Shower Tub was so slick and no grab bars

Had to move to second room first room was not acceptable. Second room was pretty much worse. Police was filthy. Pool was unusable no towels available I could go on.

The staff is always friendly. The rooms are always clean. The Tiki Bar is a nice place to relax and listen to music.

The continental breakfast was not too great and the pool was a little warmer than I like.

The shower had half a door and water went everywhere and the floor got soaked

Was a fast easy check in room was spacious but bigger than we expected.

The ac clicked on and off all night keeping us up hardly slept. The bathroom sink had very little pressure shower was ok for the pressure. In the shower area had some looks like leak fixes on the walls. The morning we woke up I noticed there was mold and dirt all over the lamp which really made me upset as we slept right by it close all night. The dresser was unusable the smell was awful we used the cabinet to the left and was able to get by we only stayed one night.

I like the pool and tiki bar right there open all day you didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to.

The location was perfect, the staff was very nice.

The room had a lot of condensation in it. No dehumidifier, and when we told the front desk they said to turn the ac down to 68. So we froze. My husband almost fell due to the floor being so wet. The bedding was wet, as well as all couch and all the surfaces in the room. I thought we should have been offered a different room.

Great location, pool, music, ocean and restaurants within walking distance.

I moved rooms due to the humidity and cold temps in my original room and my second room had no towels, etc. I was able to ask at the desk and got them so it was no problem. I was moved with no problems as well.

Floor was soaked when I came back had to switch rooms bc I booked a “partial” but it says ocean view when I booked I couldnt even partially see the water. 2nd room felt as if I was in jail. 3rd better but still had bugs, not clean. And was scared to sleep. Pool was nice but dirty

The room had a smell of Marijuana…very present the staff tried to move us around but there was a mix up and we had to go back to the Marijuana room it was so long ago that I can’t remember if they put us in a different room

It had a phenomenal view! There were no other buildings next to us, so it was quiet being on the second floor was great cause it was easy to go to the staircase instead of waiting for an elevator. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The unit was clean. The balcony furniture was awesome. The high seating made me be able to experience the view even better.

After being there overnight, we noticed a condensation on the floor and also when I opened my iPad in the morning, there was condensation on my screen protector. The bathroom sink was very slow for the water to go down the drain.

No pool towels available for entire stay; construction caused having to walk longer distances; could not open door to balcony; so much condensation in the room that left puddles on the floor; bedding wet; clothes in suitcase wet. Overall terrible experience.

The pool was clean, and beach access was close and easy to get to. The location to downtown and the boardwalk was great. The rooms were a bit dated but clean. The housekeeping staff was very attentive.

Elevator service was slow; we were on the 5th floor and had to wait 2-3 minutes for an empty elevator. There is one ice machine for the entire property, and it was broken. Thankfully, the adjoining Tiki Bar helped us.

It’s was under construction an lots of parts of it where falling apart a rusted. None of that was said in the listing an none of the hotel looked like it did in the picture I felt very scammed an was very upset cause I drove 8 an a half hours there excepting something completely different

The location on the beach. Proximity to the ocean. Nice spacious room. Nice patio. Beautiful pool. Good ocean view. Clean hotel. Nice little kitchenette with dishes and pot and pan and flatware.

There was construction going on. A bit noisy due to that. Crappy continental breakfast...nothing hot but coffee. Needed cereal, fruit, fresh pastries, and yogurt. Juice machine out of order. Expensive to do laundry.

I stay here anytime I'm in Daytona. The value and location are great. Plus, the restaurant has good food with an awesome view.

Breakfast was awful, nothing available besides prepackaged little Debbie snacks.

Room was dirty, whole facility was dirty, front desk man was rude and sassy when asked about parking. The whole building had a nasty smell

Had to change rooms cause at first they had us in a room where the balcony was fixing to fall through .

Fairly clean, the staff was OK. The beach view in the back way patio to the beach with a tiki bar and pool.

A a lot of rust in the ceiling in the floors corners very noisy with children, running up and down the hallways partying too much loud music breaking beer bottles up against the patio glasses

Great location, good food and bar making it nice to just be able to hang out and enjoy the days. All staff were nice and if you had a little problem they were ready to help. If you aren't picky and just want a nice little break this is the place!

Some of the rooms are way out of date(but makes it kinda fun🤣) We had gotten two rooms and our daughter's room had sand all over the floor but they took care of it as soon as we told them .Coffee is provided but there was only sugar, no Splenda. I think they would've gotten some but I kept forgetting to mention it so...😏The place is older but we knew that and enjoyed it. We came for the beach!

We always love the staff and tiki bar/ pool area.

Unfortunately our room was soaking wet the entire time, we had to keep everything off the floor or it would be soaked and towels down so my kids didn’t keep slipping on the tile. Our balcony was missing a big tile which was a little concerning. And the 3 mornings we were there the breakfast area only had coffee cakes and bread which usually there’s egg bites/ juice etc.

We had to take the stairs a few times didn’t realize we went up to third floor for the first time some numbers to let you know what floor you’re on and the stairs would be nice where the doors are

pool was murky,lots of noise due to work being done on bldg, continental breakfast was a JOKE, juice machine didnt wor, there was bread to make toast but no butter, no liquid coffee creamer ,no milk, just a couple of packaged breakfast sweets.

Breakfast was not good but the tiki grill out back is excellent.

The environment was not stable. Humidity was controlled by dehumidifier and cold temperatures. The room was cold but if you raised the temperature the room would get very wet. Everything would get wet.

The room 305 hae a Jacuzzi but the staff had the Jacuzzi button covered up where you couldn't see it. We didn't get to use the Jacuzzi tub because of this. Told the front desk all they could say was sorry. Didn't appreciate this at all. Paid hi dollar amount and I got nothing in return

I'm a repeat customer and our entire family has enjoyed this Resort many times. We like the size of the rooms and the fact that they have a small kitchenette. It has a nice size pool and it overlooks the ocean.

Unfortunately there was a very large family gathering of people that used extremely foul language repeatedly in front of their children and everyone else's. They were loud, obnoxious and intimidating. They actually smoked weed and drink beer while swimming in the pool. I imagine that no one wanted to speak up because they were intimidated but it was very annoying and rude. We were quite turned off by it.

We had to jar the door open to the balcony, the lamp wouldn’t stay on unless we held the knob, and the hall when we first got there smelled like smoke from one of the cleaning people ….i never thought id be thankful the next day that it smelled like pot instead (which still smells but won’t give me a migraine like cigarette smoke) so either way for a smoke free property it was absolutely not smoke free smelling …..also the beds are on rolllers lol

Room was NOT fully clean. Hotel needs a MAJOR upgrade. Only one elevator was working. Staff at the Tiki bar was NOT friendly. Knobs missing off of the shower. Sofa's in the room were dirty. Not to mention hair on my bed and black stains on the sheets. The bed was horrible!!!! Both of them!!!! One had a sink hole and one felt like it would fall apart. We will NEVER return.

The property itself is great! The main room was clean and had nice furniture.

The shower in room 308 was awful and needs to be replaced. The doors were extremely hard to open and it was just not in good shape.

The location was awesome. Everything was within walking distance. The rooms had refrigerators, microwaves and 2 sinks. That made it nice for multiple people getting ready at the same time.

The cleanliness wasn't perfect, but it wasn't bad enough to keep us away. I went to the desk with a concern, and it was handled immediately and professionally.

The room was very humid to the point where the beds and floor felt basically damp. I almost did not stay because there was an extreme amount of mold everywhere. The office said there was nothing they can do since we booked through booking.com

Someone broke the elevator and we waited for like a half hour for it to come up. Finally, took the stairs, and they said the elevator was broke. Nobody took time to make signs and put them up!! Brought my 83 year old mother we were supposed to have an ocean view instead they gave us a City View they blamed it on booking.com when I talked to the front desk people and they refuse to give me the difference in the rooms were told by desk staff it was booking.com not them....

I didn't like that it's supposed to be a smoke-free hotel, but the smell of marijuana was even in the rooms; one of the rooms had damp walls.

The front desk at check in was awesome, the young ladies up there were friendly and very accommodating

The Room was doing too much, the room was old and had an old smell, and it had too much old furniture, and the floor was not clean behind the tables and on the floor. The bathroom was small, and I had to walk around in the room with my shoes and socks on. This room needs to be upgraded with updated furniture and remove some of that old stuff out of the room. The glasses in the cabinet were not clean, and overall, the room just had too much furniture on the walls, etc.

The staff is friendly and the location is excellent.

Our tub drain was plugged. Poor patchwork on walls. Elevator is extremely slow so its best to take the stairs.

The property is a bit old, and the balcony has broken tiles that need repair. Additionally, some of the items are rusted, which can be dangerous for guests. I hope the management addresses these safety and maintenance issues soon.
