The accommodation is large, spacious, lovely, and clean. It offers a great view and a fantastic location where you can go for walks, find entertainment, and access nearby places to eat. The common areas are very nice. A great experience for a weekend getaway.

This was a lovely hotel, nice location with great views. Staff were good and facilities all in order. Definitely not a criticism of the hotel… just a learned experience.. we paid quite a bit for a beach spot from an outside party but realised later it was much nicer to enjoy the beautiful comfey pool area beds & sofas overlooking the beach and then just take the kids down for splash in the sea before returning to the poolside, all free of charge.

We were on the 2nd to top floor. The lifts clanked and clonked and echoed through the rooms. Another guest highlighted their concern that the lift (elevator in American) safety certificate was out of date. The clanking and clonking did mostly subside late at night as the lifts were not so much in use and we enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep.

Breath of fresh air with the first step in. Meticulously maintained, we loved it.

De ligging en we hadden een upgrade gedaan naar ocean view suite, deze was erg mooi.

De prijs is vrij hoog en het geluid wat de airco op de kamer maakte kan echt niet. Zelfs op de laagste stand leek het alsof er een vrachtwagen in je kamer stond. Dit verstoort wel behoorlijk je nachtrust.

Room and bathroom were very clean. The pool was beautiful. Getting to the hotel was easy, just over the bridge!

Booked a room for the weekend for me and my husband, and the room had an adjoining room with people who played loud music at night.

The room was beautiful as the views! We spent time at the outside bar, inside bar and had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and it was excellent!

Maybe fans in the rooms, other than that it was perfect!

En realidad lo mejor que tiene la propiedad en la vista en la piscina

Fueron varias cosas que para mi no estuvieron bien la primera el parqueo no deberian cobrarlo porque el hotel deberia de tener su parqueo incluido en el precio de la reserva,el desayuno estuvo bien à la hora de la comida fui al restauran y pedi sentarme afuera note que eso incomodo un poco al servicio afuera las mesas no estaban listas para sentarse están sucias no tenían nada ensima ni sal ni ketchup ni tampoco lo trajeron cuando iva a utilizar mis cubiertos que abri la servilleta estaban sucios y otro punto negativo se que en el area de la piscina no había animacion en ningún momento y el bar no estuvo competamente abierto solo abrian una parte de el en resumen para mi lo unico que tiene el hote es la gran vista que tiene en el area de la piscina porque con respecto a los demas he visitado lugares mejores.

The price is a little expensive. But, the view and room make it worth it.

Location was good, restaurants there and close by, shopping good on the street. Staff kind and aim to please. Kelly, Jessica, and Gustavo all very kind and hardworking and helpful. Weather mostly good, but Saturday afternoon had storms and we had to come inside. Great large pool! Beach was fine, but preferred walking on the beach not swimming. Cleaning staff all great!

They are short of staff, at the pool bar you have to wait a lot for someone who can help you. I see cans of beer at the pool and there’s no staff who can cleaned. There was one night with a couple fighting at 3am and I can’t sleep anymore. In my floor I see trash on the floor and they didn’t cleaned.

Unsere vorab mitgeteilten Wünsche, wie z.B Zimmer nebeneinander, wurden nicht berücksichtigt.Die zwei ersten Zimmer haben sehr unangenehm gerochen. Uns wurden keine Alternativen angeboten. Daher mussten wir ein Upgrade selbst bezahlen. Pool mit extremen Chlorgeruch. Nicht mehr so sauber und freundlich wie vor 2 Jahren.

I love Everything about This Resort and The Staff

Everything was great, staff were friendly. The resort was clean and beautiful. My room was great with a new view. I did have hot water on the first day but I guess they realized it and turned it on before I mentioned it.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé. Chambre avec balcon au 26e étage avec une très belle vue. Malheureusement à cause de l’humidité, le sol est de la chambre était trempé et glissant, et l’humidité était très présente sur les meubles, les vêtements et . Très bon petit déjeuner copieux. La piscine avec vue est très belle mais mériterait d’être un peu plus propre. Bar de la piscine à fuire.

Just location and the fact that the rooms looked modern.

My room smelled of weed coming from other rooms. Way too expensive for what they offered. Although I booked with all fees included, the hotel charged me a resort fee for each day I was there without even letting me know. Still waiting for the problem to be solved.

While sleeping i woke up to a cleaning lady in my room, asking how many nights I was staying. That shit is creepy.

. Breakfast: Gentleman greeting us most of the mornings was pleasant and accommodating. Lady ( African/American Lady ) was excellent and a pleasure. I believe her name was Debra. It didn’t matter that I was indecisive as where I wanted to sit. Very accommodating. Gentleman that hurt his toe was excellent and very customer focused. Only saw him once unfortunately. The attentiveness of those individuals made up for the bad days when they were not on duty. German lady working at reception was excellent!! She listened and was very attentive to our needs. She is definitely an asset for the hotel. The facility was impeccable given the amount of traffic moving throughout the building all day. Very clean from top to bottom floor. Our room was impeccable and the ladies working our rooms couldn’t were friendly, accommodating and hard working.

. Breakfast was ok after a few days it got redundant eating the same food. Stayed close to two weeks. Some days we had excellent service and pleasantry other days no one seem to bother. Food wasn’t set up and ready to go; eggs, potatoes and so on cold; coffee cold. I could tell who was working and who didn’t care. Stayed close to two weeks and experience a few days where there was an issue. Room next to us was very loud, doors slamming, kids running in and out from neighboring rooms. This was going on for hours on end until I couldn’t take it no more. I called the front desk and expressed my concern and asked if someone could ask the room to keep it down since it was now midnight ( had been listening to it since 1900 ). Every time the running, the door slammed, the screaming throughout the hallway it went through my bones. I was rather surprised when the person at front desk told me that security was going to look on camera. They never came up. Unless camera has audio there is no way for them to hear what we heard the entire night. When the front desk asked me my room i mistook the room number for another room number we had in a different hotel. I believe her name to be Martha not sure. She was very condescending and had me repeat my room three times until I told her I was wrong and she could see from which room I was calling her . That part of the entire stay was not pleasant. I could hear room next door talking on phone and go to the toilet. Not pleasant and I’m sure for them it wasn’t either.

We loved the way the property felt like a nice resort.

We didn’t like how the stairs to the beach were closed off. You had to walk the ramp down every time and it was quite a walk for the 6 year old we had. Stairs directly to the beach would have made for easier, quicker access.

The extra 100 per night deposit that I wasn’t informed of until I went to check in. Good thing I had the extra money on my credit card because it’s the only way that you can pay the SURPRISE deposit.

The balcony in my room was very dirty with a lot of dead bugs on the chairs, ground. Some alive on top of the ceiling. Need to have a small microwave in ur room to be able to warm up my left over food. Your valet attendant employees rushing to take our luggage out very rude. Only two were very respectful. I spoke to two valet attendants in the morning saying good morning and they just literally ignored me and kept talking until I walked over there and just say good morning in their face. Instead of the valets attendants talking. They need to listen to the customer first then let us know how everything is operate. I prefer to load everything on the cart Myself instead of them, throwing it up there not putting things on there cart and just don’t care about our property. I find that very rude and the way they talk to the customers. I was just standing there listening how they approach a customer and just talking to the customer not listening, but like I said two of them that helped me was very respectful and I didn’t have no problem Tipping them. Each of them stated the manager is looking at us or this is what the manager said. It looks like the manager is putting a lot of pressure on them. By me having a handicap sticker I didn’t know that I can still have a valet parking and just 28.00. I wasn’t told any of that until after the fact that I was checking out.

We went for an evening meal which was not great.. cold... And replacement was not much better.. too expensive... Go to the little diner over the road or bubba Gump... Much better experience

It was in a very convenient location. The staff including valets, reception staff, restaurant waitstaff and poolside staff were all super friendly and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze.

Cuando llegamos no había habitación disponible y la entregaron 3 hs. después de la hora indicada. El personal del check in muy antipático y arrogante. La ducha de noche tenía agua tibia y al otro día salía solo fría. El desayuno: el personal simpático y servicial pero muy básico el desayuno.

The view of the ocean and city. The large ceiling high windows. Spacious room, nice decor, big bathroom, great service, housekeeping kept everything clean, polite staff throughout the hotel willing to help. Great beach access.

The king bed was very uncomfortable, lumpy and sinks in mattress, pull out mattress also very uncomfortable. No stove top to cook anything. TVs are not smart. The pool and jacuzzi only open til 10pm all neighbors hotels have their pools, jacuzzi and lazy river open much later like 11pm or 12am.
