La villa privée est magnifique, spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et dotée d'une superbe piscine privée. C'est l'endroit parfait pour se détendre en toute intimité et déconnecter complètement. La literie est excellente, la salle de bain semi-ouverte a énormément de charme et les espaces de vie sont très bien agencés. Le personnel est très attentionné, accueillant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. À savoir : Le resort est un peu excentré du centre-ville de Kuta. Cependant, l'hôtel propose un service de navettes gratuites pour se rendre en ville, ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements si vous n'avez pas envie de prendre de scooter !

Die Rennstrecke ist insbesondere morgens leider sehr laut.

We initially booked two nights at this resort, and from the moment we arrived, we were absolutely impressed. Our pool villa was stunning — beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled and we had to stay for one extra night. The hotel was incredibly kind and offered us the possibility to extend our stay, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The attention and hospitality throughout our stay were amazing. They genuinely cared about every little detail and made us feel very well looked after. The breakfast was also amazing, and the whole resort is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally clean. Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the team. Thank you so much for making an unexpected extra night such a lovely experience. If we come back to Kuta, I’m sure we will stay here again!

Le quartier très bruyant, il est tour simplement impossible de dormir et le réceptionniste qui a mangé mon petit-déjeuner laissé dans la chambre et qui s'est bien abstenu de me le dire mais ne s'est pas gêné pour le récupérer !!!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto! Il bungalow era bellissimo, con un fantastico bagno all’aperto e la struttura è immersa nel silenzio e nella tranquillità. Lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie a WhatsApp era inoltre possibile comunicare facilmente con loro per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliamo di noleggiare uno scooter, indispensabile per raggiungere Kuta e per esplorare comodamente l’isola. Un’esperienza davvero speciale, che consigliamo vivamente!

The seamless communication, the responsiveness and prompt action to all our requests were satisfactory.

Not central but it is only around 4-5 minutes from Kuta centre. Staff could organise transportation needs as there are no Grab or Gojek available in Lombok.

I loved the pool, and staff. The room is well designed and had a great outdoor bath area. The tub overlooks the TV which is a bonus as it had a glass and curtain barrier between the two sections of the room. A resident dog added to the low key vibe!

AC was ok and the hot water heater had only so much in the tank. The location is quite remote from the active night life - which suits me fine.

Ci è piaciuto tutto della struttura, dalla pulizia eccellente, alla gentilezza del personale disponibile h24, alla posizione vicino al centro di Kuta (piena di locali e ristoranti per la sera), alla qualità del cibo. Avevano un ampissimo menù dalla colazione, agli spuntini, alla cena, disponibile h24 su richiesta, con prezzi moderatissimi. Stanze molto confortevoli e pulite.

Ci è piaciuto tutto.

Staff gentilissimo, villette con piscina molto carine, a pochi minuti in motorino da Kuta ma non in mezzo al caos di Kuta. La struttura e’ tenuta molto bene e loro sono stati molto gentili a cercare di venire incontro a tutte le esigenze, lo staff e’ da 10! Abbiamo chiesto la macchinetta anti zanzare, late check out, appendini in più, teli mare in più per una mattina in cui saremmo usciti presto e sono sempre venuti incontro a tutte le nostre richieste. Per il nostro anniversario ci hanno fatto un piccolo allestimento molto gradito. Hanno servizio di delivery di cibo di diversi tipi in camera, molto comodo come servizio e recensito bene (non lo abbiamo provato) La cucina ha l’erogatore di acqua calda, ambiente e fredda, comodissimo dato che l’acqua non e’ potabile. Ci hanno organizzato il transfer in maniera impeccabile. Siamo stati molto molto bene ❣️

Avevo scritto esplicitamente se c’erano lavori in corso vicini perché volevamo silenzio e prenotato questo posto, un po’ più caro di strutture simili, perché mi hanno garantito di sì. Peccato che arrivati siamo stati nel rumore costante delle moto, perché c’è un circuito li’ vicino e il ronzio non smette mai. Se si sta dentro non si sente, ma in tutti gli spazi aperti della villa (piscina e bagno) si’. Sarebbe stato corretto informarmi, dato che avevo chiesto esplicitamente riguardo al silenzio. A esplicita domanda sulle scimmie mi hanno risposto che non erano presenti nella villa, e invece ne ho trovata una in bagno (siamo riusciti a farla scappare e non abbiamo avuto nessun danno). Ci hanno detto che la piscina avrebbe avuto una cascata di rinnovo ma non so se per problemi di orario non l’abbiamo mai vista e il muro grigio senza cascata non e’ bellissimo. Avremmo voluto prenotare il motorino prima, servizio che loro fanno ma senza prenotazione, aspetto scomodo perché lascia nel dubbio se si potrà avere il motorino o meno , infatti abbiamo preferito prenotare prima con una società esterna. Sarebbe utile permettere la prenotazione.

- le bruit incessant du circuit de course à proximité, sachez que tous les matins à 7h du matin cela vous fait office de réveil.. donc pas génial je recommande pas du tout l’hôtel de ce fait - le petit déjeuner que je n’ai pas trouvé exceptionnel - il y avait des petits cafards de bois dans notre bungalow … - les serviettes étaient dans un état pas dingue pour un hôtel, on avait certaines serviettes trouées - l’eau minéral était servie dans une carafe, ayant fait d’autre hôtel en Indonésie c’était pour la plupart des bouteilles en verre réutilisable - aucun goodies dans les salles de bain

Petit-déjeuner très sympa avec beaucoup de choix. Le service en chambre est génial. La plage horaire large et les échanges via Whatsapp sont très pratiques également.

Eigentlich alles perfekt. Es ist etwas außerhalb gelegen aber dafür werden kostenlose Shuttles angeboten. Tagsüber ist die Rennstrecke leider etwas laut, was am Pool stören kann. Zimmer und Service sind sehr gut.

The hotel’s resort had a fabulous pool as well as in our villa. The hotel very kindly gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe 2 bed bungalow which was beautiful. It was very spacious. The hotel also offered free shuttle service at selected times to the town center which was very convenient. The hotel were very quick at responding to our messages when trying to book taxis.

The property is located 5-10 mins driving from kuta town center so you need to take a taxi, it is not possible to walk. The taxi app is not in operation on the island so it is necessary to reserve a taxi with the hotel. It would be more convenient if you had a moped or your own transport staying at this hotel.

Der Aussenbereich ist wundeschön. Die Gastfreundschaft sowie die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeiten der Mitarbeitenden sind herverragend.

Die Bungalos sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

La gentillesse, la réactivité et l’attention du personnel sont exceptionnelles. L’hôtel dispose d’une conversation WhatsApp très pratique qui permet de commander à manger, demander le ménage de la chambre, réserver un chauffeur ou encore solliciter la navette gratuite vers le centre. L’équipe est toujours disponible et assure un véritable suivi tout au long du séjour.

L’hôtel est situé juste à côté d’un circuit, ce qui génère un bruit de fond par moment. J’occupais le bungalow n°1, à proximité du local du personnel, où les conversations étaient assez bruyantes tôt le matin au début de mon séjour. Après signalement, le personnel a immédiatement pris le problème en compte. À partir de ce moment-là, j’ai pu dormir plus tard le matin. C’est très appréciable de voir une équipe aussi à l’écoute de ses clients. L’hôtel n’est pas à proximité immédiate du centre.

We had an incredible stay at Batatu, it is in a fab location just 10 minute drive/scooter from the centre Kuta for evening meals/cafes and 15 minute scooter from lots of beautiful beaches for surfing and chilling. The villas are gorgeous and so clean with a lovely pool. The whole place is so relaxing and the food and coffee was great. All the staff were so attentive, smiley and kind and nothing was too much trouble. It was super easy to arrange taxis into Kuta. We would recommend to anyone and would love to come back again!

Trotz des ,,Adults Only“ befanden sich Kinder im pool, welche sehr laut waren und am Schlaf gehindert haben. Des Weiteren war alles vom Zimmer aus sehr hellhörig, dementsprechend konnte kein durchgehend ruhiger Schlaf gewährleistet werden

the villa was stunning, perfect stay for couples wanting a beautiful escape from the bustling heart of kuta but close enough that everything was accesible. staff were extremely reactive with everything and so very kind. the place was clean, gorgeous and everyone was so helpful.

Basic items such as bath rope or room slippers should be provided. Since it was an open concept dining area in the villa, food delivered to rooms should have cover to avoid birds or other animals from taking them.

Las instalaciones son nuevas y la piscina comunitaria es bonita.

Si buscas descansar, en este hotel es imposible. Desde la habitación se oyen ruidos durante toda la noche del tráfico de una carretera contigua, de perros ladrando y ahullando toda la noche y de gallos cacareando desde las 3 de la madrugada. Estuvimos tres noches alojados en este hotel, y no pudimos dormir ninguna noche. La ubicación está lejana al pueblo principal, con lo cual es un inconveniente para los desplazamientos. Fuimos buscando una tranquilidad al alejarnos del pueblo que no fué tal. El colchón de la habitación era demasiado duro. El baño olía mal a humedad y alcantarilla y el desayuno si bien no estaba mal, podía ser tipo buffet con más opciones. Utilizan una comunicación a través de Whatsapp y están todo el día escribiendote, por lo que si buscas una desconexión digital, esta es imposible. Relación calidad-precio muy decepcionante.

We really enjoyed our stay here -- the food was great, the staff were attentive (literally answered us within 5-15 min for everything!) for everything we needed. The hotel was also really pretty (had friends ask where we were) too. For the price per night, I would say it was very well worth it. Peaceful, and just a 10 min ride into town (with free shuttle service included too), we'd definitely come back!

The air conditioning could have been cooler but we understand that the high ceilings can make it a little harder to cool down.

Wat een prachtige accommodatie. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, echt super netjes en luxe. De service is geweldig. De communicatie verloopt super goed. Je ligt wat buiten het centrum, maar genoeg mogelijkheden om met een gratis shuttle of taxi daar te komen. We hebben echt ultiem genoten hier. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en voldoende keuze. We zouden hier weer terugkomen als we Kuta gaan bezoeken.

A lot of privacy, luxury bathroom, unique design. People are extremely friendly. It’s a little outside Kuta, but they are happy to arrange transport. Everything is ordered through WhatsApp. Amazing cocktails.

Peaceful paradise on Lombok! We absolutely loved our stay here 10/10 all day long, the villa and private pool was absolutely amazing the attention to detail was beautiful, the staff are so attentive and were always on hand if we needed anything, I cannot rate this place enough! We will definitely return . The shuttle service is handy to get into kuta main town about 5-10 min drive . Breakfast and food selection was great . Literally everything was absolutely superb.

That we couldn’t stay there forever

Breakfast was fantastic. We got the fruit, yogurt and granola option every morning. The variety of fruit was great, beautiful presentation and the ratio on yogurt, granola and fruit was perfect. The staff couldn't have been kinder. So helpful and cheerful. Always met with a smile and a warm greeting. Can't say enough about them. Communication using the WhatsAP link was always answered immediately and all of our requests were met promptly and efficiently. LOVED IT ALL!!!

The personell were so helpful, friendly and kind, they immediately responded to any request and arranged sightseeing tours, transportation, food requests and provided recommendations. It was the perfect location to enjoy Kuta and surrounding area and is located on the outskirts of Kuta, away from all of the business of Kuta.

This place was absolutely 10/10 for so many reasons and not a single fault Location – Very convenient location that’s not too far from the airport and the main area Trasport – They had a convenient shuttle for free that took us to the main area which was so handy! Also was able to arrange for taxi to pick us up from the airport (which I would highly recommend as price was more reasonable and you don’t feel overwhelmed at by the main drivers at the airport) Team – The team were absolutely on form and on point! Greeted us well with friendly attitudes. I’ve never seen such a on point team that uses WhatsApp for communication! There response time was quick and it was such as easy way to communicate between us all. Even when we call them late at night to remove a gecko or two, they never complained and really on it! Villa – The villa themselves were beautiful! Nice and spacious and such modern facilities like the AC, TV We would happily stay here again! Even when the weather was rubbish, staying inside was really nice!!

The only thing I would say was in some parts of the villa, the Wi-Fi was weak, but it wasn’t too bad and multiple to choose from if one drops.

This place is such a gem. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming and even gave us an unexpected room upgrade. The pool villas are wonderful and the beach or the city centre are a short ride away. Everything was perfect, wish we could have stayed longer!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Resort ist etwas abseits von Kuta, und dadurch eher ruhig gelegen. Da man so oder so einen Scooter braucht, ist das aber nicht schlimm. Die Villen sind wunderschön, geräumig und modern. Besonders gefallen hat uns das bequeme, große Bett und dass wir jeden Tag entscheiden konnten, ob/was gereinigt werden soll/ob wir neue Handtücher brauchen ect. Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal ist zu jeder Zeit sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vielleicht erwähnenswert ist die Nähe zur Mandalika Rennstrecke. Wir haben aber nur an einem einzigen Tag (Samstag) etwas davon gehört. Wenn häufiger gefahren wird, könnte das natürlich nervig sein.

Mooie rustige oase (tuin, zwembad, villa’s, mooi verlicht) net buiten de drukte van centrum Kuta (kleine 10min met de scooter over goed begaanbare wegen). Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar, te bereiken via whatsapp waarop snel wordt gereageerd. De vila’s zijn ruim, schoon en luxe uitgevoerd. Het geserveerde ontbijt en andere eten op verzoek is niet zo lekker als bij de restaurants in Kuta, maar heel prima. Alles is verder via de frontdesk te regelen: scooter verhuur, tours, airport shuttle, chauffeur naar gewenste bestemming, etc. Rondom Kuta liggen meerdere mooie stranden en surfspots die allemaal goed aan te rijden zijn. Het huren van een scooter maakt dit resort de perfecte uitvalsbasis. We hebben genoten.

Alles was top, maar als ik iets moet benoemen dan toch de race geluiden van het nabijgelegen circuit dat op sommige dagen toch wel goed te horen was als je buiten zat.
