Pokój nie spełniający oczekiwań ; rezerwowaliśmy dwa pokoje i były zupełnie inne ! W jednym nie wystarczająco dobrze działała klimatyzacja , słaba wentylacja , nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju utrzymujący się przez cały czas;

Przyjazna obsługa - naprawdę przemili i sympatyczni, bardzo pomocni pracownicy. Zarówno recepcja, jak i personel sprzątający oraz pracujący przy śniadaniach. W upały bardzo pomogła działająca klimatyzacja. Wszystko było w najlepszym porządku.

Śniadania mogłyby być troszkę bardziej urozmaicone

Hôtel plutôt correct dans l’ensemble. L’emplacement est pas trop mal situé, ce qui permet de se déplacer assez facilement. - le personnel de la réception est vraiment au top : très accueillant, agréable et serviable. - Dans l’ensemble, une expérience correcte, mais quelques points seraient à améliorer.

- Petit bémol concernant la climatisation, qui ne fonctionnait pas pendant notre séjour, ce qui était assez désagréable. - le personnel du petit déjeuné était beaucoup moins accueillant. - le déjeuné est peu diversifié

Das Zimmer war ausreichend ausgestattet für 2 Nächte als erwachsene Reisende. Mit Kindern jedoch braucht man mindestens 2 Zimmer. Die Lage war okay, da gute Verbindung mit dem öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Man kann auch vom Hotel aus zum Bahnhof um den Zug zum Flughafen zu nehmen. Es gab gute Restaurants zu fairen Preisen in der Nähe.

Es gab eigentlich nichts was uns besonders negativ aufgefallen ist. Die Gegend schreckt ein bisschen ab, aber wir haben keine negativen Erfahrungen gemacht.

This was a beautiful and very comfortable hotel. Each floor has a different color theme and we were on the green floor. Beds were very cozy and there was a mini fridge. The staff were some of the best we had during our entire vacation. They were always extremely polite and friendly. I had a scheduling error and needed to extend my stay by one day. The staff were so friendly and understanding and I had no issue extending my stay. The hotel is not in the middle of the tourist area so we did need to take metro to the places we visited. This was fine with us and very easy once we figured out the metro system. Breakfast was incredible. There was a wide spread of options... Eggs, bacon, toast, fruit, yogurt, pastries, coffee, juices. We would stay here again.

I love the location close to pyramid site and easy transportation around. The area is super safe and staff extremely friendly.

No iron on the room ans laundry personnel were not there. Also you cannot take food outside the breakfast hall. Even a banana or you would be charge.

Hotelul este foarte curat, personalul foarte serviabil si serviciile exemplare. Aerul conditionat a functionat ireprosabil.

Saltelele paturilor sunt foarte tari, chiar cam incofortabile. Locatia nu este cea mai stralucita dar are conexiuni bune la transportul in comun. Micul dejun a fost absolut identic timp de 4 zile.

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de una de las mejores heladerías, Heladería La Romana. El personal muy agradable. Y las habitaciones estaban limpias.

Cogimos 2 habitaciones, el 1er día ya no iba el aire acondicionado y al siguiente día también dejó de funcionar la otra. Pero, por suerte nos hicieron el cambio a otras habitaciones que sí funcionaban. Lo que cuando el aire estaba puesto hacía mucho frío, no se podía regular bien, pero con la ola de calor que había era mejor así.

Cerca del transporte público y de una de las mejores heladerías.

Wszystko bardzo dobrze, tylko śniadania trochę monotonne, każdego dnia to samo menu.

Doskonała lokalizacja, blisko stacja PKP i metro a część atrakcji można spokojnie zwiedzić spacerkiem. Śniadania myślę każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Miła obsługa. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Airco werd in de nacht uitgezet.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The location was great, very close to the metro, which made it easy to get around Rome. The breakfast was average to good, with enough variety. The room had everything we needed, and the housekeeping was excellent.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi did not work properly during our stay.

The reception, bar and lift were really nice. Location was great for us near the train and metro to get into Rome city and 24 minutes to airport. Shops nearby. Breakfast was varied and good quality. My daughter loved the pancake machine. Beds were comfortable. Shower was powerful.

No smart TV. No iron or ironing room provided. Hairdryer kept cutting out. No proper cups in the room, no teaspoon for tea and no wine glasses provided. Mini bar fridge was not very cold. There were three of us in the room and so it was a bit of a squeeze with three suitcases open. Aircon leaked on day 2.

The hotel is in a good location and it is a nice hotel but our stay was not pleasant.

The first night the air con did not work, i complained and as it was 22.00 hrs i can understand that it would not be repaired, the hotel staff gave us a fan which helped. The next day We returned from our sight seeing to find the air con still not working, it was one off the hottest days of the year so i complained again and told them it is unacceptable. after being awkward they eventually found us a different room with air con. This is not a cheap hotel so i would expect better.

The room service was good. The check in and check our process was smooth

Considering the per day tariff paid for the room, I was expecting better variety for breakfast. I did not expect boiled eggs to be served straight out of the refrigerator. Boiled eggs are supposed to be served warm and freshly boiled. Also, I was expecting cooked vegetables to be served during breakfast which was missing.

I think I liked kind of everything: staff, room was spacious, breakfast had a good variety (pancake machine was a hit for our child), TV actually worked. The most I liked was actually the area around the hotel. There are a lot of good restaurants near by. The metro and trainstation to and from the airport is near, so moving with a large baggage by foot is easily doable. Aircondition saved from the heat.

We're a bit more used to Nordic and greener hotels so everyday room cleaning felt a bit personal space invading, but I believe this is highly personal preference.

Absolutely perfect location! It’s just a short walk to direct train connections to the airport, the Vatican, and Rome’s city center. Plus, you’re on a direct metro line to all major sights. The surrounding area is full of great, affordable restaurants. There’s a top-tier gelateria and a Carrefour supermarket both within 100 meters. Breakfast was sufficient, and the best part—they prepare authentic Italian coffee on request.

Localização ótima, perto do metrô e pontos de ônibus, o que facilita a locomoção em Roma. O bairro tem várias opções de restaurantes, supermercados e gelateria. O hotel tem coisas que considero essências, black-out que funciona, lençol que não sai da cama, os quartos são bem limpos .... dentre outras comodidades.

Location is great, walking distance from Coloseum and close to the metro station. Although the hotel is located by a busy street, it is calm and quiet inside the rooms. Spacious room and everything was fresh and clean. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

There was no iron or ironing board at the hotel so bring your own.

Good size rooms, caring staff and a good breakfast. Very easy to connect via public transport.

It is a bit more out of the way from the tourist center of Rome, this can be both a good and not so good thing. But many public transport options close by.

Breakfast was good and varied. Overall, the decor and ambience of the hotel was good and good bar in the lobby.

Both ours and our daughter's rooms smelt of cigarette smoke when we arrived, including the linen and pillows. The shower cubicle door didn't close properly so it made the bathroom floor wet. Some mould inside the shower cubicle.

The location. It’s in an amazing neighborhood far from the touristic area but very close by bus.

Maybe the breakfast was not amazing! They have quite options for gluten free and special diets but no really espresso italiano :P it’s a detail but all in all was really decent.

Le personnel était très agréable à l'écoute et disponible. Les chambres étaient spacieux et propres. Le petit déjeuner était très bien et une grande variété des choix était proposé. L'hotel ne se trouve pas dans le centre de Rome, mais à côté (5min à pieds) de la station metro Piramide à partir de laquelle vous êtes dans 5min au Colossé et en 10min à la station centrale Termini à partir de laquelle vous pouvez vous rendre très facilement dans tous les quartiers de Rome.

Hotel location is really good as it is 5 mins walking from Train station (accessible with direct non-express train to airport) and 10 mins walking from Subway. It was really nice to stay in a local neighbourhood with lots of non-touristy restaurants and small grocery stores. The front desk was very helpful and easy to work with. The breakfast dining area is very nice - glass covered area overlooking the garden. The room was clean but with worn carpet and chipped paint on parts of the wall. The bathtub has a higher edge to get in for the shower which may cause some people problems. FYI - The Rome tourist tax is paid at the hotel. I would stay here again and rate at 4.5 out of 5
