Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questo hotel, scelto esclusivamente per la posizione accanto al Circo Massimo dove appunto si svolgeva il concerto. Unica nota positiva il parcheggio al costo di 15 Euro al giorno, si trova proprio accanto alla struttura ed è sempre controllato.
La nostra camera aveva un'unica finestra che dava sul parcheggio delle macchine, senza vista e rumori pessimi. Il bagno vetusto, la doccia che non si chiudeva bene per non parlare dello scarico e delle manopole del lavandino, mai sostituite! Il materasso era comodo, ma le dimensioni della camera così come l'illuminazione e l'armadio (vecchio e diciamo "cadeva a pezzi al suo interno"), sono totalmente da rivedere. La colazione varia, soprattutto nella scelta dei dolci, ma le uova strapazzate o il bacon o altri alimenti salati sono a pagamento! Se volete mangiare le uova sappiate che solo quelle sode sono incluse nel prezzo. Considerato il grande costo della stanza ci saremo aspettati di più!

Il contesto nel suo complesso assicura un soggiorno molto gradevole che definisce la scelta fatta come assolutamente gratificante.
Suggerirei di non trascurare l'ammodernamento degli accessori dei bagni e delle rubinetterie che possono risultare visibilmente usurate anche se il funzionamento è comunque impeccabile.

Le bâtiment n'est pas des plus modernes mais tous les équipements que l'on peut souhaiter s'y trouvent. Il faut parler du petit-déjeuner servi au fond d'un jardin. Le cadre est juste incroyable et le choix est énorme.
On le souhaiterait plus moderne mais cela enlèverait de son charme. Rien à redire.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der schöne Innenhof mit viel Grün, der eine angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre geschaffen hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war zwar klein, aber fein und völlig ausreichend. Auch die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich.
Positiv fand ich, dass es im Hotel einen separaten Bügelraum gab. Allerdings befand sich dieser im Hauptgebäude, sodass ich jedes Mal vom Nebengebäude dorthin laufen musste. Die Duschen sind teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem war der Wasserdruck beim Duschen nicht besonders stark. Das sind für mich keine großen Mängel, aber an diesen Punkten könnte man sicherlich noch etwas verbessern.

The rooms are beautiful, the staff friendly and attentive, and the on-site restaurant was phenomenal, but be sure to make a reservation. Agapito, our server, was such a joy to speak with! The only thing is location - its located well but in a heat wave - something they have no control over the walk to bus or metro was a long way! Taxis and ubers were our friend!

Ik had expliciet gekozen voor dit hotel omwille van de mogelijkheid voor deze prijs van 2 aparte bedden. Dit werd ook bevestigd via Booking. Eenmaal toegekomen was dit niet in orde. Ik heb voet bij stuk moeten houden, omdat dit belangrijk was voor ons. Gelukkig zochten en vonden ze toen een oplossing.

Calme et propre. 2 points negatifs: le petit dejeuner peu original, que des produits i dustriels, à part les fruits. La salle de bain équipée d’u e baignoire dans laquelle il était difficile d’entrer et encore plus de sortir...personnes en difficulté motrice s’abstenir.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026El hotel es precioso, muy cómodo y está muy bien ubicado. Lo recomendaría sin pensarlo dos veces y, si tengo la oportunidad, con gusto regresaría. Aunque no está en pleno centro histórico, queda muy cerca de todo. Además, está en un barrio tranquilo y bonito, lo que hace la estadía aún más agradable.
La verdad, el desayuno me dejó un poco decepcionado. Estando en Italia, esperaba encontrar más productos típicos y sabores locales, como me ha pasado en otras ciudades y regiones del país, por ejemplo en Bolonia, Milán, Sicilia o Cerdeña. En los dos desayunos que tomé tampoco me ofrecieron la opción de pedir huevos al gusto. El café, eso sí, estaba muy bueno. Creo que el pan podría mejorar y que sería excelente contar con más alimentos frescos y de preparación casera, y menos galletas o productos industriales. Con algunos ajustes en ese sentido, la experiencia del desayuno podría ser mucho mejor.

El desayuno completísimo y abundante, se sirve en una zona ajardinada muy bonita, puedes desayunar fuera o en una zona acristalada y con aire acondicionado. El personal muy amable y servicial. Completamente recomendable.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Beautiful "old" hotel. they have a wonderful garden area where we went for breakfast. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. the a/c was not super strong, but for days where it reached 38C, we were comfortable in our room and slept very well.
I chose this location because I have family nearby. it might not be the most central area, but it's a lovely part of Rome and we were on ly 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum.

We especially loved having breakfast in the beautiful garden, which created such a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us. The hotel itself has a charming and authentic Italian atmosphere that made our stay in Rome even more special. Изненадата ни беше голяма, когато видяхме огромната тераса в стаята, която бяхме настанени. Това беше много важно за нас, защото бяхме с нашето кученце и съм пушач. Другата приятна изненада беше ресторантът със страхотната си градина. Градината има своя чар както на закуска, така и за вечеря в ресторант.

Es ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem erreicht man die Innenstadt sehr schnell, egal mit welchem Verkehrsmittel, sogar zu Fuss. Die Angestellten sind sehr zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück gibt es für jeden Etwas. Die Zimmer sind sehr antik aber trotzdem sauber und technisch gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel hat Charme und ist etwas Besonderes. Ich werde sicher wieder hierher kommen.

O hotel é lindo, café da manhã gostoso, e embora fique em um bairro mais Residencial, o bairro é lindo e não chega a ser mal localizado, da para visitar o coliseu e vários outros lugares a pé mesmo, com um pouco de caminhada ! Adoramos!
Não tenho o que falar, tudo foi ótimo! No máximo, que se você procura algo muito centralizado, talvez não seja seu lugar, mas ele continua em uma boa localização, e em um bairro muito calmo e residencial! Acho que vale muito a estadia

Nothing. Like most properties in Rome, the shower could be better (older bathtub setup, leaking a little) but for Rome it's about as good as it gets.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Wir übernachteten königlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, elegant und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Garten ist wunderschön und die Lage des Hotels in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Hier kann man den Trubel Roms entfliehen. Trotzdem ist man sehr schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, man kann innen oder auch im Garten frühstücken. Obwohl ich sehr spät frühstücken war, war alles ausreichend vorhanden! Sehr gefallen hat uns die sichere Unterbringung unseres Autos. Es stand sicher und geschützt! Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und gut gelaunt! Bei Fragen wurde uns kompetent geholfen und Tipps gab's noch dazu. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Fontos lenne hogy a nemdohányzó vendékeknek is kialakítsanak olyan helyet ahol füstmentesen tudnak a kinti részen reggelizni. Sőt én megtiltanám az alsó részen a dohányzást. Mert ha valaki épp ott füstöl és olyan megy arra reggelizni nem tudja kikerülni,kénytelen a büdös füstön keresztül átmenni.

היו נמלים בחדר. הניקיון לא היה מספיק גם לאחר שניסו את החדר, המתקנים מיושנים וזקוקים לשיפוץ. יש מזגן כביכול אבל לא ממש מקרר...

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Great location in a very chi chi part of Rome in a beautiful leafy setting with a courtyard garden, plenty of shade, total peace and quiet and secure parking. A welcome oasis away from the heat and the crowds. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable, with wonderful recommendations for local restaurants.
The beds were very hard - guess that’s just down to preference. The room is a a little tired and the bathroom could do with an upgrade but everything was super clean.

Didn't realise it was a holiday in Rome and restaurant was only doing breakfast.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Hommikusöök oli superhea, toiduvalik oli lai. Sain teha endale võileiva ja süüa jogurtit helvestega ning puuviljavalik oli ka super. Pakuti ka kohvi ja teed. Ise kohvi ei joonud, aga sõbrad väga kiitsid. Hotellis oli konditsioneer, toad olid ilusad ja hubased, personal oli sõbralik ja vastutulelik. Täitsid kõik meie soovid. Hotelli siseõu oli väga ilus ja maagiline roheliste taimede tõttu. Rõdult avanes ka kena vaade. Hotellis oli klaver, mida lubati pärast küsimist normaalsel kellaajal mängida.
Võtsime nelja peale kaks kahest tuba ja märkasime kuidas üks neist oli palju suurem kui teine. Väiksemas toas läks mõnikord kahekesi liigeldes veidi kitsaks, aga eriliseks probleemiks see ei olnud.
