazing hot tubes , wonderful for a rest and cleaned daily! Well done!

I like everything but only my one suggestion is to find the way to separate two terraces, using two or three high plants like thuja or similar can be very useful and also nice is decoration and will provide more privacy for both families or tenants. Please consider it.

Location and the apartment are great. We also enjoyed the closed proximity of the sea beach.

None

The location is great, close to restaurants, supermarkets. Its very clean and hostess is very warm, welcoming and available if we needed anything! Free parking is a bonus.

Loved everything about the property! Wished we stayed longer:( Very friendly owner who greeted us with a smile every day and very responsive to all our questions. Even welcomed us with a few snacks and water upon our arrrival😊Extremely clean property (and I’m very picky)…always smelled nice in the common area and location is also exceptional. Many restaurants and markets all around. Beach right across the street. Without hesitation I would recommend staying here and would come back.

Nothing!

Very nice and clean . Feels like home.

Nothing

Virkelig lækker lejlighed med alt vi havde brug for. Vin, snacks og sodavand som velkomst. Meget rent overalt i hele huset og lækkert pool område.

Aménagement, set d'accueil, centre ville agréable en octobre

Nice and comfortable room, lovely helpfull staff, great location 2 min walking to a beautiful beach. Stylish and beautiful place.

Nothing

Sijainti, mukavuudet, tyyli

The property was very charming, very clean and well decorated! It shows that a lot of thought was put into this family owned business! They offer traditional snacks (olive oil & raki) upon welcoming guests and have so many books on display for you to read and relax by the pool :)

Everything was perfect!

Washing machine was broken

Very clean

-

Modern, clean, convenient

Prefer a double bed to two singles

Location. 2-bed apartment was nicely decorated and cooled down with AC in the bedrooms. Bathroom nice as was the small kitchenette. Outside areas kept to a very high standard.

Lack of privacy with the next apartment. Really should think about dividers. Cleaning was good when it as completed, but the frequency of the cleaning was sporadic at best. Set days could be communicated to the guests.

Great property with everything you need

Nothing

Modern apartment

Apartments were not cleaned for two days. No clean towels available.

Staff is incredibly nice, welcoming, helpful and professional. We loved our stay!

Great location, fantastic cleaner, comfortable bedrooms

Could be more shelving in bedroom. Bathroom small. Air conditioning in double bedroom seemed to stop working on the last 2 nights
