I didn’t like soft mattress. I slept on the floor on my yoga mat and a few blankets that i carried with me. Mattress ruined that couple night we stayed in the hotel

Only non dairy alternative milk at breakfast was almond milk. It’s so easy to provide oat milk and fewer people are allergic to oats.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Het is een mooi complex, alles is netjes en schoon. Het ontbijt is iets gezonder dan vele andere Amerikaanse hotels. Is niet heel kort bij de west ingang van Joshua tree park. Ongeveer 45 minuten rijden.
Er zijn bijna geen faciliteiten in de kamer, geen waterkoker, geen koffiezetapparaat, geen kluisje.

And I stayed in the room from 2am - 10:45am just under 9 hours it didn't seem fair, but I didn't waste my time complaining.
The price. The product doesn't fit the price. The price is more market rate. Then service value.

We'll when I checked in I was informed by the front desk clerk, that because I used your service to book my stay, they could not give me my rewards points. I WASN'T EVEN AWARE THAT I WAS BOOKING THROUGH YOU. NEXT TIME I WILL JUST CALL THE HOTEL DIRECTLY TO MAKE SURE I GET MY REWARD POINTS. Very disappointing and stupid on my part not to have checked first. Left before breakfast. Toilet was stopped up when I used it the following morning, that was really disappointing. Especially since I was leaving so early.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026This location sucks. The staff were rude as hell. The location is rather close to the freeway so is very convenient. Breakfast sucked because I didn’t eat there because I didn’t stay there. I really want a refund now from booking .com because I paid for a room that I wasn’t allowed to stay in.
I did not like being put on a do no rent list by hotel staff and yet was not informed about it.
