I didn’t like how dirty the hotel has become . I had to switch my room after being upgraded to what I thought was gonna be a nice room for no was dirty lots of stains on bed and walls. I’ve been to the same hotel multiple times and it’s never been as dirty as it was.

The staff member that decided it was ok to just walk in my room, unannounced, with the do not disturb sign on the door as I was changing, thankfully in the other room. That was inappropriate and very startling. *some bugs were found in the bathroom & kitchenette area.

The location was great. We had a great stay and we'll come back again. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Our tub didn't drain well at all. I'd also like to see some sort of continental breakfast offered with coffee/juice instead of just the $20+ buffet for the breakfast choice.

I did not like anything about the property for the price that they charge per night the property is old and run dunk. The Management is very poor with upkeep of the property.

Closed at 10.30 so didn't get to eat it tucked got there 10.25 am was rejected!

The room was dated and felt dirty. It smelled like mildew because of the carpet. There were rust spots in the tub, a broken closet door, broken latch on the door, and mold on the glass doors to the balcony. The balcony was only big enough to stand but not move around. The balcony floor had not been cleaned either. It had food and confetti from a previous guest. There wasn’t a microwave and the fridge was small and just sitting on the floor.

The rooms were attractive and very comfortable. The location was excellent on the beach. The pool was absolutely fabulously refreshing and clean.

The cost of parking seemed exorbitant to us. It was also not convenient as we chose the least expensive option, which was still pricey, and meant we had to walk to blocks to and from our car from the hotel.

Not comfortable, ac barely worked, not very clean, toilet problems. I wouldn’t book it again.

The elevators were fast. Valets were great.

My reservation was "lost" and it took 2 to 3 hours for me to solve the problem. The bathtub was dirty and our refrigerator was missing. We didn't understand what the extra charges were supposed to cover.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. We barely slept because the mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend a For a conference and received great service. My first room was not to par, so I contacted the front desk and they accommodated me immediately and even upgraded my oceanfront view to a better one. I also received great service with the Valet attendant Chris E. He assisted me to my car to load some items and went out his way to make sure I knew my way around the hotel.

The Valets John and Kevin did an outstanding job. The car came around quickly with zero damage. They were very curious and accommodating.

Hotel was very nice! Staff was attentive and helpful!! Colin Bailey and Micah West from valet were informative on local restaurants and events. And very fast!!!!

The front desk is pretty unfriendly and not very welcoming, Rooms are dated. The wait staff at the restaurants are awesome. The valet folks are the most welcoming and good to work with. Chris E. who works on the night shift as a valet was awesome. Got my car within a minute. Chris E. needs to get a raise!

Chris E from Valet is a rockstar. 10/5 service. Also, whom ever that lady was at front desk who just celebrated her birthday was very kind. The staff here really is great.

Chrisie the Valet was kind and very helpful. All staff were kind. The hotel is right in the heart of everything. Minutes from the speedway and right across the street from the convention center.

Chrisie, the valet on duty at 5am Tuesday morning is a superstar! He was very helpful with our needs, had a big smile on his face, and was actually happy to be working at 5am! Thanks for topping off a great experience.

Location was good, the hotel is very spread out and self parking is far away from tower 1. None of us slept well and the air system did not seem to cool the room very well The rooms were ok but very dated and need an update, tub drain is not draining very well and water starts to back up when showering, the toilet makes a crazy noise when flushing, the sink faucet is loose - not the quality we expect from Hilton The pool is also very far from tower 1 and would be good for a resort this size to have two pools. The hot tub seemed very dirty and in a weird location Access to the beach is great and there are lots of activities within walking distance, this was our favorite part of the facility (the beach) The event spaces are like the rooms, ok but need to be updated. The staff and valet were nice and very accommodating. Micah specifically went above and beyond to help us

The cleanliness and upkeep of the property

Went here for dinner at Hyde Park Steakhouse. Utilized the valet services. Dominick was so helpful advising me they would validate the parking when dining there. He was also so helpful and prompt when getting my car post dinner!

Location was great, the beach there is very good and people very cool. We really enjoyed those days. However the restaurant ( Don Rico's Sport Bar Grill) was horrible, poor services, short on people working over there, many available tables but we were waiting for more than an hour, and the worst part was the food, VERY EXPENSIVE AND BAD QUALITY AND PRESENTATION. ( restaurant at dinner time, breakfast was excellent )

It’s outdated and a lot the deals and food & drinks they use to have are gone like the all you can eat seafood buffet. And the crab cake was awful 😫

The room was a nice size and the beach view was beautiful however, the hotel needs some cosmetic work and upgrades. There are a lot of rust spots in the room and balcony that makes the property look dirty.

The only thing I didn’t like was the cosmetic issues in my room and the price it was very expensive for how it looked.

Rooms need to be upgraded the windows need to be cleaned the valet parking is too expensive my family has always stayed at this location over the past 20 years and the price has increased tremendously. The boardwalk has lost a lot of the entertainment it once had.

La psicina muy pequeña, con azulejos rotos ,ocasionó una niña herida de 5 puntos, acceso libre desde la playa permite el acceso de personas no hospedados. Muebles viejos y feos en las habitaciones, almohadas inservibles. Poco servicio gastronómico el café cierra a las 8pm .El Bar del Lobby comienza como a las 6pm en todo el día no hay servicio. Valet Parking cuesta 50.00usd diario ,y como hay acceso a personal no hospedado ,mucha demora ,congestión.

They good thing was the employees were kind and the location Our balcony was filthy no coffee supplies had to ask, waited 2 hours for a table then spent over an hour waiting for appetizers. When checking out had to point out 3 different errors in my balance before it was correct. What was supposed to be an amazing experience was one problem after another. We never be back.

Check out was really rough. We started at 9:45 and ended up walking ourselves, bags, dog, down and still waiting for our car after the my got it and returned it to parking.

No working phone on assumption that rooms had phones that worked did not offer to be moved to another room. Many times you might need a phone. How could they leave people in a room for 8 days. Have been coming here for a while No serenity mattress as advertised old. Asked to be replaced but was not No alarm clock as advertised Food order was wrong put caramel on a frozen key lim pie Sink very slow to drain. No bathrobes as advertised Pillows were old not goose down as advertised replaced per my request Safe had to be fixed still did not work 100%

Great Location. Rich at the front desk was super pleasant and super helpful. Valet guys and porters were all very friendly and always willing to help. Jada our waitress at the pool bar was also very helpful and nice.

We encountered some rude staff at the Pool Bar and the people working on the fitness center. Also the parking isn't great and the valet is very expensive. The room was decent but had a very stale smell. There was used eye contacts stuck on our vanity wall in our room. Ice machines on our floor and floor below did not work.

I want to say the manager at the breakfast Nicole was the nicest and most helpful person ever

The front desk manager on the morning/day shift on June 27-28 was very disrespectful and was a liar and disrespected me in front of other customers saying I didn't have money to afford to stay there when I just want to state I got 630,000 dollars in my account and he tried to charge me more then I was supposed to pay and then tried to charge me for free breakfast and still hasn't released my 50 dollar deposit from the 100 from the 27-28 of June and the 200 dollar deposit from the 28-29 of June I am sorry but I would never come back to the hotel there cause of him and or recommend anyone to go there thank you but everyone else was great

The location was wonderful distance to the beach was very very short and the hotel itself was very spacious very beautiful

The manager that works at the front desk was very very rude basically insulted my new husband and myself by insinuating that we didn't have enough money in our account for the two rooms that we booked for two nights there also basically called a stupid like we couldn't add or subtract or multiply or divide and was basically robbing us by making us or trying to make us pay almost double what we were supposed to pay for the reservations it was a very stressful stressful time there we were told that we had free breakfast one free breakfast per room we had two rooms so two of us went to breakfast the one morning we were there and then two of us with breakfast the next morning we were there therefore making our breakfast free I would assume yes or no. The rest of the time there was pretty miserable honestly my husband had to keep going down to the front desk to talk to the manager about the charges that we were getting we got to print out of the charges that really didn't add up or make any sense to us he's talking about a resort fee $100 incidentals deposit that they wanted to put down but get the hundred back after we check out and everything's fine but you're not actually getting the whole hundred back you're only getting a certain percentage of it back blah blah blah it really was just a mess and a headache and not worth it for the amount of money that was spent the embarrassment of being talked to like why we were stupid it was just really not a good time.

Everyone is courteous here. The location is superb. The restaurants and gift shop were reasonably priced. I felt safe at all times despite being a huge property. Got a corner room with a view and the view was incredible.

Rooms are outdated and need to be renovated. Toilet constantly ran, shower would not drain, elevators didn’t work half the time, and the food is overpriced.

We chose this property because we are Hilton Honors members. This hotel is in need of major renovation. The rooms are very run down and not very clean. If you book an ocean front room you can see it but that’s it. There is no balcony to sit on. Only two of the 6 elevators are working. We normally prefer a higher floor but not this time. Elevators wait times are LONG so pack your patience. We are traveling for an event being held at the event center across the street so location was considered when booking but I now see that wasn’t a big deal and should have booked elsewhere. Parking is an issue. We prepaid for parking, the Hilton lot is across the street. Pack an umbrella and don’t plan to leave after dark. I got the last parking spot on the lot and there were three more cars behind that couldn’t find parking but had also prepaid. Not sure where we are expected to park if the lot is full. They will certainly take your money but it’s not a guarantee you can use the parking you paid for. I would absolutely not stay here again.

The hotel location was perfect and what i was expecting. The outside pool area was clean tidy and had sufficient sun beds and chairs etc. With the promenade outside it was easy access and walking straight to the beach and alternative bars and restaurants.

On the whole my experience was good however i felt the decor in general was outdated and my room in particular had mismatched furniture and very out dated. The sofa was well worn, sagging, stained and had lost its comfortability. This is not something i was expecting from a Hilton hotel. The main entrance, foyer and restaurant was clean and tidy but the upper corridors could have been better hoovered and dusted.

At 11pm children were screaming in the halls. The wait for valet was horrendous, more than 20 min at arrival. The bathroom is worn and disgusting, the rooms need serious updates and smell musty. I was in Daytona a few weeks ago and stayed at the Marriott. It was a mistake not going back. Heavy, loud music coming from someplace with heavy base blasting so we can't sleep! Unbelievable! We had “city view.” As you can see, this is roof view.

Martin the cook was amazing! Tammi the waitress was phenomenal! Great front desk staff!!

Overlooking Daytona beach, hotel was clean, staff was friendly and efficient. Main interior spaces were well kept up and attractive.

The room had seen better days as has the exterior of the hotel. I was told the hotel was under new management and will be refreshed, unfortunately our stay was before.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort for our anniversary, and it was our first time visiting Daytona Beach. Overall, we had a very nice and memorable stay. The best part of our experience was the service before arrival. Bryanna, who goes by Bry, was very kind, patient, and helpful. She listened carefully to my requests and helped prepare our room in a thoughtful way. It made our anniversary trip feel more special, and we really appreciated her warm hospitality. The location was also great, right by the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the oceanfront views and walk around the area. For anyone planning a special occasion, I would recommend contacting the hotel in advance and sharing your requests. The team was very responsive and welcoming. Thank you again to Bry for making our first Daytona Beach visit so special.

No parking, out dated rooms

I liked the staff.

I didn’t like changing rooms and having one thing agter another happen.

This property has a lot of potential but it needs TLC. Stayed for a business conference and after checking in and going to my room ( 6th floor, corner room), it was very warm even though the AC was at 65 F. They had an engineer go, change the filter, and no matter what AC did not cool down. Moved to another room on the 7th floor, also a corner room, and had the same issue. Service at the front desk was good, breakfast buffet was good, but the temperature at Ricos made it uncomfortable to eat. The ladies at the coffee shop were excellent with their attentiveness and service, as well as Jordan with valet service.

⭐ 1 Star I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this Hilton property. Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. There was hair left behind in the bathroom from a previous guest, visible stains in the bathtub, dirty grout, and the room appeared outdated and poorly maintained. A clean room is the most basic expectation when staying at any hotel, especially a Hilton-branded property. Finding someone else’s hair in multiple areas of the bathroom made me question whether the room had been properly cleaned before our arrival. The overall condition of the room felt neglected and far below the standards I expected. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. Between the lack of cleanliness and the dated, worn condition of the room, I cannot recommend this property and would not choose to stay here again. 📸 Photos attached for reference

no free parking, no free breakfast, no microwave, fridge wasn't even cold and no balcony! I booked handicap because I have neuropathy and can't walk far distances......I was 30 or 40 rooms away from the closest elevator! I thought Hilton was nicer than a smaller hotel but I was disappointed.

Staff very friendly and great location

Room was dirty, shower was rusted, facet was leaking, a/c wasn’t working, restaurants were understaffed and couldn’t order food. Took 30 minutes to get a glass of wine.
