Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Jak ktoś ma kilkunastogodzinną przesiadkę w Singapurze, tak jak my, to jest to tańsza alternatywa dla hoteli lotniskowych. Hotel znajduje się w pobliżu przesiadkowej stacji Tanah Merah, 2 przystanki metrem od lotniska. Udało nam się zarówno pozwiedzać trochę Singapur, jak i wyspać się przed dalszym lotem. Dodatkowo otrzymaliśmy bezpłatny upgrade. Zamiast pokoju bez okna, jaki zamówiliśmy, otrzymaliśmy pokój z oknem, a zatem bardzo na plus.
Łazienka w pokoju jest bardzo mała. Prysznic i toaleta są w tym samym miejscu. Poza tym z węża od prysznica leje się woda, więc ten element jest do poprawy.

The room was about the size of a big closet and the mattress was uncomfortable. For the same money you could do far better - but you would be much further away from Changi Airport.

내인생 최악의 호텔임 가격이 싸지도않지만 3인실 방을예약했는데 1인실 방인줄알았어요 종업원도 열쇠만주고는 나오지도않고......샤워실도 무슨 움직이기도힘들정도로 좁아서 겨우 씻었습니다 암튼 제가 느낀바로는 또 가고싶진않습니다

Very hard to find it. Taxi driver was drawing around forever, obviously cost me more in fees. I had to call the property so they come Down to meet me. The room had no windows. Quite noisey to sleep. I don’t know where the noise came From. I have been beaten by some sort of bugs. My body is covered in bites and very itchy.

Este 11 körül érkeztünk és fürdés után alvás jött. 1,5 óra múlva arra keltünk hogy ágyipoloskák csíptek meg. Az egész testem teli van csípésekkel amik nagyon fájnak. Féltünk, hogy elviszünk belőle így mindent kimostunj gyorsan de ez elfogadhatatlan. A szállás pici az ágy kényelmetlen, a fürdő katasztrófa. A személyzet segítőkész volt és fogadták a panaszunkat teljes visszatérítést ígérve, ezt várjuk jelenleg.

Ridden with bed bugs, both dead and alive crawling over the mattress and on the window sill. The pillows were stained and smelt mouldy. We suspect the stains on pillows were blood stains from bed bug bites.. Had to book the Dorsett at 2130, which was amazing compared to Q loft.. Q loft not fit for human occupancy.

More like an air b and b Basic room converted with comfortable clean bed on the floor …shower works but not designed as a wet room everywhere is wet after Very quick shower.sink not positioned properly as you can’t bend you head without hitting the shelf above. I was very tired so had a good sleep …no eating facilities …have to go out for breakfast …surrounded by Asian cafes if that suits your diet. Adding in price of taxi to and from plus cost of room not worth it for me this time

As soon as you enter the room, it smells moldy. Soooo many bed bugs and the room wasn't clean, lots of spider webs on the ceiling. The floor is very sticky too.
