Pool Area is lovely, and the pool is cold which is refreshing when its hot, modern building, 10 min walk to centre. Breakfast was very good.

Lunch at the pool bar was passable, charging 5* prices however lacking quality. Poor Air Conditioning within the room. Spa area requires remedial repair work, loose fittings and missing tiles within the indoor pool.

Hôtel élégant au design raffiné au style Art nouveau ! Une belle réussite ! Le personnel est tout simplement remarquable : attentionné, professionnel et toujours souriant, avec un sens du service. Un chaleureux merci à Angelica pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité, sa bienveillance et son sourire. Un grand merci également à Nadgette et ses collègues pour le service de chambre impeccable et irréprochable. Excellent restaurant, « Le Francy » ! Une très belle expérience, avec un Maître de rang bienveillant, chaleureux et très professionnel. Une adresse que je recommande vivement !

Seul petit bémol : il manque quelques parasols autour de la piscine, ce qui serait appréciable pour profiter pleinement des espaces extérieurs.

Une chambre grande et confortable. Un personnel très gentil et attentionné que ce soit les dames de ménage, le personnel de la réception ou de la restauration ( avec une mention spéciale pour Angelica à la réception et Loredana en restauration). La piscine sur le toit avec une vue splendide. La facilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité de l'hôtel.

Quelques détails. En chambre, le non renouvellement des sachets de Nescafé qu'il fallait réclamer chaque jour. La bouilloire pour faire chauffer l'eau un peu délabrée. Peut-être un petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner, notamment l'abscence de fruits frais.

The atmosphere and the fact that it was very clean

For 10s of years, I have been coming to Montecatini with my family, and I always stay at the Montecatini Palace. The hotel management, Mrs. Ester, always pays special attention to our family. We were even given an upgraded room at no extra charge, with a balcony and a good view of the city. Here they serve a wonderful breakfast, the rooms are cleaned, one can say, around the clock, the beds and linen are clean. Upon our arrival, a good set of fruits was brought to our room. Thank you for this, Mrs. Ester. In Montecatini, the best hotel is Montecatini Palace. Thanks to the staff and the infrastructure of this hotel, we have very wonderful memories of Montecatini. We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The property is extremely clean and impeccably maintained throughout. A special mention goes to Fabricio in the restaurant, who was extraordinarily attentive, kind, and meticulous with every single detail. His exceptional service made our meals truly memorable. The food was delightful across the board—breakfast offered a great selection, and dinner was absolutely delicious. Thanks to the girls at reception as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, spotlessly clean facilities, and great dining!

Fantastic 5* Hotel, would highly recommend the LHP Palace hotel and spa, the location was perfect for seeing Montecatini and also central for travelling to and from Pisa and Florence. The team of staff offer an amazing service for the guests and really make your stay perfect. The spa and the rooftop pool is also really worth visiting during the stay. Also would highly suggest staying on the superior suite's with jaccuzi in the room with balconies which have stunning views of the Tuscan Hills. Breakfast was fantastic too with a big spread of food everyday. A big thank you to Angelica and Gomathi who arranged a fabulous stay for our special occasion trip with friends. A truly memorable trip and visit to Montecatini perfect in everyway.

The staff are amazing, especially the receptionists Angelica and Gompathi who couldn’t have been more helpful in ensuring that everything we needed was there. We were a large party celebrating an 80th and 90th birthday party, and had a wonderful stay. Lovely rooftop pool. Great spa area.

I think that the bar downstairs would have benefited from someone staffing it in the afternoon as it was a lovely cool area to relax in

Disappointing Experience – Not a Five-Star Stay We booked a Standard/Deluxe room at this five-star hotel for three nights, expecting and looking forward to the level of comfort and service associated with a five-star establishment. Unfortunately, our experience fell well short of those expectations. The hotel itself is contemporary, attractive and well maintained, but our room was extremely cramped, with virtually no space for our luggage. We specifically booked an extra-large bed, yet the bed provided felt like a standard double. The bathroom was equally cramped, with very little room to move and nowhere practical to hang wet towels after showering. More disappointing was the level of service and attention to detail. Our booking indicated that bathrobes and slippers would be provided, yet there were no bathrobes in the room and we had to request them. There was also no complimentary drinking water. We found ourselves having to argue simply to obtain water for the room, which is something we would never expect at a hotel positioning itself as five-star. Also bath towels are old and has seen better days. Again, one expect fluffy towels at a 5 star hotel. Housekeeping was also inconsistent and rather sloppy. On our final day, one of our coffee cups had been removed and was simply not replaced. These may seem like small details, but it is precisely attention to these details that distinguishes a five-star hotel from a four-star establishment. We have been fortunate to stay in many five-star hotels around the world, so we are familiar with the level of accommodation, service and attention to detail that this classification normally represents. Sadly, we did not experience that here. Perhaps the Standard/Deluxe rooms are treated as the "stepchildren" of the hotel, because throughout our stay we felt undervalued as guests. Regardless of the room category booked, guests paying five-star rates should receive five-star service.

Ottima struttura alberghiera 5 stelle situata nel cuore di Montecatini Terme. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale,in particolare della Signora Angelica alla Reception. Ci teniamo inoltre a sottolineare l'ottimo ristorante annesso all' albergo ove si può assaporare un'ottima cucina condita da cortesia e grande professionalità. Insomma tutto ottimo.

Er ging een hoop mis. De jacuzzi werkte niet naar behoren, mijn pas om de kamer in te gaan deed het niet. Bij aankomst gekozen voor de valet parking service. Uiteindelijk heb ik zelf de auto naar de garage moeten rijden, met iemand van het personeel achterin. Hetzelfde voor het ophalen van de auto. Geen wifi, slecht onderhouden kamers en een al met al zeer karig ontbijt. Massage was wel goed maar daar blijft het dan ook bij.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und gut.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Parksituation. Letztes Jahr hat man noch kostenlos vor dem Hotel auf der Straße parken können. Inzwischen muss man das selbst bezahlen, oder man lässt sein Auto für 20 Euro pro Tag in eine Garage stellen.

High quality hotel in a quiet area. We really enjoyed the rooftop area, where you can relax and enjoy a lunch, a drink or just enjoy the great sunny panoramic view and the pool. Great breakfast and overall great service.

Just a minor thing, but the placement of the handtowel drying unit just next to the toilet makes this inconvenient. The space should have been used better to improve customer experience.

It was the perfect place for the holiday we were looking for.

Trés bel hôtel et très bien situé. Montecatini Terme est une jolie petite ville, pas très loin de Pise, Florence, Sienne... Le restaurant de l'hôtel est également excellent. L'accès au spa, top. Le personnel est très agréable, prét à vous satisfaire. Merci. Nous avons eu la grande chance d'être surclassés en suite, c'était parfait. Super séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Wir waren 2 Nächte in einer Juniorsuite und unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt: grosses Zimmer, schönes Bad und endlich eine Klima-Anlage, die nicht in Richtung Bett geblasen hat. Das Frühstück war super und das Restaurant beim Pool bot ausgezeichnete Speisen. Das Personal war überall sehr freundlich.

Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war nicht besonders schön. Der Aufzug war seeeeeehr langsam.

l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto è l'aria condizionata in stanza che non poteva essere regolata. di notte faceva freschetto e soprattutto si sentiva il rumore del fancoil. Nonostante mettessi su off l'impianto questo ripartiva sempre in automatico. Quando al checkout l ho fatto presente mi è stato risposto che avrei dovuto chiamare la reception per chiedere di spengerlo. Ma alle 3 di notte non mi metto a telefonare, svegliare le altre persone e soprattutto se ho il termostato in stanza devo poterlo utilizzare.. mi spiace, ma ho dovuto mettermi sotto le coperte.

Noget af det bedst service vi har oplevet i Italien, igennem årene. Det exceptionelt gode service fra hele teamet, teamet var altid hjælpsom. Det skal næves at tjenerne var fantastisk både til morgen og aften servering. De kendte til vinkortet. det bedste service vi har fået i Italien. Vi havde en dejlig værelse med privat terrasse som var fuld møbleret samt et spa, det gjord meget for os i varmen.

- kunne være godt med et “smart phone” politik, der var flere gæster fra østen af som sad med deres telefoner med lyd på når de brugte den. Det passer ikke til så godt et sted. - en mindre ting, hotellet lå lidt væk fra byen hvor der sket noget, det tog dog kun 3 min at gå der til, tænker det er et luksus problem.

La Spa è la camera

The reception and pool staff were fab. Alessandria and Maria and also the guy up at the pool…sorry I don’t have his name. All so nice and so friendly. The pool was great as was the breeze on the rooftop and the view was amazing. Also delighted with the balcony and I used it both at night and in the early morning. So lovely.

After a mix up in the twin/double situation, which Maria was mind enough to take care of before we arrived, we ended up with two mattresses but maybe one frame? Either way, my large teenager gave me a few elbows during the night as the mattresses were completely against each other. The shower was a pain as it had to be angled a certain way or it would drown the bathroom. The two ladies in the breakfast were ok but maybe a little rushed. So I didn’t get to order my eggs and wasn’t asked if I’d like to. Took ages to get their attention. Might also be because I had said that my son was gluten free when we say down. It was fine. But I found it expensive for what it was and for the breakfast service we received and the sleep wasn’t comfortable. Lastly, the prawn and courgette black rice had one tiny prawn. My son had the same dish for half the price for lunch the previous day and it was filled with tiny prawns. So while it tasted nice, it was very expensive to only recurve the 1 lonely hidden prawn. Service upstairs is long: even by Italian standards of taking time over a meal. The poor chap who works at the bar, pool and restaurant had to run up and down…I assume to the ground floor…for the food at the pool for lunch. He was either very quiet or running around like a lunatic. Also his bar area got no breeze which, at almost 40 c, seems a but much. My observation, not his.

1) Il personale è stato professionale e gentile, dalle receptionist (mi hanno spiegato tutto bene e poi prenotato un massaggio in un'altra struttura) al responsabile della sala (gentilissimo), così come le ragazze che puliscono la struttura (la pulizia infatti era impeccabile! é la prima volta che alloggio in un hotel che puliscono le camere due volte al giorno). 2) La cena era buonissima e le colazioni fantastiche. Top! 3) Graditissimo l'upgrade. Nonostante qualcosa da rivedere sono stata benissimo

1) La spa era abbandonata; non c'era nessuno che se ne occupasse e lo si capiva anche dal fatto che la vasca riscaldata con idromassaggio non funzionava, la maniglia per tenersi entrando in vasca era scardinata e il soffitto era scrostrato. Un vero peccato. Io mi sono rilassata lo stesso, ma non credo sia da 5 stelle. Oltre a questo ho pensato che lasciare incustodito una spa è anche pericoloso. Se all'interno della sauna uno si sentisse male non avrebbe tante possibilità di essere soccorso. Bello che tu abbia la spa tutta per te, ma vedere un responsabile gironzolare mi avrebbe fatto sentire meglio e magari mi avrebbe potuto spiegare come funzionava la doccia sensoriale che a me sembrava solo una doccia con la luce rossa, oppure la grotta del ghiaccio? non l'ho proprio capita. 2) In camera il kit di benvenuto è posizionato male e questo porta ad equivoci ingiusti. Ci vuole chiarezza e trasparenza. Dovete fare in modo che il cliente decida se acquistare o meno cose dal frigobar e no che li acquisti per errore! Io ho trovato un vassoio dove erano poste due lattine di acqua, una piccola bottiglia di vino e poi anche una confezione di wafer. Il tutto con un messaggio che indicava fossero in omaggio, il famoso kit di benvenuto insomma. E invece poi al checkout ho dovuto pagare i wafer. Mi son sentita presa in giro. Consiglio di posizionare il kit tipo sul tavolino e le cose in vendita magari sopra al frigo con i prezzi ben visibili. C'è troppa confusione. Manca appunto chiarezza e trasparenza. 3) la porta affianco all'ascensore al piano terra dovrebbe aprirsi verso l'interno. Aprendosi invece verso l'esterno mi ha fatto prendere un colpo mentre aspettavo l'ascensore e un addetto ha aperto la porta. Non mi ha fatto male, ma poteva andare peggio. Lui gentilissimo si è scusato in inglese e poi in italiano. Tutto bene, ma ci si potrebbe far male.

Breakfast was really good with lots of variety. There were many hot and cold choices. Our room was clean and modern with sound proof windows. The view from the pool area on top of the hotel was wonderful. Spa massage was great! We had an amazing dinner in the dining room.

Сподобалось співвідношення ціни і якості проживання. Номери без зайвого пафосу, зручні і мають все необхідне. Персонал готелю дуже уважний і доброзичливий. Команда на стійці реєстрації завжди готові допомогти. Особливо привітним під час нашої вечері у ресторані був менеджер ресторану Габріеле. Його рекомендація, паста з лобстером, перевершила наші сподівання і це було дуже смачно!
