Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Nicely located right at the beach and very friendly staff. The breakfast is also very nice and has the best views. We had a private Jacuzzi. The size of the suite is massive and includes a full kitchen.
We had the Superior Suite 1, which was great for us as a family but the ocean view is very very limited from it. It is on the ground floor and you have some far away ocean view. However, the main view is blocked by a wooden wall. The private Jacuzzi is nice but visible from multiple different other rooms. The main bedroom only has a bathtub, no shower und the shower in the other room is quite old and the water does not drain correctly anymore.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Die Lage des kleinen Hotels ist sehr schön direkt am Meer. Wir hatten zu 5 die Familiensuite mit Jacuzzi, was natürlich ein Highlight war. Das Personal war unheimlich freundlich und bemüht.
Einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass man das Wohnzimmer, in dem die Schlafcouch stand nicht richtig verdunkeln konnte und man auch vom äußeren Gang hineinschauen konnte.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Gute Lage mit Top Ausstattung. Whirlpool draussen, beheizt. Super Aussicht vom Garten zum Meer mit Sonnenaufgang. Wir wurden upgegradet, somit hatten wir diese einmalige Aussicht. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Nach Mossel Bay fährt man ca. 15 min, ist aber kein Problem für uns gewesen!

The hotel exceeded every expectation with spotless and beautifully designed rooms, outstanding service, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home immediately. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. The location, facilities, comfort, and attention to detail were all world-class, and it truly felt like a luxury experience in every way. We left with unforgettable memories and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough — easily one of the best stays we have ever had.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Amazing over-night stay. Getting in the hot-tub overlooking the beach was amazing. I also booked the room with the hot-tub. Beach was stunning - was saw about 50 dolphins when walking in the morning. It was fantastic. Rooms and beds were all great. My daughter left something in the room and the management kept it so we could collect it a few days later. Would definitely visit again.
Not much. The hot-tub for our room wasn't ready but they sorted it out by the time we were back from dinner so happy with the way it was dealt with.

Der Fußboden im Zimmer und Badezimmer hätte sauberer sein können.

Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de restauration pour le dîner. Il faut prévoir son repas pour le soir. Toutefois, le personnel vous donnera de bon conseil pour trouver un restaurant ou pizzeria.

Потрясающий вид на океан с веранды. Вкусный завтрак по меню и приятные цены в мини-баре. Тихая и безопасная деревня вокруг.
До ближайших ресторанов и супермаркетов около 30 минут пешком, поэтому удобнее передвигаться на автомобиле.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unsere Kinder haben den direkten Zugang zum Stand geliebt. Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und toll zubereitet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten etwas vergessen und es wurde für uns aufbewahrt, bis wir es auf unserem Rückweg wieder abholen konnten. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
Für uns war alles bestens. Wichtig zu wissen, die Unterkunft liegt nicht super zentral.

Perfect for a short stay as part of our travels around the Western Cape. Front desk were very helpful and friendly. Honesty bar and snacks available.
Nothing we can think of but maybe a little off of the beaten track, not much else around but that's ok when you're happy to chill and enjoy the surroundings.

Whilst we booked a room with a sea view we got a room on the side of the property which meant the sea view was limited to looking around the corner or into the distance. There wasn’t any locks on some gates between the room outdoor space so we had some other guests walk in as they tried to find their way to their room.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Die Lage in einem schönen Ortsteil, der freundliche Empfang, der Tipp für den Spaziergang mit den Löwen, was das Schönste war, was wir erleben durften und die Aussicht aufs Meer über unseren kleinen Garten
Die Schränke an sich waren leider in diesem Zimmer nicht so unser Geschmack, ebenso die fehlende Möglichkeit, sich in der Badewanne zumindest zu duschen, so dass wir alle in das zweite Bad zum Duschen gehen mussten. Außerdem war leider der Kaffee nicht besonders beim Frühstück.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Die Lage am Meer war sensationell und der Strand war ebenfalls traumhaft schön. Der Garten und das Zimmer waren auch sehr geschmackvoll.
Der Ort, in dem sich das Guesthouse befand, wirkte wie ausgestorben und irgendwie unwirklich. Da sich das Guesthouse direkt am Meer befindet, wird das Bad nie richtig sauber bzw. trocken.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026We had the presidential suite which was soo lovely! It was really clean, a huge room, big bed lots of seating to look out at the sea, balcony and large bathroom. The hot tub overlooking the beach was amazing!
We were celebrating a birthday and were also on honeymoon, before we came we were offered a selection of room packages as added extras. I booked the honeymoon package and it was confirmed. However on arrival reception said they hadn’t seen this request and didn’t have time to get it ready, they did prepare a wine in a bucket of ice but was surprised the rest wasn’t organised.

The one drawback was the distance to Mossel bay was a short drive away, too far to walk.

The room needed quite a bit of maintenance - the glass door to the bathroom wouldn’t open smoothly or without falling off! The fridge wouldn’t close properly and the cupboards were so high, we had to get a chair to get the glasses down!

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026酒店的员工非常热情，带我们进去房间介绍设施等。房间也很漂亮宽敞，还有一个很大的露台，能看到海，也有烧烤炉，但是我们没有用。房间里配备的设施非常齐全，而且还干净，我们都入住得非常舒适。另外酒店很靠近海边，步行就能到达，甚至还摆放了躺椅给大家晒太阳，酒店的设计也很有圣诞气氛，由于我们是在平安夜入住的，第二天在酒店里就感受到圣诞的气息，每个人都在说祝福！非常建议入住！
就是酒店附近没有太多的餐厅选择，要开车半小时左右才比较多餐厅，但这不算是酒店的缺点。
