Good location: close to the metro and easy connection to the city. Industrial-style interior, spacious and clean.

The central air conditioning system was beyond noisy, and the walls were thin: light sleepers like me have disturbed sleep.

The staff was friendly. The location is good, very close to the metro and tram. Many restaurants and a large supermarket nearby.

The AC was very noisy. Breakfast was expensive. No kettle in the room.

The room looked like a jail cell, and the door did not properly shut. I had to call the person downstairs several times to come upstairs and close it, which made me feel extremely unsafe. As a result, I was unable to sleep at all that night because I did not feel secure in the room.

Me hospedei neste hotel e tive uma experiência simplesmente excelente do início ao fim. A limpeza é impecável, tudo muito bem organizado e cuidado nos mínimos detalhes, o que traz uma sensação imediata de conforto. O atendimento dos funcionários também merece destaque: todos extremamente educados, atenciosos e sempre prontos para ajudar, tornando a estadia ainda mais agradável. O local é bonito, bem estruturado e transmite tranquilidade, ideal para descansar. Além disso, conta com fácil acesso e estacionamento prático, o que faz toda a diferença. Sem dúvida, é um lugar que reúne tudo o que se espera de um ótimo hotel e que eu recomendaria com total confiança.

Migliorerei la regolazione della temperatura perchè ho trovato la camera estremamente fredda in agosto con una temperatura tropicale all'esterno. Una via di mezzo andrebbe bene. Tassa di soggiorno alta, estremamente sproporzionata rispetto al costo della camera.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Milan, d’abord au J24 puis au Kira Suite Hotel, et nous avons été sincèrement ravis de notre expérience. Dès notre arrivée au J24, le check-in s’est fait très facilement et même un peu avant l’heure prévue puisque notre chambre était déjà disponible. L’équipe a été adorable dès le premier jour : souriante, disponible et très professionnelle. L’emplacement est également un véritable atout. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier très agréable et vivant, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité. Le métro, les bus et le tram sont facilement accessibles, ce qui permet de se déplacer très facilement. Nous étions à moins de dix minutes du centre-ville de Milan, ce qui était vraiment très pratique pour visiter la ville tout en profitant d’un quartier agréable. Nous avions initialement prévu de rester seulement deux nuits, mais en raison d’un changement de programme, nous avons finalement prolongé notre séjour. À cette occasion, nous avons eu un petit souci concernant le ménage de la chambre. Lorsque nous l’avons signalé, le manager a immédiatement pris le temps de nous écouter, de s’excuser et surtout de trouver une solution. Il nous a proposé de poursuivre notre séjour au Kira Suite Hotel, qui est directement accessible depuis le J24 sans même avoir besoin de sortir de l’établissement. Il nous a personnellement montré plusieurs chambres et plusieurs étages afin que nous puissions choisir celle qui nous convenait le mieux. Nous avons finalement choisi une très belle chambre avec balcon et une superbe vue. Le geste commercial a également été très apprécié : le petit-déjeuner nous a été offert pendant plusieurs jours et le tarif de notre séjour a été ajusté. Ce qui m’a particulièrement marquée, c’est l’attention portée aux détails. Lorsque nous avions besoin de room service, quelqu’un intervenait très rapidement. Lorsqu’il fallait débarrasser un plateau, il suffisait d’appeler et quelqu’un venait le récupérer.

I loved the hotel overall. We were offered a free room upgrade by Marco, which was so nice, and thank you again for making our stay more comfortable. It was a bit hard to walk to the centre by foot so we used the metro every time we needed it.

Recently stayed at this hotel for a short stay in Milan. Cons - room does feel a little prison like - the dark grey wall to ceiling tiles are quite depressing. Room walls are paper thin. Does not appear to be much around the hotel. Pro’s - staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Towels and toiletries replenished daily. Only about 5 minutes from nearest metro station. We was not in the room much so overall a pleasant stay but I found the rooms just uninviting.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both Milano Centrale and Porta Garibaldi train stations. The nearest metro station, Maciachini, is only about a 2-minute walk away, which made getting around Milan very easy. Milano Centrale is just two metro stops away, while the Duomo is about six stops away. The location is also very convenient if you are planning day trips to Como or Lugano. Depending on the train and your return time, you may arrive back in Milan at either Milano Centrale or Porta Garibaldi. This is particularly useful if you return late in the evening, especially after 11 PM, as having both stations relatively close to the hotel gives you more options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned every day, and we received fresh towels daily. We didn’t return to the hotel very late at night, so until around 10 PM we usually used the metro. After 10 PM, we preferred taking a taxi or Uber back to the hotel, as we felt this was the safest and most convenient option. We had no issues with noise during our stay and did not have any noisy neighbours. Everything was comfortable and we had a pleasant experience overall.

Worst hotel in Milan. DO NOT BOOK. Terrible customer service - front desk staff all unfriendly and unhelpful. Air con is controlled by front desk, despite asking for it to be adjusted several times, it was not, leaving us warm with already high temps outside. Room felt dark and stuffy. uncomfortable beds, flat pillows. No complimentary tea/ coffee. Absolutely NO sound proofing - could hear every sound outside room including from other rooms.

The hotel room was really spacious modern and clean and only a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Perfect for a short stay in Milan.

- Le personnel du soir agressif du soir qui ne dit pas bonjour et qui vous engueule pour une chose qui n est notée nul part ( la porte d entrée bloqué par un tire fil est censé indiquer qu elle ne fonctionne pas…) - la taxe de séjour de 40euros !!! Abusif !!! - pas de prise usb dans la chambre pour un 4 étoiles ce n est vraiment pas au standing !

We’ve just checked out this morning after 3 nights in the hotel, our room was amazing really spacious with everything you need. It was cleaned within the time we were staying and the location was great as it’s only 5 minute walk to the metro station.

Nadat we hadden ingecheckt informeerde de receptionist ons dat we een gratis upgrade hadden gekregen en in plaats van aparte ''normale bedden'' 2 kingsize bedden hadden gekregen, dit beviel ons natuurlijk erg goed. de barman in het restaurant onder was ook enorm vriendelijk en verwelkomend. de airco binnen was ook erg fijn.

Ondanks dat de airco enorm fijn was, stond hij zo hoog dat onze bedden vochtig waren. Dat was 's avonds iets minder fijn om in te gaan liggen. Daarbuiten was het jammer dat we eenmaal aangekomen erachter kwamen dat we nog de city tax moesten betalen en deze sinds april van 3 euro pp per nacht naar 12 euro pp per nacht is gegaan. Dus nog eens 60 euro betalen bij aankomst. dat viel erg tegen omdat we er niet op gerekend hadden. Het hotel heeft dunne muren en we konden onze buren bijna letterlijk verstaan.

De locatie ten opzichte van het centrum van Milaan was zeer goed. Binnen 20 minuten sta je met de metro voor de Duomo. Fijn dat het mogelijk was om te parkeren door de deur van het hotel.

We stayed at J24 because it was located in a neighborhood area and within walking distance to the metro. It was perfect for my mom and I to walk to the metro. We used it as a "home base" to then take the train to Lake Garda and Venice. The staff were very helpful with our questions and requests. The room was lovely-simple modern and clean! Close walk to the grocery store!

I was disappointed. in the charge for storing our bags while we left for a nite and then returned and to prove we booked again for the following nites. They did give us a room with a back view of a terrace but the AC was not working much. I was going to book a taxi to take us to the airport (Malpensa) but the staff suggested the shuttel/van...I understood why since a taxi can rack up $$ quickly if stuck in traffic. I was somewhat surprised at the cost of van taking us.

The hotel sits on one of the noisiest roads in Milan—soundproofing is very poor. Even with windows closed, traffic noise was disruptive. Also experienced issues with the air conditioning. A decent stay if you're only passing through briefly, but light sleepers or those seeking a peaceful evening should look elsewhere. Good service can't fully compensate for the location drawbacks.

Para costar una noche 145€+ 20€ de suplemento esperaba algo más. Las toallas eran poco mullidas o densas,al secarte el cuerpo rascaba,como esparto. La ducha tenía una cortina poco propia de un hotel de estas características.

Muy limpio y nuevo.

Al reservar un taxi para ir al aeropuerto se nos indicó un precio de 160€ el trayecto pero el taxista cobró 180€. Deberían dejarlo claro con seguridad.

Booked a regular double room, received upon arrival an upgrade to a bigger room by the nice front desk man. The beds were very big and comfortable. The bar is small but the drinks were great. Cleaning Ladies were very respectful before entering the room and it was overall a great stay! Very close to the metro too

Aamiainen oli todella hyvä, paikka lievästi sivussa keskustasta ja juna asemalta mutta taxit halpoja ja luotettavia, henkilökunta osasis hommat ja halusi palvella, baari/ravintola auki ainoastaan viiden jälkeen ip joten muutamat päivä ruuat ja oluet jäi ottamatta. Jatkoon!!!
