Close to the seaside. The higher the room number, you have to go down the stairs

Hard and uncomfortable pillows, strong chemical smell in the room from bugs or whaterver, constant drops in the sink because the tap is not ok, the hook in the shower is broken, so you have wash by holding shower in one hand all the time. Everything is outdated, half of lamps are not working. Too much money for this place

We had a wonderful time at Eleni Studios. The location is absolutely perfect—everything you need is close by, including a bakery, shops, and many great restaurants, and it is just a short 10-minute walk to the city center. The yard is incredibly beautiful and filled with gorgeous flowers and plants.The owners were so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with great advice. Our room was spotless and cleaned regularly during our stay. There is also a nice little kitchen equipped with everything you need for some easy cooking. Highly recommended!

The WiFi in our particular corner room was a bit weak (though it seemed fine elsewhere), but it was honestly a great excuse to unplug and enjoy the vacation. We loved our stay!

L’appartement est très bien situé à 10min à pied du centre ville, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et l’appartement contient ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner.

Le balcon annoncé était un peu petit pour pouvoir manger c’est dommage mais ça reste agréable d’avoir un accès à l’extérieur !

Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage und die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und herzlich. Alles war unkompliziert und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 😊 Wer hier ist, sollte unbedingt im Restaurant Krikri essen gehen – absolut empfehlenswert! 🇬🇷❤️

Poche prese di corrente, piastra per cucinare vecchia e assolutamente non a norma, come l'assiugacapelli in bagno assolutamente da non usare perché ha fili della corrente scoperti molto pericoloso

Είναι σε καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρό και λογική τιμή για όσα προσφέρει. Επίσης πολύ φιλικός οικοδεσπότης.

Δεν υπάρχουν παντζούρια, βέβαια έχει χοντρές κουρτίνες που μπλοκάρουν καλά το φως αλλά και πάλι μετά τις 7 το πρωί το δωμάτιο φωτίζεται και σε ξυπνάει αν είσαι λίγο ευαίσθητος στο φως. Επίσης δεν είχε κοντά στο κρεβάτι πρίζα. Δεν είναι κάποιο μείζων ζήτημα απλά οφείλω να αναφέρω 2 μικρά θέματα που είχε αλλά δεν χαλούν την συνολική εμπειρία η οποία ήταν αρκετά καλή.

We spent an unforgettable vacation as a group of three at Elena Studios in Agios Nikolaos and were absolutely delighted. The location is simply perfect: the beach near the hotel seemed to us the best in town. The town itself is famous for its hills, and although walking up and down requires effort, it’s only beneficial—a great way to stretch after a delicious Greek dinner. There is also a wonderful promenade near the beach, perfect for an evening stroll. The hosts at Elena Studios deserve special thanks. They were so warm, attentive, and welcoming that we felt like we were visiting not a hotel, but rather long-lost, very close relatives. The hotel grounds are a truly blooming garden that is carefully maintained. Everything is clean, green, and very beautiful. The rooms are cozy and kept in perfect order. Our room had a wonderful sea view. There is also a pool where you can pleasantly refresh yourself, and a quiet area for sunbathing where no one disturbs your rest. The town of Agios Nikolaos enchants with its atmosphere, wonderful shops, and a market. We recommend Elena Studios for a quiet and cozy family vacation.

Gospodarz i lokalizacja super. Czysty basen. Blisko duże sklepy, super restauracje i plaże.

W naszym apartamencie znaleźliśmy robaki chodzace po prześcieradle - chyba to były pluskwy. Co prawda gospodarz zmienil nam od razu nasze lokum ale niesmak pozostał. Czasy świetności to miejsce ma już dawno za sobą. Kuchnia słabo wyposażona, łazienka mała a drzwi do łazienki nie zamykają się.

Eleni est très gentille, l’appartement est spacieux et propre, la climatisation marche parfaitement, bonne localisation, très bonne rapport qualité prix Merci beaucoup !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement ! Tout était réuni pour que nous nous sentions bien : un endroit agréable, propre et très bien entretenu, avec une atmosphère vraiment chaleureuse. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse des personnes sur place, toujours à l’écoute et aux petits soins. L’établissement est également très bien situé, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Ágios. Nous avons adoré pouvoir nous détendre et profiter du cadre après nos journées de découverte. Une très belle expérience du début à la fin, que nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir si nous avons l’occasion de retourner à Ágios.

La casa esta cerca de la playa de Amoodi, desde nuestra habitacion las vistas eran fantásticas, a 10 minutos a pie del centro de Agios Nikolaos. La zona es tranquila y hay cafeterías y un supermercado justo al lado. Los dueños de la casa, Yannis y Eleni, son muy agradables y atentos y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. El alojamiento es muy bonito y amplio, perfecto para una familia con 2 niños, y tiene todo lo necesario. Ademas tienen un restaurante cerca de Amoodi, el Kri Kri, donde se come super bien. La zona es perfecta para conocer la región de Lasithi. Estuvimos 6 días y sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Creta.

Está a menos de 15 minutos andando del centro. Se puede aparcar enfrente sin problema. El amfitrión ha sido siempre muy correcto. La habitación estaba muy limpia.

Appartamento ampio e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ottima la posizione per chi si sposta in auto.

Goede locatie voor travelers, makkelijk parking te vinden op de grote baan.

Douche is klein, het doek plakt constant aan je tijdens het douchen. Ook kan er veel water uit de douche ontsnappen door de doeken waardoor de badkamer nat gaat worden. De bedden lagen ook hard. Ook nergens een zwembad gezien zoals dat er op de foto staat.

This place is amazing and in a very good place. Everything you need is close by and the host is a very nice person. The view is fantastic and the pool clean, my kids loved it as well!

Struttura a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Agios Nikolaos e strategica se si vuole visitare la regione est di Creta. Molto bello il balcone vista mare e la piscina.

Il bagno purtroppo è molto piccolo.

Отличное расположение: несколько минут до моря, 5 минут до центра, радушный хозяин.

Очень маленькие номера, в душе невозможно мыться: шланг не крепится, нужно себя поливать, шторка приоипает к телу, места мало, вода выливается, утром рано вода холодная, горячей нет. К унитазу еле можно пробраться и уместиться. Плитка устаревшая. Соседей на балконе очень слышно, приватности нет. Не рекомендую.

Καθαρό, δροσερό, δεν χρειάστηκε να ανοίξουμε κλιματιστικό, βρίσκεις εύκολα να παρκάρεις μπροστά στο σπίτι, ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ γλυκός άνθρωπος,ευγενεστατος ,πρόθυμος και εξυπηρετικος.

Θα ηθελα να είχε ενα πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά και κρεμάστρες για τις πετσέτες στο μπάνιο.

La proximité de la gare routière, la plage d'Amoudi juste a coté, le supermarché en face. Les studios sont bien équipés en vaisselle et pour se faire des œufs durs et des pâtes. Il y a une navette gratuite a la gare routière d'Agios Nicholas pour aller dans le centre ville. Regarder le panneau d'affichage dans la gare. Je n'ai pas testé la piscine. J'étais au 2eme sous sol et c'était très bien. Il y a un ascenseur.

Tout était bien.

La struttura ha il sapore d’altri tempi, a cominciare dal giardino antistante pieno zeppo di piante grasse stupende. L’appartamentino è piccolo ma comodo e la camera doppia sul soppalco con una veduta magnifica del mare davvero strepitosa. Letti comodi. Ciao

C’était vraiment un très très bon séjour. Nous avons adoré cet appartement. La vue sur la mer, le balcon. L’emplacement. L’hôte a répondu à toutes nos demandes avec gentillesse et rapidité. C’est un lieu authentique, certains ont noté dans les commentaires que c’était « vieillot » mais il faut savoir ce qu’on veut de l’authenticité ou du copié/collé (ce qu’on trouve dans les hôtels de style « intercontinental » qui sont identiques dans n’importe quelle ville où nous nous trouvons). Ici c’est un endroit unique, que nous avons adoré aussi pour son caractère unique, comme si nous étions invités dans de la famille grecque! Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.

La location au niveau -3 ,sa manquait de lumière,les fenêtres étaient au raz de la route et nous était impossible de laisser les rideaux ouvert nous laissant avec la lumière en plein jour et rideaux ouvert nous laisser aucune intimité

Camera bella con vista mare! Faceva caldo nel periodo del nostro soggiorno qui, ma non abbiamo avuto bisogno dell’aria condizionata… L.aria fresca dal mare rinfrescava la stanza!Tutto come descritto. Proprietario molto accogliente, un bel hotel con tantissime piante bellissime al ingresso! Da ritornare assolutamente!

Mi è dispiaciuta la mancanza del ferro da stiro.

Det var över möblerat och behöver renoveras. Det var udda utrustning och ingen kom och tog hand om skräpet det fick man be om. Balkongen var jätte liten.

Mancava un piccolo asciugacapelli, doccia piccola; tutto all'essenziale.

Το μόνο θετικό είναι ότι το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται κοντά στο σταθμό των ΚΤΕΛ και σε διάφορα Super Markets, και ότι τα δωμάτια είναι αρκετά ευρύχωρα.

Το βασικότερο αρνητικό ήταν η καθαριότητα του καταλύματος. Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά βρώμικο, σκόνη παντού, γλίτσα στα έπιπλα, όλα τα ντουλάπια της κουζίνας είχαν μέσα σκόνη και σκουπιδάκια, και τα σκεύη της κουζίνας ήταν βρώμικα. Ακόμα και το σφουγγάρι που υπήρχε για να πλύνεις τα πιάτα ήταν λερωμένο. Η ντουλάπα αν και ευρύχωρη, είχε αρκετή σκόνη στο εσωτερικό της, και τα σύρματα που υπήρχαν στο μπαλκονάκι για να απλώσεις τα ρούχα σου και τις πετσέτες σου ήταν σκουριασμένα. Επίσης, μεγάλο αρνητικό ήταν και το ότι δεν παρείχαν σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο στο μπάνιο και η έλλειψη σκούπας για να καθαρίσουμε λίγο το δωμάτιο. Τέλος, το μπάνιο χρήζει άμεσης ανακαίνισης, δεν είναι καθόλου πρακτικό, καθώς όλα τα νερά φεύγουν από τη τζουζιέρα, γίνονται όλα μούσκεμα μετά δεν μπορείς να πατήσεις πουθενά.

Der Empfang war super unkompliziert. Ein Eingangsbereich wie bei Alice im Wunderland , total süß. Das Zimmer war liebevoll ausgestattet. Beim Badezimmer und Inventar wie zum dem Wasserkocher , Herdplatten muss man ein paar Abstriche machen, der Ausblick ein Traum

A piscina era ótima. A vista era incrível. O quarto era grande. Super mercado mesmo em frente. Estacionamento fácil. Simpatia do dono.

Wi-Fi lenta

Localização - Apesar de não estar no centro da cidade, facilmente se acedia à mesma através de um belo passeio à beira mar. Gata 'Dona' - a presença dela na entrada dos apartamentos. O jardim é às belas flores que nos transportaram a uma casa familiar creta.

Não gostar é uma palavra demasiado forte, para o preço pago pelas 3 noites serão mais sugestões - nota se o desgaste do mobiliário da parte da kitchenette - podiam investir mais na manutenção do espaço - wc apenas com sabonete das mãos - podiam ter à disponibilidade molas para secar a roupa, visto ser ventoso . - a base do chuveiro é demasiado pequena e a cortina pequena, o que não ajuda na tarefa de não molhar o chão.

The friendliness and hospitality of the proprietors is what brings us back regularly to Eleni Studios. The location is perfect for us, with a supermarket across the road, small coffee shops close by and the family restaurant a short walk away. The Lake, Harbour, Beaches, shops , bars and restaurants are also within walking distance ,

Purtroppo non è stata cambiata la biancheria da bagno, speravamo che gli asciugamani venissero sostituiti almeno una volta in una settimana.

De ligging, geen parkeerproblemen. Supermarkt zeer dichtbij.

Zeer weinig plaats om eten te bereiden.

Apartment was cold except when using heating. Also scant hot water. Neither item would be a problem in warmer weather, we were a little unlucky with cool, wet weather for two consecutive weekends. Otherwise good!

La pulizia della camera era inesistente ,mancava il phon,servizi igienici che lasciavano a desiderare e il materasso a molle molto retro'. A parte che il wifi non funzionava e la tv solo in lingua del posto cioè greca. L'unica cosa buona che l'albergo si trovava vicino al centro della città

I enjoyed having my own room after staying in hostels.The location was quiet.The staff were helpful.

Η ευγένεια, ειδικά του κυρίου Γιάννη, που ήταν πάντοτε στη διάθεσή μας πραγματικά μας έκανε να νιώσουμε πολύ οικεία! Ό,τι μικροπρόβλημα μπορεί να προέκυπτε, πάντοτε προσφερόταν να το λύσει όπως μπορούσε! Μού προετοίμασαν το δωμάτιο νωρίτερα γιατί ταξίδευα πολλές ώρες κι έφτασα το χάραμα Με άφησαν να φύγω αρκετά αργότερα γιατί η πτήση μου ήταν τα μεσάνυχτα. Πραγματική ελληνική φιλοξενία! Το δωμάτιο είχε ψυγείο, μια στοιχειώδη κουζίνα στην οποία μπόρεσα να μαγειρέψω, παρά τα -σχετικά- λίγα σκεύη. Υπήρχαν αρκετά φώτα, οπότε μπορούσαμε να προσαρμόσουμε το επίπεδο φωτεινότητας του δωματίου. Θα ήταν πολύ ωραίο αν μπορούσε το δωμάτιο να ανακαινιστεί, για να πάρει πιο "μοντέρνα" όψη, αν και προσωπικά μού αρέσει το "παλιό" αίσθημα που έβγαζε. Ελπίζω να μπορέσω να βρω διαθέσιμο δωμάτιο και την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφθώ τον Άγιο Νικόλαο!

Το δωμάτιο που μείναμε ήταν κάπως κρύο -βέβαια μείναμε τις ημέρες που έπεσε η θερμοκρασία. Ίσως να βοηθούσαν μερικά χαλιά τους χειμερινούς μήνες. Το παράθυρο του μπάνιου δεν κατάφερα να το ανοίξω.

Table in the room was small and wobbly. The place is outdated but functional. Shower head was broken.

Very dark and cold room, in front of the window is a wall. The beds are very uncomfortable as you can feel the metal springs. The bed sheets and towels were full of cat hair, you end up with cat hair on your clothes, in your face. The shower curtain was very mouldy. The general feel was unhygenic.

Central Location to every thing . Welcoming owners Eleni & Husband. Great balcony , swimming pool, & outside shower beside it . Groceries available across the street. As a runner I loved the " openness of the streets, hills , to run stairs to climb 👍

The family were so friendly and Yiannis wanted you to have a fabulous holiday and always asked if there was anything you needed without being intrusive.

It was very hilly to get from the front back up to the road the studios were on but a bit better if you went via the city route

Logement très bien décoré avec une petite cours pour déjeuner. Il est situé a 1,50 km du centre ville. Petite piscine sympa. Bon séjour et personnel agréable.

I stayed here in September — everything was just wonderful! The host, Yannis, is very friendly and helpful. The studio is cozy, clean, and has a beautiful sea view. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunrise. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again!

Formidable logement comprenant toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour de toute durée, très bien situé, calme, très bien décoré et propre. Le propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse. Je recommande vivement et serais ravie d'y séjourner à nouveau.

Spacious accommodation, has everything you need. There is a swimming pool, a beautiful flower garden, a sea view. Located in a fairly convenient location, close to the beach, the city center, shops, a playground and sports ground, and a bus station. Wonderful host.

Camera curată, chicinetă mică și dotată sumar. Zilnic se ridică gunoiul,iar lenjeria și prosoapele au fost schimbate la trei zile. Am găsit loc de parcare in spatele clădirii. Până la plajă nu este distanță mare,dar țineți cont că tot orașul fiind construit în amfiteatru e plin de scări și străduțe in pantă,deci nu e chiar ușor de ajuns mai ales când ai câțiva ani în plus.

5 min zum Ammoudi Strand und zum Museum, Supermarkt gegenüber. Liebevoll eingerichtet und viel Platz, da Hochbett (jeden Morgen mit Blick auf's Meer aufgewacht). Schöner Vorgarten mit ca. 70 verschiedenen Pflanzen. Ca 15 min zum Zentrum entlang der Uferpromenade.

Раковина и унитаз, работали плохо. Реакции хозяев не было. Был вход в дом со стороны другой улицы, но нас не пускали туда, дверь закрыли. Выход на улицу, подьем несколько этажей, по лесенкам, не удобно. С одышкой и больными ногами , пртходилось делать круги.

Il prezzo abbastanza contenuto anche se visti i servizi ne ho trovati a stesso prezzo con strutture migliori qui a creta!

Ho sbagliato piano dell appartamento e vengo" Attaccata" verbalmente dalla signora proprietaria ; arrivo in camera e l aria condizionata non funziona (il telecomando non funziona) e ringrazio che non sia estate perché sarebbe stato infernale ; le federe hanno alcune macchie e sono costretta a dormire nel mio sacco lenzuolo che porto per le emergenze .....direi che basta per dire che é stato sgradevole . Parcheggio in strada che talvolta si trova a diverse centinaia di metri dall' appartamento
