Rooms- walls and floors paper thin. You hear people above walking, neighbors talking. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you. Also hate that they charge 10 for parking in the biggest lot you have ever seen in a non-urban area. Dumb.

Czysty obiekt, miała obsługa, ładny basen, podświetlony, możliwość korzystania do 22.00. W pokoju aneks kuchenny i normalne talerze, na śniadaniu już nie.

Hotel na peryferiach Palm Springs, dla posiadających samochód. Typowe dla USA, nie do pomyślenia w hotelach w Europie, śniadanie na papierowych talerzykach i z plastikowymi sztućcami. Na śniadaniu brak warzyw, wędlin i serów, typowe dla Amerykanów pieczone ziemniaki, tosty, gofry i kiepskiej jakości kawa. Brak obsługi w trakcie śniadania.

Früher Check in möglich, kleine Küchenzeile mit Kochmöglichkeit und Spülmaschine. Bequeme Betten. Poolbereich. Parkmöglichkeiten. Frühstück war in Ordnung

Parkmöglichkeiten mit wenig Schatten. Keine direkten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( nur mit Auto 5 Minuten)

There is a laundry room.

The breakfast was ok. But the tables were dirty from the previous guests, just breadcrumbs. A little wipe after use woud have made a whole lot of difference with just a small effort.

Large warm swimming pool, nice breakfast, fourth-floor room with swell view of the mountains.

There was trash around the pool area and the towel supply was not properly maintained.

The air conditioning in the room was so loud so every time it kicked on, it woke us up.

Son emplacement calme et proche du golf avec vue sur les montagnes et les installations autour de la piscine (grill, brasero) offrent un vrai esprit de vacances. Les chambres sont équipées d’une cuisine. La literie est très confortable.

La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Our room was big! We had a separate living room and bedroom! They also upgraded the second room to a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! They also had one of the rooms ready early!

Room size but during my entire stay, nobody installed the promised ice maker in my fridge even though I reported it missing and requested they install one (the wiring was there but the ice maker had been removed). Nothing happened unfortunately despite repeated promises by the front desk that an ice maker would be reinstalled (Room 412). I loved the location (quiet and safe) as well as the pool and the fire place by the pool. Breakfast could have been much better with more pastries like croissants, sliced cheese etc. I would definitely come back again.

Staff members never installed the promised missing ice maker in my room - not fair at all.

Housekeeping not dependable.

Breakfast was "meh" but they never ran out of anything. Eggs could have been a little better quality. My room was comfortable with a mini kitchenette and decent TV (not a lot of channels, though).

Located between Palm Springs and Desert Hot Springs, the location was perfect for us. it was golf course adjacent and away from major traffic. The breakfast choices were numerous, varied and well prepared. Very nice outdoor pool. The bed was comfortable and kitchen well appointed.

The room needed more USB ports or accessible plugs. The bathroom could use more than 2 hooks. The dresser was very close to the foot of the bed, requiring a careful exit from the bed. The app indicates there is parking but doesn't specify it's an extra $10 per night. Our room was oddly humid for the desert - thank goodness the windows open slightly and there is a continuous fan feature in the htg/AC unit.

The breakfast was very good. They ran out of food, but refilled it instantly. The pool was very nice. They added a couple of umbrellas for shade. They accommodated us with a top floor room. The receptionist was very nice.

The fourth floor, when we got there, smelled a little bit.

The hotel location is very good. Facilities are very good maintained. Breakfast is great.

Great Location.

This is a refurbished resort converted into a Homewood Suites. It has a large number of rooms and was very busy during our stay. Breakfast facilities were well below par and simply not sufficiently scaled to the large number of rooms. In fact breakfast was completely overcrowded, no place to sit, constant food shortages and other problems. Quite disappointing overall. The room was small and showed it's age despite renovations. The additional charge for parking is unacceptable at this location with ample parking space. One particular staff member at the reception was not very friendly nor service oriented which was surprising and not what one would expect at the usually very good service levels at Homewood suites in our experience.

We cx and re schedule 4 days ahead plenty before sour stay in the cx window we were told to call the hotel I did they said call booking booking did nothing for me I still have to resolve it we paid the reservation we cx and the one we had to make to stay there you two need to communicate better I did what the agreement stated but didn’t receive 206-909-7257 call me

When we walked into our room it smelled. We had to go buy deodorizer and keep spraying it the whole time we were there.

Room was nice had elderly mother traveling with me. Room accommodations were perfect for her overall property very nice.

Easy check in.

The room was not clean, small and old furnishings. I had just stayed at the LaQuinta property and this hotel did not compare and was more expensive. I only moved hotels to be closer to the airport but there was no shuttle so had to hire an UBER. After getting home I was charged for parking. I did not have a car and now must try and get my money back.

It is completely stupid to charge for parking! It’s out in the middle of nowhere and there is plenty of room to park. I resented being treated like an idiot my the property’s management on this matter.

The breakfast was great. The selection of food was better than we expected 😋

Enjoyable stay

All in all, everything was great, but the faucet in the kitchen was leaking and every time you would flush the toilet it made a loud screeching noise for about 20 seconds. Besides those two things, we really enjoyed our stay

Room: We chose a Clean Room with 2 Queen Beds, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The firmness of the beds and the softness of the pillows were just perfect. Staff: We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, so the room wasn’t ready yet. However, the staff kindly offered to prepare the room as soon as possible and called us once it was ready. Wi-Fi: While waiting in the lobby for our room, we were able to use the promotional Wi-Fi. After entering the room, we used the in-room Wi-Fi, and the connection speed was smooth with no noticeable issues. Breakfast: We went to breakfast early in the morning, but it was already quite crowded. However, turnover was quick, so we had no problem finding a seat. The breakfast offered plenty of hot meals and coffee for two adults, and we were very satisfied. Overall: We chose this hotel because it’s dog-friendly, and our beloved dog also had a comfortable and pleasant stay. 🐶💕

Very clean. Facility is well taken care of. Fitness room, laundry and pool all were in good condition. You pay for parking which seems wild but we get coin where we can

The property was good in a great location, the pool was nice.The breakfast in the morning was nice.Not a bad selection for free.The problems we had there was all the unenjoyable pot smoking riff Raff that would be hanging out around the pool area and outdoor smoking section. The fire table was never turned on probably because it was full of cigarette butts and marijuana roaches. While we were enjoying the beautiful sun laying on a sun lounger by the pool, there was often a strong waft of pot.Smoke at one point.We looked over and saw a gentleman actually smoking a huge doobie right in the pool. And no i'm not joking. The other things that we're not enjoyable is that we had to ask for toiletries and restocks on the room.They were not just given or done like they should have been, you actually had to ask. There were some renovations done in the hotel that you could tell were done very cheaply or by non certified contractors.I would say, definitely not hilton expectation or quality.

Breakfast was a good selection. However the room was not ready when we checked in and we had to wait a hour and a half. Then we were placed in a room that we didn't book. We booked a two king suite and were placed in a king and full suite. TV in room didn't work
