Location is good. Staff are friendly

The hotel is becoming pretty old and needs maintenance, beds were not comfortable, shower was too hot, shower water mixer was broken is 2 different rooms I went to. The noise and the banging of doors at night is unbelievably loud and disturbs the sleep, that also happens during the day.

Great location, not too far from Tree Town or LK Metro. The hotel is modern, recently renovated, and impeccably clean from the lobby onwards. Spacious room with a nice TV, desk, wardrobe and comfortable bed, plus a spacious bathroom with shower. Small rooftop pool and a well-equipped gym. Breakfast was really good and complete. Service was precise and attentive, housekeeping thorough, reception staff always helpful, and they offer handy tour/transport packages (Bangkok/Pattaya airport transfers, Khao Chi Chan, Sanctuary of Truth). My room faced the back and was very quiet.

Nothing to complain about — the only small note is that the rooftop pool isn't available in the evening.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to all kinds of transportation, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel is quite clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is decent with a good selection. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to JahAe, Aum, and Champ for their excellent service and hospitality. They really made our stay more enjoyable.

Staff at check-in was not smile, just like a robot. Hotel cleanliness is good. Good smell in guest room. Woman staff at egg station during breakfast is quite aggressive to Thai guest when asking the order, please improve. Not return due to this manner.

If you are with family, it's the worst location. Very tight rooms. Booked me for 2 adults and a kid in one room, whereas the room was good for only one adult. And imagine side lamp right in the middle of the bed rather then on side.

It was an excellent stay, as expected from Holiday Inn. The room was neat, clean, well-maintained, and offered sufficient space. The hotel’s location was convenient, and all the facilities were excellent. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.

The only area I feel could be improved is the breakfast. While the overall quality was good, the options were somewhat limited and the spread could be more extensive. In particular, the Indian breakfast choices could be enhanced in terms of both variety and taste, especially to cater to Indian guests. I personally enjoy European and Thai cuisine as well, but I feel a slightly better and more diverse breakfast spread would be more in line with the standards one would expect from Holiday Inn. Apart from this, everything else was very good, and I had an excellent overall experience.

Spent two night here. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. And it was surprisingly quiet for being right on Soi Bakau. The breakfast was fantastic and the coffee was good. I am an IHG member and have stayed at many IHG properties over the years. Unfortunately, my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Pattaya Central was, without question, the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had with the IHG brand. 1. The property urgently needs a complete renovation. The room looked old, worn out, and poorly maintained. Paint was peeling from multiple areas, and there were numerous signs of water damage and leaks throughout the room. 2. Bathroom cleanliness was unacceptable. There was visible mold in several areas of the bathroom, the mirror had water stains that had clearly not been cleaned, and the overall condition made the bathroom feel unhygienic rather than welcoming. 3. Extremely poor housekeeping. Despite requesting fresh bed sheets two to three times, they were never replaced during my stay. The housekeeping staff appeared uninterested in addressing concerns, making the experience even more frustrating. 4. Dirty bed and furniture. The bed sheets did not appear to have been properly changed before my arrival. The desk had stains from water bottles or other drinks that remained there throughout my stay, even after housekeeping visited multiple times. 5. Bed bug concerns. I experienced what appeared to be bed bug issues during my stay, which was extremely disturbing. I have photographs documenting the condition of the room and bedding. 6. Terrible water pressure. The shower water pressure was so weak that taking a proper shower became unnecessarily time-consuming and inconvenient. 7. Lobby and common areas were poorly maintained. The lobby air conditioning was either not functioning properly or was ineffective. There was an unpleasant odor throughout the lobby, and the carpets looked extremely dirty, as though they had not been properly cleaned or vacuumed for a very long time. 8. Dirty rug inside the room. The small rug in the room had numerous stains and an unpleasant smell, making it feel unhygienic. The only positive aspect of my stay was the front desk staff. They were polite, courteous, and professional throughout my interactions. Unfortunately, their excellent attitude could not make up for the poor condition of the property. I understand that this is a Holiday Inn Express and not a luxury hotel. My expectations were reasonable. However, I do expect a clean, hygienic, and properly maintained room that meets the standards associated with the IHG brand. Based on my experience, I find it difficult to understand how this property continues to operate under the Holiday Inn Express and IHG name without significant improvements. As a loyal IHG member, I believe this property falls well below the standards I have come to expect from the brand. I have photographs documenting the issues described above and am happy to provide them if required. Given the overall condition of the room, the repeated housekeeping failures, and the significant impact these issues had on my stay, I respectfully request that IHG review my case and provide appropriate compensation, including consideration of a refund. I sincerely hope IHG investigates this property and takes the necessary corrective actions so that future guests do not have the same disappointing experience.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff are very nice and polite throughout our stay. They upgraded our room from sea view to ocean view without extra payment. Breakfast was also superb.

The happy hour promotion wasn't visible to the guest.

수영장 운영시간이 조금 더 늘어났으면 하는 바람이 있습니다. 8시까지여서 저녁을 먹고 들어오면 이용하기가 힘든 시간대라고 생각이 듭니다.

I’ve stayed at this establishment multiple times dating back to when the hotel initially commenced operations. I have to say, the hotel is showing it’s wear. Positives: The highlight are the friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast which includes a salad bar. Negatives: Small room. Small bathroom. Bed linens are worn and have a tint of yellow. Gym equipment is worn. Pool was closed when I was there.

The room was very clean, although there wasn't much of a view due to the hotel's location in a busy area. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from.

The air conditioning only cooled the room to around 25°C. Although a handyman came to inspect and repair it, the issue remained unresolved throughout the night.

I really loved my stay in Holiday Inn Express Hotel Pattaya. Will stay again there if I go there. Room was good, cleaned daily. Air-conditioning was excellent and Staff attitude is superb. They even sent me a birthday cake to my room. Breakfast was way beyond my expectations.

Chair for laptop table can be more more comfortable. I could not sit on longer to do my work.
