Palazzo BelVedere

The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. The lady at the front desk helped find me the right room as I was in need to rest and quiet and she was so kind and knew exactly which room would suit my needs. The spa and pool area was thoroughly relaxing and just the reset I needed. Massage was one of the best I’ve had. Super relaxing.

I loved everything!

Struttura davvero splendida! Accoglienti e gentilissimi. Non è scontato. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Lo consiglio di cuore

The location was great with a free parking lot across the road from the hotel, as well as being very easy to walk into town. The breakfast was also good and the air-conditioning in the room was strong.

I appreciate the facilities may technically allow this hotel to call itself 5 stars, but the design of the rooms were definitely not 5 star standard. We were fortunate enough to receive a free upgrade on arrival and even the upgraded room was very basic and very small. The room also had a strange smell.

Superbe.

A colazione abbiamo trovato poco chiari i prodotti, perché mancavano i relativi cartellini, e il personale ci è sembrato poco accogliente.

Great beds and showers Amazing breakfast Good sauna Friendly staff Close to Montecatini alto which is incredible

Pools slightly disappointing - indoor shallow and outdoor covered and freezing even in August Sunbathing v limited

personale molto cordiale, e gentile. struttura molto pulita ed ottima colazione. Consigliatissimo

Amazing stay at this hotel, rooms were so comfortable, amazing beds, amazing bathroom. The spa and pool is great. Food amazing.

The access to the spa needs some modernisation with the access route being a bit of a dungeon via level -1. The outside pool could do with some stone flags instead of fake grass. We got bit to death by mosquitoes outside which wasn’t pleasant. The inside pool is great.

Nice building

Goldfish in extremely small bowl. It's insane. Poor breakfast.

Tutto

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer/Suite, mit Terrasse. Schlafzimmer groß, nicht überladen mit Möbeln etc. Hervorragendes Frühstück in imposanten Speisesaal.

Good location, great facilities, lovely rooms.

Nothing

The hotel is very nice. Unusual atmosphere and interio. Feels yourself as on villa, very natural and luxurious at the same time. Spa zone and swimming pool are very relaxing. Breakfast is perfect . Free Parking is just near hotel.

Nothing

A very pleasant stay. The hotel was excellent, and everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices. We would happily stay here again.

Ambiente confortevole Staff disponibile ed accogliente Servizi disponibili spa meravigliosa Tutto perfetto

Nette schone kamer.

Service, cleanliness, great staff Great breakfast

Nothing

Loved the quirky touches… triangular sauna with hydrangeas, indoor and covered outdoor pool, walnut stash, pantry idea, cookery books, dinner was excellent too. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Loved the availability of tomatoes and fruit by the pool.

There needs to be a tap of drinking water for guests to fill water bottles or else provide water in the rooms properly. The circular garden was very well photographed but disappointing in reality. Reception didn’t tell us about the Pantry or explain it. Also, it would be good to explain you can ask for different types of egg for breakfast. The cold omelettes weren’t great.

Everything

Everything

Struttura molto romantica, accogliente

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options every day. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The swimming pools and spa area was very relaxing. The gardens were beautiful. Short walk down to the town of Monetecatini Terme.

Personal sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sauber.

The pool facilities, the design of the hotel and location.

They need to treat for mosquitos. They kept the porch open at breakfast and dinner, so we were bitten on our ankles while we ate. At the pool you couldn’t lounge outside without being bitten.

Niente

Dated hotel weird layout, tired, in need of an update, no real atmosphere, staff totally disinterested, no snacks no bar menu on offer, total disaster

Pulito

Staff, cleanness, parking, location

Horrible restaurant menu, balcony safety railings

My BV Deluxe accommodation was splendid. Comfortable king size bed, separate shower and extra large tub, spacious enough for a 6 night stay. The staff is helpful and the wellness area and spa really make a difference. I would not think twice to stay here again. Every tour I took, I heard people sharing that their hotel accommodations were unimpressive, while I kept saying... "well, I am at Palazzo BelVedere and it is awesome, no complaints at all".

The property was amazing with the spa baths included, a wonderful deluxe buffet breakfast and such an impressive lobby. The staff was warm and welcoming which we appreciated. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at!

Nothing comes to mind.

Établissement très bien placé, décoration intérieure très agréable. Beau spa

Zimmer eher klein

Tout était parfait.Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel

Third time at this hotel I enjoyed our stay very much Wonderful breakfast, great spa , the staff and service is amazing A free parking is across the street Convenient location

Rooms are well appointed, staff are all great, spa is lovely, great brunch and close to the tram that takes you to Alto. Favorite place to stay in Montecatini.

At first we were surprised because the facility itself didn’t look and give us what we expected and saw at webpage , hotel has too many details that are mixed up but if you give it a chance it is really ok. The staff is very helpful and wonderfully willing to help, the room is clean and tidy. The spa is a bit too small for all the guests and there are often a lot of children in the pool and the feeling of peace and quiet is lost. The breakfast is rich and the ambiance, especially on the terrace, is great. You can feel that everyone is trying to make everything great, but for a real 5* experience, more staff and details are missing. The service is a little slower but it is really at a high level, the tea in the spa was already prepared and a little bitter, the only thing that bothered me was that they didn't refill the instant coffee in the room every day.

Generally nice place, but expected more from 5*. Breakfast was delicious, with a lot of choices, loved fresh juices.

Cleanliness- the glasses at breakfast were not very clean, as well as the whole hotel (windows you could not see through when the sun shines through them, rests of food on carpet - not vacuumed even next day). Spa/ wellness area was disappointing.
