La ubicación está perfecta, cerca del zócalo 5 min caminando, tiene convenio con un restaurante Los 3 gallos con el que se comunica directamente desde el hotel, buenos precios del desayuno

La calidad de las toallas pudo ser mejor al igual que el sistema de presión de agua pues desafortunadamente se tiraba una cantidad considerable de agua antes de que saliera el agua caliente

La localisation est idéale, à deux pas du centre. Le réglage et la pression de la douche étaient parfaits, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le personnel de l’accueil était souriant et agréable, avec une mention particulière pour le garçon présent le soir, très sympathique et accueillant.

C’est dommage, car le bâtiment est vraiment beau, mais l’entretien laisse clairement à désirer. On remarque des clous dans les murs, des murs sales, un rideau en plastique peu esthétique, ainsi qu’une odeur désagréable après le ménage, probablement due au produit utilisé ou à une serpillière mal entretenue. Pas d’après-shampooing et un sèche-cheveux qui ressemble à un petit jouet en plastique cassé et qui, surtout, ne chauffe pratiquement pas. Le bar-café confirme malheureusement plusieurs commentaires négatifs. Service long et le serveur n’était pas souriant et semblait débordé alors qu’il y avait pourtant peu de monde. L’assiette nous a été servie tiède. Seule bonne surprise : une très belle salade verte accompagnée de pommes et de fraises. Au final, un beau bâtiment avec du potentiel, mais un niveau d’entretien et de service qui n’est pas à la hauteur du lieu.

La falta de estacionamiento, aunque lo llevan por ti estaría bien que tuvieras un lugar aunque sea para poder bajar tus maletas. Pero lo compensa lo cómodo del hotel y la ubicación.

The staff was very friendly :) the location was perfect to explore Puebla city center, just a short walk to the zócalo and all the shops and restaurants. The room was beautiful and spacious, the bathroom had a luxurious feel to it and everything looked nice and clean. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, it was convenient to have breakfast there. Parking was apparently 4 blocks away, but we just dropped off our stuff in front of the hotel and the staff would park our car wherever it was. Everytime we needed our car we had to wait for about 20 mins for them to get it. It was fine for us, but it might be something to take into account if you are in a hurry.

There is a strange smell in the room, like some bad air freshener. Also it was a bit damp. The ventilation in the bathroom is not working, so a shower directly creates a sauna in the bathroom and there is no window to open in there. In spite of this, we enjoyed our stay.

The property was nice.

Deberían de tener un poco mas de personal pues el encargado , es el mismo que va pro el vehículo en la noche y cierran la puerta hasta que el llegue. Y otra no tiene cable ni aplicaciones su te, solo televisión abierta

Parking is complicated, one night we had to wait 20 minutes outside after 11pm.

Great location in the historical center of Puebla. The hotel has a nice open courtyard, and the rooms are quite charming. The water pressure of the shower was great.

Very poor standards of cleanliness and hygiene. When we arrived we were given quite a beautiful and spacious room on the ground floor, which we were excited about. But when we entered, we were hit with an overwhelming smell ofmold due to the humidity. There were tendrils sprouting from the walls (spores? Salts? Hard to tell). There was dark mold growing in all corners of the bathroom. The ozone dehumidifier they provided was not only incredibly loud but turned itself off every 30 seconds, which was nowhere near long enough to even make a dent on the level of humidity. When we asked for a new room, they were quickly able to accommodate us with a new one. It still slightly smelled of mold, but not as bad as the original room. The real surprise came when it was time to sleep. The covers had clearly not been replaced since the last occupant. There were hairs all over the bedsheets. The linen was either stained, had holes in them, and even more hair could be found in all sorts of places. When we requested a new set, once again they were accommodating. However, the set was missing the top linen, there were too many pillowcases, and guess what? More stains, more holes, more hair. Even the duvet and pillows were stained in all sorts of brown, yellow or grey tones. We were only staying for a night, so at that point we gave up, since it was getting late, and slept anyway. If we were booked for additional nights, we would not have hesitated to cancel our booking and find somewhere else to stay. Overall a very disappointing experience, which is a pity considering that the location is fantastic, the staff is very friendly and the hotel building and rooms are quite charming. Too bad none of this makes up for the inadequate standards of hygiene and cleanliness and high price for what we got. Unless they completely improve their room turning process, and get some new clean linens, I’d recommend to avoid at all costs. No chance the current rating is accurate.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas y súper limpias, excelente ubicación. Decoración muy linda. El personal masculino muy amable. El café de abajo muy bueno.

-Recomiendo habitación que no de al exterior porque sí se escucha el ruido de la calle. -La señorita de recepción no quiso guardarnos el equipaje mientras íbamos al museo a pesar de que todavia faltaba una hora para la hora del check out.

Habitación amplia, cama comoda, buena Iluminacion, Instalaciones en general buenas y agradables, si volvería a hospedarme ahí, la cafetería que está en el hotel también es muy rica.

El hotel tiene todo bien, el diseño, decoración, cama súper cómoda, regadera con excelente presión, agua caliente , qué buena atención también del personal . Incluso la cafetería todo delicioso

Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel in historischem Gebäude und zentraler Lage. Sehr bequeme Betten und schöne Einrichtung. Im Cafe unten kann man gut frühstücken (bei uns allerdings nicht inklusive).

Unser Bad war schon extrem eng, gleichzeitig zu zweit war unmöglich.

The property was an old colonial type Casona, close to the Zocalo and restaurants.

The property and furniture is a bit dated and had an unpleasant smell at times due to the humidity of the old walls and sewer pipes. Although it doesn’t have an on site restaurant, there is a cafe next door that offers meal options, unfortunately it opens at 8:00am. Also, it would be ideal to have ice machine or provide guests with ice some how.

Staff were good apart from the male reception person who did not seem interested.

The male reception person who was more interested in his phone than customer service. Our allotted room had a strong odor and mould on the furniture. We were moved to another ground floor smaller room. Neither room had a window to provide fresh air. Disappointing.

Cómodo pero no cuenta con estacionamiento, llevan y traen tu carro a otro sitio

La habitación esta muy bonita, es pequeña, pero mas que suficiente y la decoración muy linda.

En cuanto a la habitación, falta algún espejo de cuerpo completo. Por parte del personal, la atención es poco amable, tratándose del rubro de servicio de hotelería, son demasiado secos y cero amabilidad.

The hotel has super comfortable, spacious rooms. We stayed on the second floor and beautiful high ceilings. It's very clean. The air conditioning and heat work just fine. Most of the staff, especially the ones who work during the day, are extremely nice and helpful. The hotel has a small, good restaurant on the ground floor. There are no other facilities that I could find. The hotel is at the edge of the Centro Historico, and thus, pretty quiet and safe to walk around at night. There are some good restaurants nearby.

Centrico y limpio

It was a good experience, with a big, beautiful room just as adviced. The only problem was with the phone line. No matter what I tried, the phone system always cut me off under a "verify your phone line" message. At the counter, the laday acknowledge the issue, but had no solution. I did not bring an auto with me, so I cannot say anaything regarding the parking, but in anyway, it seems a complicated thing, because the hotel has not even a drop-off area in front of it. Better go there by taxy.

Es un desperdicio de instalaciones. Están muy lindas pero en mi habitación había chinches. Y lo peor no es que haya chinches, lo peor es que después de haberme cambiado a otra habitación, rentaron esa habitación a otras personas. Me di cuenta porque después recordé que no había dado de baja mi cuenta de streaming del TV y al pedir en la recepción que me dieran oportunidad de entrar a la habitación para cerrarla me dijeron que no se podía porque ya estaba ocupada y salían a hasta las 6:30. o sea ¡La casa pierde! La cosa es que ya no descansé igual y no entiendo por qué razón tiene una evaluación tan buena, será que los huéspedes de deslumbran con lo bonito y se olvidan de la limpieza?

The hotel is well located to visit Puebla and its surroundings. The room was very spacious, clean and also well-equipped with a mini-fridge, steamer, etc. What we didn't like that much, was that the room was quite humid and there was no option to let fresh air in. The terrace mentioned was tiny and also closed off on all sides, so we didn't really use it. The staff was friendly, but not interacting much.

Muy bonito hotel, pequeño pero muy cómodo, el personal sumamente amable y suficientemente cerca del centro para llegar caminando pero no tan cerca para que el caos y el ruido te afecte. El estacionamiento está lejos de las instalaciones pero en general el valet lleva y regresa tu carro. Solo la TV nunca logramos hacer que se visualizaran los canales pero como ibamos de turistas tampoco afecto.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They offered good advice for a day trip to Cholula and how to get a bus back to CDMX airport. The staff greeted us on each entry and even brought hot tea to our room several times. The inner enclosed courtyard is a relaxing space. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to many sites and shops. We would definitely return to this hotel.

By far, one of the best Hotels we’ve ever booked. Lovely place, excellent and friendly staff, very accommodating with our timing. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully we will be back soon

スタッフ達の対応が良く、部屋も清潔で広いです。wi-fiも早くて快適。部屋のアメニティは、バスタオルと水、石鹸類だけです。歯ブラシやバスローブはありません。シャワーの温度や水圧はパーフェクト。 エレベーターがないので、大きな荷物がある方は注意です。(もしくは、1階の部屋をリクエストするのがおすすめ。)。 街は治安が良く、広場からとても近いので夜でも安心ですが、騒がしい場所からは少し離れているのでゆっくり眠れます。値段も手頃なので、次回もぜひ泊まりたいです。

La historia de la casona está muy interesante, el hotel es acogedor, la gente amable y la cafetería tres gallos buenísima. A veces tardan un poco en la entrega del coche si más de un huésped lo pide, pero fuera de eso, todo perfecto, súper recomendado.

Excellent location, less than a 10-min walk to the Zocalo, and many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's restaurant has a wonderful menu at a great price point. Rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable, and hotel staff were very kind. Would def stay here again!
