The airconditioning was terrible and the sinks kept overflowing when I washed my hands. I told the staff of both issues and were dismissed as it was an every day thing. The front desk staff who answer the phone when reporting the overflow of the sinks said "Yea, it does that, just wait a little bit and it will go away" When I mentioned the issue with the AC, she said "Its because of the rain and many rooms are dealing with that, there is nothing we can do, but I can send a technician to check it" When they sent the technician up to the room to check the AC, his solutions was to bring a box fan. For a double tree to send a box fan, it is insulting.

Breakfast was good but expensive, nice resort.

We had requested a crib but none were available. This was a major problem. I KNOW they are on a first come basis , because management said it repeatedly but did nothing about it. Marriott would have gone out of there way to find one.

Check wast good. We had prepaidwith booking.com but Jesse made us pay again. Fernando tried to make it up to us by offering waiver of some fees. That was nice but we're still trying to get a refund to the value of $945usd. That's a lot of money when you need it for your holiday

The pool is good, the rooms are decent, and the hotel is nice.

However, the sun loungers by the pool were very dirty. We stayed for 3 days, and the room was not cleaned even once. They could at least have taken out the trash.

Location was lovely to be near the golf course and look out to the mountains.

House keeping did not show up 2 out of our 4 night stay. The room was a nice size, bed was comfortable but the amenities in the room could do with an update. The pro shop never answered their phone prior to our arrival so we couldn’t book golf there and ended up playing at other golf courses.

The rooms are very outdated and lacked basic hotel amenities such as a toothbrush or toothpaste, and only one bar of soap was provided. The mattress felt very old, and the carpet flooring is also outdated. At check-in, their system was down, which caused a delay. There was a noticeable smoke smell in the hallway. Although I understand it’s usually hot in this area, it was cold during our visit. Unfortunately, the heater was not working, and it was not fixed even after we informed the staff.

The scenery was beautiful! The property is very well maintained.

We didn’t get adequate information from the front desk staff about the bikes. As we began riding near the golf course, one of the residents was very rude to us and asked us where we were going. She told us bikes were not allowed. It was very uncomfortable to be spoken to in that manner. If we had been given some guidelines, we would likely have been able to avoid her confrontational behavior.

Staff was very helpful. Our room had a balcony but there was a tree that was blocking our beautiful view of the mountains and they upgraded us to a suite since we were three adults . However the pull out couch did not have a mattress only the spring , they sent up a cot for my .granddaughter . The mountain view was spectacular

They should check the rooms periodically because the chairs on the balconies were broken in both rooms and the pull out couch for our third guest had no mattress to sleep on . The air conditioning was so loud , is sounded like a jet was coming through all night .

Resort fees of $40/day are the highest I’ve ever seen. No refuting even though we are Hilton members, the golf course was closed and we don’t use the pool or workout room. They only will clean rooms every other day and didn’t say anything about that. Finally, the shower tub wouldn’t drain so you wade in standing water during the event. Too many other choices and will try a different resort next time.

Grounds r beautiful Food is uber expensive & quality needs improvement Most of the staff were great but a few issues made stay not so perfect. Rushing to catch a tour so hopped in shower & there was no soap/bath gel to be had! This is a resort with a resort fee? Complained & person at front desk was nice but stated that no one asks for full service redo blah blah All I wanted was a bar of soap! They did comply & no resort fee charged Hotel bar: served us an undrinkable margarita so sweet that we asked for an adjustment They did so & charged $9 a piece cuz they added an additional shot! BTW we twice had to interrupt her long chat with another table just to get her attention. They did adjust our bill after we complained. Bottom line: Improve ur food & perhaps a little customer service education is in order!
