Thalassa Beach Resort & Spa (Adults Only)

Great location for walking to activities and resturants. Staff were exceptional, Buffett breakfast very well stocked and lots of options. Nice pool with swim up bar, extended hours food options.

Which was absolutely not in control of the but I have been to better beaches in the area. I would however return there despite that because of the comfort, cleanliness, convenience and staff. The bathroom was a little tight but expected in most European hotels.

Pool was beautiful! Staff were friendly and room was very well sized, clean and comfy. Really enjoyed the breakfast (it was amazing!) lunch restaurant (we had salads) and the pool bar. Did not try the dinner there, we liked that it is close to other beach front restaurants and it’s easy to visit different ones for dinner. Loved our stay, would stay again.

Spa was just ok - only had a pedicure so can’t comment in detail but the treatment was fairly average and facilities pretty basic. Hotel does feel slightly dated in design (doesn’t feel super modern or lux) but didn’t detract from the stay.

Que no es muy grande y podía estar tanto en la playa como en la piscina, sin recorrer grandes distancias y desde la habitación muy cómodo hasta llegar al desayuno

El “SPA” porque se vende como SPA, por eso seleccione este hotel… era demasiado pobre, Tiene literal una piscina de agua fría sin hidromasaje ni ninguna clase de chorro. Solo una piscina cubierta fría, un baño turco mal configurado que no se podía estar y una sauna. Hay q pagar extra por ir al spa pero en realidad pagas 25€ por meterte en una sauna También en mi caso, el personal de limpieza, aunque muy amable, me despertaba cada mañana con ruidos en el pasillo y limpiando las habitaciones contiguas a las 7-8 de la mañana.

Proximité de la plage privée et transats gratuits, Piscine top, Barman du soir Mr MANOS exceptionnel, femme de ménage efficace. Personnel serviable et chaleureux. Chambre très confortable. Petit déjeuner parfait. Situation géographique parfaite en retrait de la rue hyper passante AG MARINA. Animations de qualité. Une corbeille de fruits frais en cadeau de bienvenue ainsi qu'une bouteille de vin. Salle d'eau parfaite, literie géniale !

La propreté de la plage privée pourrait être améliorée, plastique et mégots de cigarette en trop grand nombre. Les burgers commandés au bar le soir étaient tous simplement horribles, viande trop salée, bouillie puis carbonisée. Seul bémol à notre séjour. Des bruits de chaises de la chambre du dessus nous ont également réveillés plusieurs nuits, conseil mettre des feutrines sous les pieds pour limiter cette nuisance.

Это очень хороший отель, с чудесным завтраком (огромный выбор, каждый найдет для себя что-то, а про выбор шикарных фруктов я вообще молчу). Обслуживание безумно теплое, очень все продумано, чудесный пляж и бассейн, бар в бассейне и чудесный ресторанчик с видом на море с отличной едой. На все просьбы ответ, причём с удовольствием «да». Нам сделали комплимент в виде бутылки вина и просто огромной тарелки с фруктами)) а еще в течение дня на бассейне давали в виде комплимента всем то арбузик, то мороженое. Расположение заслуживает отдельного внимания. Во первых остановка автобуса находится в 3 минутах от отеля и везет прямо в центр, что очень удобно и выходя из отеля, на улице куча ресторанов (причем очень хороших) и магазинов с продуктами и сувенирами. Мы остались оооочеень довольны!

Нам сделали бесплатный апргейд комнаты и дали двухэтажный номер, большой, приятный, НО спать на втором этаже невозможно, там нереальная духота, просто воздух не двигается. За это сняла бал, а так бы дала оценку 10 :) Тут больше не к отелю, а просто для информации, что заход в море достаточно неудобный, там камни и плиты и без специальных тапочек не рекомендую.

Ventilazione del bagno da migliorare in quanto cieco. Noi abbiamo fatto mezza pensione, Colazione a buffet ottima e varia, Pranzo con menu alla carta con tutto buonissimo. La cena a buffet invece sì può migliorare (tranne i dolci che sono fenomenali, praticamente da pasticceria), se arrivi alle 19 quando portano i piatti allora tutto ok, se gia arrivi dopo le 19e30 i piatti essendo scaldati continuamente perdono in qualità. Inspiegabile perché non fare come a mezzogiorno, ci sarebbe sempre la fila per mangiare li. Questa è l'unica vera pecca, per il resto tutto perfetto.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort durante una vacanza di coppia e ne siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti! La posizione è ottima: nel centro di Agia Marina, comoda per negozi, market e ristoranti, e a circa 45/50 minuti dall’aeroporto di Chania. La struttura è bellissima, pulitissima e perfettamente organizzata, con uno staff eccezionale, sempre gentile e professionale. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la piscina, la jacuzzi, il bar in piscina e la splendida spiaggia privata, con tantissimi lettini sempre disponibili. Ottimi anche i ristoranti del resort, con cibo di qualità e un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. La nostra Junior Suite era spaziosa, particolare e dotata di tutto il necessario. Molto gradite anche le attenzioni per il 20° anniversario della struttura! Essendo adults only, l’atmosfera era tranquilla e perfetta per rilassarsi. Una vacanza meravigliosa, oltre le nostre aspettative: consigliatissimo e sicuramente da ripetere!

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean, thanks to the cleanig ladies. Breakfast is amazing, rich and varied. Rooms are well equipped. In case of big waves the pool is there with an amazing surrounding. Outsode and inside. You can switch on the jakuzzi whenever you want. In the taverna you can eat and drink. Pool bar also amazing. So you can find everything in one place.

The location was spot on , lots of lovely restaurants near by. The room was clean and had a little fridge which was very handy. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. The evening entertainment was very low key but that suited us . No reserving of sun beds with towels excellent . Fresh melon delivered to those by pool. Nice touch. We would defo visit again.

We did not like our first room ( a suite with the bed upstairs). The hotel kindly moved us the next day to a room over looking the pool which was much better for us. Could be a few more sun beds but we always got one.

Не ожидали что в номере полулюкс кровать находится на втором этаже, ночью довольно душно спать, при этом в туалет приходитмюся спускаться на первый этаж. Ночью спускаться не очень комфортно. Нет информации о том что номер двухуровневый.

Tout. La propreté, le personnel chaleureux et aux petits soins, la beauté des lieux, la nourriture excellente, le cadre idyllique, la chambre (très belle avec une douche incroyable). Et le bar dans la piscine : exceptionnel !

I liked everything upon arriving after traveling many hours from California. Our room is ready early in the afternoon, we were upgraded without a request to the best room in the hotel and everything was impeccable.

The room with pool view was on same level with the pool, balcony was shaded and felt like half a basement, did not feel inviting at all to sit there

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, le meilleur de tous mes hôtels précédents, le repas du soir également très diversifié et de grande qualité. Calme de l'hôtel, belle situation avec son club de plage permettant d'avoir son transat à tout moment.( Pas sable mais gravier gris ). Hôtel à dimension humaine. Personnel d'accueil, de salle et de nettoyage très gentil, toujours prompt à résoudre un problème. Chambre très propre et fonctionnelle.

La literie un peu dure pour moi mais c'est personnel car peut très bien convenir à d'autres personnes.

Hotel nie duży , to na plus. Wszystko czyste. W pokojach kapcie, szlafroki , szampon, odżywka do włosów, kremy. Pyszne śniadania. Łatwy dojazd z lotniska. Wy jechaliśmy dwoma autobusami . Hotel kameralny, przy samej plaży .

Plaża przy hotelu nie jest ciekawa . Ale to nie problem , wystarczy przejść się kawałek i jest lepiej . Szkoda że basen w środku nie jest podgrzewany , woda zimna nie dało się kąpać .

It's right on the beach which is amazing

The suite is not worth it, it's more dated than the cheaper rooms and also it's facing the bar directly so it's very loud at night (fine if that's what your into I suppose) it's also an adult only hotel but there's a play park right next door and also obviously they can't stop families going to the beach so it's not quite the tranquil serenity I was dreaming of.

The location was good, and the buses were excellent to chania bus station. We arrived early in the morning, and our room was ready. Staff very helpful.

Aamiaisella paljon vaihtoehtoja, mutta olisimme kaivanneet enemmän terveellisiä vaihtoehtoja ja croissantit olisi pitänyt olla lämpimiä. Aamiainen sisälsi paljon voitaikinaan tehtyjä suolaisia ja makeita eri muodoissaan. Pyyhkeissä voimakas tuoksu. Sviitin huonekalut kaipaavat päivitystä. Sviitin alaosa todella kylmä, kun yläosassa normaali tai liian lämmin lämpötila. Yhdessä tasossa oleva huone toimivampi ja myös modernimpi kalustukseltaan vs sviitti. Merinäköalahuoneiden parvekkeet varjossa. Allasravintolan ruoka ei kovin laadukasta, esim kana kuivaa. Läheisissä ravintoloissa parempi hintalaatu-suhde ruoan osalta.

Staff is very friendly. Access to the beach very convenient. Breakfast is very varied and delicious. Convenient parking. Near the hotel there are many restaurants, taverns, shops and a supermarket.

It is advisable to fix the sealing in the shower. The sauna is open only until 18:00. A separate sauna fee of 15 euros per hour is very strange.

We stayed at Thalassa for 3 nights and had an awesome experience. The resort was really beautiful with multiple restaurants and a beautiful beach. They also plan multiple activities such as having a singer at the hotel bar. The food was also really good with a lot of choices. Our room was really big, Much more than I expected.

Clean, near everything, modern design.

Von den vordersten Zimmern hat man Meerblick und der Strand ist kaum 50 Meter entfernt, das ist toll. ABER sie grenzen unmittelbar an den Pool und an die nächtliche Musik-Unterhaltung bei der Poolbar, Ruhe gibts also erst ab 22.45 Uhr. Ansonsten war die kleine Hotelanlage ganz OK.

Our second time staying here with my husband and two other couples in our family. It’s adults only which is important to us. The hotel is lovely with great facilities and in a very central location. So many restaurants to choose from. The swim up bar at the hotel is great, tons of sunloungers all with parasols, both on the lawn by the pool and down on the beach. Breakfast has great variety. The spa is also fantastic.

Convenient to access town by bus and many walkable great restaurants. Great breakfast. No kids

Room was small. Balcony looked over carpark. Although not hotel fault, sand had cigarette butts and very slippery rocks into sea. Shame no facilities to shower and change for a late flight departure (without paying 60 euros)

Eigenlijk het hotel in zijn geheel: de ruime comfortabele kamer, het personeel (receptie, restaurant, onderhoud …), het ontbijt (zeer ruim verzorgd aanbod), het zwembad (met poolbar en restaurant voor lunch), verzorgd strand, de spa (zeer goede massage)

Geen opmerkingen. Voor ons mag het zo blijven.

The property was fantastic, well layer out, clean, pool was excellent, pool bar excellent, breakfast fantastic. Staff also very helpful, and couldn’t do enough for you.

The breakfast was fantastic - always fresh, plenty of variety and local Cretan food always well represented. The food from Ouzaki was also very good. It's not allowed to 'reserve' sunbeds in this hotel - this is exactly as it should be! We never had a problem finding a spot at the pool or on the beach at any time of the day. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet which was exactly what we wanted. No loud music or parties. Just some light live music by the bar in the evenings which was fine. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were told on arrival that we had been upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. We visited the spa twice during our stay. It was a wonderful experience on both occasions. Staff at reception are exceptionally efficient, helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel is ideal. The bus to and from Chania town passes right in front and the stop is just a few seconds walk. The surrounding area also has fantastic restaurants. We were spoiled for choice. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and we hope that we will be lucky enough to visit again in the future!

Comfort elevato: la struttura si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia privata e ha una vista favolosa. Piscina molto comoda con bar swim up molto carino. Organizzano ogni sera qualcosa (tranne il weekend) e dalla reception sono sempre pronti e disponibili per qualunque esigenza. Molto comodo anche il fatto di avere un parcheggio privato gratuito disponibile se avete noleggiato un'auto. Ottima posizione per visitare la parte ovest di Creta!

The location was great, right on the beach. Complimentary beach sun loungers, plenty of other hotels further up the beach charge. Pool was perfectly chilled, swim up pool bar a great bonus! Manos at the pool bar gave great service! All the hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. Good spread for breakfast, plenty on offer.

The rooms are comfortable, the staff are amazing and the food is good.

Beim Frühstücksbuffet wären laktosefreie Optionen noch schön gewesen;
