All the staff were cheerful and helpful. Excellent Location next to Conference Center. Rooftop bar and bites! Comfortable beds and rooms. Small pool, nice gym.

I wasn’t impressed with your room cleaning each day new towels is all and garbage emptied. No sink washed or floors swept or a bed made? Why is that

The hotel is clean, modern with good parking and the location was very good.

The breakfast offering in the restaurant is very limited, brunch food is not breakfast food. The shower is nice and spacious but there are no hand supports, there are no shelves for soap or shampoo, there is no where to hang a facecloth and the shower controls are at the opposite end from the shower head. It is a nice looking shower but the design is totally impractical and the architect who designed it should never be allowed to come near a bathroom again!

Location was ideal for my requirement to be at the Convention Centre. Restaurant was very good. Staff were courteous and professional.

The check in employee was on the phone when we arrived and did not acknowledge us for a long time. The people above us were very loud both in the later evening and early morning.

Nice newer property in a great location to access the sports complex. Also not a far walk from the lake. The bed was super comfortable and the room itself pleasant enough.

No bathtub even though we reserved the deluxe king suite, so that was disappointing. The shower had lower water pressure and couldn’t get the temperature right. Also there were hand prints all over the windows which I had to wipe off with a paper towel so could enjoy the view.

Hotel is newer so every thing was clean and worked. The walls are carpet so that will be concerning later when the hotel is older. Quiet, staff are lovely and friendly.

My wife and 3 friends went for 2 nights anticipating a roof top bar. It was the last weekend of summer and stunning warm weather. Upon arrival, they were told that it was closed for the season!! Was noted still as "Open" on the website

Typically when we come to Penticton we stay at a different Marriott property/ the Fairfield. It was too pricey for this trip so we opted to stay here instead. The hotel was fine. It was great, it wasn’t terrible. Just fine. Lots of parking. Spacious rooms, clean hotel, restaurant in hotel, reasonably quiet location, price was ok. To me, staying in a better hotel is all about the creature comforts. Not really any of that here. Some things I didn’t like which would make me not stay in the future. 1. No breakfast. Nothing. Given the fact that there is a restaurant in the hotel, I guess they’re wanting you to spend your own money on breakfast. I’ve stayed in other hotels that themselves didn’t cook at breakfast, but in the restaurant you were served breakfast that came with the room. Not the case here. 2. They put coffee out in the morning. When we would stay at the Fairfield, that coffee would be out all day. Here, it’s out for a couple of hours in the morning and then they pull it. So if you wandered into the hotel, checking in at 2 o’clock, and wanted to grab a coffee, forget, forget it. 3. They use some horrible spray to scent the air as you walk in through the front door. Hits you like a huge slap in the face. It’s like you’re swimming in aqua Velva Honestly, it was really nauseating to me every time I walked in and out of that hotel. Inside coffee machine not very clean, no room service had to go down to pickup order. Could not use the free wine voucher even though I walked down to pick up food.

We enjoyed our stay at Four Points. We really liked the layout of the room - they didn’t miss a thing! The little extra’s we loved were a bar table with 2 pull out stools, a decent sized fridge, space in the bathroom to put your things, somewhere to hang my cosmetics bag, a ledge in the shower for leg shaving (a first!) and a working fan! The in-room coffee wasn’t the best but several carafes very easily accessible in the lobby. The rooftop bar was also amazing!

House keeping weren’t what we are used to at hotel of this caliber. Beds were made but roughly, pillows were left untouched? Not sure if this is a new thing or just with this hotel?

Cleaness of the rooftop restaurant and the downstair patio very bad. Dirt was everywhere. Staff was not knowledgeable.

Comfortable beds

Maze to get into check-in and to the elevator. Needed a bigger parking lot. Rooftop restaurant did not meet my expectations. The view was nice, just not the food. Stick to the pizza if you go, and the nachos looked good, too. Do not order ribs way too much generic bbq sauce and dry. My Cesar salad had a yucky leaf in it. At least they took my meal off the bill.

Easy check in / check out, clean room, convenient location

The entire hotel seemed new. It was all very clean and the staff were all very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. It was nice and close to the beach and a quick walk to a couple of online recommended ice cream shops (Ogo’s and Tickleberries). Everything was a quick drive away.

Before I start, I need to say that the service was fantastic. The staff was great. The facilities were clean and inviting. The building structure was TERRIBLE. The walls and floors are so thin, you can hear the person 3 floors up, cough or flush the toilet. The wall vibrate when someone walks down the hall. Real shame. Please do not stay here. They really messed up with the construction on this one. Unbelievably bad.

Close to the amenities that i enjoyed on this trip

The hotel is very nice. The cleaning staff was not up to par. We didn’t get our room cleaned two times out of 4 nights. We didn’t get our coffee bar replenished, we had to ask them to do it. The food at the restaurant and at the patio restaurant was great.

Front desk manager not very friendly.

Parking lot is not monitored so by the end of the day there is no parking and cars are lining the sidewalks. The rooms were clean and updated, service was subpar

Overall good stay. My only complaints are there is limited lighting in the kitchenette room (eating on the dining table in the dark). Also, pool towels seem to always run out. Lastly, the water pressure sucks in the shower.
