We loved having the pool on site, with the outdoor kitchen and bbq facilities. The rooms felt nice and new and clean. We were in an upper level motel style room overlooking the pool. Perfect!

Unlike most online bookings, staff at the hotel rang us several times seeking additional details - that would normally be provided at check-in. We live in a different time zone and we felt this very thoughtless. We had three bookings for family members which meant three separate calls! None of the calls were necessary. We were disappointed at the hotel running out of their yummy toiletries during our stay, meaning we were offered a mini shampoo instead of the luxury goods.

Not really “near” anything. Went for a walk to find food or drink but nothing nearby. Extremely busy resort-like place and but quite what I expected.

The room was large overlooking the golf course and had a balcony to sip coffee outside in the morning. Loved the coffee provided in the room and the comfy robes. The hotel staff was professional and extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on property was excellent. I enjoyed watching happy families vacationing. We did not use the pool facilities but it looked very inviting.

It wasn’t close to the lake but we did get our steps in and it was quiet.

It was a good stop off for our road trip. Clean, newly renovated rooms. Great restaurant, really enjoyed food as we arrived late in the evening.

Lovely suite with great views. The pool and hot tub were lovely - but very busy - during our stay. We enjoyed our cocktail and snack by the pool. Hotel is a 20 minute walk from the lake front beach. Shopping centre over the highway.

We love this hotel, therefore we've been coming here for almost 10 years now almost every summer. We love it for the cleanliness, interior design, the two sinks, one in the bathroom and one by the entrance, the comfortable beds and different thickness of pillows, the pretty garden, and the beautiful plants around the courtyard. My family and I were pleasantly surprised this year and enjoyed fully the improved outdoor spa area, the new cold plunge and the sauna. Great addition, thank you! Just listing the rest of the things we love: the restaurant on site, right beside the swimming pool, the Happy Hour feal and the delivery to the pool, the complimentary coffe/tea/hot chocolate/ water at the playroom, the super friendly staff, roasting marshmallows ot the new fure pits, the BBQ area and furniture. We'll be back 🌞

they don`t do breakfast, room was good, like having ground floor with walk out to the gardens.

The pool, the poolside service, the sauna and hot tub! Felt like a tropical style resort close to home!

The room was very clean and really comfortable with a nice balcony looking over the pool, which itself was a good size with plenty of sunbeds.

We had trouble finding our room as the map of the hotel wasn't very good. Also, the hotel is quite a way out of the town itself so it is a good 20 minute walk

The rooms are comfy and modern and the pool was amazing and we loved the hot tub and the sauna and the fire pit was so fun for whole family and great friendly staff

We liked everything about the place

Felt quite clean and recently renovated. The hot tub was very nice and warm. I like the 11am check out, gives us an extra hour compared to most places. The value was excellent and the whole experience and enjoyable. I really enjoyed the heated pool, sauna, and hot tub.

The grounds are beautiful and well looked after. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and fire pits even though the weather was cool. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the front and back deck. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Having the Local Pub on site was very handy.

The only thing we didn’t like was that our room was situated next to a corridor that housed the ice machine, and underneath our room on the ground floor was the hotel laundry room. We heard machines operating at all times of the day. We had already settled in before we realized the noise. It would seem the rooms aren’t very sound proof. We also heard another guest located beside us coughing all night - luckily it was only one night.

I loved everything about this place! You will not be disappointed!

We have been coming to this hotel for the past 15 years. It is the best location and has already been best value for money.

Noise from all air-conditioning units with outdated design being mounted under all units windows. This noise prevents guests from the enjoyment of units balconies.

Everything, all the little details were looked after.

It was very convenient and easy to get to. It looked the most renovated.

The pool, hot/tub are dirty, we caught hand foot and mouth from it. We have rashes and caught a fever and had to go to the hospital when we went back home. The pool was said to be heated to 28 degrees but it was freezing.

Absolutely awesome place! Clean rooms. Warm outside pool, hot tub, , beautiful relaxation room. The staff was nice and helpful.

Everything!! The staff are friendly and customer service was amazing. The kids had a blast running around the playground area and there's a restaurant right beside it The Local which was also amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. Our back door opened up to the yard where the playground was. Total win for a parent. Hot tub was hot and also clean. Will definitely stay here again .

Our room card was disabled while we’re still checked in for another day. Needed to go to front desk to enable it.

The hotel is newly renovated and well done. The property is secured with gates and the common courtyard is well maintained. We were able to have a king bed with a balcony that was pet friendly. The room was such a great size. Very easy to walk to many restaurants, and the waterfront including a fenced dog beach. We wished we had stayed more than one night in Penticton and enjoyed this hotel for longer than one night.

The hotel is clean, and staff are excellent. Hotel is well maintained.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with my room for the first night, and the second night there was an extremely loud hockey team staying above .my head, so I didnt get much sleep. The staff did give me 25% off my room though for the inconvenience.

There was food left in the fridge from a previous guest. I called front desk and a gentleman came and removed it. Also the garbage bags were not open in the waste baskets. We did it ourselves.

So clean..lovely quality bedding..comfortable bed!
