Reviewed Dec 13, 2025Clean, spacious, well located for Kyung Hee University Suwon, staff very friendly, though command of English language is a bit limited. Good blanket and pillow. Breakfast has a very good selection, some European food and a very good selection of Korean food at low price.
No view from the window (opposite wall is only around 2m away), the room temperature was way too high. Felt like minimum 25 °C. In combination with a nice thick winter blanket, it was too hot to sleep well. Staff recommended me to use the AC. This is working but very noisy, and environmentally doesn't make any sense. It would have been good if I could have lowered the heating.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025아침식사는 종류가 많지는 않았지만, 구성도 좋고, 퀄리티도 좋았던 것 같습니다. 외국인들도 많았는데, 아침 식사에 셀프 라면바를 보고 신기해 하는 것 같았구요, 방도 깨끗했고, OTT도 볼 수 있고, 스타일러도 있어서 좋았습니다. 욕조도 크구요.
냉장고 소음이 좀 큰거 같았고, 위치가 영통 내에 있어 수원 시내와는 거리가 좀 있었습니다.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2024I have been living in Korea for more than 7 years but in this hotel, the staff said Foreigner needs to submit a copy of their IDs. I don't know the reason. If someone wanted to collect my personal information, there should have been a separate form for consent to the use of personal data. (PIPA Act, South Korea. 2011). I don't know who will use my data and for what purpose. illogical ....

Reviewed Feb 24, 2024Location of the hotel is very convenient. Bus stop directly to the airport is very close as well as the subway. Surrounding areas us quite and windows were did not let any noise to come. Especially appreciated big bath in the room with separate shower.
The sofa was very dusty and for sensitive people it might cause a lot of sneezing and not a good smell in the room. Some small issues might spoil overall impression. Sometimes chargers in the room did not work or on the blankets you might find staints. If you absolutely not friends with Korean, you should prepare your translator app in advance.

Reviewed Dec 12, 2022The room was clean and the housekeeping was exceptional. The bed was made well and the bathroom was clean. When I had a drainage issue, it was resolved immediately. The floor was not carpeted but heated.
The room didn't have independent temperature control. As such, the room was too hot and I had to leave the window open nearly all the time. The room's furniture was a bit date and not kept up to date.

Because of the lack of speaking English of this particular front desk manager, she didn't or maybe couldn't help with anything we asked. It seemed rude from our perspective and looked like as if she was ignoring us. As a suggestion, a little bit of greeting will go a long way. Else have nothing to complain about.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2019I liked the fact that the hotel offers a roomy, clean family room with two queen beds and a spacious bathroom at a reasonable price. The four people staying never felt cramped. Complementary water and drinks in the refrigerator, as well as the buffet breakfast next to the lobby were also quite enjoyable. The parking space was tad small and I had a bit of trouble parking my car, but the hotel staff was able to manage the situation.
