De host was uiterst behulpzaam. Gaf veel nuttige tips. Als welkomst drankje stond een karaf Raki klaar. Al vroegtijdig werd ons gevraagd hoe laat we op de accommodatie verwachten aan te komen. Bij aankomst werden wij al opgewacht door een personeelslid , die ons uitlegde waar we het beste de auto konden parkeren. Parkeergelegenheid is ter plaatse redelijk schaars. Zeer behulpzaam. Deze plek is een echte aanrader. Het is er uitermate schoon en proper.

Camera con vista stupenda. Grande e dotata di tutti i comfort. Propietaria gentilissima e molto generosa. Abbiamo apprezzato anche i suoi pensieri di fine vacanza oltre ai suoi mille consigli su spiagge e posti da visitare

Le camere sono un po datate ma dotate di tutti i comfort, putroppo però ci siamo trovati un giorno dei manutentori senza che nessuno ci avesse avvisato, seppur apprezzabile il fatto che abbiano sistemato la finestra che era scomoda da aprire. La pulizia della camera seppur buona nel complesso è risultata insufficiente. Polvere e ragnatele sotto al letto erano segno che la pulizia in alcuni punti sia fatta molto di rado

Belleview Suites is the perfect place for a family or couples stay in beautiful Agios . Spacious apartments , kept immaculate by super staff. Great pool and roof terrace to look out onto the bay . When we arrived , late at night , the owner was there to meet us with a splendid home made pie and some Raki . Water in the fridge and coffee cartridges for the Nespresso. We have been coming to Agios for 20 + years and have stayed in a few places , Belleview tops the lot . 10/10 . Many thanks from Phil , Julia and the rest of our family who had a fabulous time .

Amazing property - we booked the executive apartment which was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 teens (proper beds for the teens). Stunning view from the terrace and well kept pool area. Very well located for restaurants, beaches etc although bear in mind there are a lot of steps/slopes. The place was very clean and cleaned regularly. We were welcomed by Fotini who told us lots about the local area and made some excellent recommendations. Lori was great and arranged a late check out room

Fontini and other staff are lovely, friendly and accommodating. Apartment is in the quiet area of the town but short walking distance to anything you may need. Fantastic beach within 5 min walk. Two large supermarkets within 10 min walk. Bus station about 7min walk. Main town with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within 10min walk. Good pool area, almost never busy. Apartment is great. We stayed in one of the nearly refurbished one, and it was beautiful. Regular cleaning. Good advice on what you can visit ect. Host left welcome present in the apartment on check-in and thank you for staying on check-out. Really can't fault it. We had great time!

140 steps down to the beach which you need to climb back up 🤣 Area is very hilly, so be prepared to climb lots of stairs everywhere and go up the hill pretty much all over the town.

Logement très agréable et bien équipé. Nous étions près de la piscine en rdc surélevé mais un peu en retrait et à l'ombre ce qui était très appréciable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et nous avons pu utiliser la machine à laver disponible dans le logement. La piscine est un plus mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisée car il y a une petite plage à 5 mn très agréable et très propre. Accueil charmant de la part de Lorry qui gérait notre appartement. Merci pour le petit cadeau de fin de séjour !

RAS. Attention cependant si vous avez du mal à marcher, l'appartement est situé en hauteur par rapport à la plage et au centre ville, il faut donc être capable de monter des côtes assez raide.

A good apartment in an excellent location, close to the city centre and the beach. The staff was very helpful and always available when needed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this apartment for its convenient location and friendly service.

There are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the air conditioning, the windows, and the cooking hob, which would make the apartment even more comfortable.

Pour aller a la mer a pied 10 mn mais il faut savoir que la montée est hard beaucoup de marche .pour personne âgé ou pas trop sportif sa grimpe mais reste faisable

Depuis la terasse de l'appartement la vue était magnifique. L'appartement est meublé avec goût et très fonctionnel. La gérante de l'établissement est très accueillante, donne plein de conseils et elle est au petit soin.

Très bel appartement propre, grand et fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique . Notre hôte nous a bien renseignés sur les restaurants de la ville et les lieux à visiter . Ágios Nikolaos est une très jolie ville à ne pas manquer . Nous reviendrons ici sans hésiter.

Fantastyczny obiekt w świetnej lokalizacji i ten basen w którym można było się zrelaksować. Cudne widoki na morze rano i wieczorem. Fantastyczna właścicielka, która zapoznała nas ze wszystkimi atrakcjami miasta i okolic. Super wyposażony apartament, w którym można prawdziwie wypocząć.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die kleinen Pflanzen und die schöne Dekoration haben eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre geschaffen. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen herzlich und hat uns ein Zimmer mit wunderschönem Meerblick gegeben. Besonders gefreut haben uns die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie das leckere Gebäck mit kretischem Schnaps zur Begrüßung und das kleine Abschiedsgeschenk mit hochwertigem Olivenöl. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Eine Bäckerei befindet sich direkt um die Ecke, und auch die Restaurants sowie die kleinen Einkaufsstraßen sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr schön und mit Kindern besonders praktisch!

Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt war, dass die Unterkunft vom Gang her etwas ringhörig war. Uns hat das jedoch nicht besonders gestört und unseren Aufenthalt kaum beeinträchtigt.

La propriétaire nous a accueilli avec une bonne tarte à la feta, bouteilles d'eau, etc...et nous a donné de très nombreuses recommandations sur les endroits à visiter, en nous donnant de nombreuses cartes pour visiter Agios Nikolaos et ses environs. Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, et très bonne literie. Super piscine. Très bien placé pour aller à pieds à Agios Nikolaos (10'). Je recommande :)

La casa molto accongliente, pulita e ben accessoriata di ogni cosa, dalla macchinetta del caffè stile nespresso, alla lavatrice...pulizia ottima e personale super top, Lorry e il titolare della struttura sono stati super carini, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa...la piscina bellissima anche se abbiamo preferito la.spiaggia di Voulisma che è stata nei giorni in cui siamo stati splendita. La casa di trovava a 450m dal centro di Agios Nikolaos 8 minuti a piedi.

Bel posto, monolocale attrezzato, personale disponibile e molto gentili Grazie Lori.

Splendida struttura, dotata di appartamenti di varie misure, completi di ogni confort e agio. La piscina rappresenta un valore aggiunto e la posizione dell'edificio consente di avere a pochi passi mare, centro storico, lago e spiaggia di sabbia o roccia.

Stanza pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Noi avevamo scelto di avere anche la terrazza vista mare che era molto grande e con vista stupenda. Staff cordiale e gentile. Ci hanno anche fatto trovare un piccolo pensierino in camera la sera prima del check out, super apprezzato!

Bellevue Suites felt like coming back to your holiday home. The property was always spotless, and we had the bonus of the team servicing the apartment each day, which was unexpected. There was always coffee topped up etc. Miss Fontini the owner greeted us, told us some of her top spots and made sure we had everything we needed, she even dropped off a bottle of wine for us! The location was perfect - 2 minutes down the steps to the beach, 10 minutes into the centre, 2 minutes from the shop. Right next to a fantastic bakery and butchers. The pool always had space, and often we were the only ones round it! The apartment was super comfortable, lots of storage, space and we cooked often and sat on our balcony with supper - it was really perfect.

Caloroso benvenuto della padrona di casa fotini che ci ha illustrato tutte le bellezze di san nicoló e dintorni , illustrandoci anche le varie strade da percorrere e organizzandoci le giornate con le escursioni addirittura , soprattutto sono state utilissime le sue recensioni sui ristoranti che ci hanno permesso di provare e trovare quelli autentici del luogo e non le classiche trappole per turisti

Toppenbra läge, lugnt men men ändå centralt. Nära busstationen, super market och ett bageri bara tvärs över gatan. Den finaste stranden låg också nära. Fin utsikt. Rätt så stora ytor och jättestor balkong/terass med pool- och havsutsikt. Allting fanns i köket, till och med kaffe och te samt tvättmedel och lite kryddor. Fotini är jättegullig och gav oss massor av tips och till och med välkomstsnacks och en avskedsgåva. Bra att veta att det är en hel del backar/trappor för att komma till boendet från stranden och centrala Agios Nikolaos men det var inga problem för oss.

Städerskan jobbar hårt men hinner inte med allt. Vårt rum fick bara nya lakan två gånger på två veckor fast jag tror det skulle vara var tredje dag. Hon behöver en kollega tror jag för att mäkta med allt när det är fullbokat.

Très bon accueil avec des conseils avisés de notre hôte pour découvrir Agios et ses alentours. l'appartement très bien équipé est idéalement situé à quelques minutes de l'épicentre de la ville. Très facile de se garer au pied de l'immeuble.

Die Unterkunft war individuell,super Lage,sehr nette Gastgeberin,die immer ansprechbar war. Parkplatz ,Bäcker und Supermarkt in der Nähe ... man konnte zu Fuß in die Altstadt laufen ...zum Abschied gab es ein kleines landestypisches Geschenk ..wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

We went to amazing beaches. Obviously, Voulisma but our favourite was Almoudara! You need to visit Panos at Chryofyllis. His food is amazing!! Over and beyond. Also please visit Eva traditional! Best boat trip ever. She's in Elounda. 50 euros for an incredible experience. 3 hours.. she taught us how to fish, and then whilst you go swimming they cook the fish that you caught! Lovely meal 😋 The bed was excellent for us. The cleaning was excellent. Super lovely place to be with an incredibley good price 👍 Thank you, again for your lovely notes, welcoming gifts and departing gifts 😘 We didn't have a pen to write something lovely back! Ci siamo trovati benissimo,la proprietaria gentile e disponibile,pulizie svolte regolarmente, la piscina un plus. Nell’appartamento c’era tutto come fosse quasi casa tua.asciugacapelli,bollitore forno girnelli padelle olio sale aceto,insomma non mancava nulla! Ultimo ma non ultimo prezzo super ragionevole,eravamo in zona centrale a due passi dal lungomare e per noi la posizione di agio nikolaos ci ha permesso di vedere una bella fetta di isola con la comodità di un punto fisso dove tornare!

Ho visto che altri appartamenti lo avevano quindi non lo considero una pecca ma solo una dimenticanza..uno scopa ed una paletta per dare una sistemata alla sabbia che inevitabilmente ci si porta a casa ogni giorno

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host was very kind, welcoming us personally. Amazing balcony and view, great location - close to the centre and our favourite beach. Very clean and comfortable! The host was so kind and allowed us a late checkout as well.

Fotini was the perfect host. The room was big and very clean. Excellent view from the balcony.

Having the shower over the bath meant climbing in and out. A grab handle would be useful for us more elderly guests. Although the accommodation is only 10 minute walk from the town centre, it would not be suitable for less mobile people, as the location is in a hilly part of town.

Fotini gave me a super welcome and although I was looking forward to doing nothing but sunbathe for 5 days, she went through all the recommended restaurants, beaches, car excursions etc. I had enough material to last me a good 2 weeks, she had so much enthusiasm and wanted for me to see the real Cretan villages and not just the resort. On my return to the UK, I had an 00:45 flight from Heraklion and she generously let me use the room until I had to leave to get back to the airport, this was without any extra charge; this was very kind of her, probably upset the cleaning schedule but made my last day so much more relaxing. Pool area (lots of sunbeds) also very clean along with cleaning standards in general. She also gave me a bag of local herbs to use for grilling meat and left a note on my door handle reassuring me that I could use the room that day for as long as I wanted. She is now my Greek mother and I look forward to seeing her again.

Maybe a smart TV so I could log into Netflix. But used my laptop instead.

Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Regelmatig, elke 2 dagen , schone handdoeken en lakens, leegmaken afvalemmers. Mooi zeezicht. Fijn balkon maar ook zwembad met wat windluwe plekken. Buiten de drukte van centrum, maar 5 minuten lopen. Zeer gemeend Vriendelijke mensen. Zowel in supermarkt en horeca.

Agios Nikolaos is gezellig maar heuvelachtig. Dus flinke trappen of steile hellingen. Tijdens onze tijd ook nog flink wat wind, maar dat zal in zomerperiode minder zijn.

Rustige locatie, fijn balkon om 's ochtends te ontbijten, fijn zwembad.

L'accueil a été très sympathique par Mme Fotini, avec une orientation des meilleurs restaurants de la ville, des villes et des villages à visiter. Encore un grand merci pour mes bracelets Madame Fotini pour les cadeaux d'accueil et de départ, très apprécié. La grandeur de la suite et tout l'équipement était parfait. Une vue superbe et une terrasse très grande, et la piscine...parfait.

Great location with views of the sea and harbor. Quiet spot near a park and a great bakery but an easy walk in to town for restaurants and nightlife. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming and gave a great restaurant recommendations we took advantage of one afternoon while hiking in Krista Gorge.

Kom noe sent på kvelden. Ringte å sa fra ca når jeg kom. Ble tatt imot av Fotini og hennes ektemann på beste måte. Der var mat, vann og Raki satt fram, så jeg trengte ikke å legge meg sulten. Leiligheten, terrassen samt utsikten var fantastisk.

Det var lite sol om vinteren på terrassen, men da jeg etter ei stund spurte om å få bytte til solsiden, ordnet Fotini det på et blunk 😎

The host answered soo quick whenever I had a question which was amazing! The place itself was super gorgeous with our bedroom facing the ocean! The place was clean and check-in process was super easy

The spot itself isn't that far from the city center ~ about a 15 min walk but its all downhill and uphill on the way back. I felt like everytime I left I couldnt leave in heels and always had to leave in running shoes because of the uphill walk back.

Very nice block of apartments clustered around a pool, well taken care of. Facilities all good. Location fine - 5' to the bus station, 10' to town centre - although all the town is /very/ hilly

Lovely property, very clean and comfortable. Great location, you can walk to the centre within 6-10 minutes where you will find lovely restaurants, bars, shops and beaches. Host was responsive and kind, nothing was too much trouble, would highly recommend.

No complaints, it was lovely - however, the resort itself is at the bottom of a hill, so may be difficult for wheelchair users to navigate.

Bellevue Apartments are a delightful and our host oozes hospitality on many levels. We drove her suggested circle route(s) to nearby historical sites and natural Date Palm forest. We swam at recommended beaches nearby and ate delicious Greek food. The 1 bedroom suite was spacious, quiet, had a scenic view and useful amenities (including a washing machine!). We will recommend this property to our Canadian family and friends. Thank you!

We liked everything about the property.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map and lots of suggestions of things to do. Once we found the suites they were well located and within easy walking distance of town. Parking in the streets was difficult but we were advised to park in the nearby hospital car park for 4 euro a day which worked well.

Unsere Gastgeberin Fotini hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und hatte viele Tipps zum Essen gehen und sightseeing. Zum willkommen gabs sogar ein kleines Fläschchen Raki, sowie Wasser und Nespresso Kapseln. Nicht zu vergessen der tolle Ausblick vom Balkon

Das Wasser im Pool war sehr kalt. Das Meer war gefühlte 10 Grad wärmer.

Hotellet har perfekt läge i Agios Nikolaos, nära stranden och nära centrum. Värden Fotini är helt perfekt, så välkomnande och tillmötesgående. Vi har varit här många gånger och återkommer nästa år!

Har absolut inget att klaga på. Allt fungerade som det skulle. Hotellet är bekant sedan tidigare, rummet bra och personalen sköter om sina gäster så bra.

Great location, clean & tidy apartment with a lovely pool. We received prompt replies to messages & plenty of options on where to park the hire car - thank you.

The instructions provided for check in didn't go well. We provided an arrival time, however we were told to call upon arrival & the staff member didn't answer the phone or text messages. Another staff member was telling us off because we parked 50cm over the line in front of the hotel 🤷‍♂️ Finally Fotini arrived after calling & we checked in.

The apartment was clean and the location was central. The pool area was nice.

Unfortunately we did not get the apartment we booked. Fotini said that they had made an error and classed all their apartments as superior sea/pool view but they were not. We were given an apartment that was clean but needed updating and that overlooked the busy road and noisy playground. She did offer us a villa in the countryside but we had no car so not suitable for us. We chose this place because of its central location. We did try to find somewhere else to stay but nothing was available at such short notice in our price range. If we had known about this earlier we would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. If you read the other reviews it also happened to others too. We were missold and even though Fotini tried to help she couldn't give us what we had booked. Also we had to get a plumber in as the toilet would not flush and the shower would not drain away. All in all this did ruin our holiday as we couldn't sit on our balcony due to the noise and car fumes. We have contacted booking.com over this issue.

Very nice, modern great pool lovely helpful host, serviced daily.. staff friendly and helpful gave us a cup of powder for washing machine. Close to supermarkets bakery very close. Hostess provided great information on the area, restaurants etc Bed was comfortable quiet when balcony doors closed. Nice big fridge lovely large balcony overlooking pool. Beautiful cool tiled floor

The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because the bathroom was a bit tired. Nothing serious it was clean and functional just showing wear and tear. Parking a bit of a challenge but no different from other properties across Crete

Parkování na přilehlém místě zdarma téměř nemožné i koncem září. Jezdíte, kroužíte, hledáte, ale skoro marně. To jediné se nám nelíbilo.

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf Meer und Pool. Sehr sauber. Elina hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns super Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt.

La posizione è ideale, vicinissima ad una delle spiagge della città. La stanza è spaziosa. La proprietaria Fotini è super gentile e accogliente.

The location was perfect for access into the town by walking and travelling out via car. The property is very responsive to messages. The recommendations for restaurants and places to visit were exceptional. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This is a nice little hotel, safe and quiet. Communication with manager was easy and very responsive
