Het restaurant is buiten, wat leuk en gezellig is, maar ook wel warm zonder airco. Het zou leuk zijn als ze een deel met tafels hadden met airco voor degene die niet in de hitte willen eten. In de douche ontbrak conditioner en een strijkijzer wat ik in alle accommodatiez waar ik verbleef wel altijd in mijn kamer had. Het kraantjes water heeft een onaangename smaak.

Villa with private pool was nice and clean. In particular the wooden parts need renovation soon. There are 9 curtains/blinds to close so if you need it dark to sleep better bring a sleeping mask. Quiet when there is no race on the track nearby otherwise it can be loud. Staff is nice and helpful.

Not many vegetarian (no meat, no fish) options on the menu.

Ils ont dû oublier le système d’insonorisation en construisant cet hôtel…. On entend absolument tous dans les chambres : les bruits du couloirs, les discussions de la chambre d’à côté, les discussions et bruit de la salle de bain du dessus. Un soir on a vraiment entendu quelqu’un vomir et un autre on a entendu quelqu’un au toilette… Gros manque de rangement aussi, c’est pas du tout pratique. Petit dej moyen, sans plus, mais sans cata non plus Excentré, bien prévoir un scooter !

Too noisy. We could hear too much noise in our room. The rooms are not sound proof and i could not sleep well. Breakfast buffet avec not great and not a lot of choice.

Al tener tan cerca el circuito de Mandalika la autovía y el entorno han perdido mucho encanto, pero no afecta al hotel sino a la isla en general. Es triste que negocios locales y zonas vírgenes desaparezcan sustituidas por resorts y negocios similares

La villa avec piscine privée est extraordinaire; les repas sont excellents; le bar avec vue sur la plage est superbe; la plage est équipée et tranquille; le personnel est d'une incroyable gentillesse. Un excellent rapport qualité prix.

this Hotel was really nice, my only criticism is the food, the food was well made but the options were a bit limited and we found it was the same menu for lunch and dinner. because of this went out of the hotel mostly for lunch and dinner. the buffet breakfast had lots of choice and was well prepared. The beach is lovely, and better than the one at the Pullman next door. We do like to be able to walk to nearby restaurants, shops and Bars, so this hotel was a little bit out the way for our liking so we probably wouldn't stay here again. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing, if you like to stay somewhere that has a bit more going on then this probably isn't the hotel for you. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

The layout/design of the resort is really nice, breakfast buffet is quite good and especially if you are staying with a bigger group like we did it is really nice with a football pitch & volleyball field on the beach. Close to Kuta town by taxi which provides many options for dinner

It feels less ‘boutique’ and more like a proper resort. In addition, it is located right next to the racing track so depending on the day/program there, you might hear cars/motors making laps on the track

Die Motorengeräusche der naheliegenden Rennstrecke waren schon teilweise sehr laut, obwohl wir es gewusst haben. So schade, das Resort ist sonst echt der Hammer.

Le circuit de course a proximité directe avec des bruits de moteur de 7h30 a 19h qui viennent tout gâcher. L'hôtel a été créé il y a plus de 30 ans, mais cette piste est arrivée il y a 4 ans. Malheureusement, il n'y a rien a faire.. l'endroit est splendide mais impossible de se sentir au bout du monde dans ce contexte. Le faux sable et des fourmis dans le lit.

Le repas c’est là que nous avons mangé le mieux et surtout le plus sûr pendant nos vacances, petit dej exceptionnel, la plage est très bien et que pour nous.la literie est bonne

Le circuit ! ont est peut être mal tombé mais on ne peux pas passer à côté du bruit toute la journée. Nous voyons que l’hôtel fait du réaménagent peinture etc, dans notre chambre c’était bien mais assez vieillot. Et dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de navette, le taxi est obligatoire pour aller en ville néanmoins c’est bien organisé.

La proprete et l'entretien du complexe. Personnel tres réactif, accueillant et serviable. Le restaurant sur place qui propose des plats variés, prix un peu élevés, mais de qualité et quantitatifs. Petit déjeuner buffet avec un choix tres tres varié. Tres grande plage propre.

Vérifier s'il n'y a pas de compétitions moto avant son sejour car le circuit est tres proche et le bruit peut gâcher le sejour (nous n'avons pas ete embeter) Excentré de la ville de Kuta (40 min a pied du centre de Kuta), Grab non disponible. Mais taxi disponibles devant l'hotel.

I servizi che mancano e l’attenzione del personale, dimenticanza nel lasciare asciugamani puliti dopo la pulizia delle camere così come il rifornimento delle bottiglie d’acqua in camera Scomodità dei materassi e dei cuscini e se chiedi di cambiarlo lo sostituiscono con quello delle altre camere arrecando disagio ad altri ospiti, fate attenzione! Il personale non conosce benissimo la lingua quindi fatica a comprendere le richieste Inoltre ci sono poche sdraio sulla spiaggia, non abbastanza per tutti gli ospiti

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und ansprechend gestaltet. Man hat genug Privatsphäre in den Villas.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und einiges sollte erneuert werden. Zum Beispiel die Auflagen auf den Sonnenliegen. Die Sauberkeit der Villa besonders im Badezimmer könnte auch erhöht werden. Ich würde auf jeden Fall immer eine Villa empfehlen, am besten mit eigenem oder shared Pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, leider nicht immer sehr effizient. Sei es beim Check-in, dass das dritte Bett auch abends noch nicht vorbereitet war und dann in der ersten Nacht noch das dazugehörige Kissen fehlte oder in der Bar, in der sechs Mann hinter dem Tresen stehen, aber niemand aufmerksam die Gäste bedient. Das Management ist hier wirklich schlecht und das Personal sollte besser geschult werden. Auch das Essen war eher mittelmäßig und enttäuschend nachdem wir bisher auf Lombok so gut gegessen hatten. Zwei Tage hatten wir mit Motorradlärm zu kämpfen, da direkt neben dem Hotel die internationale Motorrad-Rennstrecke verläuft.

Excellent location. Friendly and attentive staff. The Villa was well equipped and I appreciated both the attention to detail and attempts at eco friendliness. Suci and Halil at reception were especially responsive, competent, intuitive and helpful. Breakfast buffet gets 3 stars but everything else 5! Would highly recommend.

Nous avons séjourné dans une magnifique villa face à la plage, avec une vue exceptionnelle et un cadre absolument magique. Se réveiller avec la mer devant soi et profiter de cette atmosphère paisible a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Le personnel est adorable, attentionné et toujours disponible pour rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable. La villa était confortable, agréable et parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour en famille. L’environnement du resort est magnifique, entre la nature, la plage et le calme de Lombok. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le restaurant de l’hôtel : les plats étaient délicieux, bien préparés et vraiment savoureux. Nous nous sommes régalés à chaque repas. Après quelques difficultés rencontrées pendant notre voyage, le Novotel Lombok a été une véritable parenthèse de bonheur. This hotel is clearly overrated as there are many other resorts in the neighbourhood that offer a higher quality for a lower price. 1. In the daytime, there is very annoying noice of the motor circuit next door. 2. In the night, on some days, there are very loud parties that are gpoing on in the neighbourhood and that last until 4 am. Sleep then becaomes impossible. 3. Staff is clearly undertrained. Each staff strictly stays with his/her duty and that's it. This is embarassing, e.g. at breakfast, where the egg section is understaffed and the fresh fruits take very long to be replenished. 4. For a French based hotel chain, the breads ad pastries are too bad from a quality point of view. Unacceptable. 5. There are also not enough beach sunbeds to accommodate for all guests. 6. At a certain moment, we came back to our villa to find that the door had not bee closed by the housekeeping department after cleaning. Unacceptable. 7. Consumables, such as shampoo, body lotion, etc. are nor replenished unless specifically requested. Unacceptable. 8. The resort is full of stepping stones on which, we can image, one could easily break his/her leg. 9. Maintenance is below standard (light bulbs not working, walking paths not restored). 10. The sand feels as fake sand. When you go into the sea, your feet are going down into the sand. Walking on the sand with bear feet is very difficult. If you go to one of the pink sandy beached in the neighbourhood, there you can simply walk on the sand.

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful place. The staff was very friendly, all the waiters, gardeners and hotel employees were kind and helpful. We would especially like to thank Teguh; he was very attentive, answered many of our questions and is both knowledgeable and a genuinely decent person. He even met up with our son outside of working hours to show him around the area. We felt, we could trust Teguh and were delighted to get to know him. He has great potential and we hope he remains in the Novotel for longer time. Thank you so much!

I staed here after hiking Mount Rinjani. After arrived, the receptionist was very friendly, and the other staff helped bring my bag to my room. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a beautiful view, as is located near the beach. For the menu, the Indonesiam breakfast was just average in my opinion, but the other menu options were good

All staff were excellent and I wanted to give a special thanks to Teguh who was training during our time there and for which nothing was too much.

Excellent service, a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. A special thanks to Tony for the warm hospitality. We had a fantastic stay at Novotel Lombok and would definitely love to come back.

This was our first stay at Novotel Lombok Resort & Villas, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The resort is set in a stunning beachfront location, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, while still being only a short five-minute motorbike ride from the restaurants, cafes, and shops of Kuta Lombok. We stayed in a One-Bedroom Pool Villa, which was absolutely beautiful. The villa was spacious, private and quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall design and layout made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Before booking, I noticed a few reviews mentioning the nearby Mandalika race track and potential noise concerns. In our experience, this was not an issue at all and had no impact on our stay. What truly made this resort stand out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and professional. From the seamless check-in process to the restaurant teams, housekeeping, grounds staff, and security personnel, everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Their genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our visit. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be the addition of a complimentary shuttle service between the resort and Kuta Lombok. Given the Novotel brand and the popularity of Kuta as a dining and shopping destination, this would be a highly valued service for guests and would further enhance an already excellent experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The beautiful beachfront setting, stunning villa accommodation, and outstanding staff make Novotel Lombok Resort & Villas a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lombok.

We were in a room, not a villa on the second floor. There was no balcony or even a window that would open. There was also nowhere to sit around the pool.

Personnel adorable, toujours souriant et qui vous salue à chaque fois qu’ils vous voient c’est génial. Établissement propre Chambres propres et bien nettoyées Plage de fou ….! Paysage incroyable. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner (par contre les machines étaient toujours en panne pour faire du café ce qui provoquait beaucoup d’attente c’est dommage). Carte du restaurant plutôt équilibrée pour celles et ceux qui font attention à leur ligne et pour les autres le choix est aussi la !

Piscines : peut être un peu petites si l’hôtel devait être plus plein… on a eu la chance d’avoir peu de monde pendant notre séjour donc ça n’a pas posé soucis. Bruit : j’ai vu les remarques comme quoi le circuit de moto provoquait pas mal de bruit mais pendant notre séjour (fin juin) nous n’avons rien entendu du tout ! Restaurant / boissons : un peu cher je trouve et la qualité n’est pas toujours au top. Blachisserie : MEGA chère ! On a préféré donner notre linge à laver dans la ville à côté parce que sinon c’était vraiment abusé…!

Úgy fogadtak minket, hogy welcome to Paradise! Ès ez tènyleg így is van. Mi egy villában laktunk, mert a szobához nem volt teraszunk. A szâllodában több alkalommal is vacsoráztunk, igènybevettünk több szolgálatatást is ès mindennel maximálisan elègedettek voltunk. A szemèlyzet segítǒkèsz ès nagyon kedves.:) A reggeli svèdasztalos ès választèkos.

Amikor mi voltunk nagy volt az apály-dagály. Dèlután nem lehetett fürdeni a tengerben. De ez a szálloda èrtèkelèsèt nem rontja.

The beach, the includes breakfast and the food in the restaurant.

Staff's attitude vary. Most were nice and obliging, others overfamiliar. I left a beer unpaid as I forgot my wallet but told them I'd pay after I showered. I took a while and got a call on my room to pay, I told them I was getting ready to go down but they sent a boy to my room to collect payment and when I gave him the money he told me he didn't have all the change. It wasn't much, but it was clear he assumed I would accept it. The day I left, I called reception repeatedly for a porter to come for my luggage but they didn't reply, and I had to carry my suitcases 3 floors down but when I got to reception there were a few employees there.

Tener la playa delante del hotel y la habitación con piscina privada es muy íntima

Tener el circuito internacional Pertamina Landmark a escasos 300 metros del hotel hace que el ruido de los motores se escuche en todo el establecimiento, imposibilitando el descanso y la relajación que uno busca en un hotel de esta categoría y ubicación. Creo que el hotel debería avisar al realizar la reserva si se va a celebrar un evento en el circuito durante esas fechas.

Our room was big, private and there was enough space to unpack our suitcases. I loved the bench/daybed on our patio. We never felt crowded as the hotel premises are very big. Ali was very helpful when we rented scooters to explore the area. A big thank you to the nail technician in the spa who fixed my broken nail free of charge!! The Moto GP track is next to the hotel. You can visit it free of charge (use the red gate entrance) to watch the racers practice.

I did not like the swimming pool, but the sea made up for it.

We loved everything, this place is absolutely gorgeous, we were able to snorkel right off the beach and see some amazing sea life. The staff were so friendly and helpful, every interaction left me feeling lucky to be there. The food at the breakfast buffet and the restaurant was delicious and the room service was prompt. We hope we can come back again!

There is a racetrack near by that you can often hear but nothing too intense.

So tranquil, very relaxed stay just outside Kuta village. Wonderful resort, staff were so friendly, beachfront beautiful for walks and swimming.

Kids club was great, scheduled activities all day and no out of pocket cost. Can drop in anytime no booking. Spa was nice. I thought it was overpriced but the treatment was very good and worth it. I had a 150min treatment with wrap and ended with rooftop bath looking at the sea. Breakfast is incredible very worth it. Beach nice and clean. Room very comfortable.

The room service was expensive around 700k for two meals and two non alcoholic drinks but u can get a driver to take you into down since there is no grab delivery in south Lombok.
